Volcano Fight: All to Blame by Sum 44

-Cliff face top, Autobot outpost Omega-1-

Tiberius was silently watching the movements of the heavens from his travel observatory telescope and documenting the movements of the planets and moons as they drifted towards alignment. Documenting it thoroughly.

The boy was watching these spheres because of something he saw in the tomb of Megatronus, before it collapsed. A prophecy of doom, but also salvation.

He wasn't sure about the latter, but he figured that keeping an eye on the once in a billion year event would significantly help him plan on the former.

"Is something troubling you, Tiberius?" A voice questioned, causing the blonde to turn and see Optimus walking towards him, kneeling down to his level.

"Back when Miko and I investigated the tomb of Megatronus, I saw something on the walls." The hybrid replied. "It spoke of doom and salvation at the same time. I've been studying the movements of the planets since then." He added.

"When the forty seven spheres align, the universe shall tremble as a perpetual conflict culminates on a world forged in chaos. And the weak shall perish in the shadow of a rising darkness." Optimus recited.

"That's the one." The boy nodded. "How'd you hear it?" He asked.

"When I became a prime, I became aware of the knowledge the original thirteen had on the subject. But nothing more than that." The prime explained. "The rest I heard as idle musings from my old mentor, Alpha Trion, the third Prime." He added.

"Well, according to the movements I've recorded…" Tiberius trailed off, looking through his telescope once more before looking to his mentor. "The time it comes into fruition is approaching." He finished grimly.

Optimus looked at his pupil, almost about to say something to him when he noticed the boy's body lock up, eyes wide.

"Tiberius, Tiberius are you alright?" The bot questioned, but his voice only echoed in the blonde's ears as something occurred in his mind…

-Mental Hallucination-

Tiberius, now Creator, was standing in what looked like a sort of Astral plane that seemed almost like the description of the All Spark looked like from Optimus' description.

In this Astral plane stood a bot, alone and clearly wizened with age, but nonetheless strong in body, his body glowing a bright blue and having a beard that was almost like a carbon carpet.

"Greetings, fellow son of Primus." The bot addressed him.

"Who… Who are you? What is this place?" Creator questioned.

"This is the realm between life and death. As for who I am… I am Alpha Trion." The newly revealed Prime replied, shocking the hybrid.

"The Knowledge Keeper." The bot nodded in realization. "Why… Why did you call me here?" He questioned.

"I have come to warn you of the impending doom that approaches you. Unicron is soon to awaken." The third Prime explained.

"I know about the impending doom, thanks to me observing the planets. I didn't know about Unicron's awakening, though." Creator nodded with a frown. "Where is he?" He wondered.

"Closer than you think you think." The prime explained. "And it is up to you and the young Optimus to stop this rising darkness." He continued.

"How, though?" The bot questioned.

"In eons past, the thirteenth prime used the light from his own spark to put the Destroyer into a deep sleep." Alpha Trion explained. "Optimus can do so as well, sacrificing his memories as a prime through the Matrix of Leadership to do so…" He continued. "Or if you offered up your own spark to scatter Unicron so thoroughly, he would likely never rise again." He added.

Creator frowned deeply at this. Optimus could offer up his own spark and put Unicron to sleep again, but his evil great uncle would more than likely wake up again in a few eons, if he understood this correctly. But he (Creator) could also offer up his spark, and instead scatter his (again) evil great uncle to the point he would never be able to rise again for the rest of time.

Both resulted in something happening to them, maybe even becoming one with the Allspark in Creator's case… but…

It would be worth it to ensure humanity lived to see another millenia.

"Is there anything I could do to avoid certain death? Anything at all?" He questioned.

Alpha Trion looked at the bot before him contemplatively, before nodding whilst stroking his beard.

"... There may be one way, but while simple, it will not be easy." The prime nodded.

"What is it?" The Bioformer questioned.

"There is a site beneath Earth's moon, one that has been there for eons." Alpha Trion began, showing him an image of…

"Is that a pyramid?" Creator frowned as he studied the image of the structure. "That… strange. I thought we would've noticed anything coming from it by now." He noted.

"Be forewarned, this houses a darkness just as sinister as Unicron himself." The third Prime told him before showing him Mars, and a sphere above it. "And this is a being of pure light, with strength equal to that of even Primus." He added.

"And both hold the keys for me to survive scattering Unicron." Creator surmised. "Simple but difficult indeed." He nodded. "Thank you, Alpha Trion." He added.

"Do not thank me, young Genisys, I am merely a conduit, for the knowledge Primus wished to pass." Alpha Trion told him as the vision started to dismantle.

"Wait, Genisys? What do you mean? That isn't my–." Creator questioned before everything disappeared.

-Reality-

"–Name." Tiberius said as he snapped back to reality.

"Tiberius?" Optimus questioned, causing the boy to turn to him. "What has happened?" He questioned.

"O-Oh, it's nothing." The boy brushed off as he got up. "I… Just remembered something I gotta do, I'll be right back." He added as he went into his bot form and transformed, flying off into the sky.

'Something happened, but what?' Optimus thought, narrowing his optics slightly. He knew his student well enough to tell when he was hiding something, and he was definitely doing just that. Likely a vision, based on how he locked up like he did.

What had Tiberius seen, and why was he hiding it?

(Meanwhile)

Tiberius zoomed past the stratosphere into escape velocity before reaching the light side of the moon, drifting for a minute or two, before touching down with a soundless thump.

He then started searching for some kind of weak spot on the moon's surface to get below, where he believed the Pyramid was. However, as he went, he came across something surprising.

It was a crashed Cybertronian ship, and it bore the Autobot's insignia!

'How long has this been here?' The hybrid wondered as he started making his way towards it to see what lies within. As he got closer, it was clear that it had been here for quite some time, a few decades before he arrived on Earth for the first time, if he had to guess.

Right as he was in front of it, however, the ground caved in under him!

"Oh scr-AAAAAAAA!" He cursed before yelling as he and the ship fell into a subterranean cavern. "AAAAAAP!" He yelled as he hit the ground, the ship falling behind him with a crash.

Groaning, he got to his feet and looked at the ship, which had taken more damage, but not enough to render it too hazardous for being searched. Then he looked around at the cavern he found himself in… and saw the pyramid he sought out, sunlight shining on it.

Now that he was as close as he was, Creator could definitely feel the darkness coming from it. It was… almost suffocating. Alive… Evil, even.

Snapping some pictures to show the Autobots and Fowler when he got back, he looked at the Autobot ship and decided to have a look around inside before venturing into the pyramid.

As he did, he soon took notice that all the systems were damaged beyond repair except for the stasis systems, bringing his attention to a single stasis pod, which seemed to be occupied.

"Hm… Who are you?" He wondered, his voice silent in the vacuum. Looking at a still active control panel, he took a moment to scan it to see what he had to do to release whoever was inside. After doing that, he put in the wake up command, and the pod began releasing its occupant.

A fog came out of a female Cybertronian who had a similar body type to a two wheeler like Arcee, only she seemed remarkably different.

She was colored pink, black and white, had what he could identify as an pink colored armored bikini and what looked like wings, but weren't what they appeared to be.

He watched as she stirred, and if she was groaning, the vacuum silenced her.

"I'll let you come to on your own time." Creator nodded, turning in the direction of the Pyramid. "I have something to attend to." He nodded as he walked towards it, the side of the massive ship opening to him and allowing him entrance.

Finding the pyramid reacting to him odd and more than a little suspicious, he deployed his blades and warily walked inside.

As he walked, he could see odd vases sitting about that didn't look like they'd aged since they were made. There were also active lights to guide his way, which fueled the Bioformer's wariness as he recorded everything he saw for later.

There was also an energy in the air that put him on edge. It was like this pyramid was alive… and knew he was walking through its corridors.

As he approached the ship's Apex, he soon came upon the most peculiar object. It was a statue of a figure with clear, feminine features, but features that were obscured by a long veil.

And in the figure's outstretched hands, was a sliver of the same material that the ship was made of, but it felt active, alive, and unbearably, unyieldingly cold.

'What… the hell… is this…?!' He thought as he warily picked up the sliver.

Then his surroundings began to change. They seemed to change to some sort of garden with canyons that didn't look remotely natural. When he turned, he saw more pyramids like the one he was inside of hovering in the sky along with… Himself?

But… something felt wrong about this reflection of himself. It felt… like he was standing in front of Madame Ruin.

"You made it." The doppelganger said as it approached him. "We have heard your cries for help, and soon–we will answer." It continued.

"Who are you?" Creator asked,,cautiously approaching the figure as it approached him.

"Don't you recognize us?" The doppelganger questioned, gesturing to itself.

Its body language reminded him of the grandiose movements of Starscream–but almost… unnatural in how full of confidence it was. As if it didn't see him as a threat–or even anything of any significance.

It was… unnerving.

"We are not your friend… we are not your enemy… we are your…" The double trailed off before looking at the Bioformer in his optics, hands folded. "Salvation." It finished.

Before Creator could say anything, he found himself back in the pyramid's apex.

'... I need to get out of here. Now!' He exclaimed urgently in his head before he booked it out of the pyramid and back to the Autobot ship.

Quickly he used his powers to lift the ship up back to the surface of the moon, and then proceeded to forcibly reformat it with his creation abilities while aiding himself with the Mask of Creation.

Once the ship was finished, he turned it on and flew away from the moon as fast as possible–heading straight for Mars.

"Um…" A female voice uttered, causing him to remember he wasn't alone on this ship as he glanced back and saw the femme he pulled out of stasis looking at him in confusion. "Who are you, and how did you get this ship flight worthy again?" She questioned, sounding confused and still a bit dazed. Likely from being in stasis for so long.

"The name's Creator, and I don't even have time to explain why I don't have time to explain what's going on right now." The Bioformer told her, not losing focus on flying. "Who are you, by the way?" He asked.

"Autobot commander Elita One." The femme replied, causing Creator's optics to go wide.

"Wait, you're Optimus' spark mate?!" He gasped in surprise.

"You know Opie?!" The femme gasped as she rushed to the side of his seat at the co-pilot seat. "Where is he? Is he alright?" She questioned.

"He's on the third farthest planet from this system's sun, the moon of which we just left." The Bioformer replied. "And he is fine, last I checked." He continued. "As for how I know him, I'm his student." He added further.

"Student?" Elita asked.

"I'll explain later. Right now we need to get to the fourth planet, Mars, before the spheres align." The bot told her. "Before Unicron wakes up." He added.

"... I need to sit down." Elita sighed as she sat down in the co-pilot seat to process what she'd just been told.

"Take your time." Creator told her as they began their approach to the red planet.

Optimus stood at the screen of the base's monitors whilst he and Ratchet discussed the prophecy with the others, and then the prime saw fit to bring up Tiberius' odd behavior when Miko and the Darwins came in.

"Are you certain he's hiding something as big as a vision?" Mathias asked when the Prime finished filling them in on what happened.

"Quite." The Last Prime nodded. "Though I may have only known Tiberius a short while, I have grown accustomed to his mannerisms and I could see that something shook him. Though what it was, I do not know." He continued.

"Whatever it was definitely spooked him into leaving Earth, if what you said is accurate." Serena noted. "We'll have to wait for him to get back and explain himself what it was." She added.

"I'm not so sure he'd be willing to volunteer that information." Sierra said. "You know how secretive he can be." She added.

"It would depend on how important it is, I think." Mathias stated in a knowing tone.

"That is true." Ratchet nodded in agreement.

"Though I believe that if Tiberius, a child of Primus is receiving messages from beyond in advance of this." Optimus began. "Then it could be equally likely that our enemies the Decepticons could be receiving similar messages from the opposite source." He continued.

"Unicron." Miko said, causing everyone to give a grave nod.

Meanwhile, on the Nemesis, Megatron was indeed having such a vision, but he was not the only one.

"Lord Megatron, if I may." Ruin said to her leader. "I have seen similar visions to yours, and I believe I may know of a way to get more Dark Energon." She continued.

"Oh? Go on." The warlord prompted.

"The prophecy says that the perpetual conflict culminates on a world forged in chaos, that meaning Earth." The femme explained as she placed a box in front of him. "So, it got me thinking, what if your supply of Dark Energon was not out there, but rather…" She continued, before tipping over the box, causing a cluster of Dark Energon to tumble out.

"Right here." Megatron finished, realization in his optics. "Of course! Earth is the end point of the alignment of the spheres, so it stands to reason that the Dark Energon I seek would be here!" He exclaimed before he burst into laughter. "Brilliant!" He nodded. "Come then, Madame Ruin. Why don't you show me where you believe we should begin our search." He beckoned.

"It would be my pleasure, my lord." The femme smiled, bowing.

Meanwhile with Creator and Elita One, the two were now on Mars, following a similar signature trail to the pyramid.

"What exactly are we looking for?" The femme asked as they flew through the Martian sky.

"Something that the natives of the world I've been living on have failed to notice since they last sent a drone to this planet." Creator replied.

As they continued forward, it soon became clear that something was changing on the red planet. Specifically, it was slowly gaining a deep covering of ocean and freshwater, and was becoming more like Earth–atmosphere, rain, landmass and all.

"What in the cosmos…?" Elita muttered in confusion as she looked at the changes.

"Yeah, the guys back home will definitely want to know about this." The Bioformer muttered as he started recording what he was seeing.

And as they reached the origin point of this rapid terraforming, they found a pure white sphere barely larger than the moon floating above Mars' surface.

"Wow…" The femme uttered in amazement as she looked at the orb while Creator landed the ship a fair distance from it.

"How I missed this on my last visit to this planet, I will never know." The hybrid mused as he stepped out, and could feel the energy of the orb touching his form.

Where the pyramid's energy left him on edge, this being's energy made him feel much more relaxed in comparison.

Reaching out to the strange sphere, it suddenly shined as a blue orb of pure light floated down to him, and a similar situation to the pyramid occurred.

This time, he was greeted by a male figure who seemed to be dressed in armor and a cloak composed of light like the sky, and seemed to be geometrically shaped like spheres.

"Ah, so you are the last spark I heard so much about." The figure addressed him. "I know you must have questions, but allow me to introduce myself. I am an emissary of the Paracausal force of life, the physical, complexity and light. But you may call me the Gardner." He continued.

"A pleasure to meet you, especially after that pyramid I found inside my home's moon." Creator nodded in reply, shivering slightly as he recalled the feeling he got from that dark place.

"That was a rebellious emissary of the Darkness. The force of Death, decay, memory, psychic connection, intangibles, and simplicity." The Gardner nodded. "The Winnower, or Witness." He continued. "Do not trust it. Its words hold honied truths, but they are wrapped around sharp deceptions." He added.

"Every instinct in my being told me that." Creator nodded, having zero reason to listen to this Winnower. "But that isn't why I'm here. The spheres are aligning, and I seek a way to survive what I intend to do to Unicron." He continued.

"The seed of light will show you the way back. But you may not be who you once were." The figure explained with a bit of warning. "Light can grant life from death, but what has died cannot be saved as it is burned away." He elaborated.

"I think I understand." Creator nodded with a contemplative frown as he looked at the seed. "And this… shard, I found when I got here could potentially fix that?" He asked, showing the shard to the Gardener. If the being was as strong as he believed, then he figured such a small thing wouldn't bother it.

"Possibly. The Darkness is also linked to memory, so you may retain your old self. It is unclear." The Gardener replied, sounding contemplative.

"Well, better than nothing, I guess." The Bioformer nodded as everything faded.

(Later)

The Autobots were now regrouping as Fowler just informed them that the cons have been stealing specific military equipment–all equipment that they recognized as pieces for a new Space Bridge.

This continued until the base's proximity alarm went off, something or someone was on the top.

"Who could that be?" Arcee wondered as Ratchet pulled up the feed.

"It's just Creator… With Elita One?!" He started before turning shocked he noticed exactly who was with him, the rest of the Autobots snapping their heads to look at the feed.

"And a new ship, looks like." Bulkhead noted as the two came down to the main area of the base, which allowed Tiberius to turn back to human form, the sliver of dark and seed of light hidden in his pockets.

(Meanwhile)

"... Um… What…?"" Elita uttered, unsure of how she should react to the Bioformer changing his race in front of her.

"I'll explain later." Tiberius told her as they took the elevator down to the main area.

As they exited the elevator, the Autobots were quick to greet the two as Elita familiarized herself with new and familiar faces, while Tiberius sat down to let his head rest so he could explain everything to his family and allies

Optimus, meanwhile…

"Tiberius… May I ask where you found Elita?" The Prime inquired as he looked at his student. Don't get him wrong, he was ecstatic to have his spark mate back in his life, but he couldn't stop himself from wondering where his student found her.

"I'll fill everyone in on what I did off world when I've pulled myself back together." The hybrid sighed. "What I saw was enough for me to just want to do nothing but sleep." He added with a groan.

The others didn't really get to say anything further as the blonde fell into a slumber state, completely wiped from what he just witnessed.

(Elsewhere)

"Have you found a suitable power source for the space bridge yet?" Megatron questioned his lieutenants as he allowed Madame Ruin to chart out a plan to find and extract Dark Energon from spots she'd found veins of.

"Yes, but it is located in a human military base." Knockout replied. "We need to be careful if we want to get it out of there quietly." He added.

"The time of prophecy is nearly upon us! We are done with stealth!" The Decepticon leader growled, determined to be ready when the spheres aligned.

"With all respect, Lord Megatron, this hardly seems wise. Alerting the Autobots could complicate things." Cold chimed in.

"Or worse, draw in those puny scavengers, the Mechticons." Hot added, only for Lugnut to smack him upside the head.

"Do not question our leader, Blitzwing!" He snarled.

"Well at least three-face is concerned about the tactics of the situation." Airachnid retorted.

"Enough!" Megatron barked. "Set a course for the location of our power source. We're taking it regardless of how it's acquired!" He declared. "Come Ruin, it's time we discuss where best to position ourselves to receive the bounty that the alignment will give us." He added, walking away.

"Of course, lord Megatron." The Bioformer nodded as she walked beside him, flipping off the rest of the cons as she walked by them.

"Do those two seem to be getting closer every day?" Knockout wondered after the two were out of earshot. "Or is that just my optics glitching?" He amended.

"It certainly looks like they are getting closer." Airachnid nodded in reply.

(The next day)

Tiberius sighed as he sat up after crashing on the base's couch, Miko sitting next to him with Octavius and Yang in her lap.

"This all started when I received a vision yesterday, from Alpha Trion." The blonde began, surprising everyone, including Optimus.

"Who?" June Darby questioned as she sat up.

"One of Optimus' predecessors and mentor." Tiberius explained in reply. "He wrote the Covenant of Primus, Cybertron's history. And he told me about the alignment of the spheres, and how Unicron could be dealt with." He continued.

"Unicorn?" Miko questioned, tilting her head.

"Unicron, Miko. Primus' evil twin." The blonde corrected. "He's the rising darkness of which the prophecy speaks." He added

"What methods are there to deal with him?" Arcee asked.

"Either we sacrifice the Matrix of Leadership to temporarily put him back to sleep." The boy explained. "Or I can sacrifice my own spark to scatter his consciousness permanently." He added.

"What?!" Ironhide gasped.

"That's why Primus created me, to end the threat of his brother once and for all." Tiberius told him.

"No! I refuse to let you do that! You have children to think about, for crying out loud!" Miko protested, Octavius reaching out for his father to prove her point.

"I know, which is why I went on an excursion when Alpha Trion revealed a way for me to return after I sacrificed myself." Tiberius told her before he turned into Creator, and showed everyone a projection of the pyramid beneath the moon. "This housed one of the keys to my future return." He explained.

"Wait, where is this pyramid located?" Mathias questioned, studying the image.

"Beneath the moon. It's been there for a long time, and it was still active when I went inside." The Bioformer replied before showing the footage he took of the pyramid's interior.

When everyone saw the double of the gold plated Bioformer, everyone felt the same wrongness he felt when he saw it himself.

"This is… extremely unnerving." Optimus noted, a heavy frown on his face.

"I second that." Miko nodded with her own frown.

"Apparently this thing is called the Witness. I have no idea what it wants." Tiberius told them before showing them the orb above Mars. "This is the Traveler. It's the Witness' ancient enemy. It gave me this." He continued, showing the seed of light.

Ratchet immediately tried to get some scans of it, but couldn't. It wasn't that his scanner wasn't working, but that there was too much energy to read.

"The energy of this object is far beyond what my scanners are able to analyze." He told the group as he shared the data with Brains.

"I can practically feel the warmth it's giving off from here…" Jack got out with wide eyes of amazement. Sierra was in a similar state.

"What did you get from that creepy pyramid?" Bulkhead asked.

"This." Creator replied, showing them the sliver of darkness. The cold it gave off was felt across the whole room, and made the babies uncomfortable.

"Okay… you can put that away now." Sierra gulped, not wanting to feel the cold coming from the object anymore.

"One reignites my spark, the other reboots my memories, and bing-bang-boom, I'm back to normal like nothing even happened." The first Bioformer said.

The others seemed conflicted by all this information, but before anything could be said about it, Fowler called.

"Prime! The cons really stepped in it this time. They just hit a military lab stealing a conductor." The agent said. "My boys in green will keep them busy until you get here." He added.

"Fowler, those guys won't stand a chance against the cons! Pull 'em back before any of them are killed!" Creator told him.

"Creator is correct, Megatron's desperation may be at its zenith, and you know I cannot condone a single human casualty." Optimus nodded as the man hung up.

However, as the Autobots–minus Bumblebee who was taking Raf to go racing–began to mobilize, Optimus stopped his pupil.

"We will discuss your findings after we are finished." He told the younger bot firmly.

"Fair enough." The Bioformer nodded in reply. After that, the two went through the ground bridge followed by the others.

Drawing his arm to his back he pulled and twirled out Izanami's Vengeance, ready to fight.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile, Megatron was making his way to make sure his forces got the conductor, with Madame Ruin following him from the roads.

"Oooh, I spy with my little eye, something yellow, black, and in desperate need of a good swatting." The femme chuckled.

"Yes, I see the stray scout as well." Megatron confirmed, easily spotting Bumblebee racing along the road. "Leave this one to me." He told the dark Bioformer before he started opening fire on the Autobot scout.

"Why should I let you have all the fun?" Ruin chuckled, deploying the missile launchers in her trunk and firing them at Bumblebee the second that one of Megatron's blasts hit–causing the scout to spin out and then flip over and roll down into a ravine ditch, landing on his roof.

"That should demoralize the Autobots a decent amount." The warlord chuckled evilly as he and Madame Ruin carried on toward the base.

"And it amused me a good deal." She chuckled.

(Later)

The Autobots were busy cleaning house at the base, with Creator actually driving his glaive through a vehicon and then using its gun function to blow a hole through it and the one behind him before reloading.

"Tch. What a bunch of pushovers." He scoffed, stabbing abouther vehicon right in the spark chamber.

However as their numbers dwindled, the battle was suddenly interrupted by the arrival of both Megatron and Madame Ruin, who got between the two groups.

"Optimus." The warlord grinned.

"Megatron, can't you see the folly in trying to force a prophecy to fruition?" The prime questioned.

"There is no folly in wishing to meet destiny." The warlord told him in reply.

"Why leave matters to fate when you can forge your own destiny?" Madame Ruin added. "Speaking of…" She smirked, causing everyone to turn and see Bumblebee walking towards them, cradling a barely breathing Raf.

"Oh no…" Arcee gasped, shocked and worried.

"Oh, would you look at that? I not only swatted a bee…" Megatron started.

"But we also squashed a bug." Ruin giggled, causing Creator to clench his fists, pointing his glaive at her.

"I'm going to tear off all of your fingers one by one." He growled.

"Oh? And why would you go and do that, cousin?" She questioned playfully in a hurt tone.

"So I can shove them down your throat!" The bot growled as he lunged at her before Ironhide and the twins stopped him.

"Easy, kid! There's a time and place for that, and this ain't it!" The weapons expert told him.

"Yeah! We gotta focus on the other kid right now!" Skids added in agreement. Creator growled for a moment before sighing as he was released.

"I'll get you for this. Both of you." He vowed, glaring at the two 'cons. Ratchet then opened the Ground bridge, allowing everyone to go back to base, save for Bulkhead, Creator, Optimus and Octavia.

And as Megatron and Ruin went back into the Nemesis, Optimus and the rest of this four man team ran and leapt onto the ship, climbing the frame.

(Meanwhile)

Back at the base, everyone was frightened by Raf's state. After some scans, Ratchet identified Dark Energon in the boy's system, which was extremely bad for him.

"Of course, how could I not have foreseen this?" The medic exclaimed, feeling stupid for not realizing that sooner. "We must expel the dark matter from Rafael's body immediately. The only possible way I know how." He continued, grabbing a vile. "I need Energon!" He added.

"Wait, I thought you said Energon can be devastating to humans?" June questioned.

"Under normal circumstances, quite. But I'm counting on the dark matter currently invading his body by meeting it head on!" The doctor explained.

"Let's hope it works." Jack gulped as Bumblebee donated some of his Energon without a second thought.

"I need him over here, now!" Ratchet instructed as he motioned to the decontamination chamber, Jack and June rushing Raf inside it before leaving so it could close.

Seconds later the decontamination chamber glowed briefly before it slowly dimmed, allowing Raf to be retrieved and–thankfully–he was finally on the mend.

"Oh thank goodness." Serena sighed in relief.

"This is certainly a relief, to be sure." Mathias nodded in agreement.

(Elsewhere)

Back with Optimus and the others, they managed to secure the power source, but Bulkhead was the only one who was to go back.

"What do you plan to do?" He asked.

"I will do something I should have done a long time ago. If there can be no diplomatic solution to this perpetual conflict, then I cannot allow any more darkness to fall." Optimus stated. "Megatron must be destroyed." He declared.

"If Megatron must be destroyed, then my cousin must be as well." Creator declared in agreement. "She might be close to my age, but she has the potential to be just as bad as Megatron. She can't be allowed to carry on his legacy." He continued.

"Not to mention I've got a bone to pick with both of them." Octavia nodded.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile, Megatron was waiting rather impatiently for the ship to get to the construction site amongst his lieutenants trying to assure him, when both he and Ruin received the same vision.

It showed them a glimpse of what they thought was Unicron himself before it changed to a volcano… one that had Dark Energon erupting from it.

"Ngh… You saw that, too, right?" Madame Ruin asked with a groan as she held her head.

"Indeed…" The champion of Kaon nodded. "Remain here, there is something I must attend to." He continued as he and Ruin walked away.

"Do they seem to be… Losing it?" Knockout questioned.

"A bit." Airachnid nodded.

"And they say I'm the crazy one!" Random laughed.

"Because you are." The spider femme deadpanned.

(Meanwhile)

As Megatron and Ruin reached the volcano from their vision, Creator,,Optimus and Octavia soon followed via a ground bridge that Soundwave sent them through.

"Megatron, today you and Madame Ruin shall answer for your crimes against Cybertron, and against humanity." Optimus declared as he glared at both of them.

"If there are two who shall fall, it shall be you and Creator, Optimus Prime!" The warlord declared, not even acknowledging Octavia.

"We're going to a party in Hell." Creator declared, drawing his glaive and twirling it a bit.

"Oh, and what's the occasion, cousin?" Ruin questioned, turning her hand into its blaster form.

"Celebrating your eternal damnation." The gold plated Bioformer shot back in reply.

"I'd like to see you try." The femme smirked before she was suddenly blown backwards by a sonic blast from Octavia's resonance blaster.

"Shut the frag up." She growled.

Growling, the dark Bioformer got back up and shot at Octavia before she charged her cousin, blade ready to slice him apart. Creator charged back at her, Izanami's Vengeance at the ready.

Likewise, Optimus and Megatron charged at each other and threw their fists at one another.

This exchange continued with Octavia using a pair of sonic discs to go at Megatron and Ruin, before they multiplied in a circle around them, causing Optimus and Creator to back up.

"Sonic DOOM!" She yelled as the sound of Slash Monkey guitar riffs started blasting around the two cons in all directions.

Megatron and Madame Ruin both screamed in pain as they held their heads, desperately trying to block out the excessively loud music to no avail. The two actually fell to their knees, unable to handle the strain on their auditory sensors.

As the discs retracted, Megatron groaned as he struggled to his feet before he pointed his blaster arm at Octavia, only for Ruin to beat him to the punch.

"Kiss this, you Tokyo Drift penny a dozen bitch." She growled before blasting Octavia with her own shoulder mounted blaster.

"Miko, look out!" Creator yelled, but was too late as the sound using Biofrormer cried out in pain as she was hit dead center in the chest and was sent flying back, tumbling to the ground and getting seriously roughed up.

"That's one nuisa– ACK!" Madame Ruin started to chuckle before grunted as Creator fired a shot from his glaive at her, causing her to take a step back.

The gold and silver plater Bioformer's gaze was one of furious wrath as he stalked toward her, blasting her with his glaive every time she tried to take aim at him with her blaster. When he was close enough, she pointed her weapon at him again and tried to shoot, but one shot from Izanami's Vengeance rendered her ranged weapon non-functional.

He then took her moment of reeling from this as a chance to shove his weapon through her midsection, taking it up to the hilt.

"FUUUUCK!" The dark femme cried out in pain as she tried and failed to get free.

"The torturer often feels small when the target of their craft fights back." Creator commented, his voice cold. "You must feel very small right now." He added, watching his cousin cough up some Dark Energon.

Meanwhile, Optimus and Megatron were trading blows rather evenly before a simultaneous blast caused them to skid back, to which they then switched to bladed combat.

"The ancients foretold your demise here Optimus. What was it they wrote? The weak shall perish?" The warlord taunted.

"Don't believe everything you read." Optimus retorted as the two kept clashing until Megatron was sent flying again and Optimus then gave chase in vehicle mode before running the champion of Kaon over and actually running his tires on the con's face!

Megatron cried out in pain as he had the misfortune of getting his faceplate all fucked up. After a moment, he managed to shove Optimus off of him, but he had been momentarily blinded.

In spite of her current state, Octavia was able to at least sit up and fire a sound blast at the warlord, disorienting him even further.

"Down, but not out." She chuckled, coughing briefly.

Megatron rubbed the rubber burns from his face before glaring at the injured femme and deployed his sword again, growling.

"I'll have your head, you insolent little runt!" He roared as he charged at her.

"Hey Megatron, catch!" Creator called as he threw Madame Ruin's injured form at him, forcing him to instinctively stop and catch her. When he looked down and saw his Dark Bioformer subordinate's wounds, his optics widened.

"Seems we're at a disadvantage." He growled as Optimus and Creator came charging at them, delivering blow after blow, and causing Dark Energon to spew from their mouths as they were pummeled into next week like a couple punching bags.

When the two were knocked to the ground, Dark Energon coming from their mouths and Madame Ruin's stomach, Optimus readied his wrist blade while Creator readied Izanami's Vengeance.

The golden Bioformer then hooked his dark twin with his weapon, and hurled her into the air, before transforming and blasting her with his laser cannon, and then transforming and drop kicking her down to the top of the volcano–going straight for her and landing on her with a thundering boom.

"You…. wouldn't kill... a… member of… your family… would… you…?" The dark femme groaned, completely exhausted.

"You're not part of my family." Was Creator's cold response.

"We're two sides of the same coin, cousin. What would you be… without me?" Ruin coughed.

"Time to find out." The son of Primus said as he grabbed the daughter of Unicron and hurled her into the Volcano below.

Sighing, he transformed and started flying back to Optimus, but halfway through that mini flight, the volcano erupted… And it wasn't lava that came out.

It was Dark Energon! The reading it gave off caused the gold Bioformer to whirl around in shock.

"What the–?! Dark Energon erupting from Earth?!" He gasped.

It was then that a cluster of the dark matter collided with him, causing the bot to crash to the ground, tumbling and crashing right into Optimus while he was about to strike down Megatron.

"Ow…" The Bioformer groaned.

"Well… It seems fate has given me the chance to end both of you!" The warlord grinned as he got ready to snuff both of their sparks.

"Why is the blood of Unicron erupting from the earth?" Optimus groaned.

"I have no idea." Creator said as the two struggled to get up, right as a ground bridge opened behind them and the others came running through, Bulkhead being quick to go to Octavia and help her up.

"Don't worry. The others are going to help Optimus and Creator." He told her.

"Thanks, Bulk." The sound using femme groaned, Energon leaking from her wounds.

"Let's move everyone!" Ratchet yelled as Ironhide opened fire on Megatron to drive him back.

As they all disappeared, the warlord was left alone, with the motherload of all Energon deposits.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! YES! At long last, I finally have enough Dark Energon to reanimate Unicron himself!" Megatron laughed.

It looked like things just went from bad, to fucked.

Dragon Emperor0: Well, that certainly escalated quickly. We went from Pyramids being found on the moon to Dark Energon erupting from the earth in the matter of a few paragraphs.

ThermalsniperN7: No kidding. The first stuff was mentally straining, especially in that Pyramid. Speaking of which, yes we know the Traveler struck down Nezarec's Pyramid during the Collapse, but with how deep in the moon it was, it was easy to think it was there for eons. Even Destiny fans that are well versed in lore should be able to admit to this.

Dragon Emperor0: That's my thinking too. That does make me wonder if both Primus and Unicron know about the Traveler and the Witness. That'd definitely surprise me if they did.

ThermalsniperN7: Given how all four of them are forces of the universe, it wouldn't surprise me if they all knew of each other. Also, keep that Seed of Light and Shard of Darkness in mind. How they come into play will be important later.

Dragon Emperor0: As will the name that Alpha Trion called Tiberius before, Genisys. You guys will see later. Anyway, see you all next
