Hidden Fortress
The morning comes in Shuggazoom while the Super Robot is in damaged state as if it was from the last battle.
Chiro and Antauri walked inside the room that fills with the momentous objects from the past while carrying the stuff. The room has the sun sweater from the Sun Riders, Mandarin's helmet, the meteoroid's rock pieces, the man-hands, and the slime monster from Planetoid Q.
"Look at all this stuff; every kind of monster, hero's gone bad, even rogue robot monkeys." Chiro said, looking at the stuff before putting the box down. "Guess we've done a pretty good job keeping Shuggazoom an evil free zone."
"Better than pretty good."Antauri said. "Chiro, there's something important I've been meaning to tell you."
Before Antauri says anything, the alarm is blaring and they headed to the bridge to see what was going on.
"A meteor is entering the exosphere and heading directly for the Super Robot." Gibson reported as the screen shows the incoming meteor.
"So let's blast it already!" Nova said, entering the target coordinates, "Pretty weak, Skeleton King." She activate the Super Robot's eye beam and prepare to fire.
"Nova, hold fire!" Chiro stopped her from firing it. "That's no meteor."
Tyran beeped the meteor is displaying a familiar signature as the incoming object made a crash landed on the Super Robot's landing pad.
Chiro left the Robot to check it out on the crater and found something or someone that he never expected to see again and it was…Jinmay's head with no body as her optic eyes started to lit up.
"Jinmay…?" He said.
"Chiro…He's coming…he's…coming!" She said, warning him before powering down.

While exploring the outskirts of the city, I discovered an abandoned Super Robot. It was then my life was transformed by the mysterious Power Primate. The Robot Monkeys and a Cyborg were awakened and I, Chiro, became their leader. Our quest: save Shuggazoom City from the evils of the Skeleton King.

Gibson, Otto, and Tyran began working on Jinmay while Antauri and Chiro watched from above the edge of craters, hoping to power her up to see what was she's trying warn Chiro about.
"Hey, Hey, be careful!" Chiro warned them.
"They're doing the best they can." Antauri assured him.
Chiro held up the heart that Jinmay gave it to him before she left, couldn't help but worried what happened to her.
"Why?! Why would anyone do this?" He said, remembering from the time when he met her.
(Flashback)
Chiro and Jinmay is at the ice cream parlor
"Jinmay is just a girl."
She was dancing at night time.
"Well, maybe a little more than a that."
Jinmay, now is a giant robot, attack the Hyper Force with Sakko controlling her from his cockpit.
"But with that creepy monkey Sakko gone, she wouldn't hurt anybody."
Jinmay gave him her heart and blast off to space.
(Flashback end)
"Skeleton King!" Chiro said, bitterly while clenching the heart. "He wouldn't need a reason to do this."
"Chiro, good news; we found something in Jinmay's memory cells." Gibson informed him as Otto plug the wires together, reactivating her.
"Supreme Destructor! Supreme Destructor! Supreme…Destructor…" Jinmay said before shutting down.
Tyran beeped in questioned about the Supreme Destructor.
"Sounds like bad news." Otto said.
"The bad news is that without Jinmay's body, we are unable to reactivate her." Gibson said. "I'm sorry, Chiro." It angers Chiro, knowing that Jinmay's body is out there in space.
Back at the Robot's bridge, the Hyper Force is looking at the monitor, triangulating the Jinmay's impact.
"Activating long range scanners; calculating Jinmay's trajectory data!"
"Don't worry, we'll find her." Nova assured him.
The monitor zoomed in on the asteroids field and detected a very large purple cube.
"Unknown object, detected!"
"That could be her!" Chiro exclaimed, thinking Jinmay's body could be in there.
"No, too large to be Jinmay's." Gibson told him. "Its energy signature is almost off the scale."
"Yet, it is headed this way and if it's not Jinmay…" Antauri added.
"It's the Supreme Destructor!" Chiro exclaimed. "Monkeys, mobilize!"
Chiro, in his Hyper Force uniform, and his team ran to their battle stations by running to the chutes which sends them to their cockpits.
The Super Robot's pathway glows in arrow, ready to disengaged and the Robot launched to space.
"I won't fail you. I promise." Chiro vowed while holding Jinmay's heart.
"Chiro, whatever we are up against is very powerful." Antauri cautioned him. "I hope this is not just about retribution."
"No, the Supreme Destructor knows where we can find Jinmay's body and it's gonna tell us." He said before asking him. "You with me or not?"
"We're with ya, kid!" Sparx said.
Tyran cautioned Chiro that this Supreme Destructor is very dangerous and sensing something familiar.
"Well, what is it that your sensing it?" The boy inquired.
Tyran beeped that he wasn't unsure that it wasn't Jinmay's body but something else.
Chiro pondered about what the cyborg said as the Robot is headed to the asteroid field.
"Gibson, you got range on this thing?" He asked Gibson.
"We're close but I'm getting interference from the asteroid, probably the iron ore composition." Gibson said, looking at the monitor screen that catches the interference before getting a clear reading. "Wait, there it is!"
The Super Robot makes its way to the large, strange, purple cube.
"That's a Supreme Destructor?" Nova questioned.
Suddenly, the large object started to turned into an enormous, gargantuan robot.
"Whoa, now that's more like it." Otto remarked.
The Supreme Destructor seems to eyed on the Super Robot, particularly to Chiro and fired its shoulder cannons, knocking it against the large asteroid.
Tyran beeped the Robot suffered twenty-four percent damages.
"Not exactly a friendly hello!" Chiro grunted, painfully. "Full Force attack!"
The Super Robot retaliates by firing its eye beams and launching Mega Missiles and Finger Missiles. Their fired projectiles hit the Supreme Destructor.
"Got him!" Nova said, thinking they got him.
But coming out of smoke is the flying robot; it flies towards the Hyper Force.
"No, we didn't!" Gibson cried as the Robot is grappling its hands against it.
"It's too powerful!" Sparx grunted as the robot opened its maw and bites the Torso Tank.
"AAGGHHH!" Chiro shouted in pain. "Lazertron Fury!" The Super Robot blasted it away but the Supreme Destructor is coming back for more. "Prepare to disengage!"
Super Robot splits into the battle vehicles. It launches the Fist Rockets, retracts the limbs. The Brain Scrambler is deployed, Torso Tank is lowered from leg limbs, releasing the Foot Crusher Cruisers. The Cardio Cycle is deployed from the tank. Tyran activates the anti-gravity on its wheels to fly.
"Monkey team, prepare for counter-attack!" Antauri instructed the others as they flew to their position.
"We're in position, team! Charge the weapons!" Chiro said as they surround it.
The Supreme Destructor took out its energy saber before the Hyper Force open fires at it but the robot is absorbing their blast.
"It's absorbing our attacks!" Gibson exclaimed as the giant robot blast all the energy to Chiro.
"Gwah!" Chiro yelped as he was knocked away.
"It's targeting Chiro! Sparx, protect him at all cost!" Antauri noted and told Sparx to protect Chiro.
"Gotcha, Antauri!" He responded.
Chiro was flung back until he regained the Tank's movement. "No, I can handle it!"
Sparx flies above and used his Magnet hand to pull Chiro away from it.
"UUURRGHHH!" Sparc grunted while pulling the Torso Tank.
"We got your back, Chiro!" Nova said before the purple robot knocked her away. "AAAAGGHHHH!"
"Nova!" Chiro cried.
The large robot brushes off the battle vehicles and now it's going after Chiro. Chiro tried firing a Photon Cannon at the Supreme Destructor but it brings up the energy shield for defense. The rest of the Hyper recovered and fired at the tall robot but it had no effect against it.
"Gibson, we need bright idea, now!" Sparx said to Gibson.
"I don't-bali-don…" Gibson stammered, unable to think of a new idea.
"I've got one. The rest of you have to get out of here." Chiro said, has an idea.
"No way!" Nova said.
"Forget it!" Otto added.
"We got one chance!" He argued.
"Roger, Chiro!" Antauri agreed. "You heard him, monkey team! Break formation!"
Antauri and the others dispersed as Chiro planned.
"This is your plan?" Sparx questioned him.
"It'll work." He said "Trust me, just let it get nice and close."
"Right, nice and close." He said as the Supreme Destructor is following close behind them. "Steady…get ready…now Sparx!"
Sparx lets go of the Tank and blast… "Magna-Ball Blazer!" at the robot, causing all the asteroids rocks and the robot to be magnetized before it gets crushed. "Talk about a magnetic personality." He joked as the Hyper Force regroups. "Great call, kid."
The Hyper Force formed into the machinder mode, looking back at the asteroid field where they trapped the Supreme Destructor.
"It wasn't Skeleton King but it felt familiar." Chiro said, sensing something familiar.
"I sensed it too, Chiro." Antauri said. "But it's over. Let's go home."
They pilot the Robot back to Shuggazoom for repairs and recovery.
Little did they know, the robot break itself free from the asteroids with minor damage. It began repair itself and inside the robot was a strange muscular being, who was controlling the robot.
Back on Shuggazoom City, The Super Robot suffers a burnt scorches and dent on its chest as the Chiro's yelped voices was heard in the infirmary.
"Ow!" Chiro grunted in pain while Nova put bandages on him.
"Sorry, are you okay?" She asked.
"I'm fine. You took quite a shot out there too." He said. "You okay?"
"Me? I'm tough! Ow!" Nova yelped while Gibson repairs her internal damage.
"Just an energy cell leak." Gibson said, finishing repairs. "She'll live."
They meet with the others in the bridge as they inspect the damages on the Super Robot is in.
"What about the Robot?" Chiro asked.
"Well, the servo coil is shot, shield generators down, we're gonna need new armor siding flux field beam and superconducting mega coils." Otto reported the needed new parts to repair the Robot before the alarm went off.
"But the alarm works." Sparx said, looking on brighter side as the monitor screen changes to where something is entered the atmosphere.
"Warning: unknown object approaching at attack velocity!"
"It's coming here?!" Nova exclaimed.
"It's coming for me!" Chiro said, grimly.
"With the Robot damaged, the odds of defeating it…well, not worth mentioning." Gibson shrugged, not wanting to state the possibility to defeat it.
Tyran beeped in wondering why the Supreme Destructor wanted Chiro destroyed.
"Maybe we should hide Chiro." Nova suggested which made Tyran and the monkeys looked at her in surprised.
"Hide me? No! Where are you gonna hide me?!" Chiro protested. "It's not like you have a secret hiding place." The monkey team and Tyran looked at him as he thinks they're not bluffing about it. "You have a secret hiding place?"
At Shuggazoom park, they moved the Super Robot there, along with Jinmay's head to find a secret hiding place for Chiro.
"Shuggazoom park; this is it, kid." Sparx said as they approached to the person with the camera that is under the tower.
Gibson looked back for a second before turning the camera lens, causing this person opened his mouth revealed to be an access panel. He typed the input password to open the secret place.
"Access granted!"
The person closed its mouth when the control access pops up and Gibson pressed the button, causing the platform beneath them to lower to the hidden room.
"Whoa." Chiro awed.
"The hidden fortress was constructed a very long time ago." Antauri explained.
"Never thought we'd have to use it." Sparx remarked as the platform went down further.
"The safe room is located six hundred meters below the city; surrounded by power conditioned alloy armor." Gibson described.
"And the only way in is guarded by three defense systems that we design." Otto added. "I built them."
"Once activated, nothing enters or exits the fortress." He said.
"That's great but I'm still not into hiding." Chiro said, stubbornly.
"It's just till we figure out how to stop…you-know-what." Nova said.
"Okay, that's all you want." He shrugged.
Tyran beeped that he agrees with her that it's not safe for Chiro until they figure out what they were dealing with.
"Come on, I gotta let it come to me so I couldn't let any of you get hurt because of me." He argued.
The cyborg beeped, arguing that he may be different from the robot monkeys but he knows what's best for the team.
The Hyper Force arrives at the safe room as the platform stops at the door. The monkey team enter the room but Chiro stayed behind, thinking he knows what to do.
The hidden room door opens as they went in and turned on the lights. The hidden room has seats and three screen monitors to look outside the hidden fortress.
"Here you go, Chiro. You'll be safe in here." Otto said, looking back at him. "Chiro?"
"Defense system: armed"
Chiro activates the defense system and locks his teammates in room before going up to the surfaces.
"Chiro!" Antauri said, looking at the screen as the elevator goes up.
As he reached the surface and changed his uniform, he runs back to Super Robot to pilot it without the monkey team. The screen shows the Tyran and monkey team is communicating through it.
"Hey, kid. Real funny, now let us out," Sparx said, thinking he's kidding.
"The Supreme Destructor is only after me." Chiro said. "I won't let any of you get hurt. If I fail, you'll still be here to protect the city.
"Chiro, you are more important than you realize." Antauri said. "I was attempting…to tell you this before." He started explained from earlier. "Our first encounter, it was no accident that you found us."
"Of course it was. I wandered into the Robot, woke you guys up, the rest is history." Chiro said.
"No Chiro, you were destined to find us. You are the chosen one." He said.
"Chosen one? What do you mean?" Chiro inquired.
Before Antauri answered, the alarm went off as something is coming.
"We'll finish this later." He said before signing off.
"We're not just gonna sit here." Sparx exclaimed.
"Come on!" Nova yelled while pounding the door as the others joined her.
Outside, Chiro placed Jinmay's head on top of the tower before looking to see the tall purple robot as the citizens ran from it.
They stood against each other, waiting either of them makes their first move. The Super Robot shoot the Finger Missiles at the Supreme Destructor first but the tall purple robot brushes off the attack before advancing to the Robot. Chiro deployed Mega Missiles and shot them at it, but none of them have effect against it.
"That's right, come and get me." Chiro smirked as the tall robot grabbed the Super Robot and throws it against the tower.
Before the purple robot finished him off, the Robot grabbed its hand and grabbed the power cable, causing them both electrocuted. After the electrical shock, The Super Robot lets go of its hand and slumps down before shutting down while the purple robot stood there for a second and falls down backward.
With the Super Robot unoperated, Chiro exit out of the Robot and confront the robot.
"Consider yourself, supremely destructed!" Chiro said before someone exit the robot, making him surprised.
"This battle has only begun." The stranger said with familiar voice before leaping up as Chiro did the same.
The stranger raised his fist and backhand Chiro down, knocking against the Robot. The stranger lands back on the ground and unmasked his helmet. When he looks up at his face, he was shocked to see him.
"You!" Chiro snarled, seeing the familiar face.
Back at the hidden fortress, Nova and Tyran keeps pounding the door before Gibson tries drilling through but it only dented it.
"Hugh!" Antauri gasped after sensing something or someone before he and others looking at the screen to see… "Mandarin!"
Tyran was shocked to see the traitor has return and have changed his new look.
"The sixth monkey has returned!" Mandarin said.
Outside the fortress, Chiro growled that he has to face the former leader of the Hyper Force again while backing up to the control access. Mandarin raised his fist and destroys it when Chiro ducked to his left. He looked at the controls and Chiro, who was shocked.
"Hehahaha! Hohahaha!" Mandarin laughed, wickedly.
As they faced each other, Mandarin raised his fists and smashed the ground, creating a shockwave, knocking Chiro back. As Chiro is recovering, He sees Mandarin, charging at him and punched him.
"Where are they, hmm?!" The sixth monkey demanded. "Have my brothers and sister abandoned you?"
"Monkeys are brothers to whatever it is you've become." Chiro said, glaring at him.
"Huh, what I've chosen to become." He scoffed. "Remade into a tool with loyalty, only to Skeleton King. Forged for only one purpose; your destruction." Mandarin brings out his electric tail and whipped Chiro.
Back with the others, Tyran and Nova continued to pounding the door.
"Stand back! I got it!" Sparx zaps his magnet energy, blasting the door down, revealing the hallway.
"Prepare yourselves for level one." Gibson cautioned them as the walls begins to mashed against the wall.
"Crushers, wasn't this your idea?" Sparx said to Nova.
"Hey, you made it magnetic." She exclaimed.
"Listen, there's a rhythm." Antauri said, noticed the wall sounds. "If we anticipate the pattern, perhaps we can move through." He activates his Ghost Claw. "The Power Primate will join us psychically. Go as one now!"
Antauri goes first as the others follow his suit while Tyran went last.
Chiro dodged his tail by going under Mandarin and grabbed his tail.
"Thunder Punch!" He punched his tail, making Mandarin screeched in pain. "Chiro Spearo!" Chiro threw his thunder spear at Mandarin, who deflect it.
"You disappoint me, boy!" Mandarin scowled. "You are the chosen one." Chiro glared at him. "Antauri has at last revealed your destiny."
"So I'm some sort of chosen one. So what?" Chiro said.
"Your insolence is precisely why you shall never realize your true potential." He said.
"We'll see about that!" The boy said before engaging their fight.
Mandarin launched his chest rockets at Chiro who swerved his attack to get close to him and punched him furiously at him, blocked his punches before skidding back and launch more rockets.
Tyran and the robot monkeys continuing their way until they reached to the end of hallway.
"That wasn't so bad." Otto said until the wall smashed his tail.
"Get ready for level two." Nova said as the door to another room opens that brings out the freeze rays which it made Nova shivered by it.
Gibson took out Otto's smashed tin tail and throw it to the room, making the ice ray freezes it.
"Those jet spray liquid ice. One blast and you'll be instantly…oh frozen." Gibson said as they see the saw blades.
"Oh yeah, I added some saw." Otto said.
"You add saw to everything." Sparx deadpanned. "There's no way through this."
"There is one way; if we can get to the middle." He said.
Tyran beeped in added that getting to the middle without getting slice and freeze is almost impossible to get there.
"Hey Gibson, how about some weather proofing?" Nova asked him who morphed his drill hands.
"Ahh." He changed his hidden modes in drill before aimed at them and sprayed them with pink substance. "It's merely insulation foam." Gibson assured them before spraying himself.
"Kinda cozy, follow me." Otto said, taking the leads as they get to the middle without getting slice by saws. "We're safe here. I think." He said but they panicked when they saw four more saw is about to slice them and ducked as they destroyed each other.
They moved on to the last room as Antauri senses something.
"Antauri?" Nova said.
"It's Chiro, I must go to him." He said before leaving his body in astral form.
"Tyran, get Antauri. We can't leave him." She told the cyborg.
Tyran beeped as he picked him up and left with the others as they headed to the last room.
Outside, Chiro was thrown against the wall from the blast. He sees Mandarin launched his wrist rockets and jumped before they hit him and skid on the ground from the blast.
"Chiro." Chiro heard Antauri's voice before he appeared in astral form. "Don't give up."
"He's too powerful. His weapons…" He exclaimed that he couldn't beat him.
"Your weapon is the Power Primate. Use it." Antauri said before fading away as Mandarin confront him.
"Where is he hiding?!" He interrogating him when he sense his presence by grabbing Chiro. "Skeleton King energy will root out your secrets, boy! I will find my brothers and sister." Mandarin begin squeezing him.
"AAUGHHH!" Chiro screamed when he's squeezing him to siphon his mind.
"Ah, the hidden fortress, of course it won't save them." He exclaimed that he knows where they are hiding.
"It won't have to, I WILL! AAHHHH!" Chiro unleashed his Power Primate, blinding him before punching him.
"Hugh! The inner primate!" Mandarin gasped when he sees Chiro in his Power Primate aura in the form of a giant translucent gorilla.
Chiro grabbed him and throw him to the tower. Mandarin start climbing on the tower as Chiro followed him up.
Back with the others, Antauri awoke as he returns after contacting Chiro.
"You can set me down, Tyran." He said to the cyborg. "Chiro is okay…for now."
Tyran set him down as they shake off the foam when they arrived to the next room.
"Level three, the hall of lasers." Sparx said "I remember, we were pretty clever with this one."
The laser guns appeared from the walls, ready to shoot anyone who comes in.
"Sometimes I wish we weren't so clever." She frowned and throws the foam at the room where they zapped it to a crisp.
"Since I am the only one with multiple attack capabilities, I'll create a diversion drawing the weapons to me." Gibson said, decided to create a distraction long for the team to get pass them.
"Will that even work?" Otto questioned, unsured.
"Gibson says it will, then that's good enough for me." Sparx said.
"Why thank you, Sparx." The blue monkey said.
"Yeah well, let's get going." He said.
"Monkey team, go!" Gibson shouted as he takes charge while blasting them with freeze ray. Tyran and the robot monkeys made it through and looked back to see Gibson, who kept firing them until one hit his drill point. "Hugh, Oh dear!" His freeze ray is causing a backfire, freezing him.
"Gibson!" Sparx cried as the door closed behind him.
Meanwhile, Mandarin and Chiro is on top of the tower with Jinmay's head on it, facing each other as the night falls.
"You're finished, Mandarin!" Chiro said.
"I would expect some gratitude." Mandarin said. "After all, it was I who reunited you with your girlfriend. How I enjoyed examining the sweets circuits in her head." It was enough to make Chiro angry.
"RAAARRGGGHHH!" Chiro yelled when he knows it was him that dislodge Jinmay's head and wanted to make him pay.
They fall down from the top when they're in grappling fight. Mandarin morphed his hand to energy scalp and pierce it through the aura to the boy. Chiro used his strength to repel his attack.
"AAAGGGHHHH!" Mandarin howled in pain as he was repelled from his inner primate power.
Chiro collapsed after using all his strength for his inner primate power.
The monkey team and Tyran pops out of ground and ran towards Chiro.
"Chiro, you are the chosen one." Antauri said while Tyran help him up.
"Where's Gibson?" Chiro said, Gibson is not with them. "I don't see Gibson."
While they look at Chiro, Mandarin's chest opens and coming out was…Sakko, who has his eyepatch after Skeleton King yanks his eye out, deploying the small color spheres. The color spheres popped open, revealing a small insect-like parasite as they latched on to their heads, immobilizing them.
"Seems the blue monkey did not make it." Sakko noticed Gibson is not with them. "No matter, the rest will be under the control of the Skeleton King, just as he always kept it."
"I'll never join Skeleton King!" Chiro snapped.
"You, boy, are not invited!" Sakko sneered before pressing the detonator, causing the explosion behind the Super Robot as it falls on Chiro, crushing him.
"NOOO!" The monkey team cried, thinking Chiro is gone while Tyran tried to fight the parasite control but it's no use.
"Shhh. Monkeys, it's over, it's all over." Sakko said, looked up to see the Citadel of Bones is hovered above them.
Mandarin and Sakko took the robot monkeys and Tyran onboard to the Skeleton King's ship and present them to the Skeleton King himself.
"And the boy?" He asked him, noticed Chiro isn't with them.
"He has fallen, my lord." Mandarin answered.
"Do not despair, monkey team and cyborg. You won't be long without a master." Skeleton King sneered. "You will learn to serve me!" He cackled that he will soon controlling them.
Upon the sunrise in the park, The Super Robot turned itself on and gets up from the crash with hole in the chest as it raises its hand and punched the ground before it pulls back up, revealing frozen Gibson. It uses the Heat beam to melt the ice on Gibson.
"This is not good. I could be frozen." He said before realizing he was unfrozen, "Oh dear, I was."
Inside the Robot, Chiro survived when he punched the hole in the robot from getting crushed.
Gibson got his drill hand replaced before looking at Chiro.
"Well Chiro, what's the plan?" He asked him.
"If I am the chosen one, Gibson. It's time I prove it." Chiro said before declaring. "Let's go get our brothers and sister."
Chiro and Gibson are the only ones left and decided to go after Skeleton King to save their team before they become his slaves.
