Heal and Gaining Trust Part 1
Nearly two weeks ago...
"Rrrooaarrrrr!" Leo lets out a fierce roar. His roar was powerful that cause Enya to lose her balance and fell off the the top of the tower. He grabs Zane by the throat and began to levitate. The young man moves away from the roof and threw Zane below him.
"Argh!" Zane yelled in pain as he lands in the pot of fire.
The human looks down and saw Po became Pang Bing's minion. He saw a spear made a hole in the barrel causing more black powder to go in the pot. Leo had one shot to end this. The young man started generating energy his energy to shoot powerful electricity at his opponent. He knew that he shouldn't use this ability, but what choice does Leo have? Once that energy is built, Leo dives toward Zane. The pot was coming up close really fast.
"Die!" Leo roars in anger.
Kaboom!
The pot exploded. Leo wasn't done as he grabs Zane by the neck from the explosion of the pot and trying to shoot electricity. The force of the explosion sent both men away from the palace and the city itself. Zane struggles to get away, but Leo didn't let go as they were a big fire ball. Leo flew Zane and himself extremely high in the sky and disappeared as their fight continues.
Evening came. No one was awake at this time. In the night sky, all the stars were out. Then a fireball was flying through the night. It crashes into a nearby field. The flames disappeared. Leo slowly got up and moans in pain. He must've cracked a rib or two. The young man was injured and weak. Leo got separated from Zane during their fight. His sight was all blurry.
He had to find that son of a bitch before leaving China, and he needs shelter. Leo wasn't planning to get caught by Pang Bing's minions. That spell is permanent now, thanks to that Higure member. All he could do now is find Zane, get information from him and leave China.
Enya was watching from afar in silence with her arms folded. She turns her head to a small house of rabbits. The woman approaches the house and sees two bunnies playing catch with their ball. One of them threw the ball over her head and the other bunny went through Enya. The two bunnies had no idea Enya was watching. She turns around and heads to the small crater.
Leo wasn't there anymore. She saw Leo dragging himself out of the crater and began walking in pain. The woman snickered. No one knew she was there except Leo and Zane. She remained hidden on this world very well, thanks to the technology that was embedded in her suit. It allows Enya to blend in her surroundings without being seen or touched by anyone. It allows her to go through people like a ghost. This technology is very high advanced than this world. The woman had kept her eye on Leo since his arrival on this world.
Then she began to torment him on specific nights. It was a pleasure to fight her former apprentice after what happened. He will die. With that thought in mind, Enya disappears into thin air.
Leo had no idea where he was going. For the past two days, he barely ate and sleep but he took a bath at one of the abandoned villages before wandering on aimlessly. The young man felt the air turns cold all of a sudden. He somehow ended up walking on the mountains.
His vision became a little clearer. The path was visible but it was covered with heavy winds mixed with snow. He was taken each step carefully. But Leo heard some heavy footsteps behind him. Looking behind him, he saw thirty-five rhinos charging in the snow with a few torches. The young man quickly started running before he could get noticed.
The young man couldn't see where he was running because it was dark out right now. Leo slips onto his stomach, letting out a painful yell as he spins halfway. He sits up and saw Enya standing before him. Leo struggles to stand up and glares at her.
She walks up to him slowly, and Leo began backing up. He looks down at the snow and sees she wasn't leaving any footprints in the snow. Leo was shocked and he almost lost his footing. He looks over his shoulder and saw how close he is to the edge. Leo didn't have time to think as his fist was covered in a red aura and punches the ground.
The ground breaks up and fell. Leo took one last look at Enya before falling into the unknown. Enya disappears into thin air.
Present Day
After what Song said, everyone was surprised. She was brought inside to the kitchen where they prepared the dinner. Once dinner was made everyone sat down at the table. Song sat at the end of the table as Shifu sat at the head of the table.
"So Song, how did Leo ended up with you and the Ladies Of The Shade?" Panther asks her.
"He was hurt and injured when I found him ashore near the river." Song answered. "It looked like Leo had a tough fight with whoever he fought with."
"Leo fought Zane back at the Imperial City." Po remembering the battle.
"When I found Leo near the river, he was about to fight me until he collapsed." Song lowers her head a bit.
"Why would Leo do that?" Monkey wondered.
"He believes that everyone is still under the control of Pang Bing after the battle." Song replied.
"Is it alright if you explain everything about what happened these past two weeks?" Shifu asks her.
"Of course."
Nearly two weeks ago...
It was a beautiful night out into the fields. Song was walking to the nearby river to take her bath near the canyons. She had a long day. Song smiles as she saw the river in sight. The snow leopard was about to undress until she saw the blood in a river. She became concerned and walks over to check it out.
Then there was a painful moan that turns into yelling coming from up the river. Song started running to see who it was. But she saw a person that she never expected to run into.
"Leo?!" Song gasps.
It was Leo. He was bleeding and soaked. There were bags under his eyes. The human was clutching his rib cage in pain. Leo became alerted. He slowly turns and sees the snow leopard in his sights. Instead of speaking, he growls angrily at Song.
"What happened to you? Song spoke softly as she began to approach him.
"Gggrr!" Leo got into his fighting stance.
Song stops.
Leo slowly takes two steps as he continues to growl at the snow leopard. But then he stops walking. The human growls in pain. Leo fell onto his knees in the shallow water. Song rushes over to the injured Leo.
"Leo." Song knelt down in front of him.
He didn't react when she places her paw on his shoulder.
"Listen, Leo. I'm going to get some help because I don't think you can walk in your state, and you can't stay in the water." Song places his arm around her neck. "Come on."
She was able to get him stand on his feet. Song started to walk slowly to take one step at a time.
"Gr!" Leo groaned in pain.
"Leo!" Song looks at him with concerned. She saw his hand was on his rib cage. "His ribs. He must've broken his ribs somehow. Leo can't walk all the way back to camp since he's injured like this." Song thought.
"Gr..."
"We'll take one step at a time, Leo, near that flat rock." She informs him.
They took one step at a time, and they made it. Song gently sets Leo on the rock. "I'll be back with help, Leo. I promise." The snow leopard said to the injured human and started running back to her camp which is not far from where they are.
Leo had remained silent after Song left. He was cold, damp, hungry and tired. The human didn't know what day it is. He was trained for situations like this. Leo was fighting against the pain, hunger and tiredness altogether. The human couldn't hear who was talking to him or found him.
Leo wasn't planning to become a part of Pang Bing's army. He was already a former apprentice of his "former master" because of Enya. He needs to leave and find Zane, wherever the hell that bastard is hiding in since he was the one who sent the message and has information about his parents.
His vision was still blurry because he was trying to stay conscious and not go unconscious.
Several minutes later, Song came back with the twins and a few other leopardesses.
"I'm surprised that you found Leo all the way out here, Song."
"I agree, Ehuang." Ehuang's twin sister agreed.
"Thanks, Chyou." Ehuang thanks her twin sister.
"How did Leo ended up all the way out here hurt and injured?" A leopardess asked Song.
"I'm not sure and I don't think it was training." Song looks over shoulder. "But we need to help him. Right now, we need him to be calm and relaxed. He was ready to fight so that's why I told you not to bring our parasols."
Back with Leo, he was struggling to stand up straight. Leo snarls softly in pain as he found his balance. His vison was still blurry. Leo's eyes were beginning to close, but he forced his eyes opens. The young man spent much of his energy in that last battle. He needed to escape now before that person comes back.
"There's Leo!"
Leo turns to see several figures moving in the darkness. He lets out a fierce growl towards them. The first figure said something to the others and it slowly approaches them. Leo slowly started walking and he couldn't take another step. He was out of energy and fell forward. But the human felt a pair of arms wrapped around him instead of the ground before he went unconscious.
Leo slowly stirred and opens his eyes. His vision became clear. Instead of a holding cell, he saw the celling of the tent. The young man slowly sat up and winced due his injuries. Leo saw he was in a large gray tent.
"Shit!" Leo cursed in his mind. "I can't stay here. I have to escape before someone comes in here."
He slowly stands up and started walking halfway across the tent. Leo heard a footstep was coming to the tent. He hid behind a large barrel to hide behind and grabs the barrel's cover. Once the figure steps into the tent, Leo smacks the figure behind the head and tried to make a run for it. Once he was out of the tent, he greeted by the morning rays of the sun, that forced Leo to shield his eyes. Then he felt some sharp pain from his abdomen that made him fall onto the ground.
"Girls, Leo's awake!"
He lifts his head up to see several leopardesses surrounding him. The young man felt a paw on his shoulder and turns to see Song. "Song?"
"Hey."
"What the hell? What are you doing here?"
"I could you the same." Song answered.
"Hm. Gah!" Leo felt another sharp pain.
"Leo! Ehuang, help me bring Leo back to my tent." Song said to Ehuang as she grabs Leo's arm and place his arm around her neck.
They both helped Leo stand up on his feet. The young man notices some of the leopardess was giggling and blushing. "Why are you giggling and blushing, ladies?"
"Uh... heh heh." Song chuckles nervously.
Leo looks at her with his eyebrow raised. He could see her face was blushing.
"You're not wearing any clothes, except your underwear and a few bandages." Song explains without looking at him.
Leo looks down and sees she was right. He was wearing nothing except his boxers and some bandages. The young man looks up and his face turned red. "Will you escort me back inside the tent?" He asks in a calm voice.
"Yeah." Song answered.
Song and Ehuang brought Leo back to the tent. They both set him down on the bed.
"Thank you." Leo thanks the two leopardess.
"You're welcome."
"How long have I been out?"
"You were unconscious for three days."
"Three days?!" Leo gasped.
"After I found you in the river. Then I came back with the other ladies." Song explains to him.
"Three days..." Leo started thinking. "Shit. How much did Pang Bing get everyone in these past three days? I'm not sure if Song or The Ladies Of The Shade are under Pang Bing's mind control. I can't stay first things first." Leo looks at Song. "Where the hell are the rest of my clothes?"
"Your clothes are being taken care of right now. One of the leopardess's has to bring your clothes to a nearby village to buy a couple items to fix your clothes." Song replied.
"And who undressed me to get the bandages on?"
"It was me and Ehuang's twin sister who did it and even our own nurse. And I wanted to have you staying in my tent so you can recover. Because I know the other leopardesses have a crush on you when you were here with us last time."
"But they did like what they saw." Ehuang chuckled. "Tigress is lucky to be dating a male human."
Leo lowers his head to the ground.
"Is it alright if I ask what the hell happened to you?"
"I'd rather not talk about it."
"Leo-"
"Just leave me alone." Leo told Song, but he felt another sharp pain. "Gr!"
"Leo!" Song rushes to his side. She helps him to lay down on the bed. "Looks like you're going to have to stay in bed until your broken ribs are healed, along with the rest of your body."
"How many ribs did I break?"
"Four broken ribs you have."
"Damn it!" Leo hisses through the pain. His stomach started growling.
"We'll get you something to eat." Song tells him and leaves the tent with the twin.
"My sister and I will be right outside the tent if you need anything." Ehuang replied as she steps outside.
Leo just laid there in bed. He hasn't eaten anything in three days. The young man has to regain his strength and energy before leaving. Training was out of the question right now and so was meditating. Leo wasn't surprised he was lying in Song's bed. The last time he was in here, Leo had slept on the floor away from Song with his back turned towards her. She offered to share the bed with him, but Leo refused politely.
He was in a loving relationship with Master Tigress, leader of the Furious Five. Leo bet Tigress would break up with him if he shared the bed with someone else without good reason. And it was a good thing he was prepared too. It's going to be a long time for him to recover. Leo thought listening to some music would help. But then he realized his iPhone was in the pockets of his pants. Leo just hopes that leopardess removes the iPhone or Song removes it and places it in the tent. It wouldn't hurt to ask the twins. "Hey!" Leo carefully sits up.
Ehuang and her twin sister, Chyou, poke their heads in the tent. "What is it, Leo?"
"Listen, uh-"
"Oh, allow us to introduce ourselves. My name is Ehuang." Ehuang introduces herself. "And this is my twin sister, Chyou."
"It's good to see you again, Leo." Chyou smiled.
"Hm."
"What is it that you need, Leo?" Ehuang asks him.
"Have the two of you, Song or that other leopardess seen my iPhone? I like to have it back." Leo answered.
"We're sorry, Leo." Chyou apologizes to him. "We don't have your device in our possession right now."
"Alright, thank you." Leo said as he watches the twins pull their heads back. He carefully lays back down in the bed and rested his head against the pillow.
The young man lost the iPhone during the fight. Even the diamond sword. Those two items are probably in the possession of Pang Bing right now and he sent Panther and the others back to the palace in the city. He could assume that Panther and others made it to the city arrive too late and now became a part of Pang Bing's minions. Or Higure. Things have gotten a lot worse. Letting out a irritable sigh, Leo closed his eyes. "Son of a fucking bitch." He cursed.
Maybe he can hum a few songs to pass the time.
Meanwhile, Song was overlooking the ladies. There was no stealing they were all doing hard honest work. She approaches the pot of congee where a leopardess was serving to a few ladies. The leopardess gives Song a bowl of congee and a cup of tea with a tray and napkins. The leader smiled and thanks her before returning to the tent.
"I'm coming in, Leo." Song calls to him and enters her tent.
"Hm?" Leo opens his eyes to see all three ladies enters the tent. He lifts his head up and watches Ehuang grabs a small table and sets it down next to the bed as Chyou began to move some pillows for the young man, so he sit up and eat his meal. "I'm just glad Rick and the guys aren't seeing this. The guys would take this chance just to tease of how three girls are taking care of me while I'm in my boxers. Not to mention I'm the only fucking human male here with the leopardesses here. And if they did, I would just slip something into their drinks." Leo thought.
Chyou helps Leo to sit up so he can be more comfortable. She joined her sister at the side of the bed with Song.
"Do you need help?" Song asked him.
"I'll do it myself." Leo replied. He grabs the spoon after getting the soup.
The three ladies watch him takes the first bite of his congee. Leo took his time chewing the food, even if the rice is all mushy with the vegetables. It's been only three days since he ate anything. Several bites in, Leo felt some pain again. Song caught the spoon to prevent it from touching the ground.
"Perhaps I should feed you." Song suggested.
"That won't be necessary for you, Song." the human shakes his head a bit.
"Fine, but let me wipe your chin. You have some rice on your chin." Song grabs the napkin and wipes his chin.
"Thanks." Leo nodded his head and resume eating his food for the next several minutes. He stops halfway and puts the spoon back into the bowl before taking a sip of his tea. He moves a few pillows out of the way so he can lay back down. "Thank you for the meal. I'll save it for later."
"I'll be back with it when it's warm." Song said.
"Fine." Leo closed his eyes.
The three girls left the tent so he can get some rest. Song wanted the twins to stay with Leo in case he needed anything.
Two hours later, Song was coming back with Leo's pants. It was good as new. She enters the tent to Leo sitting up on the bed after getting four hours of sleep. He was simply watching the twins play chess on the table. Song clears her throat to get their attention, and it worked.
"We'll give you some privacy." Chyou said and left the tent with her sister.
"Here you go, Leo. I have your pants." Song hands him the pants.
"Thank you. Will you turn around?"
"Yeah." Song said as she turns around and took a few steps forward. "How are you feeling right now?"
"In pain right now." Leo winces as he pulls the pants up. "What time is it right now?"
"It's four o'clock in the afternoon right now."
"Damn." Leo cursed. He was out for that long, huh? "Is alright if step out to get some fresh air? I don't want to stay in here cooped up too long."
"Sure."
Leo was on his feet after getting four hours of sleep. This time with pants. The human and the leopardess leader exits the tent. He was greeted by the sun rays of the afternoon.
His clothes were fixed and returned to the Ladies Of The Shade. When his clothes returned, however, they got mixed with the ladies clothes. A couple of leopardesses started washing their everyone's clothes, including Leo's shirt.
The two of them had walk over slowly to the other ladies because of his broken ribs. He wasn't back to full strength yet. It may take weeks to recover. Song gave him a tour of the new Ladies Of The Shade. They have turned over a new leaf. Leo was a little suspicious towards several of them, but he believes her.
During their walk, Leo and Song was approached by all the leopardesses in the camp and they were glad that Leo was up again, this time with pants on. Song watched several of them surrounding Leo and giving him hugs since they all missed him. The human couldn't do anything to have them let go.
He knows that they're only hugging him gently because of the injuries and broken ribs. Leo did his best to avoid thinking the feel of their breasts pressed against his arms, back and front. The young man looks over his shoulder and gestures his head to the girls who was hugging him towards Song to have them let go.
Song just shook her head and giggled.
Leo lets out a low, soft sigh.
After they finally released him, Leo and Song watches the rest of them going back to do their usual thing. The two of them had walked to the river that was a couple minutes away from the camp and came back in time for dinner.
Song came back with Leo's bowl from earlier with fresh soup and a cup of water. Leo was given a table to sit at and have his dinner outside in the afternoon sun. Song, Chyou and Ehuang came with a few leopardesses to sit down with Leo for dinner. Dinner was good and it was delicious for all of them.
A leopardess approached him after dinner and wanted to check on his wounds in private at the hospital tent. This nurse was around the same age as him. She was wearing the same clothes as the Ladies Of The Shade, but the only difference about her clothes were all white.
"Hello Leo."
"Hi, Nurse..." Leo trails off.
"Lirong." The nurse introduces herself.
"Right. Is there something that you need?"
"Yes. I would like to check on your injuries and your broken ribs at the hospital tent."
"Sure." Leo winced as he stands up in pain.
The two of them enters her tent and she closes it without anyone looking in. Leo had a feeling he won't be training or meditating for a while and things might go bad.
Author's Note: Seems like Enya was hiding since Leo came to this world. And now Leo ended up with the Ladies Of The Shade. Will Leo tell Song what happened? Who knows? Enya is a very mysterious character in this story. Looks like Enya became enemies with Higure, but no one knows how many enemies that she really has. Maybe we'll find out soon. And don't worry, Po did promise not to tell the others about Leo's secret. Because if Leo doesn't figure this one out, things would be interesting.
