Paulina was ready to go to war.

Nervous she bit her nails, while they waited for Manson to start her presentation in the school aula.
The Latina only took notice of what was happening when all started to laugh and she saw her Danny dressed in a costume from My Fair Lady.
How did this happen?
Was this a prank from Dash and his posy?
Whatever it was Paulina felt so sorry for Danny.
Later as her friends weren't looking she sent him a text message.
P. Sanchez: Danny are you alright?
D. Fenton: Besides my dignity, yeah I am okay, Paulina.
P. Sachez: Did Dash force you to dress like this?
D. Fenton: Not Dash but someone as annoying as him.
What did he mean by that?
Before she could ask, he sent a text message back.
D. Fenton: Say have you heard of the legend of locker 724?
P. Sanchez: The one about the cursed locker, yeah I have, why?
D. Fenton: Great, it's my locker now.
P. Sanchez: You never can catch a break, can you Danny?
D. Fenton: Seems like it.
P. Sanchez: Don't worry, it's probably just a tale.
Danny sent her a thumbs-up, which made her giggle.
She could feel the sarcasm radiant of it.
Star asked her then what she was laughing about and fast Paulina hid her phone.
The Latina stuttered something about a joke she remembered, then excused herself to the bathroom.
Yeah, changing, and showing her true self would be hard.

The next day in school...was freaky.
Everybody who pulled pranks on the nerds and losers of the school somehow got punished for it by an unseen force.
Paulina was happy, she had said no to Kwan helping him by a prank because now Star had to brush out extinguisher foam from her hair.
It did give her confidence that she was on the right track.
However, the day got weirder from that point on.
Suddenly Danny was giving free soda out to everyone even Dash and his posy treated him like a friend.
They even let him play football with them!
Frowning Paulina looked at how now Manson started to exploit Danny's new popularity for her save-the-frogs agenda.
Something was utterly wrong.

At night Paulina was back at her hideout.
Whatever had made Danny act this way to be popular ended at the end of the school day and he was now back to normal.
Still...Paulina couldn't shake the feeling she was missing something.
Why these strange unseen attacks on the bullies of Casper High?
Why did Danny act and speak like some 50s guy and then get back to normal?
No, there was more to all of this.
But what?
Then she remembered how Danny had for a while the cursed locker as his.
No...was the legend true that some poor guy from the 50s haunted the locker?
But again, what did it mean for this crazy day?
Frustrated Paulina gripped her hair.
She was missing pieces of the puzzle.
Could she even find an answer?
Done with this day, she decides to go home.
Maybe sleep would help.

The next few days were normal.
Her friends did wonder why she didn't want to play pranks on the losers, as they called them, anymore, but Paulina just said she found it uncool now.
That had shocked anyone, even herself.
Still didn't stop the others from being their bully-selfs.
Slow and steady won the race.
Paulina had to remind herself of that.
On the bright side, she texted and even talked with Danny over to phone any day.
In school they did like their friendship didn't exist, yet alone in their homes (or her hideout) they texted or talked for hours.
Paulina was fascinated by how Danny wanted to become an astronaut, but she still struggled with what to do with herself after High School.
He knew so much about stars, planets and anything space-related, that Paulina loved to listen to him.
His voice was so soothing and comforting.
Once he asked her if his rambling was annoying her and she told him that she just loved his voice.
The Latina could imagine the blush on Danny's handsome face.
This made her giggle, which in turn made him laugh too.
One day, Paulina hoped, she would be able to see Danny's blushing face and kiss his cheeks.
For now, she told her old friend the Moon how she was falling harder for the boy.
