I, Chiro
The sky went dark while everyone in Shuggazoom City is enjoying their daily life until they see Skeleton King's ship, looming over the city. The Citadel of Bone is headed to where the Pit of Doom as the lightning struck and planted itself in the pit. The ship opened its canvas for Skeleton King and Mandarin to see the city from here.
"As surely as Shuggazoom City will fall, so shall the universe follow." He sniggered as the lightning flashed.

While exploring the outskirts of the city, I discovered an abandoned Super Robot. It was then my life was transformed by the mysterious Power Primate. The Robot Monkeys and a Cyborg were awakened and I, Chiro, became their leader. Our quest: save Shuggazoom City from the evils of the Skeleton King.

The Super Robot is headed back to the Shuggazoom City after the fall of Verron Mystics.
"Geomagnetic disruption blanket the planet's atmosphere." Gibson reported. "I'm not receiving any transmission at all. I fear for Shuggazoom City."
"Something's wrong…" Nova said.
"Yeah, it's like… something's missing…" Otto agreed.
"The Power Primate…" Chiro grimaced. "I can't feel it anymore. It's gone, isn't it, Antauri?"
"No, Skeleton King has corrupted it beyond our ability to wield it." He answered. "He will attempt it to use it to end creation itself. He has allied himself with ancient evil…"
(Backstory)
"Eons ago, when the galaxy was young as the world were just coming to be…"
The planets is orbiting around the sun as the star.
"A vile cosmic force decided to destroy all reality…"
A large space phantasm creature is looming over the planets.
"It implanted offspring, the Dark Ones, within the core of countless planets…"
It implanted its offspring in each planet's core that it can find until planet is now the Shuggazoom City.
"Knowing that one day far into the future, they would be free to spread their evil like a plague across the universe."
The Dark One sprouted out and terrorize the Shuggazoom City.

"The Verron Mystics were to make certain that never happened." He finished.
"But they blew it and now the Skeleton King is gonna let one of those things loose?" Sparx joked as Antauri gave him a look. "Oh, this is gonna be a great day."
"Skeleton King must've planned to use our corrupted Power Primate energy to release the Dark Ones out of the planet's core and now, it has already started to happen." Tyran deduced.
The alarm is blaring, alerting them and showing the monitor of the Citadel of Bones.
"Skeleton King has arrived…" Antauri said. "It has begun…"
The army of Formless creature is marching to the Shuggazoom City as the Citadel is launching its projectile object to the city. The object opens, releasing the flying Formless before the citizens ran for their lives as the Formless army has reached the city.
"Be strong, Mr. Cheepers." The kid said, holding his stuffed penguin. "Our love will live on forever!"
The Formless creature swallows them whole as the bulky Formless smashed the transportation.
"Great Caesar's Ghost!" He screamed before the Formless steps on him, flatly and make its way to the citizens.
"This is it, BT!" Glenny gasped. "This is the big one!"
"Glenny, hold me close!" BT said before they hugged themselves before they realized what they're doing, but hugged closely.
Before the bulky Formless smashed them, the Robot descended down and stomps on the Formless.
"Hey, we're gonna live!" BT sighed in relief before pushing Glenny away while everybody cheered.
"Team, we protect the city first, then we find Skeleton King and finish this…" Chiro announced as the Robot is ready for battle. "…once and for all!"
The two girls screamed as the Formless creature is ready to devour them but the Robot grabs it away from them and squeeze out the citizen from its stomach before tearing it in half.
"Oh, our love lives on another day."
The flying Formless is hurling its energy blast at the Robot, stunning it. The Super Robot turns around to fire its Torso Cannons. The Formless creatures spits out the ooze slime at its back and exploded.
"Those things are everywhere!" Tyran said.
"Sparx, Gibson, take 'em out!" Chiro ordered.
"Fist Rockets…" They said, "GO!"
The Robot launched the Fist Rockets, grabbing the two Formless creatures and crushed them before returning back in place.
"Ugh!" They wiped the ooze off of its hands.
"The Formless are amassing in Sector-6!" Antauri alerted, looking at the screen to see the Formless is merging into Mega Formless with razor claws.
The Formless creatures is merging into another Mega Formless with mace hands. The flying Formless is merging into another Mega Formless with blade and claw.
The Super Robot flew to their location and landed where the three Mega Formless is surrounding it.
The Mega Formless lunged at the Robot but it punched through it before pulling away. Another Mega Formless lunged at it with its blade but the Robot blocked it before shooting it with Eye Beams. Then, the third Mega Formless comes at it with mace hands but the Robot but it grabbed its mace hands before swinging it away while tearing its arms.
Unfortunately, the three Mega Formless recovered and grow their limbs and wound back as the Robot was taken back. The Hyper Force activate the rocket propulsion to fly, but the Mega Formless smashed it, knocking it down before the other Mega Formless swipe its claw, scrapping the Brain Scrambler off of it.
"AAUURGHH!" Antauri yelled in pain.
"GGRRGHH!" Tyran grunted from the damaged head.
"Antauri!" Chiro cried.
The Mega Formless is about to strike the Robot down with its blade.
"That's it! Lazertron Fury!" Chiro activate the Lazertron Fury blast, destroying the Mega Formless.
He turned the Super Robot around while blasting them, destroying the remaining Mega Formless. Once they were destroyed, The Robot collapsed on its knee after using all its power with Brain Scrambler damaged.
"What's our status, team?" Chiro asked as he exit his chute.
"The Lazertron drained the system." Gibson reported. "We're down to emergency power only."
"The Brain Scrambler is suffering a severe damage and the Rocket Boosters is totaled." Tyran added.
Suddenly, they felt the tremor as the Robot rumbled.
"Whoa, what was that?!" Sparx yelped.
Antauri showed the monitor that Citadel of Bone has penetrated through the planet's core.
"My fear's been realized." Antauri said, "Skeleton King's ship has pierced the planet's core. The Dark One egg has been breached!"
At the Pit of Doom, The ship is creating a platform around it before Skeleton King and Mandarin exited their ship.
"The corrupted Power Primate has been prepared, my lord." Mandarin reported as the dark energy is emitting in the surface.
"At last, I shall awaken my master from his imprisoning slumber." Skeleton King said. "Let the world trembling his wake!"
He raised his staff, casting the corrupted Power Primate into the Dark One egg through his ship. In the core of the planet, the Dark One felt the power pulsating from the Skeleton King's ship and opened its red eyes before erupting as Skeleton King and Mandarin laughed, evilly.
As the core is erupting, the ship is launching its projectiles to the city, but they're headed straight towards the Super Robot.
"Incoming projectiles!" Tyran alerted.
"Antenna Ray, activate it!" Antauri fires the projectiles, but only one made it through and hit the Robot.
"ARRRGHH!" They yelled from the impact from the projectile as the Robot fell down on its back.
Everyone in the Super Robot is knocked out before Chiro got up and gasped to see the Formless is infiltrated the Robot. Shaken in fear, he retreated in the engine room as the Formless is examined the others. Chiro ripped out the lid to the Neutron Generator and the buttons, putting it in overload.
"Danger! Neutron Generator Overload! Commencing detonation sequence!"
"Hey, it's me you want!" Chiro called them as they held unconscious Antauri, "Come on!"
The Formless dropped Antauri and followed Chiro in the engine room. Thinking that they cornered him, Chiro pressed the button that closes the door behind them as the Neutron Generator is in critical overload and dashed through the ventilation before the Formless catch him. The Neutron Generator blown up, destroying the Formless and blow Chiro away as the Robot shook from the explosion.
A few minutes later, Chiro placed his unconscious teammates in their chutes, hoping they recovered soon and stop Skeleton King before he unleashed the Dark One.
Suddenly, Chiro felt the tremor and looked up as the Dark One egg is erupting its energy up to the sky, causing it to changed while the city is reduced to a ruin from the shockwave. Gritting his frustration and knowing what he must do, Chiro equipped himself with rocket pack and monkey glove to stop Skeleton King, but not before looking back at his team.
"Goodbye, monkey team." He said his farewell before taking off.
As he left, Antauri's optic is flashing, but what it mean?
Back in the pit, Skeleton King and Mandarin stares down at the crevasses where the Dark One is as it swirls around the open and the Citadel of Bones has disappeared after the eruption.
"The Dark One feeds, my lord." Mandarin said.
"Yes, soon the corrupted Power Primate will give my master a strength to break free." He said as Mandarin sniffed his nose as if he smelled something. "By now, those putrid primates and that cynical cyborg lay shattered under the fury of my most monster army and boy…ravaged his cruel fleshly waste…"
Mandarin hooted, saw Chiro on the edge of the Pit of Doom, who was shocked that he was found out.
"The boy yet lives!" Skeleton King snarled, waved his finger at him.
Chiro was lifted in the air and towards them as he was aging rapidly while struggling before Skeleton King dropped him to the ground before them.
"You are fortunate, boy." Skeleton King sneered, "You will witness the birth of the Dark One. Once free, Shuggazoom will be consumed, your civilization ended."
Chiro was restored to his normal age.
"All this just so you could bow to something that is uglier than yourself." He glared at him. "You're no king, you're a slave!"
"Mandarin, finish this insect!" Skeleton King ordered.
The Formless copy of Mandarin activate his energy sword and dives in for attack, but only it stopped by Chiro with Otto's saw blade and kicked him away. They glared each other in couple feet away as the flames flared. Chiro begins by jumping up and jabbing him while Mandarin blocked it with energy shield before jabs him with energy sword as Chiro blocked it. As they clashed their weapons, Chiro lunged at him but Mandarin is waiting for his right moment and slashed him, breaking Otto's saw blade. Mandarin looked back, smirking as Chiro was holding his right hand and stinged him with his energy shield while Skeleton King is sneering at the boy.
"Come, my hairless monkey! Show me what you are without your Power Primate!" Mandarin taunted, laughing.
Angry at his taunt, Chiro it about throw his fist at him, but Mandarin counter it by furiously kicking him until knocking back to Skeleton King.
"Just as pathetically human as I expected." Mandarin sneered.
"Some benevolent cosmic force chose you to protect this universe. You are special." Skeleton King said, waving his staff, causing Chiro to be lifted, "… seeing you wasted, you will provide the final sustenance the Dark One needs to break free!"
"Yes, feed him to master!" Mandarin agreed.
Before the Skeleton King feeds Chiro to the Dark One, his staff was knocked away and Antauri, who was back online, snatches his staff away. He looked up to see Mandarin is lunging towards him, but Antauri whacked him away before throwing the staff to the pit of the Dark One. Antauri clawed the Skeleton King away with his Ghost Claws and sprinted away before Skeleton King has a chance to strike him back. Skeleton King looked down at his chest that was clawed by him. Grunted in pain, Skeleton King waved his hand, creating a dark shockwave towards Antauri. When the smoke clears, Antauri was nowhere to be seen, much to his frustration, but the wise black monkey was under the platform while Skeleton King is looking for him.
"You always were the most clever of the monkeys." Skeleton King exclaimed before waving his hand at Chiro. "But your weakness…"
"Antauri, don't!" Chiro cried.
Antauri grimaced, knowing that he will use Chiro to feed him to the Dark One if he doesn't come out. With no other choice, Antauri comes out of hiding and Skeleton King waved his other hand at him to drag him closer.
"You created us…to protect the universe." Antauri reasoned while struggling.
"A mistake, Antauri. Just as all life is nothing more than the tragic, pointless mistake." He said as Antauri is knocked unconscious. "One that I, we soon remedy."
Skeleton King cackled until he felt his internal organ is grabbed and Antauri gripped it and shock as Skeleton howled in pain while Antauri puts more shock in him before letting go as Skeleton King is sent falling in the pit. Chiro and Antauri looked down, thinking that it is over.
"How did you do that?" Chiro asked, happily. "The Power Primate is gone."
"Is it really gone, Chiro?" He questioned.
Suddenly, Antauri yelled in pain, shocked Chiro as Mandarin is behind him, stabbing from his back of his head.
"You were always my inferior!" He sneered, pulling his energy blade away. "More suited for philosophy than battle."
Angered that he stabbed Antauri, Chiro kicked the energy sword off of him and grabbed it before putting it on. Mandarin lunged forward to attack, but Chiro activated the energy sword and slashed his left arm off of him. Manadrin was screeching and howled in pain and fell into the pit.
In the pit of the Dark One, Mandarin gasped as the giant worm closes in on him and devour him whole. Chiro took off Mandarin's glove and throw it away without remorse.
"Chiro…" Chiro looked to see Antauri is okay but injured. "The Dark One…the egg…must be…sealed."
He collapsed and Chiro heard something to see a lightning struck them away and hangs on the ledge. To his horror and shock, Chiro sees… Skeleton King has risen but different when his eyes glows burning red with purple vein across his eyes and the back of his head was connected and probed from the pit of the Dark One like a puppet.
"I awakened! Let the world shudder before its master!" He said as he was possessed while Chiro is horrified
Skeleton King looked to where Antauri is injured and make its way to him and hissed. Chiro jumps up with the remanence of Power Primate and protect him.
"Get away from him!" Chiro growled.
Skeleton King responded by blasting his dark energy blast at him, blowing him away as his uniform is tattered and close to the edge.
"Antauri, I have failed you!" Chiro groaned.
"You failed your world!" Skeleton King snarled before charging another blast.
As he's about to blast them away, the Super Robot steps on the tentacle, dragging him down to the ground. The Super Robot was in bad shape from the battle, but the monkey team can manage it.
"Monkey team!" Chiro sighed, relived as they emerged from the hole of the Robot.
"Hang on, Chiro!" Otto said.
"Antauri's hurt." Chiro said, "We gotta help him."
Before they helped them, Skeleton King shot his laser, shooting them down and the tentacle grabbed the Robot's leg and tripped it over before the pit is starting to crack, widely as it is trying to break free.
"I will be free!" He said.
'What the…what happened to him?!' Tyran gasped while thought.
The pit is starting to erupt as the Dark One is starting to emerge from the pit. The Hyper Force backed off as the platform is crumbling down a bit before looking down at the pit.
"It's breaking out!" Sparx exclaimed.
"We've got it close it!" Tyran said.
"Like how?" Nova asked.
Knowing what he must do…for one last time, Antauri smiled before engulfing himself with the remanence of Power Primate before Chiro looked back to Antauri is floating away to the edge of the platform.
"NOO!" He cried as the others.
"Antauri, what are you doing!?" Tyran yelled.
The wise black monkey falls down to the pit while the others watch, helplessly as he plunged down. Antauri is gathering all the Power Primate left within him and breaking out his cybernetic body before turning into an energy. It floated out of the pit and phased through Chiro, who cringed as the Power Primate is in him, and to the Super Robot as the others watched.
Chiro can feel Antauri's spirit within as well as the Power Primate is coursing through him.
"RAAHHHH!" Chiro screeched at Skeleton King, who was taken back by his furious yell.
He jumped at him as he sprouted the monkey tail, grabbed on to Skeleton King. Chiro starting to changed into part monkey as his skin is covered in black fur and glowing green eyes before he started attacking Skeleton King, ferociously like a wild monkey.
As Chiro is attacking him, The Dark One Worm is emerging out of the surface. The Super Robot is becoming active while glowing in green aura as if it came back online without pilots to control
"Uh…who's driving the Robot?" Otto asked, but nobody answered.
The Robot placed its hands on the ground, creating an energy pulse as it sends its own energy to the ground and closes the pit. The Dark One Worm yelped as it is stuck while Skeleton King holds Chiro in bay before looking down.
"NOOOO!" He howled.
Chiro managed to break off his grip and pounced him to the platform while the Robot is putting more power to close the pit, severing the Dark One Worm's head off and taking Skeleton King with it. Chiro grabbed him and pulling Skeleton King down until his head snapped off, leaving his body behind as they headed up. Chiro looked up before down at his body and kicked it to the pit before it closed. He looked up as the Dark One Worm and Skeleton King is ascending up to outer space.
Everyone in Shuggazoom city, who hid from the shockwave, came out to see what happened.
Back in the pit, Robot closes the pit completely before it powers down.
"Did we win?" Otto asked.
"I…think so..." Sparx replied, unsure about the outcome in the battle.
"Where's Chiro?"
Somewhere in the pit, they saw Chiro, swaying his body as if he was cradling with something in his arm.
"Chiro?" Otto spoked as they approached him, carefully, "You okay?"
They gasped at the sudden appearance that Chiro has turned into, a primitive monkey. He screeched at them and dropped Antauri's helmet before heading up to the surface as they watched, not knowing where he was going.
Inside the Super Robot, Tyran and the monkey team was at Antauri's chute, holding a small funeral. They looked his helmet, floating inside. Otto puts the large cog beside it and Tyran puts the Bonsai plant beside as well before backing away.
"We're gonna miss you, Antauri." Nova said, sadly.
"He always believe the end of life was but the beginning of the greater journey." Gibson said.
"But… he's all alone now." Otto said.
"No, no monkey team member is ever alone." Sparx exclaimed.
Tyran said nothing as he was at loss that they lose Antauri and Chiro in that battle with Skeleton King. They've never had casualty from the previous battle they fought until now.
They began to walk away from the chute to begin repair the Super Robot. Otto stood next to Chiro's chute, knowing that he's out there somewhere as Nova puts her on his shoulder for comfort. Everyone stood outside the Robot, looking at the state that it was in as it left them, perplexed.
Outside of Shuggazoom city, Chiro is off running in the desert to who knows where.
With Chiro turning into the primitive monkey, Antauri's sacrifice, and Skeleton King defeated, what will happen next?
