"So, lemme see if I've got this right," Kyoka held up a jack, sitting on the bed with Ciana. "You then walked out of the room without a word, like, nothing at all?"

Ciana had made her way back to the hotel to get ready with the girls, Uraraka was still needing a bit of help getting ready with Yaoyorozu, but all of them immediately saw the dejected appearance of Ciana. And while getting ready, they sat her down to explain what happened, or as much as she'd say to start with about her, Izuku, and Melissa. With Kyoka listening intensely for someone who came off as very impassive to drama.

Ciana was actually bursting with some tears while she shared this story with her friends, sniffling and trying to wipe them away as she was sitting on a stool next to a mirror. "Y-yeah… I-I don't really think Izuku noticed much I left until he was finished up talking with Melissa…" Ciana now believed he had fallen in love with her, she was not sure if he realizes it but it's clear to her Izuku felt a lot more at ease around Melissa…

"Oh, Ciana..." Uraraka felt hurt hearing her beat herself down like this, especially after all she went through so far. She gentle dabbed around her eyes with a cloth to dry her tears, giving a comforting smile.

"Midoriya can be very clueless when it comes to people, he's a smart guy, but..." Yaoyorozu trailed off.

"He's a guy, so he's naturally naive," Kyoka stated the obvious, then looked at Ciana plainly. "Also... no, he's not falling for her," The musician turned to give Ciana her full attention. "I didn't just watch for a whole month as that green-haired fanboy tore himself apart about you, and did everything he could to get stronger for you, not to mention I don't think he's taken that necklace of his off once; I'm not really a critic for this stuff, but if that ain't love then I'm at a loss,"

"I'm not sure if it's exactly the same as it used to be…" Ciana sniffled, wiping her eyes and keeping her gaze down. "The way those two spoke and how understanding they were with each other clearly shows how attached they became…" Ciana sniffled again, having a hard time believing their connection is special anymore. "I-I caused him nothing but pain when I left, I couldn't even help him much when he felt like nothing compared to how Melissa perked him up…"

Her fists clenched, starting to tremble now. "N-not to mention she provided a better use to help him with his powers… h-he obviously likes her…" Her eyes squeezed shut, leaving a big crack in her heart.

The girls looked to one another, silently gauging what to say, so Kyoka stood up with a heavy sigh, unfolding her arms. Then, one of her jacks jabbed Ciana, giving her a brief jolt that made her jump with fright. "Okay then, by your logic, guess that means Mop Head's attracted to Uraraka, y'know, since she was the one to hang out with him and pull his depressed state back to what he is now."

Kyoka then pointed to Uraraka. "Or maybe she's got the hots for him-"

"P-please don't word it like that..." The brunette smiled timidly and blushed madly as she quickly whipped her gaze away.

"-since they hit it off at the start of UA too. Or Ashido, she seems to find him adorable and cute, but then again, it's Ashido and she might have it bad for Kirishima," Kyoka was just spitting fire at everyone, then placed her hands on Ciana's. "Listen, my point is, people having an understanding of each other, feeling comfortable around them, that doesn't automatically mean there's something romantic, heck, the world would be something else if it were that easy,"

"Jiro's right," Yaoyorozu spoke up with a fist to her chest. "You both are always together, and look so happy too despite all the turmoil that's befallen you since we met, Midoriya always kept to your side through it,"

"He talked to me and Iida about it too, he wanted to find a way to reach you, even if it was across worlds, I think that's really sweet of anyone to do for their partner!" Uraraka beamed, clapping her hands together.

However, despite their logic… Ciana lifted her gaze as she flash-backed to how bashful Izuku was around Melissa and when she touched his hand while she stroked his scars… they didn't see how he reacted like she did, Ciana shook her head and sighed. After how hurt she made him when she had taken off to the fantasy world… she wouldn't be surprised Izuku must have had a change of heart, now just meeting the mirror while picking up a brush to get herself ready. "I think that's enough drama for one night… let's just focus back on getting ready, I really don't want to sour our moods and be late over this."

Ciana now tried to avoid the topic, glancing at them for a second with a forced smile before her eyes meet back with the mirror as she begun to brush her hair more. Even trying to apply makeup in the process.

None of them were convinced, so Kyoka, reluctantly, snatched the brush from Ciana to help with her hair. "Well, let me handle this, you focus on... all that other girly stuff; you guys are lucky to even get me into this stupid thing," Her jacks motioned toward her own jacket and dress.

"I think you look so cute though!" Yaoyorozu gushed, causing Kyoka to blush out of principle.

"Please don't, I'm already regretting not bringing a suit or something," The rocker groaned.

"Let's show them how good we look together!" Uraraka cheered, earning a giggle from Yaoyorozu and a whining groan from Kyoka as she continued to brush Ciana's hair.

Blinking at this in surprise when Jiro snatched her brush, at least everyone's positive moods caused her to perk up and giggle. "Right! Let's knock Kaminari and Mineta's socks off!" Ciana cheered and jokes with another laugh, now letting Jiro work on her hair as she continues doing her makeup. Looking at herself in the mirror, Ciana still didn't feel pretty compared to Melissa… but, her expression turns a little serious as she eyed herself and reminds herself. "I'm so much more than how any girl looks…" Ciana thought to herself, for now during this party she should focus on her friends.

Izuku might end up spending most of his time with Melissa from how fond she became of him… if that's what they want to do tonight, what right does she have to stand in their way…

Meanwhile, observing Central Tower from a building adjacent to it, a pair of glowing red eyes widened again as the mask's optics adjusted. "Target not found, they appear to be gathering, will stand by and engage on your signal,"

~Good, keep it clean, grab the target, head for the control room, don't need to drag some kids into this mess~ His commander spoke.

"Understood, over," The coms went silent while the man's eyes zoomed in again, detecting heat signatures in one of the lifts heading for the 2nd floor. His fingers tapped to the concrete edge, patiently waiting.

Inside, the doors opened to reveal Yaoyorozu, Ciana, and Kyoka who hid behind the pair with a flustered expression. "Sorry for our tardiness, Jiro was feeling shy," Yaoyorozu smiled with an apology.

"Jackpot, yes!" Kaminari and Mineta cheered. While Izuku was left feeling completely speechless, and his throat felt dry too. Ciana wore a white shirt with semi-opaque sleeves, her butterfly necklace and hairpin. A maroon corset and black dress skirt with a frill and brown shoes. In his words, she was beyond stunning that his neck felt a little hotter.

Ciana was feeling pretty shy herself and still a bit down as she stood next to her two gal friends, blushing pretty flusterdly. "She wasn't the only one, first time of me attending a party like this." She had her hand at the back of her neck awkwardly, spotting Izuku caused her to gasp a bit. Quickly averting her gaze with sad eyes, he looked really nice but it was still awkward to see him now.

Izuku blinked when he had noticed Ciana seemed to have ignored his gaze, surprised and confused by the reaction. "Ciana?" Cocking his head, his expression changed in concern and slightly worried.

Glancing at the other boys around her had her smile in their direction "Don't you guys look nice, it's so weird seeing you all dressed up in something besides your hero wear." Ciana jokes, even a wowed by how Shoto was so fancy as she ended up approaching him. "Wow! Don't you look handsome Shoto, you almost look like a real prince now." The girl teased with a smile and a giggle.

"You think so?" He eyed his arms and blazer a bit, then nodded to her. "You look good yourself,"

"This is fancier than anything I've ever worn before, it feels like a costume," Kyoka admitted, still really unsure about the whole thing.

"I'm just glad you're not in a t-shirt," Kaminari gave her a thumbs up, not seeing how that irked the purplette.

"Even the jacket can't ruin it," Mineta set Kyoka off, both being jacked in the ear as a result as they wailed in agony.

"Shut up!" Kyoka grunted with her fists on her hips.

"Why would you do that, it was a compliment~?" Kaminari whined as the rocker turned away with a scowl.

"No it wasn't,"

Shoto blinked at that, "I suppose this is new for most of them,"

"Seems like it." She responded as Ciana eyed the guys and giggled again in the end, Ciana even blushed a bit from Shoto's own praise but more shyly.

"This is my first time in formal wear." Uraraka stated as she shyly approached toward Izuku as she took his attention away from Ciana. "I borrowed something from Yoayorozu." Revealing her adorable short pink dress to Izuku.

"It looks really good!" Izuku complimented, smiling as he shyly itched his cheek. "Like, perfect." In hearing this, Uraraka quickly took Izuku back as she started to bashfully face away and wave her arms.

"Oh Deku, Stop! You don't need to flatter me so much!" The compliment making Uraraka very happy.

"Contain yourself!" Iida stepped in and demanded when noticing Uraraka's sudden overjoyed out of control behavior.

Ciana having witnessed this, she raised her brow towards the pair. "Did he seriously already forget I was in the room?" Pouting, she took a deep breath as she instead eyed the two love struck boys "You guys should learn how you word yourself around girls more…" Ciana teases toward the pervy duo as they still whined in pain, glancing around as she now wondered where Kirishima and Bakugo were.

The elevator dinged again, and both Kaminari and Mineta gushed as Melissa came out in her own white and navy dress with a black sash and white rose pinned to it, her glasses were gone and her hair pulled into a curly ponytail. "Oh good, I thought I was going to miss you guys! Let's get downstairs for the party,"

"The headliner has arrived!" Mineta was crying fountains of tears with Kaminari nearly falling over from the sheer beauty.

"Mineta, I don't think my heart can take this, I think I might die!" He wept.

"These tickets were a mistake..." Kyoka smiled, almost embarrassed for them.

Ciana having noticed the way Melissa now came into view caused her to frown how she looked… of course she's more beautiful and stunning than ever, making her feel nothing again compared to her beauty. Izuku must be dazzled and didn't dare look toward him to find out, keeping her gaze away while her expression once again shown sadness and pain. "Izuku really is so lucky to have attracted her attention…" Ciana murmured to herself while she kept her gaze down.

"Hey, you feeling alright?" Shoto noticed the downtrodden look she had instantly.

"Hm?" Lifting her gaze toward the class prince, she straighten up and tried to smile again. Not wanting to bring her depressing mood down on anyone again. "Oh yeah, totally! Just kinda nervous is all." Ciana tried to hide it with an excuse while rubbing her arm.

"First time I'm attending a party with famous hero's so I'm a little on edge." All Might is probably at the party by now talking more with David, Ciana was supposed to tell Izuku what she felt around David but never got the chance…

"Now, everyone, we should get moving or we'll be late!" Iida waved his hand high.

"Let's get moving then, I'll help you navigate this event, I've had some experience in them, although reluctantly," Shoto offered, seeing as she was purposefully keeping her distance from Izuku meant something had happened between them, that, and Izuku mentioned she just left without him knowing, a trait she had a habit of doing when she was upset.

"Thanks, I-I appreciate it." She gave a thankful smile toward the class prince and a nod, but then perked up realizing she almost forgot about some people. "W-wait! What about Kirishima and Bakugo? Where could they be?" Ciana now asked as she noticed they weren't here, were they late? did they not get invited to the party? Did Bakugo not want to attend it? "No… can't be, this party had top hero's here so no doubt he would want to miss out on them."

"Yes, that is very troublesome, though apparent of Bakugo's behaviour-" Iida started to say.

That's when it all came crashing down.

~THIS IS AN EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT. WE HAVE RECEIVED WORD THAT AN EXPLOSIVE DEVICE HAS BEEN REPORTED SOMEWHERE ON THE I-EXPO GROUNDS. I-ISLAND WILL NOW BE IN HIGH-ALERT MODE. YOUR SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE, MOST OF THE ISLAND BUILDINGS WILL NOW BE SEALED OFF~

The alert came on the air almost too suddenly and without clear warning. The students of 1A stopped dead in their tracks upon hearing the announcement. Then shutters came down over the windows, sealing off the night sky from view.

"What, why something have to go wrong now!?" Kaminari freaked a bit, looking around hastily.

"A bomb's in the area...?" Izuku muttered. How did it get past the security?

"What the-?!" Ciana was also startled of the sudden announcement, glancing around her all shaken up just hearing this sudden news. Reminding her almost about the test they did to retrieve a bomb, crap… do they actually have to go look for a real one now…? "This makes sense…" Suddenly perking up when realizing something while staring at the ceiling.

"This is a party with top pro hero's attending… why did I not realize it before? Villains would take this chance to try and wipe them all out for good…" From her experience with movies and comics, her expression became more serious realizing.

Shoto pulled out his phone, his face hardened at what he saw, "I'm not getting any signal, looks like my signal is completely blocked,"

"The elevator's not working either," Kyoka checked.

"What the heck is going on here!?" Mineta was starting to sweat bullets.

"It's strange that the security system would go on high alert, that's not the protocol for when a bomb is discovered." Melissa's worry nailed in the final lid to the coffin.

"Iida, let's go to that party," Izuku stepped forward with a firm stare.

"For what reason?" He inquired.

"Because that's the place we can find All Might right now," No use withholding that given their circumstances.

"Wait, All Might's in there?" Uraraka asked, most breathing a sigh of relief at the news.

"Oh thank goodness, we don't have anything to worry about then," Mineta was the most relieved by this.

"Let's not get our hopes up, even with a top pro hero I'm sure they figured out a scheme to handle him." If they planned this for a while then they would have come up with something for All Might, now Ciana worried for her teacher.

"This obviously isn't looking good, if we're gonna head to the party then we have to be careful who we will end up running into." No doubt the villains will be ahead and on high alert themself.

"She's right-" Izuku agreed. "-Jiro, can you scout for us?"

"On it," She nodded.

But just as they were starting to organize themselves, a body suddenly landed in the middle of their group. Like a silent, deadly weight of death, and a harrowing buzzing sound that rippled to life with a whip of chains. With a thresh, before any of them could react, a buzzing line of orangey-red energy surrounding a chain made of arrow-shaped blades slithered toward Ciana, and suddenly binding her legs together, and her arms against her torso, lifting her as if she were weightless.

"Target captured; you let your guards down, heroes," A raspy voice breathed through a respirator. Everyone turned sharply to see who held her in a cord of unstable, flickering energy.

Their body was slim, fitted into a black combat suit with red accents for the knees, lines across the shoes and thighs. The gauntlets were grey, layered like armour with long, sharp claws for fingers, and from a gap in the gauntlets along their forearms, two bladed whips extended, both coated in a harsh unstable energy. The head was obscured by a red-faced mask with two glowing red eyes, the mask shaped like a skull with a respirator.

This sure came out quite a shock, now tied up as the girl tried to struggle free. How did they already know they were here? Ether way Ciana tried her hardest to break free and had to power up if necessary. "W-what the heck?! W-what's going on?!" Ciana tried to scan around for the one responsible for her restraint.

"A freakin' villain is here!?" Kaminari seized up a bit.

"I-I didn't even hear him!" Kyoka shivered, gritting her teeth.

"Finley!" Uraraka gasped in horror, half of them ready to move in to help her but the man raised his free arm, cracking the whip off the ground as it scarred the floor with a crackle and snap.

"Ah-ah-ah, I was told to not to harm any of you, but if you get in my way, well... these blades can detach-" He explained a little, raising the whip as it hummed harshly. "-I do that, then one simple command will set them off, and I doubt all of you have enhancement quirks to survive such a fate, pity,"

Despite his warning, a burst of hot wind drew the man's eyes toward Izuku, his face contorted with fury like no other. "Let. Her. Go." His body crackled with pure energy, ready to pounce when the man made his move. "Those whips... I need to avoid them and somehow loosen the one around Ciana - the gauntlet, I'll aim for that!" He thought on the spot, he now had his target.

"Oh, before I forget, you can call me..." He threshed his whips, swinging Ciana slightly. "Whiplash," Then his eyes shrank on Izuku's glare. "Oh, and I can do this too," With a crane of his wrist, the glow grew around the whip holding Ciana, causing her skin to burn as she whimpered from the sensation digging into her skin. "A hero with some scars is a sign of experience, wouldn't you agree?" He noticed the scars on Izuku's own hand.

Ciana squeaked out and had her eyes tightened closed as she was wincing from the tight grip the restraints had on her, was he the guy that haunted her last dream? Is she about to get kidnapped already? Ciana had a hard time fighting and even keeping it together, her eyes open slightly as she eyed Izuku pleadingly, once again scared she's going to be snatched and be used as a tool. "I-izu…ku!" Trying to plead his name for help, almost feeling faint from the pain and lack of exhaustion.

While Whiplash's eyes were on Izuku, Shoto shifted his right foot, causing a sharp chill to rush out and form a wave of ice tight enough to only target Whiplash. "You think we'll stop because of some threat?"

"No, you're too stubborn for that," Whiplash didn't even turn to Shoto, instead, he swung his right arm to the side, sawing through the ice before the whip buried itself in the wall above the elevators, pulling him away from them to hang from the wall, still suspending Ciana in his hold.

"Get him!" Shoto called as Izuku rushed past them to engage in close quarters. He reached his hand out for Ciana, only for a whip to burn across his stomach, burning his blazer as he pulled himself back in time with Danger Sense forewarning him.

Whiplash swung his arm wildly, curling and wrapping his whip through the air, shredding another small wave of ice from Shoto. Izuku doubled back, striking with a right hook to break part of the whip, his foot curled against the wall to leap toward the villain's gauntlet holding Ciana. But the broken chain from before sprung to life, extending further to curl and strangle Izuku as his hand grazed Ciana's hair. With one flick, Whiplash threw the greenette into Shoto's arms, the two collapsing as Whiplash swung himself to the ceiling where a ventilation shaft could be seen.

"You require more experience to face me; I apologize, but you won't be seeing your friend again, goodbye," With another crack of the whip, he dislodged several pieces to wedge themselves into the ground, forcing them all to scatter in time to avoid the chain of small explosions to follow. Under the smoke, Whiplash escaped with Ciana in-tow.

"No!" Izuku threw his head up, seeing the glow disappear as another explosion rippled through the vent, possibly sealing it off for good. "Ciana!" He failed... again!

Ciana screamed as the man suddenly took her, her eyes swelled up with tears as she watched herself be taken away from her friends.. Ciana was terrified this was the last time she ever got to see them… no! She can't let that happen! Ciana once again tried to struggle and even tried to power up her dragon form to escape, she can't let this be her last moments with them.

"I said let me go! I don't know who your working for but I'm not gonna let you think you can do whatever you want with me!" The girl shouted, thrashing around with the best of her abilities, her teeth gritted as her dragon traits were emerging again along with her bright beastly eyes.

Now out of the ventilation system, Whiplash saw her body starting to glow, and shut off the energy in his right whip, curling his fingers. "The thing is, much like with anyone who would say such a thing," He drew her face right to his mask, eyes wide. "I'm not asking," Then, her world fell to black as his fist stuck her in the gut painfully. "Nighty, night..."

When Ciana felt herself come to, she wasn't with her friends anymore, and her arms and legs were tied to a chair to keep her from budging. She let her eyes adjust, she appeared to be in a server room. The grate floor beneath her feet, the distinct hum of the long dark towers with hundreds of blinking lights and cables behind tempered glass casings. At least it was warm. But then she heard that harrowing vibration of energy from around the right corner of the catwalk.

"You woke up faster than I anticipated, you are more resilient than I realized," Whiplash murmured, moving into view for her to see him under dim spotlights. "I apologize for the punch, can't risk you attacking me during my retrieval phase,"

Ciana winced and groaned in pain when she awoke, eyes now adjusted, she glared at the man with a lot of fierce behind them. "Retrieval? Are you the one who set that bomb just so you can get to me?!" She now asked as she once again tried to struggle out of the chair, this is exactly how she imagined her kidnapping to go.

"Bomb? ...right, that was the command set by the security system, no, there is no such thing," Whiplash replied openly, leaning against the railing to her left. "Wolfram's crew have gained control of the security, and have detained the heroes present while they retrieve something they need from the vault on this floor, however, you were a secondary objective, one I was hired to complete,"

"What…?" She blinked in surprise at this, they did all this just to rob something? What could be so important to do all this? Ether way this was bad and didn't want to sit here while everyone's in danger. "I have rights! I never even wanted to be a part of whatever you wanted to do with me!" Again, Ciana tried to power up, wanting badly to escape.

"I have to be there to make sure my friends are okay! I want to continue my path to be a hero! I want-" she suddenly paused when remembering how useless she is now to aid Izuku on his path, even if she disappeared forever… he have Melissa now… her eyes clenched shut at the painful thought again. "Just let me go! I still have so much I want to live for!"

But her words were cut short, feeling the hot sensation of a whip near her throat, now, Whiplash stood in front of her, eyeing her closely. "You've got fight, but no will, no, a person who lives only with regrets is no better than a corpse. Your will is... flimsy," Leaning closer, he saw her neck tense as his humming blade grazed her skin. "I do not care what you think, my job is to deliver you to All For One, what happens then is none of my concern,"

"All For One?!" She panicked at this, so he was aware of her power now? How did he know she was still around? This frightened her as she begun to tremble with fear at the thought of seeing this man All Might described. "No! I-i refuse to be used as a tool to him!" She thrashed her head around, he's one of the last people she wanted to be snatched by.

Placing his foot on one of the legs of the chair, he held Ciana still, drawing back his whip so it ran vertically beside them. "Yes, your quirk is something he desires, Meru Zena is far too secretive and unpredictable, but you were ripe for the picking," His blade then dug into her cheek, drawing blood as he ran the tip of the whip up her skin. "Behave, and you may live a little longer to reflect, I was told to bring you alive, but you certainly don't need to be intact for that,"

Removing his blade as she gasped from the pain, the glow left the chain while he turned away. "Enjoy your stay in the dark, alone, like a corpse," With that, he left her to wallow in her despair. to be helpless!" The girl now yelled as her glow began to be hotter like a flame.

Watching as the villian left, Ciana sat where she was as she stared at the direction he left. At this point… she couldn't help her tears that began to flow down her cheeks, her gaze looking down at her feet. "This is it now… I-I wasn't strong enough to even fight him off, and now…" her teeth clenched, knowing it's all over for her. Never will she see her friends again and especially Izuku… her gaze looked back to the ceiling as she began to sob.

"W-what have I done! I-I should have just stayed in the other world! N-now this guy will use me to not only rule the world but kill All Might and Izuku! Why… w-why am I still so weak I can't even protect myself?!" The girl wailed sadly, feeling alone and a dangerous time bomb waiting to go off. Right now Izukus focus had to be more on the other villains than her, which is understandable knowing that's more important. But she is basically doomed now and unlikely her friends will come for her…

With her head lowered to her lap, her tears dripped on her dress while staying still for a few minutes. "I'm so pathetic… all I do is cause trouble, I'm a disgrace as a hero and a partner to Izuku…" Scoffing, Ciana lifted her gaze up a little. Suddenly her teeth clenched and her beastly shape appeared back in her eyes. No… she can't just sit around waiting for someone to rescue her, if she is going to be a hero then she has to also protect herself!

Cianas glow came back as well as her dragon traits appeared, her hair color went from brown to bright yellow. Feeling a rush of wind blow past her as her teeth gritted more, she clenched her eyes tight and now tried to struggle free again. "I-I don't want to be helpless!" The girl now yelled as her glow began to be hotter like a flame.

Ciana had been in bad situations before, she failed so many times to be anything but a burden. Her friends got hurt, bled, and shed tears for her time and again. She hated it, every waking moment she failed them with her own helplessness. The cords that bound her arms and legs started to melt and drip to the catwalk as her anger pooled over. If she didn't do something now, they could die, and then it really will be her fault.

"Grr!" With a growl between her teeth, the wires splattered to the floor in molten globs. Taking a breath, Ciana dimmed her light to not draw any attention, and without a second to waste, ran to the nearest corner and peeked around a server. The way Whiplash left was closed, so she eyed the door to the right catwalk. Pivoting, she ran toward it, seeing it open for her automatically into a large hallway. Sniffing the air, it just smelled bland, no other strange scents.

Moving light on her feet, Ciana came to a crossroads, unable to figure out which way to run. That's when her ears rang with that awful buzz; she turned only to have her air flow cut off by a burning chain as she was pulled sharply toward the dark server room again, thrown past Whiplash and across the catwalk. "Tch-Tch-Tch, I warned you; do not be mistake, this will to survive you have... is still so flimsy,"

Ciana had a feeling this guy would still be nearby… Ciana stood back on her feet with a wince as her dragon traits were still intact, glaring at the villian fiercely with a clutch of her fists. "I told you, I'm not gonna let you do whatever you want with me, I still have a life to live and I'm not gonna let you ruin it for me!" The glint in her eyes appeared and her glow became a little brighter, determined not to leave her life with her friends behind.

The door closed behind Whiplash, his chains lighting up more of the server room with their unstable light. "A strengthened will does not manifest in only a few minutes, I will crush that fragile mentality of yours,"

With a thresh of the left chain, it coiled and slithered toward Ciana, tearing apart the railings either side of them. She braced, feeling the blades grind against her forearms' scales as the force threw her backward. It then dug into the ground, pulling Whiplash toward her, the right blades retracting into a solid blade sticking out from his gauntlet as its violent roar stripped the air above her while she ducked, swinging an uppercut to his jaw, forcing the villain back only to dive backward to evade the left whip as it shaved across her cheek, causing it to bleed.

"If you believe your resolve it strong, prove it," Whiplash demanded, swinging his right blade wide, keeping Ciana on the defence as her arms burned, her scales barely holding on against its vicious sharpness. Whiplash moved closer, slamming his boot into her stomach as her back smacked off a server, tumbling across the catwalk on all fours.

Despite the rough treatment she was given, Ciana wouldn't back down. Lifting her gaze toward him with another glare before standing back up, a little wobbly but ignored it along with her pain. "I'm determined not to fall under that guys hands, I'm a human being! Not a tool you think you can just take and use! No matter what you do to me, I won't give up what I have!"

With that she charged forward with her claws ready to swipe the guy if she had to, she won't stop fighting until one of them is down.

With a right swipe, Ciana missed as his whip dug into the ceiling, swinging him over her head to twist around and bring his shin down on her risen forearms to block the strike. She gasped, evading the buzzing blade from his right as it dug through the catwalk, twisting it, he dragged the screaming saw through the metal, revving the blade high as it nicked her chin with her backflip. The catwalk buckled, the two of them stumbling until Ciana lunged and carved three gashes through Whiplash's breastplate while both chains extended to the ceiling again only to drive his feet down onto her own chest, both falling through to the ground level of the server room with the catwalks collapsing around them, damaging some of the servers.

"You're fortunate that I need you alive, but you don't need all your limbs for that," The left chain was then spun in a wide circle, creating a spiral to shred the concrete floor and anything else swept into its circumference. Ciana winced, feeling the vibrations through her scales, some strands of hair sliced off with parts of her dress. With wide eyes, she slapped her hands against the faces of his blade reformed, inches from her left shoulder as her claws struggled to hold it back.

Without warning, two small orbs of light swallowed her hands, creating a blast to shatter the blade. Whiplash stumbled, Ciana slamming her full weight into his body, digging her claws deep into the right gauntlet, stripping apart the plating and wires as the chain extended again, the left wrapped around her right leg as they dug into her skin, wrenching her high into the air, smacking her off the side of a server and through part of the collapsed catwalk, leaving her reeling on the floor.

"W-what did you - ngh!" Whiplash saw his right gauntlet spark, bursts of red energy leaking out. The heat grew to unbearable levels before it erupted, blowing apart into scorching shrapnel that peeled away at his body, knocking him backward onto his hands and knees. Shaking his head, his mask was damaged, the optic sparking in an attempt to focus, his whole right arm burnt and mere scrap clung by wires to a bodysuit below.

Ciana panted in exhaustion after that sudden strike, holding her arm in pain as she stood up to stare at the guy. She really managed to take him out like that? Ether way this looked like a good chance for her to escape, like that test in knowing when to flee or not. Right now she was pretty beat up and didn't think she can keep up any longer, so Ciana took this chance to try and make a run for it out the door. She needed to find her friends and help the pros who might be in danger.

Climbing the fallen catwalk for the door that led to that hallway from before, she struggled but slowly made her way up. Or that's what she hoped as her throat let out a scream of pain, feeling her right arm twist as heat spiked up her whole arm, feeling the vibration rip into her flesh. Looking back as her grip began to tremble, she saw blood drip from several sections of the whip digging into her arm as she was pulled backward, falling onto her back as the whip retracted to slither in the air around its master.

"Where... do you think... you're going?" Whiplash growled, that bugged eye twitching into a narrowed slit. "You desire to change a world that won't bend to idealistic nonsense, your dream will not change anything," He shook his head slowly at her.

Panting heavily, Ciana found the strength to stand again, clutching her shoulder as her arm bled, her scales weren't enough that time, but the rest of her body? It could still move, that's all she needed. "I don't care... what you, All For One, or any other villain has to say about me! I will protect what is dear to me, got that!?" Radiant light manifested, it grew and expanded around her shoulders like a veil. "Do whatever you want to me! I will become a hero, one that will be a guardian for my friends, that's why... I'M STANDING!"

Whiplash narrowed his eyes, forming around her back was a golden silhouette of wings, similar in shape to that of a butterfly's, sparks of raw Aura surging around her. Bending his whole body with his remaining whip, the rippling wave of energy spun itself into a hellish cyclone, striking in an arc that tore through several severs toward Ciana's left. When she jumped, the astral wings bent with her, flinging her higher than the radius of the chain, arching forward to slam her heel into Whiplash's forearms, the ground splitting beneath him.

Detaching the chain, he grabbed it with his right, smacking Ciana across the side while a new one released from the gauntlet. Casting the detach one toward her, she saw the segments blink. Sensing the threat, she suddenly channelled her aura into her palms, surprising herself more than Whiplash when two burst of light blew the chains into pieces, several explosions erupting in a crescent over their heads. Raising her left arm forward, she swiped down, snatching the tip of the chain attempting to flail her, twisting it around her forearm, ignoring the burning sensation.

Flapping her wings, she dove over Whiplash's head, twisting more of his whip around her arm and even her body, a thick layer of aura shielding her for a precious few seconds. Then, with an exhale, she released her aura in a blinding dome around her, the surge traveling up the length of the chain, smoke and sparks of gold and crimson spewing from the gaps in Whiplash's arm, the intensity of his whip flickering as Ciana saw her chance, tensing up with the last of her adrenaline, yanking Whiplash around herself, she flung him straight into the side of a server, toppling it with Whiplash buried inside it.

After that, she dusted her hands off with a huff, her hands on her hips. "And stay down!" The girl shouts at the knockout villain. "Whoa… how did I even know how to do some of that stuff?" Looking behind her back, Ciana flinched when realizing she has wings. Izuku was right she would grow some. "Oh my gosh! I-I have wings now?!" Ciana shouted in shock staring at them for a moment a bit shaky like.

"T-this is gonna add a new page in Izukus book isn't it…?" Remembering him, Ciana gasped when she realized she almost forgot about something. "Izuku! I-I gotta go find him and the others!" Powering down now to preserve her strength with her wings shrinking away which she is grateful for as it's still freaky… now the girl dashed off again, needing to stop whatever those other villains are up to and make sure everyone's safe.

Approaching the slanted catwalk to the exit, Ciana winced again, looking down to her trembling right arm... her aura hadn't closed her wounds properly, if she tried to use it now she might expend all her stamina. Looking at her left arm, she tore off the left sleeve, at least now it matched. With the fabric, she carefully wrapped up her worst looking wounds tightly, tying it up. Flexing her fingers, she could still move them, that's good.

Carefully putting more weight on her left arm, she climbed back up to the stable walkway, glancing back to where Whiplash laid among a wrecked server. Turning away, Ciana ran through the open door again, taking cautious steps through the hallway, looking around the corners for any sign of hostiles, her nose could only smell her own blood, whether that was a good thing or not, she really wasn't sure.

Continuing her scout of the area, she made quick movements to any sealed doorways, not wanting to tempt fate opening the wrong one and running into more trouble, she found a few signs pointing to the emergency stairway, her ticket back down the tower from... the 200th Floor? She really was at the top then.

Turning toward the heavy door marked as 'Emergency Staircase', Ciana let out a hopeful breath, reaching for the handle only for a glint of light to catch her eye. Her body seized up, suddenly throwing itself into the far wall in time to avoid the arc of the chain splitting through the floor, it curled, slashing horizontally so she fell to her knees, seeing a few strands of hair fall into her sight. The chain slowly retreated, it's glow flickering as sparks spat from the damaged gauntlet on Whiplash's arm.

"My objective... will not... fail here," He rasped, limping toward Ciana, catching her around the throat, careful not to cut her as he simply twisted enough to cut off her airflow, hearing her choke, thrashing to attempt to break loose. "I will do... what it necessary... to survive. You will not... interfere with that... my only desire left!"

Ciana didn't have the strength to fight back more as she felt too weak and in pain, Ciana tried to pry the guys hands off but didn't have a enough strength. She wasn't even sure if she would of been strong enough to anyways. "Izu…ku!" Ciana couldn't do anything now but squeak out his name for help, but he wasn't here… Cianas eyes closed as her tears began to fall thinking she will never get to see him again…

"You spoke of... being their 'Guardian'? Yet, when faced... with someone as determined... you can't... muster anything!" Whiplash constricted her throat further, slowly drawing her toward his waiting hand. "Nighty, night, 'Guardian',"

Ciana felt her breath finally give out with a strained cry. This was it, she... gave it her best... "I'm sorry... Izuku..." Were her only thoughts.

A tingling sensation snapped in the air, running up Ciana's back like a gentle current, enough to snap her eyes wide open. To her left, she saw a fierce glow caught in an emerald eye, blackish-green curly hair pulled back by the wind pressure.

"Full Cowling - Eighty Percent!" Izuku's heart and mind screamed. The second he spotted them, not a cell in his body hesitated to move. His arm wrapped around Ciana's shoulders, while his right fist crashed into Whiplash's chest, splintering his remaining whip into pieces. "Smash!"

The villain flew backward with a gargled scream, colliding with the top of the doorway to the server room. Whiplash twitched in place before collapsing to the cold floor, his armour and gear broken beyond repair, passing out on the spot. Izuku kept his arm around Ciana, holding her close to his chest as he exhaled, the sparks lingering on his body. "I won't let anyone take her from me... remember that, Whiplash," Izuku vowed, squeezing Ciana closer.

Ciana blinked to adjust her eyes, that familiar warm safe feeling she always felt when she was in a certain someone's embrace. "I-Izuku…?" Getting a better look at her savior, it was indeed him… he was here, Ciana never felt more happy seeing him as her tears began to flow more. "Izuku!" Her arms immediately went around him as she cried, she was so scared and thought that would of been her last moments…

Her face buried in his chest as she kept crying, terrified she would have never seen him again. "Y-your here… y-your really here!" The girl hiccuped and cried as she trembled fearfully in her hero's arms, so thankful to be where she truly wanted.

With the danger passed for now, Izuku powered down, wrapping his arms around her tightly, smiling warmly against her. "I'm here... I'm so glad you're okay..." His eyes travelled down to her right arm, she was injured too. Then he stared at the light cut that remained on her cheek, cupping it tenderly. "I'm sorry, for everything, and..." Unable to find the words again, he just kept his hold on her tight.

Her tears continued to leak as she held him, Ciana felt so relieved he was here to save her like he always done… now staring up at her hero as he checked her over, her expression became confused and blinked from the sudden apology. "S-sorry for what? You still came for me didn't you?" Ciana smiled a little despite how her tears kept coming, thinking Izuku was referring to when he didn't stop the villain before.

"N-no one expected that guy to appear, but what are you doing here?" Now was concerned for him and the others as her hands went to his shoulders. "A-aren't the others still in danger? I-I thought you would have been more focused on them."

"I meant..." No, now wasn't the time, instead, he put back on his serious look. "The others are how I got this far, if not for them, we'd have never made it to you; the Control Tower is under the villains command, we need to retake it to free All Might and the other Pros detained in at the party, the whole island's also on lockdown,"

"Ciana!" Melissa came out from cover now that it was safe, pulling the girl into a tight hug too. "I was so worried... but your arm, h-how bad is it?" She carefully lifted Ciana's hand to inspect the cloth closing her wounds. "I'm sorry we couldn't get here sooner..."

Ciana was definitely surprised Melissa was here with Izuku, no doubt she be worried and want to help. The hug was unexpected to her and when she separated Ciana stared up at the girl in a bit of confusion, looking to her arm she gestured to. Giving the a girl a reassuring smile. "I-it's not that bad, don't worry about it I'm just relieved you're still okay Melissa."

Ciana rubbed her injured arm, despite her pain it was never enough to bring her down. "You both came just in time so I'm grateful enough, but are our other friends okay too?" Noticing they weren't with them, did they split up?

"Yeah, they got us up to this floor, but they'll have to take the long way instead," Izuku explained for her. "Right now, we need to find the control room - Melissa?"

"It's in front of the central elevator," She answered, running ahead. "Come on, before the commotion we caused draws them to us,"

"Okay, Ciana, you ready to finish this?" He wasn't going to leave her behind, not ever again after this.

"I-I am!" She responded with a serious expression and a nod, she came this far and wasn't going to give up especially when it comes to being there for her loved ones. "Lead the way!" The girl now put on a confident smile, ready to take action beside her friends and her partner.

Once down the hall, the trio stopped before the Vault, the wide, circular lock wide open to a massive storage room with hundreds of safes in the dark blue walls, blue motes of light traversing the edges. "Someone's already in there..." Izuku peered closer, motioning for the girls to stay close as they approached the entrance.

Once in view, Melissa gasped. "Papa! Why is he up on the top floor though?"

"Maybe the villains brought him here, they might need something from him?" Izuku suggested, unsure himself.

"We have to help him," Melissa announced, but that was already decided the moment they spotted him and his assistant.

"I've unlocked it, Block Eleven-Forty-Seven!" David declared with a subtle relief, Sam rushing over to the many alternating boxes. They soon shut down, leaving only one to pop out slightly from the exterior.

"You did it, Professor," Sam revealed the contents of the safe, a briefcase with only a single, skeletal headset coloured white with blue tips. "Look, everything is here, it's perfect."

"Finally," David bowed his head with a frown. "I've gotten it back, all my research, and they took my device away from me," He clenched his fists, even his words and tone threw the teens into a worried state, themselves looking among each other, then they entered the Vault. "And now it's mine."

"Just like we planned," Sam sighed, "Seems like the villains are holding things down." As they spoke, David headed up to meet Sam with a grateful smile, all while disbelief rocketed through the teens, themselves unable to understand what they were hearing

"Papa..." Melissa finally spoke up, her heart was pounding with horror, she... no, she refused to believe whatever was being spoken, even if a slither of her said it was true.

"Melissa? No..." David was shocked to see her, and the two teens All Might brought with him.

"Miss, what are you doing here?" Sam asked with worry, more so over their plans having been unravelled.

"What do you mean it's like you planned it?" She stepped forward. "Don't tell that... you were the one behind this?" He didn't move, his mouth locked in fright, his eyes unwavering. "You did all this, just to steal something?" He was hesitating, and Melissa still refused to acknowledge it. "No, it can't be true!"

He closed his eyes, shaken, guilty, utterly loss for words until he raised his head to his daughter. "Yes, it is." Three soft words brought Ciana and Izuku beside Melissa, the former's eyes burning with rage.

"Papa, how could you!?" The words stung the air.

"I had a feeling you had some kind of dark motive in mind…" Ciana sensed it before, when they first met… she didn't want to believe it but her hunch was right, Ciana stepped forward as she glared at the man. "When we met, I felt you were up to something… but I wasn't sure, how could you do this? To All Might? And especially your own daughter!"

Her fists clenched, always there's a twist… he may have did a bad thing but Ciana still didn't want to believe he truly turned to a dark path, especially how his eyes shown guilt towards Melissa for his actions.

"The Professor was only trying to get back what was stolen," Sam enforced, clutching the case tightly. "The invention inside this briefcase can amplify a person's Quirk."

"Wait, is that even possible?" Izuku asked.

"Yes, it's still being tested, of course, but unlike with drugs, this device can repair damage to a person's Quirk and even amplify its capabilities without doing any damage to their body or brain." David hadn't raised his head to any of them, so, with a heavy heart Sam told them. "Yet despite that, our sponsors confiscated this prototype and our research data, they demanded that the project be abandoned. They worried something like this could drastically affect the structure of superhuman society, different nations put pressure on your father to end it,"

"That's why we did this," Sam retold sadly. "So I suggested the idea to hire people to steal it back for us, not real villains, of course, but those with the capable skills to execute this mission without harming anyone, we made the abundantly clear, in the end, we would be forced to steal back our invention and move to work someplace else."

"I had it set to begin during the I-Expo Reception where all the sponsors and heroes would be, keeping them out of harm's way while these 'villains' put on a show and made it look like I-Island was under attack by villains," Sam concluded, realizing the horror written in their eyes at every truthful word.

"I-I don't understand, there's something I'm missing, right?" Melissa didn't want to hear any of this, she didn't want to believe a single word of it. Neither did Izuku nor Ciana, the man who was All Might's closest friend, like family, and he betrayed that trust for a pile of scrap?

"I'm so sorry." David couldn't look his daughter in the eye.

Tears stained the ground beside Ciana. "This doesn't make any sense, the Papa I know and love wouldn't act like a villain no matter what!" She was barely able to stand. "So why then, why!?"

"I had to for All Might," The words boomed in their ears, none more than the two bearing his secret. "You three probably aren't aware of this, but All Might's Quirk is disappearing, however, if he uses this device he'll be his old self - No, his abilities would be even stronger than they were!" David proclaimed, a desperate smile on his face as he waved his hands. "The number one hero, the Symbol of Peace can get his strength and light back again! He can keep saving people, just like he always has!"

"The professor's upset because his friend's power his fading," A dark, blue aura loomed over Izuku and his thoughts, he realized... it was all because he was the new inheritor, All Might's strength was failing because it was already passed on. "This is all happening because All Might passed One For All on to me. He doesn't know..."

"Please," David took the case, holding it in his trembling hands. "Please just let me hand this device over to All Might, there's no time to remake it!" Now he was going mad with despair. "When this is over I don't care what kind of punishment I receive!"

"They risked their lives," Melissa snapped, throwing her arm back to defend the two with her own rage and sadness. "Deku, Ciana, and the others risked their lives, they went through so much just to make it this far, do you have any idea how dangerous this was!?"

"And Ciana was ripped from her friends and partner's arms and look at her! All of them are trying so hard to save everyone on the island!" Melissa's words echoed inside the Vault.

David couldn't believe what he was hearing. "Wait, hold on, what do you mean... the villains are fake. It's all supposed to be an act?"

"Of course it was a performance," Behind them, their attention drew to the man leading the assault. He was a tall, bulky man with dark red hair and yellow eyes. He wore a large, white coat with gray cuffs and trimmings. He also sports combat gear, including combat boots, dark pants, and a combat vest. He covers his hands with brown gloves and sports a metallic mask. Beside him was one of his lackies, "But the real act was pretending we weren't criminals,"

The sudden reveal threw Izuku into action, Full Cowling reacting on instinct. "You're the boss!"

The villain pressed his hand to the Vault door, blue sparks appeared, and loose metal and railings detached to ensnare Izuku, pinning him to a wall. Ciana fell for the same trap, now pressed down against the floor by the bending steel, unable to budge.

"Oh no, Deku, Ciana" Melissa ran for Ciana.

"You'd be smart not to resist," The man warned, approaching Sam and David. "Sam, hand it over,"

"Right! Here you go," He snatched the case from the dumbfounded Professor, running down the steps

"Sam?" David soon realized the ploy he had willingly fallen for. "This was your plan? You were going to hand it over all along?"

"You were the one who tricked me, professor," He replied bitterly. "I've been your assistant for all these years, and you let them take our work, we could have had fame and fortune, but no," He stared back at his colleague with anguish in his eyes. "I deserve more, I need to be rewarded, I don't want my entire career to be a complete waste of time!"

Sam didn't see the handgun risen to him. "Here's the payment I promised you," With one shot, Sam fell, clutching his bleeding shoulder.

"Sam!" Melissa cupped her mouth in horror while Ciana and Izuku felt their anger boil, trying to pry themselves free.

Ciana was angry but watching how that man shot David had her gasp and stare at the display with horrified eyes, flash backing to the day her mother was shot and killed had her tremble seeing the same action that happened. How they came to rob the place and how they shot and killed someone… the sight caused her to go into shock but also made her blood boil… "N-no… no! I-I can't relive this incident all over again! Her teeth gritted as she tried even harder to break free, her beastly gaze showing in her eyes.

"Wait, th-this wasn't part of the plan?" Sam cowered, clutching his shoulder.

"Is it not? That's strange, because it was always a part of mine," The villain gave a winning grin, finger pulling the trigger as blood splattered across the briefcase.

David took the hit through his shoulder blade and just above his lung, barely surviving as his blood stained the ground. "P-Professor, why?" Sam could hardly breathe as his companion lay face down in his own blood, taking the strike for him.

"Get... out of here!" He ground his teeth, trying to lift himself.

"Papa!" Melissa took off to help him, leaving Izuku and Ciana to desperately thrash against the their restrains, pulling and cracking the surface with each distressed attempt.

"Stay back!" David warned but the butt of the gun smacked Melissa across the face, knocking her over.

"What?" The villain stomped on David. "Trying to be the hero after all this? Too bad for that, no matter what your reasons were, you've dirtied your hands now, whether we're real villains or actors is irrelevant, you planned and committed and actual crime here, you're exactly the same as we are," The man took pride in seeing the utter look of terror on David's face. "You can no longer remain as respective scientist or continue your research without shame, your life is forever tainted with the darkness of villainy, hehehaha," Lifting David up, he glared. "And if you want any future at all you'll mass-produce this device so I can sell it," With a swipe of the gun, David was knocked out. "Hey, take him to the roof,"

"Please no... give him back!" Melissa begged, tears rolling down her face as she tried to pick herself up.

"That reminds me," With a twisted smile, the man's gun levelled to Melissa's head. "This will be a lot smoother if I remove the professor's attachments,"

That was the final straw, "Don't you... Hurt Her!" Izuku screamed, both tearing out the metal restraining them with a roar of strength. In an instant, both Ciana and Izuku made a B-line for the main villain. Placing his hand down on the floor quickly, he erected a wall of metal to block their combined right hooks.

Watching how the wall quickly came their way had Ciana startled and gasp has it caused her to retreat her attack while she now stood next to Izuku, powered up in her dragon form again with fury in her own eyes like Izuku's. "Great! He got ahead start!" This would be hard to get through even for her, clenching her fists in fury. Last thing she ever wanted is to see someone else lose their loved one over a villain.

They impacted the wall but it wasn't enough. Craning their heads to Melissa, she saw the fearsome look in their eyes, both had the same thoughts, the exact drive they begged her to do. Ciana nodded her head. "Melissa, we've got the Professor and Sam," Her thoughts screamed.

Izuku's eyes burned with an electric green contrail, his very body heating up rapidly. "Save everyone else!"

Without hesitation to cloud her mind Melissa stormed off, leaving them to fend of the villains. The leader saw this. "Dammit, stop her!" He snapped, the man dropping the Professor to intercept. Izuku tried to run for Melissa but several tall walls erected before him, cutting off his approach.

"Ciana, follow me!" Izuku yelled, running up the wall itself as she gave chase too, using the wall to dive backward and press themselves to the Vault before diving over all the barriers, cutting off the blonde villain trying to catch Melissa who ran past them. "You're not getting past us!"

"Izuku!" Ciana stepped in front of him, raising her arms as thick columns of steel collided with her arms, her scales just managing to hold up as both were pinned down, Izuku pressing his body against hers to aid in thwarting off the assault the battered the dragon girl, forcing her wounds to reopen while she stood her ground.

"Don't make threats you can't live up to, kids!" The leader yelled, burying them under the pillars of metal and wire.

Ciana was behind Izuku while he protected her from getting struck and pushing back as hard as he could, Ciana was incredibly scared of Izuku getting hurt any worse. Despite her wounds opening… Ciana held onto the back of his shoulder as she begun to enhance more of his stamina, gripping them tight. "You can do this Izuku… don't ever give up!"

Ciana encourages her hero as she does what she can to help, she might not be able to prevent him from breaking his bones but she can at least stand by his side and give him as much of a power boost as he needed.

"Everyone..." Izuku thought of them as the pressure made him groan in pain, but Ciana's boost finally helped them gain ground, her own hands now pushed against the pillars too. "All Might... Ciana..." His left foot overturned the floor, his lip bled from his teeth biting down as his threshold soared to twenty percent, the air force increasing the pressure around his body before- "I will save you!" He threw his arms wide, blasting the pillars away with Ciana as the two tumbled to the floor.

Now free, Izuku couldn't wait to recover, helping Ciana to stand. He was breathing heavily but managed to stand firm. "We have to rescue him... otherwise, why are we even here?"

"We will… I promise we will Izuku." Ciana was panting herself, keeping her hand on her partners shoulder to help recover more of his strength. Giving him a confident smile and a nod. "I always believed in you Izuku and I never stopped, no matter what happens or what you choose…" The last part she was kinda referring to Melissa… noticing how he looked when he was so determined to protect her from being shot before and how he eyed her, still thinking his heart has moved on…

Despite that pain she wasn't gonna let Melissa lose her father, taking her hand off his shoulder. "Come on! We got to keep moving!" She says as she now started running into the broken vault to follow the trail of blood, hoping it's not too late to save him.

"And I you, always, I swear," Izuku vowed beside her, both slow but pushing themselves to give chase.

Atop Central Tower, the helicopter spun itself up, Wolfram threw the Professor and the case into the vehicle, while leaving his men wasn't a good thing it was far too risky to wait now that All Might was free and the security system would be operational soon. Shaking his head he placed his hand on the roof of the frame.

"Stop!" His head swung back, seeing the form of that boy and girl hunched in the doorway. "You give the Professor back right now!"

Ciana stood by his side once more as she once again glared fiercely with her dragon traits kept active along with her glow. "You better take your hands off him if you know what's good for you!" Ciana was determined to save the man as well, she won't let Melissa lose her father.

"I wonder... did you two come here to take him to pay for his crimes?" Wolfram mocked, stepping forward.

"Of course not! I came here to save David Shield from the likes of you!" Izuku slapped Ciana's open hand, her Aura enhancing his as he stormed the rooftop, ebbing across the concrete with a rush of energy.

"Even though he's a criminal!?" The leader taunted, a pillar sent hurdling toward Izuku.

Izuku dived over the first, running up and across the second to escape the four others that smashed apart the ground, "You watch, I'm going to save everyone, that includes the Professor!" He slid down the length of another heading straight for Wolfram.

"Doesn't look that way to me!" Three more swarmed from below

"Shut up!" He screamed, grabbing the next to swing himself up and over the next two, sliding down the first with his feet. "That's what heroes do, they help people who are in trouble!" His fist tore through another, while the ground under him was ripped apart by more serpents of steel, wires snatching at his feet as he tore them apart with his speed.

"How exactly?" Wolfram dared, drawing his weapon on David again.

"Save yourself... run away!" David begged, forcing Izuku to land less the villain did shoot.

"Geez, being a hero seems really inconvenient," Wolfram shrugged, his fingers curled against the ground with a maliceful smirk. "I haven't even used half my power and you're helpless!" Just like that, another pillar struck Izuku head-on. Izuku dodged between the two pillars as another caught him from below, one up above intercepting, crushing the boy between the two as a third pulverized all three, throwing him high and back into the earth, he didn't get up this time. "Doesn't sound like a very smart way to live to me,"

Ciana stood in horror by Izuku's side and didn't think they are able to reach it from all these walls moving so fast to stop them. Staring at the injured man in the helicopter, flash-backing to more how she wasn't able to do anything to save her mother and how she had to go on in life without her. Ciana knew that's how Melissa is going to feel… she wasn't sure what else to do, trembling as she eyed Izuku beside her for a moment. Her fists clenched as her gazes went down… about to do something bold in hopes it will be enough to save the man….

Now lifting her gaze as she eyed the villain in the distance. "Wait! If you want to take anyone! Take me instead!" The girl suddenly shouted out in a protest, her expression becoming more serious. "I have the power to enhance stamina and heal people! Something a villain like you would take more use for right?! Let David go and you can have me instead!"

"Ciana...!" Izuku gasped but winced a bit from the impacts from before.

Wolfram eyed them as the helicopter started to turn, "Tch, whatever Whiplash wanted of you isn't my problem, besides, I've already got a portable device to do what you can do for half the trouble, kid!" He threw them a wave right as the aircraft turned away.

"Ciana, I need you to boost me, as much as you can without passing out!" Izuku asked of her, his eyes burning with unfathomable determination to save David Shield. "Please, you're the only one that can help me!"

Seeing her option didn't work, eyeing Izuku again. The girl nodded as she goes to hold onto his shoulders, ready to give him the boost he needed. "I-I'll do my best! P-please be careful!" Ciana begged, hoping she will be able do enough to help.

Taking off with an unbelievable surge, he tore apart the lingering columns to spear the bottom of the helicopter, gripping one of the wheels with all his might. "If I get in close, there's no way he can use the metal around him!" Izuku had him, this was his - no, their last chance to save the professor! "Grab my hand!" He yelled, struggling to hold himself steady as the vehicle tried to steady itself.

"Stop, let me go, Midoriya!" David had all but given up, even as the two struggled to fight.

"Melissa is down there! Your daughter is waiting for you!" His hand reached closer, seeing a spark of hope in his eyes.

"I'll give you this, you act like a real hero, both of you," Wolfram respected, levelling his handgun to Izuku now. "But you're an idiot!" Firing a shot, Izuku deflected it with his Full Gauntlet in time, but lost his grip in the process.

"Think, what can I do!? What can I do!?" He kept reaching out, the villain's glare getting further and further away before colliding with the rooftop near Ciana who ran to his aid.

"Ciana, Deku!" Melissa had arrived, rushing to help them.

Izuku kept trying to pull himself forward, the helicopter now further from his reach. "Come back... come back, let him go, don't take the Professor! DAMMIIIIIT!" Izuku's wailing scream toward the sky made it hard to listen to.

"Izuku…" Again, she couldn't do much to help Izuku. Hands on his shoulders as she tried to help him sit up. Seeing Melissa here she was grateful she's still okay but felt horrible she couldn't do anything to save her father. "Don't give up hope… we will find another way to save him." Ciana wasn't sure what else to do but try and lift everyone's spirits, giving him a sad smile as her tears started to leak again.

"You saved Melissa at least… you did everything you could, I'm sorry… I-I wasn't able to help you further…" Ciana gaze went down in guilt and shame, knowing she's still useless to be Izuku's partner, just like in the first battle test together…

"Don't you dare lose that smile, alright, Young Midoriya!" A familiar voice rang out. Something tore up the side of the Tower, ripping through the panels as the figure shot into the skies above. "Hyah! It's fine now! Do you know why!?" Everyone either trembled or were left in awe. With a wide smile and a fierce posture, All Might loomed over the villains. "Because I am here! I'll have you return my friend to me, you fiend" His body produced a massive wave of air, turning his form into a blue blur upon passing the chopper.

Whatever happened, All Might just appeared beside them, the helicopter exploding in the air as it crashed back down to the roof. In his hands was the Professor, unharmed say for the wounds he already sustained. "Papa!" Melissa knelt at his side as his bound hands were released.

"Melissa..." David croaked, his voice weak.

"Everything will be okay," All Might assured them, in hearing those words, the teens felt themselves smile again, Melissa wiping away her tears while Izuku gave Ciana a hopeful look.

"We did it..." It was close, but David was saved.

"Leave it to All Might and Izuku to save the day." The girl beamed, sighing tiredly as she ended up sitting back while holding her arm. Relived all that mess was over now. "Some party this turned out to be…" Ciana joked, but still had some sadness in her heart… she was useless to help Izuku still… maybe he want Melissa as a partner stead now…

David smiled slightly at this, knowing his friend's students were okay, then he couldn't bear to face them again. "I'm so sorry, all of you," They looked to the Professor, "It's my fault-"

A large, silver pillar suddenly smashed into All Might, tearing him away from the group. "All Might!" Izuku yelled, turning sharply to the source only to feel his heart tremble.

The roaring flames shadowed the mass of machinery, steel, and wires that stripped up the rooftop, distorting its face to accumulate around Wolfram. A bunch of wires split through the ground around them, snatching David as he grunted in pain, once more ripped from their hands. David was soon consumed by the carapace of steel, hidden from their sights.

"Papa!/Professor!/No!" The trio cried out, seeing the manifestation of the tower suspend Wolfram, the device from the case strapped to his head, turning his eyes bright purple with the most sinister grin possible.

"I heard Sam, All Might's quirk is failing him! He doesn't have the same unstoppable power he once did!" Wolfram's voice became distorted, his lower-half surrounded by metal as it expanded into an amalgamation of cybernetics and tendrils that fed deeper into the hull of Central Tower.

"You really don't know when to give up, do you!?" All Might challenged, bending low with his arms braced as he tore across the tower. "Texas...!" He readied his left arm. Wolfram brought its right forward. "Smash!" The kinetic force pulverized the ground under him, but a thick wall of metal completely negated his strike, much to their shock. "What!?"

"Is that all you got!?" Wolfram taunted, blue lines of raw energy infecting half the tower, spreading down the sides slowly as the whole complex trembled, metal starting to float and form around him, some thickening the main body's armour, wires wrapping around each other, becoming wider and stronger as a result as stray jolts of electricity coursed throughout the inhuman monster. "David Shield's genius lives up to its reputation, I can tell my quirk is growing more powerful! Hahaha! Why would I ever want to take this off now!?"

"I had no idea he created something so powerful," Melissa was stuck in terrified awe.

Ciana never seen anything as twisted as this, she stepped back in fear as she watched this man morph into some kind of mechanical beasts, there's no way she can even fight that. "T-this is… s-so inhuman!" This was a horrifying display, Ciana wasn't sure how to act as her hands went to her mouth while she still stared in horror.

"Now, I think I know the best way to raise the price of this device, I can charge whatever I want if it was used to kill the world's number one hero!" Wolfram deduced, commanding columns to give chase in an attempt to crush All Might.

Managing to avoid most of the attacks, All Might lunged for another right hook only for a larger pillar to intercept, though he tore through a lot of its mass, All Might was eventually grounded, forced to push back against the pillar as some steam rose from his body, coughing as he did so. One stray pillar attempted to strike the teens, Ciana felt Izuku hoist her and Melissa over his shoulders, leaping away from the chaos quickly.

Ciana was surprised Izuku was strong enough to carry them as he brought them out of the danger zone, Ciana was worried seeing All Might condition when she looked back. Was the crystal not enough to help him? She should have gave him more strength when she had the chance… for now Ciana held on tight to her hero to make sure she doesn't slip.

"All Might... this isn't good, he's at his limit!" Izuku stared past Ciana fearfully, seeing his mentor coughing up globs of blood, his arms starting to buckle. Wolfram was having a field day, slamming pillar after pillar down atop the Symbol of Peace struggling to move, another stray column attempting to crush them but Izuku kept on his toes.

"Is Uncle Might okay?" Melissa asked fearfully, afraid to look up.

"Why won't you die already!?" With six pillars total, all of them barrelled toward All Might, the trio unable to do anything but watch.

"All Might!" But Izuku's cry cut short when a massive shift of frigid wind and ice collided with the pillars, locking them in place instantly.

"Go to hell!" Katsuki screamed, erupting the ice and blasting away the columns, a shield formed to ward off the barrage from Wolfram himself. The ash-blonde recoiled, feeling his muscle fibers threaten to tear. "How can you let yourself get beat by such a lame final boss!? Hurry up and take him down!"

"We'll do what we can, we'll help you!" From the exit to the rooftop, Shoto used his flames to thaw out his body, the others all gathering too.

Izuku landed, setting the girls down as their expression grew hopeful again, seeing them all safe and ready to fight. "Todoroki... everyone!"

"Katsuki! Shoto!" Ciana was happy to see them again as she smiled wide and relived toward them, thankful Bakugo turned out to be here after all as her hands went over her heart. Turning to Izuku, she had a feeling he's gonna pull something bold which worries her… but with everyone together again they have a fighting chance. "Izuku…" now facing him more with worried and fearful eyes. "Whatever you have to do… p-promise me you'll come back to me, okay?" She pleads this to him as she took his hand in hers.

He clasped her hands tight too, "I will, promise; I swear, after this, I'm taking you wherever you want to go, no question," They damn well deserved a break from this night.

That confused her a bit, especially when she currently still thinks he's fallen for someone else. But then she smiled with tears in the corner of her eyes, nodding. "O-okay! I believe in you Izuku, I always will." Her tears streamed down her cheeks, praying her hero will come back in one piece.

"Iida, let's knock those hunks of metal out of the sky!" Kirishima rallied, Iida getting ready to sprint.

"Yaoyorozu, take care of things down here!" And with Iida's word, the two boys rushed to the frontlines without a moment to lose.

Katsuki blasted away two pillars on his own with a bullet hell of small explosions. To the far right, Shoto froze the rest for Kirishima and Iida to smash through two others, giving All Might his chance to rekindle his strength, the mana crystal on his belt glowing bright as it was drained of its light entirely, and his fist craned back, one strike obliterating his own column and tossing back the rest. Breaking for the sky again, All Might led the charge, "It's time to be, Plus Ultra!"

The wall of ice came down, releasing dozens of steel pillars. All Might practically flew, briefly using the impacts he created with each head-on collision to launch himself across the sky, gliding past the columns that crashed into one another, others he carved through with his bare fists, gutting them, his momentum only seeming to increase with every strike. Three converged on him together, so he crossed his arms.

"Carolina... SMASH!" A bright, silver star etched itself into the sky, shattering the cluster of columns. "Prepare yourself, Villain!" Wolfram recoiled from the air pressure alone, but kept his eyes on All Might, seeing the knuckle aimed straight for him. Instead, a web of black wires ensnared All Might, completely draining his velocity in seconds. Them started to snap and flail, straining to contain All Might second wind. "Neat trick, but it won't - grk!"

Wolfram clasped a hand to All Might's throat, the sleeve of his trench coat ripping itself apart, his muscles becoming boiling red, turning his skin the same pigment like tempered metal. "'Prepare myself'? Take your own advice!" He scowled, reaching out with his spare hand to grasp All Might's left side, then, he crushed where his stomach no longer was.

"Graaaaaaah!" All Might cried out in agony as his injury was tormented.

"All Might- gah!" Izuku seized up, clutching his left shoulder.

"Dammiiiit!" Katsuki snarled as many pillars rose from the roof, slamming into the ground and tearing apart what little remained as solid ground around him, even Shoto was forced to retreat from the sudden barrage.

"All Might! Izuku!" Ciana stood back as she watched them take action as well as her friends, her hands went over her heart as she kept praying for a miracle. "Mom… i-i know you always watched over me, but please watch over my friends too…" she mentally prayed to her own mother as she kept watching the fight, wanting everyone to stay alive…

"Noooo!" Whatever happened above, All Might tried to fight back only to be strung back by a column as the floating masses of scrap hurdled in around him, burying him further among the wreckage in the sky as Wolfram laughed hysterically.

Izuku and Ciana barely felt their hearts beat. "ALL MIGHT, NO!" His students cried out from afar.

"Please don't do this...!" Melissa begged, but Wolfram paid no heed to their cries.

"Farewell, Symbol of Peace!" Snapping his fingers for three pillars to impale the mass of metal like skewers, and All Might along with them.

"Uncle Might, NO!" Melissa screamed.

"Leave him alone!" Ciana shouted, thinking she will end up witnessing another person die right before her eyes. Ciana was still weak and didn't think she had enough strength to power up, all she could do is clutch her hands tighter over her heart hoping her hero can survive this. "I-Izuku…"

A gentle warmth pressed to Ciana's shoulders, it was very brief, but it warmed her heart again, as if a hand pulled her chin up to look, she swore she saw someone smiling down at her, but it was gone before Ciana could notice.

The world was devoid of colour, and a strobe of emerald stretched over the abyss. Izuku launched himself at the mass of steel. "Detroit... Smash!" His fist at one-hundred percent tore down the wall, blinding all in a massive cloud of dust that even Wolfram couldn't see through, spraying hunks of metal across the tower from the impact, freeing All Might as a result.

Ciana quickly sighed in relief seeing Izuku had came to the rescue, smiling knowing All Mights saved. But Izuku's arm… if he powered up that much then he must have broken it again, no wait… he has Melissa's special arm brace. "Izuku! You can win this! I-I know you can!" The girl yelled even if he might not hear her, but smiled again knowing how amazing he truly is…

Tossing off the sheet metal over them, All Might knelt down to his successor with rightful worry. "Young Midoriya, your body can't handle this, it's too reckless," But Izuku didn't listen, sitting up, smiling dumbly.

"Yeah but-" Izuku held his smile firm with relief. "-It's a hero's job to save those in need, no matter what, right?"

All Might paused, a loss for words when he let out a chuckle, grinning down at his student. "Hahahaha, you're right, looks like I'm in quite a bind without you," His hand reached out for Izuku, only now, neither stood on a different ground, together, both would fight together, "Will you lend me your aid, Young hero?"

"Yes, Sir." Izuku nodded, giving Ciana a smile from afar, nodding to her as he withdrew his own mana crystal he had kept safe, with a squeeze, the colour faded from its form, and his bolts arched in a vibrant pigment.

"Let's go!" All Might declared, the two racing off into the chaos.

Wolfram growled in pain, lifting himself up among his throne of machines. "There's no way you can stop me! You're insignificant pests!" He gathered over a dozen cubes of scrap in a belt around him, intending to smash them into bloodied chunks. "And you need to learn when you're beat!" Commanding them forward, a meteor fall of metal rained down on them.

"You're the one... who doesn't know he's beat!" Katsuki yelled, blasting the barrage away with a massive pyre of explosions, the flaming debris raining down around All Might and Izuku.

"Here!" Ciana could still help, reaching over, she pressed her hands to Shoto's shoulders, giving his ice an ample boost as clusters formed at his feet, just as another bombardment of columns intercepted the two heroes.

"We won't let you stop them!" Shoto declared, swiping his arm into a gargantuan glacier of blue rime in time to counter.

All Might pulverized any matter caught in his path, blasting them to pieces as quickly as they formed. Izuku weaved his way between pillars, using them like stepping stones to vault higher, dashing at an alarming rate, clocking in at twenty percent without even feeling it as the sheer burst from both his adrenaline and Ciana's crystal gave him the power to smash through the smaller pillars with ease, now running down the path of the largest arching column with All Might.

Despite their efforts, Wolfram gathered all the strength he had, accumulating tons upon tons of material into a single, titanic cube over their heads, with one impact, the whole tower could come crashing down. All Might and Izuku soared high above it all, clenching their fists as one with wide grins, absolved of fear and doubt. "To overcome the crisis in front of you...!" All Might brought back his left, the air screaming.

"Give everything you got...!" Izuku mirrored his mentor, the gauntlet bound tightly to his forearm.

"And save people...!"

"No matter the cost...!"

"That's what makes someone-!" All Might swore.

"-A hero!" Izuku felt his power surge beyond something as meagre as a limit.

"I'll bring down this entire tower!" The villain roared, sending the cube hurdling toward them all. Izuku and All Might felt the unbridled pressure expand in their muscles.

"Double Detroit..." White light poured from their arms and across the knuckles, a large contrail curved behind their might. "SMASH!" The unification of two One For Alls created a halo that broke apart the clouds, shining brighter than the sun as a silver impression on the cube tore further through, the very wasteland created by the battle swept clean from a monumental amount of air expelled from the attack. Even with their combined power, Wolfram still held on, though his ground was failing, bits and pieces of his armour crumbling under the strain, the cracks of white appearing, widening with every ounce of force applied against his might. Blood was spilt and clothing tore under the force, but neither side gave in, even as the wall finally came apart, the two forces piercing through.

"Izuku!" Ciana shouted in horror despite the powerful display, she tried to run to get a closer look where they could be, but not close enough to fall under the disaster. Ciana stopped at a few distances standing on a high ledge to see how everyone was doing. "Izuku… p-please don't die! I-I'm begging you!"

The silver star soared high in the sky as it atomized any and everything in its path.

"STOP HIM ALL MIGHT!" Kyoka, Uraraka, and Yaoyorozu joined in.

"GO MIDORIYA!" Kirishima, Mineta, and Iida rooted for their friend.

"DESTROY THIS GUY!" Shoto and Katsuki thundered also.

Between mentor and successor, the sparks of One For All joined together, shattering the spectrum across Izuku's arm as the gauntlet peeled apart, the hot and cold wind brushing past his face and through his air. "Let's go-!"

"-Beyond!" All Might merely put his fists on his hips as he flexed mid-flight.

"PLUS ULTRAAAAA!" Both their fists joined as one with a piercing screech of their power as it shattered the visible light spectrum, crashing into Wolfram's barrier as he tried in vain to counter their attack, not even an inch of a struggle occurred as the light enveloped his form, burning everything in a divine burst of pure colour that turned completely white, a shooting star piercing his body in a flash.

Many rings of sound and light brandished themselves across the sky, clearing the mountain of metal surrounding what was once the bellowing abomination as it was silenced for good. As the rubble fell away, David Shield could see beyond the dark, he saw his old friend, his idol fizzling away, replaced with a young boy with emerald hair, his fist held out toward the light and a smile on his face.

Seeing the battle was now over… Ciana was afraid this lead to a sacrifice… immediately she jumped down the ledge as she tried to run ahead now. "Izuku! Izuku!" She huffed and teared up as she kept looking around, not spotting him anywhere yet… now falling on her knees. "Izuku… y-you…" Ciana wasn't sure if he was now gone, her eyes went to the sky and her hands went over her heart. "N-no… y-you can't be gone! W-where are you!? P-please… y-you promised you.. y-you…!" her head hanged down now with her hands clutching the necklace he gave her, she didn't want to believe it… but was it possible Izuku didn't make it…?

While the low rumbles of what remained of Wolfram's mechanical monstrosity crumbled before their eyes, a few footsteps stumbled in Ciana's direction atop the mound of debris, the sunlight of the new day coming over the horizon. "A promise-" She gasped, snapping her head up to see Izuku, the Full Gauntlet and his shirt completely gone now, but with only a couple of scratches and bruises, wearing an innocent smile. "-is a promise, right? My landing was really off, I'm glad I fell into a pile of wires and dust, hehe,"

Staring up to see her hero was alive and well… but his head or eye seem to be bleeding, Ciana stared at him for a moment before her tears ended up giving out. "Izuku!" She immediately shouted out his name with a smile as she now dove to put her arms around his neck, crying and sobbing as she was nuzzling her face in his shoulder. So relived and happy he's not a ghost and still alive in her arms. "T-thank goodness your… y-your alright!"

Now holding him tighter, she was grateful he's not dead. Despite still being in one piece she couldn't stop crying.

"Y-Yeah, I am, it's okay," He held himself upright, putting his arms around her also, his face against her shoulder. "I'm okay, sorry for worrying you,"

"Y-you never seen to learn from that…" She joked a bit with a chuckle, tears still coming down her face. Ciana pulled away a little now to see more of the blood leaked down from his head, which really concerned her as her hand went to the place he was injured. "Y-your still hurt though… a-are you okay?" It seems he didn't break his bones which is a relief, but could tell Izuku was still injured.

"Well, the adrenaline's run out of my system now, so I do feel a little sore all over, but I think the worst was minimized due to the mana crystal you gave me," He closed his eyes for a second with a grin. "You saved me and All Might because of that, thank you, Ciana," Then he blinked at her, inspecting her right arm, thankfully, not bleeding anymore. "And you're no better, this arm is bad, but at least you can still move it, but we should have someone look at it after this,"

"Same to you, I'm sure Melissa will be relieved also you turned out okay…" Ciana smiled sadly mentioning this, things probably will be different now… but she would understand if he wanted to move on… she will try too the best she can… this might caused her tears to get worse without knowing…

Now seemed like a good time... Izuku held up her face by the cheek gently. "Ciana, remember we agreed to talk to each other about this stuff? What's wrong? Well, I was a part of that issue, I... failed to realize sooner that me and Melissa getting along was hurting you in some way,"

"It's okay, Izuku…" She brought her sad smile back, placing her hand on his. "I-I know your heart has moved on to someone else… I could tell Melissa makes you feel more happy and at ease from how much you have in common and understand one another more than me." Despite her understanding tone, Ciana turned her face away to hide any tears that might come, holding them in the best she could. "If… y-you want to be with her instead, I-I understand…" Once again her heart cracked, averting her gaze a little more. "I-I just want you to be happy and if she can do that for you better than me… I-I won't do anything to ruin that…"

This again. It wasn't the first time Ciana thought he was better off with someone else, he didn't blame her entirely for believing that, she still sees herself as the 'otherworlder' after all this time. Sighing through his nose, he gripped her shoulders tightly, shaking her gingerly. "Listen to me, please. I don't care if there are thousands of other people who I can connect with just as well as you, I don't care if you're from my world or not, none of that will ever, Ever, change the fact that the person I chose to be with is you; I'll say until you believe it too; I love you, and so that means it's only you I'll ever have eyes for,"

"Ciana Finley is my hero, after all," He smiled at the end again, rubbing her shoulders a bit with a small tint of red on his freckled face.

"W-what…?" Ciana's gaze came back as she her eyes widen in surprise and confusion, he still wanted to be with her? Ciana hiccuped and felt her face was still wet. "B-but… I-I don't understand, y-you were so bashful around her from how she was near you and touching you, s-she even looked out for you better than I could… y-your not just forcing yourself to stay with me to spare my feelings, a-are you…?"

"First; I'm still not entirely used to being prodded by girls other than you, even then I get nervous," He admitted shyly, then cleared his throat. "S-secondly; I'm a horrible liar," That last part made him laugh slightly. "Really, I'm stupidly attracted to you, more than I'd ever admit out loud..."

"R-really?" Ciana was a little taken back especially since Melissa is beautiful and so smart enough to be Izuku's type of girl. "B-but s-she seems to be so much your type a-and not to mention beautiful and intelligent…" Ciana wasn't sure what to feel… relived, stupid, both? Ciana didn't even think she was able to do much for Izuku to help prevent him from breaking his bones. "Y-you both just… s-seem to click so quick enough that you be so much happier compared to all I done to you before…"

"Melissa is talented, if not for her Full Gauntlet, I'd have broken my arm three times over by now," Izuku admitted, not taking his eyes off Ciana. "But before all of this, my only friend was my idol who said I could be a hero. Then I met a girl who defended me from Kacchan and other bullies, who shared in my interests, learned and listened to everything I had to say without a single ounce of complaint. Who laughed and brightened up my life when I had nothing else but heroics to look forward too,"

"She trained and fought alongside me, helped me control my power, to fight in new ways and to have confidence in myself. And despite every setback or issue or fight we had, she never left me for long, even after a whole month she came back and wouldn't stop apologizing, even now, she only ever wants what's best for me, and... I want that for you too," He spoke tenderly to her. "If there is anyone I'd want to be with, it's you, no questions about it,"

This was enough to have her heart race and restored after all he said, she stood staring at Izuku's genuine loving gaze before her tears gave out yet again with a wail. Ciana dove her arms back around Izuku back, Ciana was overcome with so much happiness and relief Izuku still loved her since she was so sure his heart ended up moving on. Sobbing in her hero's chest as Ciana held him. "I-I love you so much Izuku!" She happily tells him, gripping his waist.

"I-I don't ever want to give you up…" Clutching her hero tighter, she didn't dare let him go. "N-never…"

"Me neither," He embraced her just as another voice called out to them.

"Deku, Ciana!" Rushing toward them was Melissa, looking more than relieved they were okay too. Izuku kept a tight hold on Ciana's waist, leaning his head onto her shoulder to rest a bit. "I'm so glad you're both okay...!"

"Yeah..." Izuku sighed, feeling his body slump into Ciana's. "Sorry, think my body's catching up with my head..."

This had Ciana sigh dramatically, shaking her head. "Reckless as always… what am I going to do with you?" She ends up teasing playfully, keeping her hold on her hero as she gives him another stamina boost, knowing he needs it after that battle.

"How's All Might and your Dad? A-are they doing okay?" She now asked Melissa while keeping her hold on Izuku, worried how her fathers been since he got shot.

"Look, don't there," Izuku nodded past the girls to two small figures down the mountain of debris, waving his arm. "All Might!"

"Papa!" Melissa waved too.

Melissa hiccuped a bit, "He's okay... I can't believe it, I'm so grateful," She smiled graciously to the duo before her. "And it's thanks to you guys, you saved the island,"

"We did it together," Izuku resolved, holding up his right arm. "I only made it this far because I had your Full Gauntlet on my arm, and this crystal Ciana gave me and All Might, if I hadn't used it there, I might've ended up with worse injuries, same for All Might; both of you... thank you so much for your help,"

Melissa smiled again, hands behind her back, "If you don't mind me saying, I think the three of us make a good team," Then she looked to Ciana apologetically. "And, sorry for making you feel sad, I sorta noticed how you were when me and Deku spoke lately, I-I didn't mean to hurt you, or get between you two," She waved a hand a little, placing it to her heart.

Ciana blinked in surprise at this, embarrassed Melissa noticed how she felt… rubbing the back of her neck anxiously with a sheepish smile. "Oh no, d-don't worry about it! I never thought any less of you and I shouldn't have overreacted… I-I intend to do that a lot, but I don't think I will as much anymore now." Eyeing Izuku beside her with a loving smile, there's no way she will ever doubt his own feelings ever again.

"You two look so cute together~ glad my hunch was right!" She cooed, then Izuku flinched.

"Ah, I-I also broke your Full Gauntlet, s-sorry about that!" His head was completely to a different topic, causing the girls to look to each other, then burst out laughing.

"Hehe, don't worry about it," Melissa giggled.

"I can't thank you enough for preventing Izuku from getting another broken arm, I admit I was worried I wasn't able to do much to help since he has a habit of doing that… I can boost people's powers and can barely heal without the process affecting me." Ciana glanced at her hero again with both a sad but happy expression.

"But it's better than nothing I guess, someone's gotta make sure you're cared for without the nurse scolding you…" Ciana playfully stated, reaching her hand up to wipe off some of the blood dripping down his head or eye. "I just hope you don't have a concussion after that intense fight you and All Might got caught up together…"

"I'm alright, just a few cuts and bruises, you've gotten the worst compared to me," Izuku replied, eyeing her arm. "We should get back down to the bottom to have it checked,"

"Paramedics should be waiting there by now, so let's get everyone off the roof, Papa and Uncle Might should be checked too," Melissa acknowledged, humming in thought at what Ciana said. "So your quirk's a support type, interesting..."

Reuniting with everyone resulted in Ciana being pulled around by the girls who were relieved she was fine, same for the boys as Kirishima and Katsuki were informed of what happened to her. With the threat of the villains gone, all of them out cold in some way, All Might, forcing back his buff form for a tiny bit longer, helped David to them, all quickly returning to the main elevator to convene with security and paramedics. A new dawn was here, and all of them couldn't have been more relieved.
