"Explain yourself." Ganondorf demanded, his arms folded. "Why would you attack the Zonai?"
"Because they brought Hyrule into a technological hell as you had described and you wanted to bring Hyrule back to its purest form. You were dragging your feet so I thought I'd give it a little push." Salem defended.
"Mmmm…" Ganondorf closed his eyes. "It is true that I desire a beautiful Hyrule, and the thought of technology is, shall we say, concerning at best. Especially considering the Sheikah made these robotic mechs called Guardians and they also made "Divine Beasts"..."
"Exactly. So why not-"
"However. I am also willing to look the other way. Technology may have cursed the land, as I have said, but I will admit I am stubborn for changes in the land of Hyrule. Perhaps the technology that they had invented may be beneficial. I was even considering doing trades with the Zonai to see what we could accomplish."
Salem looked at him in surprise. "What…?"
"Change can be scary, as I've feared it will change Hyrule for the worst, but I'm willing to look into the positives and it may prove to be a boon. I have told you this many times, yet you refuse to listen."
"Because you have a point! Hyrule needs to go back to its roots, and if it means destroying those Zonai and their technological advancements, I'd be more than willing to do so! I have done more than-"
"Done more? You put a dent in the Molduga population, that is what you did." Ganondorf scoffed. "Time and time again, you have tried to eliminate the Zonai in your own ways but none have succeeded. Why do you-"
"Because you yourself have declared that Zonai are a stain to Hyrule's legacy and they must be eliminated in your conquest. That is what you said all those years ago!"
Ganondorf pinched the bridge of his nose, taking a deep breath. "Yes. I have said that. However… as I have watched them, I had also noticed that despite their technology, they also value the beauty of Hyrule, just as I do. I realized that we are not so different and I cast my judgements aside. When will you learn that prejudice not only harms those around you but also damages you as well?"
"Hyrule needs to go back to its roots! Honestly, I don't see what's the harm in a little ethnic cleansing! Hyrule will bow down to us by any means necess-"
SMACK!
"Mnnngh!" Salem grunted, rubbing her cheek as Ganondorf glared at her while a few Gerudo winced at the slap.
"I take no pleasure in doing that, but your behavior is very disappointing. We will discuss your punishment later. For now… I will need to pay a visit to the Zonai and apologize on your behalf."
"You…"
Ganondorf turned his back on her and walked off.
"You are without a doubt the worst father and warlord to ever exist! YOU HEAR ME?!" Salem yelled.
"Kotake, Koume. Fetch my horse. Narissa, take her back to her quarters. I will speak with Salem in private when I come back."
"As you wish." The Gerudo bowed as a deep venomous growl escaped Salem's lips.

BGM: Frozen Rito Village (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom)
"That's quite the tale… I was wondering what kept you." Teba said.
"No way! There's absolutely no way someone could nearly kill you and take your arm away!" Tulin responded.
"Honestly, before it happened, I would have thought that myself. But we're going against a dangerous new enemy." Weiss sighed. "If I didn't listen to Kohga… none of us would be in this mess."
"Cheer up, Weiss. There's no way any of us could have foreseen such disaster."
"You're right." Weiss nodded.
"Here, Weiss. Something more comfortable for you to wear." Saki said, handing her a Snowquill Armor set.
"Oh, thank you." Weiss smiled, taking it. "So what's the status here?" She asked, putting up an ice barrier around her to get dressed in private, slowly taking off her toga.
"Well, as Purah had more than likely had told you, we are in a perpetual blizzard. Now, if this was your average snowstorm hailing from the Hebra mountains, I wouldn't have given this much though. Hell, I thought nothing of it at first when it started kicking up a few weeks ago. But then it never let up… so I thought it was one of those rare overnight storms that will creep into the next day and will let up early in the morning."
"And it just kept blowing." Weiss guessed.
"Yes. Pretty soon, Hebra was pelted with snow and… it's gotten to the point that food is extremely scarce as of late. I'm afraid that we will have to evacuate and find a better place where food is abundant or face extinction."
Weiss dismissed the ice walls. "And I'm glad I came here not a moment too soon."
"Indeed." Teba nodded. "As I am now the chieftain, I'd hate to ask for help, but my wings are tied, I'm afraid. I must ask for your assistance. Though I'm afraid stopping a blizzard may be even beyond you."
"Hmm…" Weiss knelt down to examine the snow, picking it up in her hand. Cold to the touch, yet cold never bothered her. She brought it close to her eyes to see if anything stood out. She pulled out her scroll and took a picture of it, then started to text Purah.
"Hey, could you examine this for me? Something feels a bit off about this snow."
"I'll see what I can do~!"
"Oh! This is a surprise." A voice said as they turned to see Ren approaching. "Weiss, I wasn't expecting to see you out in this storm."
"Hey Ren." Weiss smiled. "How's your father holding up?"
"He is doing well." Ren said. "Although he is currently resting due to an injury."
"What happened?"
"Apparently the Guardians have not completely shut down." A voice said as they turned to see Li approaching, hobbling with a cane. "Either that or the Gloom managed to make them ten times as worse. You hit them with a Bomb Arrow and they just repair themselves."
"Li, you need to lay off of that foot or it will not heal properly." Teba said.
"Let it rest in this infernal snow that's threatening my friend's extinction? Hmph! I'd rather go out in a heroic effort and not freeze to death because of a limp leg."
At that moment. Weiss' scroll went off as she pulled it out, seeing that Purah was calling her.
"Hello?"
"Put me on speaker."
"Uh… okay…" Weiss nodded as she looked through the UI until she found and pressed it. "Okay, I have you on speaker."
"Can anyone else hear me?"
"Loud and clear, Purah." Teba said.
"Excellent. Now, what you're seeing is no ordinary snow. According to my analysis, it's artificial and it's made by a monster who has pretty much decided to rest in the comforts of the Hebra region."
"I knew it…" Weiss whispered.
"I'm not sure what this monster is, but it's big and wants the Rito gone. And I have a pretty good feeling Salem created this beast. Take care, everyone."
Purah hung up.
"A giant beast…? Agh, this is all just piling up just like this Song of the Stormwind Ark! If you would just let me go on that scouting mission…" Tulin mumbled.
"Song of the… what now?" Weiss tilted her head.
"It's an old song passed through the Rito Village." Saki explained. "A long time ago when we faced a different kind of Upheaval, the village was saved thanks to a great flying ship. Or so claims the song that's been passed for generations."
"Mind you, it's a song for children. Few adults still parrot it as if it is true." Teba said. "As a matter of fact, Kass was playing the song to cheer the children up during this blizzard before he got turned into a popsicle."
"What?!" Weiss said in shock as Teba pointed his wing to see Kass encased in ice. "Oh no…"
"A wind gust got the better of him during this snowstorm. He kept playing to keep the children from despairing until… well… his accordion froze over. I will admit, I could use his song right about now." Teba mumbled. "And don't even think about wasting your fire magic on him. Not even torches could melt the thick ice."
"What about my dragon fire?" Weiss suggested, her eyes turning draconic.
"I'd rather not have you drain your magic on the most stubborn ice in the world." Teba said.'
Weiss frowned. "Oh, okay." Her eyes turned back to normal.
"Now, back to the song…" Teba turned toward the giant thick cloud in the sky. "Every once in a while, you'll hear of a Rito claiming about an ark, and well, combine that with a blizzard, it sounds less far-fetched."
"I'm gonna be honest… I'm a bit surprised I've never heard of this song." Weiss said.
"I'd be more surprised if you've heard about it." Teba admitted. "It falls into obscurity every so often that you tend to forget about it until it's brought up again."
He pointed toward the thick cloud. "Now, I highly suspect that there is something within those clouds, but the air is so turbulent that no Rito could get close to it. It could be our monster friend. However, I'm hesitant to send everyone out there as we need to be cautious."
"I swear, you guys are clinging onto the song out of cowardice…" Tulin grumbled.
Teba let out a sigh. "Weiss, take anything you need here. I'm pretty sure we're going to need your help."
"Right." Weiss nodded as her Purah Pad made a few bleeps as she pulled it out to see summons pouring in.
Tulin
Teba
Li
Ren
"Hey, what gives? I thought dad was your summon a long time ago!" Tulin said.
"Long story." Weiss said as she walked down the stairs.
"I will do what I can to help you out." Li said as Ren walked down to accompany her, along with Zwei and Revali.
"I've watched you grow for the past five years. You and Tulin." Weiss said.
"You would always come here all the time with your wife." Ren said.
"Yeah. I've just have a special soft spot for the Rito." She smiled, looking up at the snowy sky. "I miss that bird brain."
"I'm sure he misses you too." Ren said, putting a hand on her shoulder. "By the way, do you know a way to open that up?" He asked, pointing toward a shrine. "Considering you opened up the Sheikah Shrines five years ago."
"I got it covered~" Weiss said as she vaulted over the rails as she pressed her hand on it as the shrine opened up.
"Just like that?" Ren asked.
"Yup." Weiss nodded as she walked inside with Zwei, Revali and Ren.

Gatakis Shrine - Ride the Winds
"Let's see what your old man taught you the past five years." Weiss said.
Ren pulled out his own bow. "I plan to."
Both of them walked forward as they saw a giant fan blowing through a hallway up ahead. Weiss's eyes turned draconic and summoned her wings, flying forward as Ren took a deep breath as wind wrapped around his feet and launched himself away, proceeding to catch up to Weiss.
Weiss turned her head and smiled. "He taught you well!"
"You were an inspiration too."
Weiss giggled as she flew into the wind and then her eyes widened as she quickly outmaneuvered the lasers as Ren did the same thing while Revali barrel rolled while holding Zwei in his talons.
The duo made it successfully as they turned around and went down into a hole that tried to push them back, but Weiss manipulated the wind around them as they dodged the spinning platform and divebombed into the ice, shattering it as they found themselves surrounded by Soldier Constructs with bows.
The two of them brought out their bows and fired as Ren closed his eyes, his eyes turning draconic and fired an arrow as they turned into wind spears and struck the Construct, where said wind spears exploded and briefly let out a dragon roar before the Construct fell apart.
Weiss looked at him in surprise after she felled two Constructs. "You…?!"
"Yes. My father took me to the Spring of Courage before the Upheaval and Farosh was residing there."
"And she gave you her blessing with the power of the dragon…" Weiss whispered before shaking her head. "You're growing up too fast on me, stop it."
Ren chuckled as Weiss flew over to open up a chest and pulled out a Strong Construct Bow and put it away as they went over and walked over to the shrine where Weiss collected her Blessing of Light.

All of them walked out as they both flew up and wandered into the armory where Ren gathered up some arrows as Weiss did the same, though Ren picked up a few Spicy Elixirs for himself.
Weiss spotted the frozen Kass nearby as she walked over and used her magic to try and thaw him out, but to no avail. Her eyes turned draconic as she proceeded to try and thaw him out with her dragon fire, even by breathing fire on him.
But the ice did not melt.
"...This has to be enchanted."
"Weiss!" Teba flew over to them.
"What's wrong?"
"I hate to impose on you, but Tulin just took off! You know how impulsive he can be."
"Teba… I know you're worried about your son, but he's a grown boy. Let him go and do his own thing. You can't be an Aerocuda parent forever. Let him grow on his own."
Teba sighed. "Normally, I would agree with you, but this storm has him determined to see about this fictitious Stormwind Ark and how he'll see to it that this storm will be done and over with."
"So you want me to bring him back by his talons?"
"No. I need you, Ren, Zwei and Revali to keep an eye on him. If he wants to go on his own, he will need someone to keep him from getting killed out there. I'd send Li out there, but I'd rather not make his injury even worse."
"We'll do what we can." Weiss smiled, putting her hand on his shoulder. "You're a good father, Teba. Don't let his antics discourage you."
Teba chuckled. "Right."
The group wandered off as Weiss hopped on the Master Cycle as Ren climbed aboard. "I'm assuming he went off toward those torches?"
"Yes." Teba nodded.
"Let's go." Weiss turned the Master Cycle on as she aimed it at Revali's Landing. Hope he doesn't mind if I drive off on it. She thought as Zwei and Revali were ready to go as Weiss drove off, where the glider came out and gently descended.
"This thing has a glider now?" Ren asked.
"Purah outdid herself." Weiss smiled.

Weiss gently landed on the ground and drove up toward the mountain cliff. "Weiss… I don't mean to sound rude, but I don't think becoming paste is a good idea!"
"Who said anything about that?" Weiss pressed a button as the Anti-Gravity kicked in as she popped a wheelie and started to climb up the wall.
"What the…?" Ren wondered.
"Anti-Gravity!" Weiss smiled as she easily ascended up and landed on the ground.
"Whoa…"
Weiss spotted a Skyview Tower nearby. "Hold that thought." She said as she hopped off and ran toward the Skyview Tower.
"Is this going to be like those Sheikah towers you activated five years ago?" Ren wondered as he climbed out and watched her go in with Zwei and Revali watching. "Soooo… find any women in your lives recently…?" He awkwardly asked the two.
"Woof/Craw."
"...Aside from Weiss and the princess?"
Suddenly, the hatch on the tower opened up as Weiss went flying high into the sky. "Whoa!" He exclaimed as Weiss casually flew up into the air and scanned the area with her Purah Pad, getting map data from it.
Once she disconnected herself, she looked around as she saw a shrine up in the sky and a few down below, but she focused on the one to the east as she flew toward it. "Follow me!" She called out as Ren got on the driver's spot and drove after Weiss, awkwardly popping a wheelie as he latched onto the side and drove up right as Weiss opened up the shrine as he landed next to her.
"This bike's definitely got a kick to it."
"Eh, would be boring if it didn't." Weiss chuckled as they walked inside.

Sahirow Shrine - Aid From Above
They walked in, seeing a red laser in front of them. "A red… laser?" Ren wondered as Weiss pulled out one of her bows and nocked an arrow, aiming directly in the laser and fired. The moment it touched the laser, the floor underneath opened up to reveal an empty abyss. The floor closed the moment the arrow left its line of sight.
"That's… alarming." Ren said.
"And so low to the ground. Come on." Weiss walked off with the trio following as they hopped over the laser and turned the corner, finding a laser that they could simply crawl through, or in Zwei's case, simply prance under it.
They turned another corner and saw a series of lasers in front of them. The duo quickly crawled or jumped over them carefully while Revali decided to pick up Zwei and carried him across. The two then jumped off a platform to cross over the three lasers.
They then walked off to see a platform moving above them. Weiss had an idea and took Ren's hand. "What are you…?"
"It might not work, but I'm curious to try." She said as she stood underneath the platform and proceeded to ascend up.
"What are you doiiiiiiiing…!" He yelped as he went through the platform as Weiss pulled him out. "...Okay. I am never doing that again."
"Oh, relax. It's not like you're missing anything important." Weiss chuckled as they walked over to a caged door, ducking under a red laser as they looked at the chest on the other side. Weiss looked over toward the blocks as she snapped her fingers as she used the Ultra Hand to push one to the red laser, opening up the floor in front of them but also opening up the door.
Ren walked over and opened up the chest, pulling out a Spicy Elixir as he put it away and then they walked off after Weiss used recall on the block to pull it back and then they walked into the next room where a laser started to move toward them. They easily hopped over it and went into the next room where a laser moved toward them again, only they ducked this time and walked off safely.
They walked out and then a third one came toward them, this time the lasers acted like a grid. There was a platform above them as Ren let out a sigh as Weiss took his hand as they both ascended while Revali picked up Weiss and went around as they hopped off.
"You could've went around it, ya know." Weiss said.
"I could have… I just wasn't thinking straight."
"Happens to the best of us." Weiss nodded as they hopped down and went toward the shrine where Weiss collected her Blessing of Light.

They hopped back on the Master Cycle and took off, driving up and running over some Bokoblins as Ren drank a Spicy Elixir to warm himself up as Weiss popped a wheelie and drove up a cliff before launching off and continued up where they saw Tulin being harassed by an Aerocuda.
"There he is!" Ren said as he launched himself off of the bike and manipulated the wind to fly up into the air and landed on the platform, quickly shooting the Aerocuda down as it dropped a bow as Tulin immediately caught it.
"Thank you!" Tulin smiled as Weiss flew up and landed on the platform with Revali and Zwei accompanying him. "Oh, you all came! That's-"
Zwei's ears twitched as he turned his head and started barking, catching their attention as Nevermore and Aerocuda came flying over with some Bokoblins either being carried or riding on the Nevermore.

Weiss instinctively pulled out the powered up Crescent Rose as a Bokoblin eagerly pulled out a sword. "Let's go!" She said as she and the Bokoblin charged at each other while Tulin and Ren fired shots at the Grimm and Aerocuda.
The Bokoblin swung at her but Weiss would parry him with the scythe, cutting through his skin as he let out a cry and roared in anger as he swung his sword rapidly but Weiss weaved her body and slashed at him again, burning his body with the fiery trail she was leaving behind as she jumped back, switching to the gun mode and fired, hitting the Bokoblin in the head to make him fall to the ground.
Weiss turned around toward the other Bokoblins that were more distracted toward the archers as Weiss took off, pulling the scythe back and giving it a heavy swing, beheading a Bokoblin as blood sprayed everywhere as she swung down and impaled the other Bokoblin on the head, instantly killing it.
Revali, meanwhile, corkscrewed into an Aerocuda as it clashed against Revali, but the Aerocuda immediately went crashing down in death as Revali picked up Zwei as he corkscrewed into a Nevermore and released Zwei as he shot straight through the Nevermore like a javelin, instantly killing it as its passengers fell to the ground in death… all the while Zwei faceplanted into the snow with his hind legs sticking out and wiggling.
Weiss turned around to face another Bokoblin and ran toward him as he backed up in fear as he tried to fight her off, but one swing from the scythe and Weiss was sprayed in a fountain of blood.
"I can see why Ruby likes this." Weiss said, using water magic to wash the blood off of her as Ren and Tulin knocked down the last remaining aerial monsters.

"You okay?" Weiss turned toward Tulin.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Wait… where's Zwei?"
"Knowing him, he's fine." Weiss said nonchalantly as down below, Revali grabbed Zwei's tail with his beak and started pulling him back.
At that moment, all of them heard a voice.
"Tulin…" A voice whispered.
"Wait… did you guys hear that?" Tulin wondered.
"I did." Weiss said with Ren nodding.
"Tulin!" A voice called out as some Rito came flying over right when Revali successfully pulled Zwei out. He barked happily and licked Revali's head, causing him to let out a disgusted screech before picking him up and flying high, though he did secretly smirk.
"Oh… Harth…" Tulin grimaced.
"That was an amazing display of teamwork from all of you. Though I'm surprised your lady is letting you use her scythe." Harth said.
"Ahehehe… so am I. I wonder why she gave it to me…"
"I think it has to do with her having a lot of trust in you." Ren said.
"I mean, obviously…" Weiss nodded.
Tulin sighed. "I would've handled them earlier but that Aerocuda ambushed me and snagged my bow… that's embarassing."
"I think you now know why we still treat you like a small chick." Harth said. "Though it's unlike you for your bow to be taken."
"That's the thing… I saw Princess Ruby up here being attacked by monsters, so I came to save her. But, as soon as I got to her, she started to fly away and vanished into the sky."
"Fly away?!" Harth said in surprise. "That's… highly unlike her. Weiss?"
"The only magic she's interested is in her silver light magic. She has no interest in other magic that I could teach her." Weiss explained. "Although, I think she picked up on some magic that makes her run faster than she usually does… or maybe that's just her physical prowess, but besides that… she has no interest in flying except when she wants to fly around Hyrule with me carrying her."
"So the Ruby I found earlier was-"
"A fake."
"Aw maaaan! So much for being a knight in shining armor for her… and… perhaps getting a kiss on the cheek from her." Tulin mumbled that last part, but loud enough for Weiss to giggle.
"Regardless, we've come to tell you that your father thinks you are capable of heading up there."
"Really? I thought I wasn't allowed."
"Well, someone got through to him."
Weiss innocently whistled as Tulin turned to her and smiled, hugging her tightly as she smiled and patted him on the head.
"Good luck out there." Harth said as they flew off, then they all turned toward the mountain and the platforms above.
"You guys ready?" Ren asked.
"I was born ready, let's go!" Tulin said excitedly.
Weiss strapped Crescent Rose on her back. "Let's roll."
And thus, Tulin joins the party! ...And Ren too.
