"And… that crazy lady thinks she had a couple kids with the android-dude, but she didn't, so now she's trying to take Clea's child?"

"Yup. That's the bulk of it…"

Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes were left behind in Brooklyn. Do you think the two of them cared?
Yeah no… they both felt right as rain there at home.
It felt good for the both of them. They got to catch up on a lot, and they watched the World Series together.
The simple stuff was the best, but now the two of them began a conversation about all the crazy stuff that was happening around them.

"And… so, the guy with the metal armor is the one that destroyed Wade's body, right? He's the dude that's got everyone freaking out?"

"Yes. Victor Von Doom is very powerful, and we're not sure how things are going to unravel. Tony suspects that he has a thing for the Scarlet Witch, which ultimately means he's going to side with her when things go south, but…"

BUT… Doom has already displayed some interesting behavior, so Steve Rogers wasn't completely convinced that he wasn't going to lend THEM a hand in the long run.
I mean, think about it… what does Doom really want? Was he just as "crazy" as the Scarlet Witch, or what's the real story?
Steve Rogers was bound and determined to figure it out the old fashion way, but yeah… he was listening in to what everyone around him had to say.
"James" Buchanan Barnes was more or less in the same boat… but he really wanted the drama to be done and over with.

"Donna said she wants to get married before the war between everyone takes place. She said that to me yesterday, so…"

"Bucky" wasn't sure how to take that request, so he looked to his best friend for some honesty and guidance.
Steve "perfect-face" Rogers gave him a confused look for a moment, because he wasn't understanding why Donna Strange suddenly wanted to rush into their wedding.

"Does she seem, afraid? Tell me everything she said.."

Uhh, well.. Bucky kinda shrugged at Steve's question, because he already told him the main points of what she said.
He didn't really have any additional information to give, well… maybe. The young man kept pondering the details.

"Donna does seem nervous about the encounter, and I'm not sure if she's just saying that.. or if she knows something more about what's going to happen."

Bucky felt stupid in that moment, because he was too easygoing about what Donna was telling him.
He realized that he should have asked her to explain.
Hmm. Steve started pondering what Bucky told him, and the impulse to ask Tony about it suddenly crossed his mind.
Tony had been digging into all the details for weeks, months? Sometimes, it felt like years…

"I'll have Tony do a deep-dive on all this stuff later, but let's start with the infamous Doctor Doom and think about what everyone really wants."

Why was any of this happening in the first place? Steve felt it was important to look back and really think things through.
Bucky Barnes was in agreement with Steve, and they ordered pizza a while ago… so.. the not-so-winter soldier was in heaven.
