Chapter 6: Danny's Training
Danny and Star had just told Misty the story so far, though they basically gave the highlights to be honest.
Sam and Tucker returned to the room, just in time for Misty to be mostly caught up with everyone else.
"Wow...that sounds like it was some ski trip..."Misty commented, before taking a sip of her soda.
"Believe me, you haven't heard the most insane part yet..."Star muttered, since they have yet to mention the most deceptive thing of that whole trip.
"Or the most humiliating..."Danny grumbled, sounding bitter about something.
"Okay, let's continue. Before you ask, our parents had still been searching for ghosts in the wilderness during that time. And Mr. Strong was busy on his vacation date with his girlfriend Solene, while Mrs. Bevier was caring for Pierre. And I was...elsewhere..."Jazz said, as she began to tell the story now.
Story
Jack and Maddie were still searching for ghosts, using their newly update equipment.
"Find anything yet, Baby cakes?..."Jack asked, as his wife checked the tracking equipment.
"No. And it's so strange. It almost feels like we've been going in circles. We've been looking for so long. Our sensors haven't picked up anything and with so many sightings of that abominable snow man...I'm sure that is just some sort of ghost who claim this mountain as its territory..."Maddie said, not understanding why they haven't found anything yet.
"No worries, Sweetheart. We'll find that ghost soon..."Her husband said.
"I know we will...if only we can make this work..."Maddie said, as she looked at her scanner.
"Cheer up, Mads. If that ghost is anywhere near here, we'll find it. They don't call us the best ghost hunters in Amity Park for nothing..."Jack said, overestimating his reputation as a ghost hunter.
"Didn't they only call us the best ghost hunters in Amity Park, because we were the only ghost hunters in Amity Park? Not counting the red huntress?..."Maddie questioned out loud, while her husband clearly denied it with her blinding optimism in their respective skills.
"Forget that amateur. For all we know, she probably doesn't even create her own weapons..."Jack waved off, still seeing them as better than the "amateur" ghost hunter.
His wife said nothing as they continued to look around for any ghosts that could be nearby. After another half hour, they still found nothing, and the Fenton matriarch was getting more impatient now.
"Darn it! Nothing. I don't understand why we haven't able to pick up that ghost's trail yet... unless there is some sort of other source of energy interfering with our ghost radar readings or that there's something wrong with the wiring of our ghost tracking gadget. And I have my doubts that it's the former..."Maddie said, frustrated that they couldn't find anything and seem to be at yet another dead end.
"Let's keep looking. We can head North and see if we have any luck there..."Jack suggested, and his wife nodded.
The couple soon left the area, never realizing or knowing that they had just walked past the cave that was a certain ice ghost's home...and another nearby cave that had a certainly ghostly artifact that contained great cryokinesis energy within it and that would affect their son's life soon.
Present Time
"Wait...how did you know they were near that Glaciar's guys house if they never realized they were there?..."Misty asked, not getting it.
"Our parents told us exactly where they hunted while they were complaining...and from their descriptions, we figured it out..."Danny said.
"And if you knew them as well as we do, you'd see that this isn't out of character for them to be so close and yet miss the clues and not find a ghost that is figuratively hiding right under their noses..."Jazz commented.
"I...see..." Misty said, not sure how else to response to that.
"Moving on. While that was happening, Danny was still getting his "ice skating" lessons from Glaciar..." Star said.
"And believe me, those etiquette lessons from Star's Mom were only slightly less intense than what Glaciar put me through..." Danny said, as he recalled how that went.
Back to the story
Danny was still underdoing his training from Glaciar.
And just like yesterday, it was NOT a fun experience as not only was he constantly falling on the solid ice floor from every failing attempt to perfect some of the figure skating maneuvers. But every time Danny failed; his new ice-skating mentor would criticize him.
Like right now.
"Back straight and maintain your balance. Stretch out your left, not your right! And do not lose your balance again!..."Glaciar said in a strict tone, as he continues to coach the half ghost boy how to ice skate perfectly.
Danny tried to do that and miraculously to perform a decent double spin without falling. Unfortunately, it was not up to his new mentor's standards.
"You're timing is still too off the mark during your jumps. Also, you are supposed to spin three time while leaping through the air, not twice!..."Glaciar said in a bossy way, and Danny tried to maintain his composure.
"Geez, and I thought Testlaff was a tough coach. At least she wasn't a perfectionist!..." Danny mentally complained, but held his tongue since this was Frostbite's friend and the mission is important.
This continued for another half hour before Glaciar FINALLY let him have a break.
Danny dropped to the ground feeling a bit exhausted. While Star ran to him, worried that he was hurt.
"Oh Danny. Look at you. You look awful..." Star said, as she looked at the exhausted look on his face and knew how sore his body must be from all that training.
She then pulled out a thermos of hot cocoa and a couple bandaids and gave it to him.
"Don't worry, Starlight. My healing factor will heal me before anyone back at the resort notices it..." Danny said, as he drank it.
He was tired from all of the practice rounds and the ghost yeti kept critiquing his progress so far.
"Wonderful, Great one. You have improved a lot since yesterday. Despite the many tiny setbacks, you're making incredible progress..."Glaciar said in a praising way, a stark contrast to the strict coach he was just moments ago.
"T-Thanks...I think after a quick break, I'll be ready to go for some more practices again..." Danny said looking a little tired, while Star sent a glare to the snow yeti who apparently didn't notice.
"Yes. I suppose you've earned a small break, but afterwards it's back to perfecting your moves on the ice again..."Glaciar said, smiling.
Star frowned at how nonchalant he was being, but her concern was on her boyfriend who looked like he had just been through an entire week of gym class with Miss Testlaff, only way worse.
"As much as I love seeing my Boo working hard to learn a new skill, I hate seeing him being sore and exhaust himself like this..." Star thought, while her boyfriend really needed a break.
"Even though Danny has his healing factor, it doesn't make any less hard to watch..."She mentally added, being sympathetic to her boyfriend as he rested for a few more minutes.
Star still tried to tend to her boyfriend. Danny was about to say something, but his skating teacher spoke up again and got between them again.
"I do believe that we've rested long enough. Now get moving, we don't have all day, and your spins still need work..."Glaciar ordered, making it clear it's not an option.
"I get we're on a schedule, but you could be a little more considerate to someone whose helping you, you jerk..." She muttered under her breath.
With his short break over, Danny went back to practicing "The Path of the Far Frozen Warrior", while Star secretly glared daggers at the snow yeti and then sent another sympathetic look to her boyfriend.
"Poor Danny-boo..." She thought, as the ice-skating lesson continued.
Present Time
"Sheesh, and I thought my mom was strict, but this Glaciar guy seems like he's so strict that he practically embodies perfectionism..." Misty commented.
"Believe me, that's not even the worst part of him..." Danny said, frowning as he said this.
"Being a perfectionist isn't the worst part?..."Sam asked, sounding surprised.
"Trust us, it's not..." Danny said, while his girlfriend sighed.
"Moving on. While Danny was taking his lesson and I was there making sure he didn't lose his mind and provide any first aid if it was needed, at least our families were having fun on the trip..." Star continued with the tale.
Back to the story
While Jack and Maddie were hunting ghosts and Danny was getting his "ice skating" lessons, Johanthan and Solene were enjoying a romantic date as they road the ski lift uphill.
Once both Johnathan and Solene were the top of one Mount Amity's many hill slopes, they were both about to show off their respective skiing skills to each other.
"Nice form, my lovely Solene..."Johanthan said gallantly, following his girlfriend downhill of the hill.
"Thank you, my dashing councilor. Now let's see who's going to reach towards the bottom first..."Solene said with a giggle as they both playfully races each other towards the clear spot at the bottom of the snowy hill.
"Loser treats the winner to lunch!..."Johnathan offered halfway down the hill.
"You're so on!..."Solene quickly responded, as both adults skied towards the bottom.
The two attorneys continued their little challenge, laughing and having fun like they were a couple of teenagers. They weren't the only ones flirting and having fun together. Jazz was still hanging out with Baylor and getting skiing lessons from him.
"Already, now keep your feet apart with your skis face is horizontally like this..."Baylor instructed in a friendly sounding voice.
"Like this?..."Jazz asked, feeling a little light right now.
"Perfect. Look at you, you're already a natural..."Baylor said, showing off that smile to her.
Jazz blushed a bit and continued the lesson. She couldn't help but feel a little shy and had butterflies in her tummy around Baylor.
"Okay, I guess he is kind of cute. Even if he's just teaching me the basics..."Jazz thought, she then spotted Star's Dad with his girlfriend laughing together and continued to ski together.
Jazz wondered what they were doing for a moment but decided that whatever they were doing was their business and not hers. She then places her focus back on her learning the basics of skiing.
Their ski lesson continued, and Baylor then taught her how to improve her skiing skills and also showed her to slow down her pace on the slopes.
All the while, Jazz was blushing and smiling. She was having a good time, while Baylor was staring at something from a distance away from her.
If only she already knew.
Present Time
"Ugh! So much for those skiing lessons!..."Jazz said bitterly, still embarrassed about that.
Misty blinked at that reaction.
"Uh, what's her deal?..." She asked.
"You'll find out later. Just let her cope at her own pace..." Star responded, while Misty raised a brow and turned to Sam and Tucker.
"Don't bother asking, Jazz is apparently mad about something and just to let you know...she can be scarier than any ghost whenever she gets mad. So just stay on her good side and try not to ask questions about Barry or whatever his name is..."Tucker said, ignoring the annoyed look from the red-haired girl.
"So just sit back, relax and listen to the fearless leader and the super cheerleader of our team..."Sam said, while Star sent the goth girl a pouting look.
Misty decided to just follow their lead and listen to the story being told, getting more interested right now. She wasn't the only one as Tucker and Sam wanted to hear more too.
"Okay...anyone...where were we? Oh right, while Danny was still training, everyone else was still having fun...even my mom..." Star said, remember where the next of part of this story is taking place.
Meanwhile
As everyone else was busy with their own respective activities, Stella was trying to bond with her son and show him how to have fun in the snow.
"Aw, very good Pierre. This looks amazing..."Stella praised as her son tried to make a snow man.
It was mostly a messy bunch of snow with some leaves and sticks together to vaguely resemble a person, but it was very well done for a one-year-old and Stella kept complimenting her son.
"Freezy! Snowman!..."Pierre said as he pointed to the snowman he made.
"Aw, is that your new friend, Sweetie. Well, it's nice to meet you, Snowman..."Stella said in a playful way, while her son giggled and clapped.
It made Stella's heart melt.
"Oh, this is so nice. My little Pierre had such an active imagination. It's so cute..."Stella thought as she couldn't help but remember a time like this from her youth.
Specifically, back when she was young during winter and still lived with in her childhood home.
FLASHBACK
Many years ago
It was a snowy Winter's Day in New York and a five-year-old Stella Traville was having a lot of fun today.
Her daddy had returned from a long business trip and was home during one of his few days off and he was playing outside in the snow with her. Her mommy wasn't here, since she was inside due to not liking being outside in the snow, but still wore quite a few layered clothing to fight off the cold and kept ordering the servants to throw more wood on the fire to keep out the cold.
Apparently, Stella's mommy was not suitable for colder weather or climates. But thankfully her Daddy and the rest of her siblings were, and she greatly enjoyed playing with all of them in the snow.
Her big brother Liam was building a snowman nearby with their little sister Jocelyn. And Richard was currently teaching his eldest daughter how to ice skate.
"You're doing marvelous, Sweet Pea. Just keep your balance..."Richard said in an encouraging way as he guided his eldest daughter, while Stella kept trying to her best to keep her balance on the solid icy floor.
"Like this, Daddy?..."Young Stella asked, as she clumsily tried to maintain her balance while on the ice.
"Wonderful, Angel. Keep that up. You're doing great..."Her father kept encouraging her not to give up.
Young Stella, despite being a little clumsy at first, managed to maintain her balance and managed to skate with a little grace and without any issue.
"Daddy! I did it! Did you see me? Did you see me?..."Young Stella said happily as she skated towards him.
Richard laughed heartily as he praised his daughter.
"You did very good, Sweet pea. You were like a little angel on the ice..."Richard said with affection as he hugged her out of pure pride and joy.
Stella giggled as she hugged him and feeling greatly overjoyed at being praised by her Daddy for her ice skating.
She then began to skate again, as she quickly started to get the hang of doing it. The little blonde smiled widely and laughed happily as she was now sliding on the ice and having fun the entire time.
Young Stella had so much fun on the ice that she didn't want it to ever stop, especially when the rest of her siblings joined her and their father.
This was truly one of the best moments of her childhood, one that Stella will never forget.
End Of Flashback
Back with Stella
Stella found herself smiling at that memory.
Her father was a very busy man and was barely home but whenever he was, he would always play with her and her brother and sisters and make that brief moment together fun and something the middle-aged woman still remembered with such fondness.
"Such wonderful memories..."Stella thought, staring off into space at some snow.
"Mama...snowy...fun..."Pierre called out, getting her attention again.
"Oh, yes. The snow is certainly fun, isn't it Angel?..."Stella said as she continued to play with her son and create wonderful memories that he will one day look back on with fondness.
Like how she does with her own father.
Present Time
"Wait...how did you know that your mom was thinking about something that happened way before any of us were born?..."Misty asked, and Sam and Tucker looked curious.
"My mom and grandpa always told me about how they used to play together with my aunts and uncle when they were kids, and my mom always remembers those days fondly. Very fondly as she thought of those experiences in her childhood...and most of them are when that old bat wasn't involved..."Star answered, like it was obvious
"Figures..."Danny said, since it made sense that Stella's family could only have fun when that old bat wasn't around.
"I guess your mother's father still managed to grant you mom and her siblings some good memories. Despite having horrible taste in women, Mr. Traville was a good father and did the best with what he had..."Jazz said.
"Is your grandmother really that bad?..."Misty asked.
"YES!..."Star and everyone else said in a loud voice, surprising the young sorceress.
"Just to give you an idea, imagine Colette being a thousand years older and somehow even snobbier and cared even less about other people's feelings, including her own family. Heck, they are both so equally terrible that it's a surprise that they are only step-grandma and step-grandkid instead of blood related..."Danny said bitterly.
"Wow...she MUST be bad..."Misty said, knowing how bad Colette was and if Beatrice was anything like her, it has to be true.
"She is. She was basically willing to pretty much arrange me to marry a guy she knew that I hated just because she's too obsessed with status and money to care about anything else. It's no wonder my mom and dad got that restraining order on her after she sided with Toadman. I just wish that they did it sooner, since that old hag deserves to be forgotten..." Star said, still bitter about that incident.
"Seriously? An arranged marriage? What century does she live in? This isn't the middle ages?..."Misty said, appalled.
"That's what we all said. Same with Toadman. And yet she still preferred to have things go her way or not at all ..."Danny said, frowning.
"Let's stop talking about that old bat. I was actually enjoying listening to the story and now my mood is getting ruined from just hearing her name..."Sam said.
"Same here..."Star said, frowning.
"Ditto..."Jazz added, while Tucker nodded in agreement.
Danny and Star just wanted to continue with their story.
"Anyway, while everyone else was having fun, we were mainly doing the opposite of that..." Danny said, as he continued with his story.
Back to the story
Danny's ice-skating training continued for a few more hours until he noticed that he was finally getting the hang of this winter sport, and the ghost boy was enjoying a well-earned lunch.
"Here you go, Boo. Straight from the resort's restaurant..."Star said lovingly, as she just arrived with some lunch from there.
She had brought him some roasted chicken, hot soup, bread rolls and some hot chocolate, and the ghost boy couldn't have been more grateful to his girlfriend if he tried.
"Thanks, Starlight. You're the absolute best!..."Danny said in appreciation before he began to scarf down the food like he hasn't eaten in forever.
Star honestly could understand what he must be feeling, since she could greatly sympathize with him. She remembered being in his shoes before the how her mother had trained her for beauty pageants, but Glaciar was even more intense than that.
If that was even possible.
"You really need to take a break, Boo. You can't go on like this..."Star said, concerned about him.
"I know but Glaciar insists that this training is needed and it's all to help Frostbite. So of course, I'm going to give this all I've got..." Danny said, still feeling determined.
Star saw the look in her boyfriend's eyes and help but blush a bit at his gallant side shining through.
"Still, it helps having you here to cheer me on, Starlight. I always like being close to you..."Danny said.
"Same with me, Danny-Boo. At least we're in this together..."Star said, who was his only source of comfort during that ordeal.
"And that's the best part. There's no one else I'd rather be within the forests of Mount Amity than you, Starlight..."Her boyfriend said, before taking a sip of his hot chocolate.
"I feel the same way, Boo. I just wish that we both could actually be enjoying what is supposed to be a romantic couple's ski trip together like I imagined before we got here..."Star admitted, looking a little disappointed as she said this.
"Just wait a little longer, Honey. The sooner I finish helping this quest, the sooner I can focus on spending this weekend trip with you, Starlight..."Danny said, happy to be close to her like that.
"I can hardly wait for that, Boo..." Star said in a loving voice as she leaned closed to him and wanted to kiss him.
However, the young couple's romantic moment and almost kiss was interrupted by a loud cough.
"Ahem. I do believe that break time is over. We must resume your training, Great One..."Glaciar said, sounding impatient.
Danny sighed and apologized to his girlfriend as he got stood up then went back to the ice and Star glared at the yeti.
"Uh...excuse me. Danny just had his lunch. He needs time to digest and regain his energy..."Star nagged.
"And he could do that by at least memorizing the path of the far frozen warrior and minimizing his time being distracted by other things..."Glaciar said in a bossy way as he turned his back on the blonde girl.
Star was fuming at be ignored by Frostbite's acclaimed brother in arms. The young blonde girl tried hard not to lose her temper at whom she thought was an ally and a dear friend of a friend, but it was easier said than done.
"If Frostbite hadn't asked for this guy's help, I'd kick his face in by now!..." Star thought, still angry to Glaciar.
"Back to work, great one. We're burning sunlight. There's no time to waste..."Glaciar said, unaware of the teenagers' thoughts.
"Seriously?..."Danny complained.
"Yes, seriously. The chalice of Cold doesn't relinquish itself to failures. And failure it not an option for this mission..."Glaciar said in a harsh voice, while Star glared at him more.
"Excuse me?!..."Star said, looking mad.
"I only speak the truth. The great one's progress is exceptional...but he is not ready yet. And he must learn to perform better until he achieves perfection..."The yeti said, allowing his pride of a ghost yeti speak for him.
As the snow yeti dragged Danny away for more training, Star glared at him and her fists clenched tightly.
"Interrupting our ski trip and training my boyfriend is one thing...but now he's getting in the way of mine and Danny-Boo's private couple's moments. That's where I draw the line!..."Star thought in anger, as she glared at Glaciar.
Star even began thinking about the legitimacy of Glaciar's claims too. She still couldn't help but feel that something was off.
But what?
The blonde girl just continued to watch the training progress and keep an eye on the ghost yeti who claimed to be their ally. Although, Star does begin to notice that Glaciar is treating Danny less as an ally and more like a lackey.
"I think that I'm starting to see why Frostbite doesn't talk about him..."The blonde girl thought, still having her doubts about this.
Present Time
"In hindsight, I really wish I could have decked him in his nose then and there. And boy did I really wanted to..." Star muttered, still bitter about that.
"Uh..."Sam began.
"Everything will be explained at the end of the story. Just be patient and it'll all be crystal clear soon enough..." Danny said, as he continued to tell the story.
Back to the story
Danny's training continued for a few more hours.
Miraculously, the ghost boy finally managed to get the technique memorize and he even had the timing of his movements down to near perfection. Glaciar was a complete maniac with his training, but the snow yeti seemed pleased with the results so far.
"Fantastic, Great One. While still a bit rusty and somewhat unbalanced, you managed to get the hang of the technique MUCH faster than even I expected, as expected of the savior if the Ghost Zone..."Glaciar complimented.
"Thanks. I think..." Danny said, not sure how to respond to that.
"What matters is that it's good enough for you to slip pass through most of the spell's security system. Still, I recommended you keep practicing for more in order to be ready for the full moon tomorrow night. Better to be safe than sorry, as the saying goes..."Glaciar said, not wanting to leave to much to chance.
"Of course, he's still being strict even at the last minute..." Star muttered, still upset with Glaciar's coaching methods.
The ghostly yeti then looked at the angle of the sun to tell the current time of the day. He then let out a small growl, upset that the day's training wasn't up to his standards yet, but he tried to appease Danny, mostly by using his skills of flattering people.
"Still, I am happy to say that the Great One has gotten much better in the Path of the Far Frozen Warrior..."The ghost yeti said, as he turned to the ghost bot.
"Indeed, you have improved tremendously. Not that I am surprised given that this is the savior of the ghost zone whom I am talking about..."Glaciar said in a praising way, while Star rolled her eyes.
"What a brown noser..."Star thought in annoyance, as the yeti ghost kept talking to her boyfriend.
"Before you go back, let me show you to my domain and show you where the chalice will be located..."Glaciar said, as he gestures to his current place of dwelling that he calls home on Mount Amity.
A little later
The ghostly yeti continued to show Danny around a cave that was nearby and surprisingly had a good view of their resort that Danny and Star were staying at with their families.
"Welcome to my humble home..."Glaciar said, as he showed off the cave that was filled with ancient relicts and technology from many years ago that resembled places of the Far Frozen.
"Whoa, kind of feels like you brought a piece of the Far Frozen here..."He said.
"Talk about bringing the comforts of home with you..." Star muttered under her breath.
Glaciar began to give them a tour and show off his inventions and relics, before he began explaining why he decided to stay in this specific cave on Mount Amity.
"The reason I have chosen this cave is that it is very close to the mountain that is said to have the chalice. Also, for the fact it's on top of a snowy mountain makes it feel more like home..."Glaciar explained as he pointed to a nearby mountain.
"Only on the full moon shining above the chamber of Chalice, will the entrance open and the trial for the Chalice of Cold can be challenged..."Glaciar explained.
"Sounds pretty overly dramatic for a quest..." Star thought.
"I have waited so long for this chance to arrive and this time it feels like it could finally be possible to retrieve the Chalice of Cold with your help, great one..."Glaciar said, unaware of Star's suspicions as he continued to explain his overall plan for getting the chalice tomorrow and gave some last minute skating tips to the ghost boy who was honestly tired right now.
Thankfully Danny has Star to listen to most of Glaciar's plan for him and what they will have to do in order to get the chalice.
Later
The sun was barely setting, meaning both teens came back before curfew, so no one will question them about their whereabouts.
Which was easy with Danny using his ghost powers of flight, invisibility and intangibility to have him and Star arrive from within the resort as if they never left in the first place. But Danny sighed once he returned to the resort, feeling very tired and sore from all of his training.
"Geez, I haven't felt this exhausted since I had to train for the presidential fitness test with Dash..."Danny complained.
"Oh, my poor Boo. We both know that this all because on that Glaciar with his insane coaching..." Star said, clearly upset.
"That Glaciar is taking this mission of his way too seriously. He can't just back off a bit, you're not some skating robot, ya know and he can't keep treating you like this..." Star said, not liking the unfair treatment her boyfriend has been going through.
"Star, I know you're upset that this isn't exactly the romantic ski trip we imagined but this it all to help out an old friend who has been there for us when we needed him. Frostbite is one of the few ghost friends I have, and he's always been nice to me. I owe him a lot and if he needs me to do this, what choice to do I have?..."Danny said, since he knew he owed a lot to his friend from the Far Frozen.
Star still looked upset, but her boyfriend kept trying to reassure her.
"Look...Once the chalice is taken care of and Glaciar returns to the Far Frozen, everything will be back to normal, and we can finally enjoy our vacation together..." Danny said, giving his girlfriend a look that promised that he would definitely keep his word.
Star, however, was still wary of Glaciar and still had some deep doubts about that ghost yeti. She began to voice her concerns to her boyfriend.
"Are you even sure about that guy? I mean...you only just met him, and we haven't heard from Frostbite about any of this beforehand. You think he would have mentioned him if they were that close, right? Or the fact that Frostbite hadn't even mentioned about the Chalice of Cold to either of us before? Plus, the way Glaciar acts is really getting on my nerves too..."Star said, voicing her concerns and finding it suspicious.
Danny sighed and saw her point, but he still tried to reason with her.
"Look, I know Glaciar is bossy...and he's been getting on my nerves too to be honest...but he's Frostbite's best friends, we saw his message and he looked serious about the chalice thing. So, it must be true..." Danny said, and his girlfriend sighed.
"I don't like this, Boo. Something just doesn't feel right..." Star said.
"You're probably just annoyed with Glaciar's teaching methods. I am too to be honest. Look, this chalice is super important, and we can't risk someone like Vlad getting his hands on it. Once this mission is over and done with, you and I can finally get back to having fun on this winter vacation..." Danny said, but Star still seemed unsure.
Star still had this bad feeling in the back of her mind, telling her not to trust Glaciar. She just didn't have any solid evidence against him yet.
"Okay Danny-boo, but I'm not letting this go..." Star thought, as she continued to have major doubts that the ghostly yeti from the snowy mountain.
Present Time
"Uh...one second. Can we take a little break?..."Danny said, as he suddenly got up.
"What's wrong? Ghost trouble?..."Tucker said, as everyone immediately got into a battle-ready position.
The ghost boy just shook his head and looked embarrassed for some reason.
"Uh...no...I have to go to the bathroom right now..."Danny said, slightly embarrassed.
"Oh..."They all went.
"Well...go ahead, Boo. We'll wait..." Star said, willing to wait.
Danny soon left for a quick bathroom break while Star and the others talked about several topics as they waited for him.
"So...has anyone seen any new movies?..."Sam asked suddenly, as they waited for Danny to return.
