Unity123: Good start to Season 2.

For Ashes to New, it would introduce the Terran species, maybe having a reincarnation of Quintus Prime and attracting attention from the Quintessons.

M.E.C.H. could be a rogue splinter faction of G.I. Joe that broke off, perhaps when they became far too ambitious for their own good, possibly aligning with Cobra, who in turn sided with the Decepicons. If certain Mechticons could defect, then would be a good time. Chris McFreely's Basics has a video on this crossover.

As far as the Metru Nui arc is concerned, the best time would be the Dark Time, a millenia long time period taking place after the events of Web of Shadows and Time Trap and before the events of Mask of Light, when the city was only populated by Turaga Dume, the Rahaga / Toa Hagah, Keetongu, and some of the escaped Rahi from the Great Arcives. Many of the other Rahi and some of those migrated to Mata Nui, but other Rahi stayed in the city, for instance the Longfang, and formed Metru Nui's new ecosystem during this time.

Metru Nui was slowly rebuilt, and the eight of them slowly cleared the Visorak webs. Five hundred years after the Great Cataclysm, a rogue group of Visorak landed on the shores of Metru Nui, but were fended off by the Rahaga, Dume, and Keetongu.

There are a series of sea gates located throughout the robotic body of the Great Spirit Mata Nui. They allowed the oceans' Liquid Protodermis and the inhabitants to travel between the various domes of the Matoran universe.

The sea gates of Metru Nui were located along the Great Barrier. For most of the history of the city, these gates were used for travel to and from the city, as well as for trade convoys to pass through. One such gate was the one leading to the industrial island of Xia, Roodaka's home island and realm of the Vortixx.

Eighteen months prior to the Great Cataclysm, Makuta Teridax usurped the identity of Turaga Dume and sent some of the remaining Toa Mangai on Metru Nui to close off these gates. The Toa succeeded in this task but were later killed by the Dark Hunter Eliminator, hired by Teridax.

One of the gates was reopened by the Dark Hunters Nidhiki and Krekka on their way to Metru Nui. Perhaps Genisys could use one of said gates to reach the city itself, turning a new page on the Dark Hunter-Brotherhood of Makuta War, and drawing the opportunistic Vortixx and Nynrah Ghosts to someone of a Bioformer's potential, living or dead.

As for Tarn and Galvatron, Tarn, once Damus and Glitch, renamed after Megatron's homeland was a Decepticon and leader of the Decepticon Justice Division, a division of the Decepticon army that handles justice. And by justice, I mean "unmarked graves" for alltTraitors, deserters, and any manner of transgressors to the Decepticon cause end up on "The List".

Galvatron (specifically the IDW 2005 version) is a timelost warrior from an earlier, more brutal era, twin sibling of Arcee, and later part of Nova Prime's crew into the Dead Universe. If Galvatron is coming back separately, then perhaps Nova Prime's corrupted soul would find its way into Nemesis Prime, reformatting himself a new body.

As for Tarn and Galvatron as Bioformers, my best guess would be for them to be serpartely exposed to high concentrations of Energized Protodermis, put into stasis-lock (maybe with the rest of the DJD) by the Toa during the Toa-Dark Hunter War and imprisoned in the Canyon of Unending Whispers in Po-Metru, unable to be stirred even by the Great Cataclysm, but awakening upon Genisys' arrival.

ThermalsniperN7: Okay, we're gonna need to state our intentions for what will happen with Tiberius in Metru Nui. First, he'll be there to explore and find signs of the Bionicle during Web of Shadows… While possibly being stalked by a Rahi beast that I shall not name at this time.

Dragon Emperor0: Reason why is because we have an idea involving Roodaka involving her, Megatron, and the new additions of Galvatron and Tarn. So while your ideas are very solid, I'm afraid they don't fit our plans.

ThermalsniperN7: We also won't be including characters we don't know much of, like Dark Hunter Eliminator for example… Though I'd like to know more about that one, personally.

Dragon Emperor0: Next, your ideas involving Quintus were indeed very similar to what we had planned already, so these could actually help us finalize the draft. Thanks for that. Also, a bit of clarification, it'll be explained in full this chapter but this story's versions of Galvatron and Tarn will be the sons of Megatron and Madame Ruin that would become Bioformers raised by human beings who end up joining either MECH or the Decepticons. We haven't decided on which. The method of their creation will be shown in this chapter.

church2550: Love those choices for Tiberius. Though I would've suggested either a fully upgraded Mammoth Mark III from CommandConquer 3Armour superiority. or the Mammoth Armored Reclamation Vehicle aka MARV from C&C 3's expansion: Kane's Wrath fully upgraded of course. Either way, excited to have the hiatus finally over!

ThermalsniperN7: Between me and Dragon Emperor0, I'm the one that's familiar with Command and Conquer, so I know what tanks you're talking about. We almost rejected them, but then we realized that the vehicle modes of Genisys need to be balanced out (he's more air than ground, presently), so we might end up using both of those tank suggestions of yours.

Dragon Emperor0: Additionally, we'll be giving Miko a second alt mode in the form of the B-37 Dragonfly aka the Supertweet, affectionately also known as the A-10 Warthog's mom to go with Tiberius' future A-1 Skyraider form he'll use when he uses his enhanced transformation abilities slim down his body when he needs to. (This second form will be similar to Rowl from IDW comics in terms of appearance, btw) as the Skyraider is the Warthog's dad. See what we did there?

Unity123: I still think you can use the mission to Vector Sigma for the next chapter, the Autobots intercepting Shockwave's transmissions, getting a decrpyted version of the Iacon database.

The Makuta species have long sinced evolved to the point where they've become become beings of pure dark energy, though they would still require a host body. The CNA Megatron gathered would be used to clone Madame Ruin in an improved body, much like the Ultron AI and his bodies.

Shockwave would view Genisys' very existence as an anomaly, a wrench in the cogs of reality and would become obsessed with unlocking his secrets, possibly dissatisfied with the "impostor" Mechticons and Necrocons (Terrorcon Bioformers), perhaps he would become Tiberius arch-nemesis in both the physical and mental sense.

ThermalsniperN7: The Autobots detecting Shockwave's transmission is a late suggestion that can't be done at this point. The mission to Vector Sigma is still doable, however. As for cloning Bioformers, that's… Not as simple as you might think. Due to the complex intricacies of Bioformer genes, the mixture of organic and inorganic structures would make cloning a nightmare that even Shockwave would be frustrated with. Speaking of which, the idea of Shockwave becoming a nemesis for Genisys actually sounds very appealing.

Dragon Emperor: The part about Shockwave is especially poignant when you consider that they stand at separate ends of the Autobot/Decepticon Arms Race. When Shockwave eventually brings in the Predacons, Genisys will counter it by bringing in and creating more Dinobots. While Shockwave will have the schematics for recreating the Omega Lock, Genisys already has the energon formula needed to power it. And while Shockwave is making strides in creating more Cybertronian born Bioformers and Necrocons, Tiberius is well on his way to bringing on more human born Bioformerw and the creation of the Terrans. Also, yes, the idea of Shockwave meeting the Mechticons sounds great.

-Decepticon Underground outpost-

Megatron stood in front of his now completed Space Bridge as his soldiers began to activate it, allowing an old ally to walk on through the portal, their footsteps being quite audible.

The figure in question was a rather large purple Decepticon with a single red eye, spikes, an arm cannon and single hand.

"Ah, Shockwave. It is good to see you again after so long." The warlord said with a smile.

"I am glad to see that you are functioning as well, Lord Megatron." Shockwave nodded. "But while I am pleased to be back, why was I abandoned on our dying world?" He questioned as the two walked together.

"After the Dinobots destroyed your second laboratory and after Starscream reported that you'd disappeared in the space bridge portal after giving chase to Arcee and Cliffjumper—we assumed the worst." Megatron explained. "Had I known otherwise, you would not have been left behind." He added.

"I do not blame you, Lord Megatron; The destruction of my second laboratory was quite violent, so it was the most logical conclusion to assume the worst at the time." The cycloptic 'Con nodded, knowing full well that was a simple thing to assume.

"That said, Shockwave, I have something rather important that I wish for you to deal with." The warlord said as he led the scientist into the sick bay, where the fatally damaged Madame Ruin lay on an examination table.

"By the Allspark…" The robot muttered. "Who is this, and what happened to her?!" Shockwave questioned, completely surprised by the damage to the unknown (to him) femme's body.

"There have been quite a large number of developments since you were gone from our ranks. One such development was the discovery of a new hybrid species called the Bioformers, who are formed from Cybertronian biology and that of our Bionicle cousins." Megatron explained. "The femme you see before you is one such Bioformer, known as Madame Ruin, a direct descendant of Unicron." He continued.

"She seems to have been fatally damaged." Shockwave observed. "But while her body is beyond repair, her spark is not extinguished." He mused. "What is it you wish to do with her?" He questioned.

"You mentioned that you devised a secondary way to create new sparks with the absence of the Well of Allsparks by using the Spark Extractor as a base, correct?" The con questioned.

"Yes, but I'll need the Spark Extractor first, or at the very least a blueprint of it so I have something to work with." Shockwave nodded.

"We have reason to believe that it is on this planet, so I will retrieve it for you." Megatron nodded. "Meantime, I want you to create two protoforms from both mine and Ruin's CNA, that we may put the new sparks into once we create them." He instructed.

"As you wish, Lord Megatron." The scientist nodded in reply as he picked up a sampler from what little he had brought with him. "Now, be still so that I may collect your CNA sample first." He instructed as he got the device ready.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile, on top of the rock formation that hid the Autobot base, Genisys Prime stood across from what looked like several different forms of tanks, planes, and a couple of Helicopters.

Specifically, there was a B-52, an AC-130J Ghost Rider, and an A-1 Skyraider in terms of the planes. In terms of ground vehicles, there was an A-1 Abrams, T-28 aka the Doom Turtle, and an experimental tank called the Mammoth. And in terms of Helicopters, there was the Apache and Blackhawk.

The Mammoth had actually been suggested by Fowler, who was actually glad to have Tiberius around again. When the agent heard about the Bioformer looking for new vehicle modes, he was quick to contribute the Mammoth to the list. Tiberius himself was actually impressed with the experimental tank.

Seriously, the fucking thing had missile launchers and twin railguns on its turret!

The two military helicopters, however, were for Miko to try and scan. Her lover had already given her the data that would let her have more than one form, so now all she needed was a suitable vehicle mode for the slot.

However…

"Damn it! These are too big!" The femme whined.

"Aw crap. Sorry about that. I swore at least one of these would've been a good fit." Fowler told her apologetically.

"Don't worry. We'll find something for her." Genisys told him as he scanned the B-52, AC-130 and the Skyraider. "The planes are compatible with me, though." He added.

"You can turn into a hybrid naval vessel already, so that was a no brainer." Octavia deadpanned.

"Right…" The boy nodded as he scanned the tanks next.

"Actually, come to think of it…" Fowler hummed as another plane came flying by, this one seemingly making a high pitched shrieking noise as it flew. "Try that Supertweet." He told her, pointing at it.

"Hm…" The sound using femme hummed as she took a chance and scanned it. "... Yes! It's just right!" She cheered as she transformed into her new jet form, the paint obviously being pink and black. Her new engines, however, caused everyone to cover the ears/audio sensors.

"GAH! WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE LOUD?!" Ironhide yelled over the noise before the femme transformed back into robot mode.

"Sorry, guys." She told them sheepishly.

"The B-37 Dragonfly, Aka the Super Tweet." Genisys hummed. "Also affectionately known as the A-10 Warthog's mom." He chuckled as he grabbed his bride by the waist and pulled her close.

"Does that mean one of your kids is gonna scan one when they're older?" Jack asked with a smirk.

"I wouldn't be surprised, since I scanned the dad of the family." Tiberius chuckled as he and Miko returned to their human forms—right as everyone started heading down into the base right as Optimus, Elita, Arcee and Bulkhead returned from a mission.

The pink femme in particular was limping, her leg showing scuff marks and signs of being shot.

"Whoa! Elita, what happened?!" Sierra asked in concern.

"Megatron happened." The femme groaned as Optimus gingerly put her on Ratchet's medical table.

(Flashback)

"Wait, Opi, is that...?" Elita questioned as she and their assembled team saw Megatron unearth an artifact—the Spark Extractor.

"It would appear so, Eli." Optimus nodded. "We must do all we can to keep it out of Decepticon hands." He added, shifting his right arm into a Pathblaster as he walked down to meet his nemesis.

"Shockwave, it would seem that fortune favors us today. I've just come into possession of the Spark Extractor." Megatron said, causing the Autobots to halt momentarily.

"Did he just say…?!" Arcee whispered in alarm.

"I think so." Bulkhead nodded.

There was a moment of silence before a ground bridge appeared and Shockwave stepped through.

"Yes, this will prove quite useful for creating the prototypes of the Spark Unifiers." The scientist nodded. "Soon, we'll be able to create more Decepticon sparks to place in protoforms so long as we have Cybertronians or Bioformers to serve as donors." He mused, examining the machine.

"Is that so, Megatron?" Optimus interjected, getting his attention as the Prime walked up to him with his blaster at the ready.

"Optimus." Megatron chuckled. "I'd suggest you stop moving, unless you want to play a part in our mutually assured destruction." He added, causing the Autobots to pause.

"I have heard you mention Spark Unifiers. What could possibly have prompted such a thing?" Optimus couldn't help but wonder.

"Shockwave conceived of the idea after the Well of Allsparks dried up, but lacked the necessary template to produce such a device." The warlord stated. "And now he does." He added.

"With these schematics, I can have a viable prototype made within the week." Shockwave nodded as he scanned the machine. "Even so. It would be illogical not to take this for safekeeping." He added.

"I second that notion." Megatron nodded in agreement. "That being said, farewell, Optimus." He added, gesturing for his forces to attack"Send the ground bridge." He ordered Soundwave over the comms, who immediately opened up the portal.

The Vehicons then started to attack the Autobots to give their master time to escape, and while Optimus, Arcee and Bulkhead were preoccupied with them—Elita transformed into her vehicle mode to try and chase down Megatron and Soundwave.

Said vehicle was a pink motorcycle not unlike that of Arcee, but hers had dual tire wells.

She was able to bob and weave her way through the vehicon forces, but when she reached her quarry, Shockwave rounded on her and kicked her into the air and fired a few shots from his arm cannon at her. This made her cry out in pain from the shots as she was knocked out of vehicle mode.

Megatron then grabbed her by the throat and hoisted her up to eye level, causing her to gag for breath.

"So good to see you again, Elita. But I'm afraid I can't stay and chat." The con said as he hurled her and sent her crashing into a wall of the giant hole the cons had dug, before he and Shockwave disappeared into the portal.

"Scrap! Optimus, we need to grab Elita and get out of here!" Arcee exclaimed as she shot a vehicon in the head.

"Ratchet, send a ground bridge!" Optimus said as he ran towards his long time friend and lover, while Arcee and Bulkhead covered him.

The second the ground bridge opened up, they immediately went into it as quickly as they could.

(Flashback end)

"So they now have a device that can extract sparks when it goes off." Tiberius sighed, burping Octavian. "Wonderful." He muttered.

"But what's a Spark Unifier?" Raf questioned.

"I'm not entirely sure, and you would think it self explanatory, given the name." Ratchet chimed in. "I can only speculate what its function might be at this moment." He added.

"So, what? The machine takes pieces of two sparks and uses them to create new ones for protoforms?" Arcee questioned.

"Such a process is not unheard of. As Alpha Trion himself spoke of how Megatronus, Alchemist and Quintus Prime commissioned Solus Prime to create a similar device so that the thirteen might use their own sparks to seed life on Cybertron." Optimus explained. "However, when Solus Prime was accidentally struck down by Megatronus, she herself became the Well of Allsparks. So, we used that design to create new wells, and power those wells with pieces of the Allspark." He continued.

"Okay… Not sure how much use that'll be, though." Tiberius mused. "I mean, besides his higher ranking members, he doesn't exactly have very many unique sparks on hand." He noted.

"Megatron might look for willing donors, though." Jack stated. "If he has a plan like getting more soldiers, then willing donors would be a key part, wouldn't it?" He pointed out.

"Problem is, I don't think many Bioformers would be willing to help." Sierra pointed out. "The only ones we know of all work for MECH and those guys don't always get along." She added.

This caused Miko to groan as she just had a thought enter her head.

"I swear, if this has something to do with Madame Ruin…!" She trailed off with a growl.

"… Honestly I wouldn't put it past them." Tiberius sighed.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile, back on the Nemesis, Shockwave was now finishing the last parts of the Spark Unifier in his laboratory, where two protoforms could be seen growing in tubes of stasis fluid.

"Bioformer biology is a truly fascinating thing. If only I had a live specimen…" He mused to no one in particular. "Oh the things I could learn from the genetic coding they possess…" He continued.

"You likely will in time, but first things first." Megatron told him as he waited for Shockwave to connect the two cables on the Unifier to his and Ruin's Spark chambers.

"Now, you may feel slight discomfort." The scientist said as he turned on his machine.

This caused the warlord to groan as a piece of his spark was taken and half of Ruin's was extracted—before the two collided in a flash of purple and red—revealing a magenta Spark which Shockwave then began to transfer to the first protoform, and then repeated the process for the second protoform.

"Now we need only give them plenty of time to develop." The scientist told his leader. "What shall I designate them as?" He questioned.

Megatron stepped towards the two developing Cybertronians that he would soon come to know as his offspring. One shared a resemblance to him but had just as many features of his mother—most notably an orange arm cannon—while the other seemed to be mostly composed of traits inherited from ruin with a few from himself—including a faceplate that was in the shape of the Decepticon symbol.

"Galvatron and Tarn." The Decepticon leader replied. "Those will be the names of my newly formed sons." He stated.

"Fine names, indeed." Shockwave nodded in agreement.

(Elsewhere)

"Heads up, we got another signal!" Ironhide said as the screen lit up.

"Where is it?" Tiberius questioned as he held Octavian.

"Can't parce out the specifics, but it looks close." The weapons specialist replied.

"I will go and investigate. It should not be much trouble, but I will call for backup when needed if the situation demands it." Optimus told everyone before he transformed and left.

"... Something doesn't feel right. Why would a signal pop up so close to the base?" Miko wondered, finding it more than a little suspicious.

"And so soon after the last one." Ratchet nodded. "Tiberius, would you be able to follow Optimus with one of your vehicle forms?" He questioned.

"I should be able to do so as my Skyraider form." The boy nodded in reply as he handed his son off to Sierra.

He then glowed again but this time he was surrounded by orange light as he assumed a robot from that was of a more comparable height and build to Arcee and Raf respectively, Solar orange plating with Sunshade adjacent goggles adorning his face.

"I can assume different more appropriately sized robot forms for my different vehicle modes. This one is specifically a Solar based one." He explained as he stretched a bit before he transformed and flew out of the base.

"... That's actually kinda impressive." Elita remarked after a beat passed.

"Must be a perk of his new body." Arcee nodded.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile, Optimus was following the same signal as before, when he instead found some sort of transmitter.

Confused, the prime attempted to radio in—only to suddenly be sent crashing to the ground as Brawl, Shellfire and Onslaught suddenly decked, tossed and wrestling slammed him into the ground.

Wingnut then walked up to Optimus and kicked him hard in the face, knocking him unconscious.

"How much time do we have?" Cylas questioned as he walked up to the now knocked out Prime.

"Backup's about two minutes away and closing fast." Another soldier replied.

"Luckily, I can work fast, too." A soldier with sampling gear chuckled as he started working to get some CNA from Optimus.

"Remind me again why we wanted this guy specifically?" Onslaught questioned as he and Brawl opened Optimus' chest, allowing Wingnut to take scans of the Matrix of Leadership.

"Because after the fiasco in Earth's core–" Cylas started to say before pausing. "... I still can't get over that…" He said to himself before shaking his head. "Anyway, after that, I went over the data and figured that Optimus would be the best bet for the next phase of our project." He continued.

"Backup's nearing us." A soldier said as the CNA was extracted and Wingnut finished his scans.

"Let's leave." Shellfire said, right as an A-1 Skyraider suddenly dove at them from outside the nighttime cloud cover.

"A Skyraider?" Onslaught blinked in surprise as he shielded himself from the bullets that were fired at the squad, feeling them burn his metal skin. "Who flies that in this day and age?" He wondered.

Then the old plane flew low to the ground and, in a flash of light, turned into a Doom Turtle that skidded to a stop in front of them.

"... Uh, is that the–" Shellfire started to ask before…

BOOM!

He was sent flying by a sudden shot from the tank's main gun, the noise causing everyone to jump… But it somehow failed to jolt Optimus awake.

"Miss me, assholes?! I hope so!" Genisys exclaimed as he transformed into the corresponding robot form for his Doom Turtle mode, which actually bore a resemblance to Megatron's Fall of Cybertron design with dark blue Stasis plating. "Because I have a lot of party favors for all of you!" He added, shifting his arm into a cannon.

"It's Creator! He's back!" Onslaught exclaimed.

"It's Genisys now, dumbass!" The boy shouted as he transformed into his tank form again and started firing Ice at them.

"Where'd he get these new abilities?!" Wingnut shouted as he dodged an ice round.

"I don't know, but we need to retreat!" Cylas exclaimed as he called for a ground bridge that everyone raced into, Shellfire being the last one through before it closed.

"Tch!" Genisys scoffed before he transformed back into robot mode and shook Optimus awake.

"Urgh…" Optimus groaned, putting a hand on his head.

"Whoa there, Optimus. You took a pretty bad hit." Genisys told him. "Try not to move too much." He added.

"What… Happened…?" The Prime groaned before looking at Genisys, blinking at his appearance. "Why do you look so different?" He questioned.

"It's a correspondence with whichever vehicle form I happen to take on at any time." The Bioformer replied. "Anyway, I found MECH doing… Something to you. Not sure what since I was a bit late there." He continued.

"Let us… Return to base and regroup. We can decide things from there." The Prime responded as a ground bridge opened up seconds after the bot had called the base for.

(Later)

"So MECH did something to Optimus?" Ironhide asked after Genisys finished giving everyone a briefing of what he saw upon arrival.

"I'm not totally sure what since I was late to the party." The Bioformer confirmed with a nod.

"Do you feel anything different, Optimus?" Jack asked as Ratchet looked at the Prime for any potential issues.

"No, Jack I don't think so." He replied.

"I'm not detecting anything abnormal either." The medic nodded. "Although…" He hummed as he took notice of the fact that a small piece of Optimus' grill-like abdomen had been removed—one that was barely noticeable to the untrained eye. "It seems that a piece of you was taken." He mused. "Nothing important; just a CNA sample, from the looks of it." He noted

"What could MECH need Cybertronian CNA for?" Raf wondered.

"Knowing them, probably something similar to what they needed my DNA for when they started their Bioformer project." Tiberius groaned in reply.

"That can't be good…" Elita muttered, getting a few nods from everyone else.

Meanwhile, back at the main MECH base, the scientists on site were in the process of extracting the liquid CNA from the sample gained from Optimus, and mixing it with the Bioformer super serum.

As this was done, Cylas removed the top of his uniform, and proceeded to allow the doctors to inject him with several doses of the serum.

"I don't feel–Gah! There it is!" Cylas started to say before grunting as he felt his body start transforming.

This caused him to slowly become an exact replica of Optimus, but the Prime's iconic red and blue paint job was instead replaced by a black and teal blue paint job with gray metal areas and purple lighting and optics.

Another notable difference was the lack of the Matrix of Leadership—but he could see that his workers were already handling its construction.

"You look good, sir." Christi, also known as Transmutate, noted as she walked up to the newly emerged Bioformer. "Have you decided on a name yet?" She questioned.

Cylas looked at his now robotic hand and then at himself through a reflection.

"If Optimus Prime is to be my equal and opposite in this conflict. Then I shall embrace that role." The man stated, hands behind his back. "I shall become a Prime's Nemesis." He nodded.

(Timeskip)

A few weeks later, the Autobots were now in a high speed chase against Knockout, who was making off with an Iacon Relic, specifically the Force Field Generator.

Genisys was following in tank mode (his aerial modes would garner too much unwanted attention) along with Octavia in the air, her engines shrieking loudly.

Fitting, given her use of sound, really.

"Of course the rocker girl has to have the noisiest alt modes!" Knockout growled. "Blitzwing! Get them off my rear, will you?" He radioed to the triple changer as a tank rolled onto the cliff overlooking the road he and Bee were on as Tiberius swapped to his Mammoth Tank mode at the bottom to try and cut Knockout off.

"Hasta la vista, baby!" The crazed bot shouted as he blasted at Bumblebee's wheels.

This made the scout go flying over a cliff, letting out a long beeping noise to indicate that he was screaming as he fell.

[OH SCRAAAAAAAP!] The Camaro bot yelled as he fell right towards where Genisys was in his Strand colored tank mode.

"What the-?" The Bioformer questioned, right as he was forced out of vehicle mode by Bee falling on him, revealing that this version of his tank geared robot mode gave him an appearance not unlike if he copied Breakdown. "Ooooh… Bee, how many times do I have to tell you? Watch where you're driving!" He barked.

[My wheels got shot out…] The scout groaned in reply.

"Okay… That I can forgive…" The multi-formed Bioformer sighed.

Right as he said that, Knockout zoomed past them while Blitzwing followed in Jet form.

"So long, suckers!" The automobile enthusiast called.

Miko, meanwhile…

"MOMMY'S COMING TO KILL SOME MOTHERFUCKERS!" The femme yelled as she bore down on the runaway 'Cons like a bird of prey.

Chasing after her fellow Jet, she aimed at Blitzwing and fired the Requiem Blaster, causing him to start falling.

"Uh oh! I'm going down! Mayday mayday mayday!" Random yelped before laughing as he crashed at the bottom of the ravine.

Octavia then proceeded to dive low to the ground as she caught up to Knockout and Breakdown, before she proceeded to unload a load of Napalm down on them.

"Oh scrap…" Blitzwing groaned before.

FWOOSH!

The three cons were covered in Energon infused jungle jelly, setting all three of them on fire.

Transforming into robot mode (which looked vaguely like it had some military gear now), she walked up to the knocked out 'Cons and took her prize from them—all while the cons ran around, on fire, like chickens with their heads cut off.

"Thanks, boys." She chuckled as Tiberius and Bumblebee caught up with her.

"Got the device?" Tiberius asked as they caught up to her.

"Right here." The sound femme nodded in reply as she held the item up.

"Nice." Genisys nodded as he looked at the burning blue fires. "... Should we do something about that?" He asked after a beat passed.

"Nah, they'll be fine." Octavia shrugged dismissively.

[Alright, let's go.] Bumblebee groaned as they went into the ground bridge.

(Timeskip)

"You lost the Force Field Generator?!" Megatron roared as the three Cons were getting patched up.

"In our defense, Lord Megatron, ve vere ambushed." Cold Blitzwing explained, before wincing. "Ow ow ow!" Random yelped as Breakdown attempted to mend the burns. "Watch it you big lug!" Hot barked.

"Hey, I'm being as careful as I can, okay?!" The one eyed con snapped as he worked.

"I don't know how, but Octavia has gotten herself a jet form as well." Knockout stated.

"Of course Genisys would share that data with her after pulling it from us!" Hot groaned.

"He pulled Triple Changing data from you? When did this happen?" Megatron questioned, ever so slightly alarmed.

"It literally happened moments after he was revived, but we couldn't find a chance to tell you in the chaos." Cold replied, wincing as Breakdown removed a singemark from his arm.

"That is… That is very problematic." The warlord muttered. "It would explain his multiple forms." He sighed. "Soundwave, have you found the last Coordinate?" He questioned as Soundwave stepped into the room.

Soundwave then showed a location where a beacon could be seen.

"Is that… A mountain?" Breakdown blinked, sparing a glance at the coordinate location.

"It would appear so, Breakdown." Megatron nodded in reply. "Airachnid, take Lugnut with you to retrieve the Relic." He ordered.

"Understood, Lord Megatron." The spider femme nodded as she gestured for Lugnut to follow her.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile, Cylas was currently training his new Cybertronian form in combat by relying on his special forces combat training, while sparring with all five Combaticons.

Brawl attacked first, throwing a fist that Cylas used the momentum of to judo toss him.

Swindle was next, attempting to stick a grenade on Nemesis' back and flip over him—only for the larger bot to grab him by the ankle and then grab the grenade and put it on Swindle and hurled him across the room with the grenade exploding and causing him to dent the wall.

Vortex tried to ambush him from above, but ended up being used like a club the same way Kong did with Suko. Cylas slammed him into Blastoff and Onslaught before he was thrown into a wall, the MECHticon groaning in pain.

"Was that really necessary…?" He groaned.

"I think this new body will prove very useful." Nemesis mused, turning his arm into a cannon.

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!" A voice cackled, causing everyone in the building to turn and see Starscream letting himself into the building. "You think that having the appearance of a Prime will make you as strong as one? How hilarious!" He howled in laughter.

Immediately, the weapons of everyone in the base were aimed at the Decepticon deserter—showing that he was surrounded by Bioformers in the dozens—but he didn't really look phased.

"What could possibly bring you here, Decepticon?" Nemesis demanded.

"First of all, do not call me a Decepticon. I am no longer affiliated with that entity." Starscream scoffed. "I am Starscream, heir to no one and ally to no side. I have no preexisting allegiances." He

"That doesn't answer our question." Tidalwave, a Bioformer with a pirate motif that could turn into a submarine, stated, his torpedoes pointed at the con.

"Fine, fine." The ex seeker said placatingly. "What I wish to do is secure an alliance between myself, and you." He told them.

"We've had a poor time allying with rogue Cybertronians." Nemesis stated.

"Like whom? Airachnid? Bah! I am not like her in the slightest, the thieving glitch…" The Seeker muttered. "I can offer you insider knowledge. Knowledge on things even your own research hasn't yielded anything from." He continued.

"Such as…?" Nemesis prompted, wanting an example.

"For example, how to properly track and store energon. And…" Starscream hummed as he strode over to the matrix duplicate. "How to complete your Matrix so it can counter Optimus." He added.

"..." Nemesis was silent as he mulled over the proposal before him. When he finished, he gestured for everyone to stand down.

"Excellent." Starscream smiled. "Now, let's start with your matrix duplicate…" He trailed off.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile, in another location, Genisys was now transforming his arm into a drill and digging a hole in a mountain floor… and soon hit an object, specifically some sort of Hammer.

"Whoa, what is this?" He wondered as he tried to pick it up, but found it to be surprisingly heavy. "Okay, it's heavy!" He gasped, stopping before he could overexert himself.

"What is that thing?" Octavia questioned as Skids and Mudflap helped Genisys get the hammer free while Optimus came up with Arcee and Bulkhead.

"This is the Forge of Solus Prime." Optimus said, sounding almost shocked. "Legends say that only a Prime can activate it, and when it is, it can create anything the wielder desires." He continued.

"... That gives me many ideas." Genisys hummed, his mind abuzz with many thoughts. "And since I'm the reincarnation of Solus…" He mused as he hoisted the hammer—and caused it to activate.

"It is yours by default." The Autobot leader nodded in acceptance.

As the boy tested the instrument of creation and war in his hand—the Autobots soon found themselves set upon by the Decepticons yet again, this time Airachnid, Lugnut and surprisingly enough, Megatron himself.

"Oh goody, targets!" Genisys smirked as a stray shot from Megatron's cannon knocked a boulder loose from the ridge above the site, the rock landing conveniently in front of the gold Bioformer. "... Well, now seems like a good time for a test run." He shrugged as the hammer glowed while he got ready to swing it on the boulder.

"Wait, is that…?!" Airachnid gasped.

"Don't let him swing it!" Megatron yelled in alarm as he focused fire on the Bioformer, but it was too late.

Genisys had swung the hammer down on the boulder, and the end result was a Cybertronian gatling gun that fires explosive flak rounds.

He then tossed it over to Bulkhead, who then pointed the gun at Lugnut, who was about to attack with his cannons.

"Mine's bigger!" He exclaimed as he started firing.

The second the flak rounds flew, they only took a second to reach the Decepticon devotee, who cried out in pain as he was assailed by more rounds than he could counter.

Airachnid was quick to web up the gun's mechanics and was about to attack Bulkhead, when Arcee tackled her to the ground.

"Gah!" Genisys grunted as Megatron grabbed him by the leg as he shifted to his smaller form before he could fly away with Forge, and attempted to swing him around to hit Optimus with him. "Ya grabbed the wrong leg ya stupid cocksucker!" The bot yelled as he assumed his AC-130 adjacent form—which reminded the Con of Jetfire if he was Solar Orange and gold—before he sent the warlord flying with a hit from the forge.

"AGH!" Megatron grunted as he slammed into the rock wall of the mountain before falling to his knees. Powered on or not, that hammer hurt because of the weight behind it.

"Bite my shiny metal ass!" The Bioformer exclaimed as he transformed into his AC-130 form and flew away with the Forge in tow.

"I'm not letting you get away!" Megatron roared as he transformed and was about to give chase… Only for Bulkhead to fire on him with his minigun after removing the webbing from it, shooting him out of the air.

"Not today, Megatron!" He laughed.

"She'll be coming around the mountain when she comes! She'll be coming round the mountain when she—!" Tiberius sang, right before he flew into a ground bridge.

"Autobots, withdraw! We have what we came for!" Optimus exclaimed as another ground bridge opened up for him and Bulkhead, allowing them to return to base—Arcee and the Twins following suit.

"NOOOOOOOOOOO!" Megatron roared in dismay as he recovered from his crash landing.

(Later)

"Ya know, with the Forge, I could actually upgrade a lot of the Base's equipment, not to mention build new stuff we could use." Genisys mused, now in his normal form, setting the hammer down.

"Like giving our Ground Bridge the ability to use space travel?" Ratchet asked.

"Exactly." He hummed, before an idea hit him. "Actually…" He said, looking at Jack, and then the Key to Vector Sigma. "Yeah. Jack, Miko, Sierra, Raf? Pack your bags. We're heading to Cybertron." He said.

"Wait, what?!" Jack gasped in surprise, which Miko, Sierra and Raf shared.

"Why would you want to go to Cybertron?" June questioned, getting everyone else to look at him.

"Well, several reasons. 1. To look for any Autobot survivors who didn't make it on the Ark, 2. To try and find Alpha Tyrion's relic the Covenant and Quill, and 3. Use the key to access Vector Sigma so I can scan it with the Creation Lathe and Mask of Creation and then make an exact replica here on base." The Bioformer replied.

"All of these are excellent ideas." Optimus nodded. "But how will you ensure the safety of Jack, Sierra and Rafael?" He questioned, looking at the three in question.

"Hey Fowler, you guys still have those environmental suits?" Tiberius asked as he returned to his human form.

"Yeah. Thinking about putting them to use?" The agent questioned.

"Exactly." The blonde nodded. "I'm also planning on making a Bioformer equivalent of the Matrix of Leadership as well, but that'll come later." He continued as he walked towards his friends. "Well? Let's get ready." He told them.

Little did they know that a Bioformer Minicon that took the form of a rat was watching them, before it scurried out of the room and soon out of the base.

(Elsewhere)

"Good work, Private Rattcliff, return to base. We got what we needed." The voice of Cylas said as the rat scurried to where a ground bridge was waiting.

"See? I know things." Starscream chuckled with a smug grin on his face.

Yet again, MECH sticks its nose where it shouldn't…

Dragon Emperor0: Hey guys. Hope you're alright with having another chapter so soon because we're hoping to make up for lost time, so here's the latest developments.

ThermalsniperN7: Our boi has chosen his vehicle forms along with Octavia, who bears the form of the Supertweet. Oh, and we also have some plans for C&C's MARV for the future that could be fun when it happens. Here's a hint: It involves a Cybertronian promised land.

Dragon Emperor0: And as you can see, we've changed a few things in the show. 1. Bumblebee didn't lose his T-Cog to MECH. But they did essentially turn Cylas into Nemesis Prime as a Bioformer. 2. Galvatron and Tarn are in the process of being spawned, and as you can see, they're going to be Megatron and Madame Ruin's sons. 3. The Autobots seemed to have put the whoop ass on the Cons.

ThermalsniperN7: No surprise there, given that Tiberius has a whole new kit and kaboodle at his fingertips. Anyway, it looks like the gang is going on a space trip to Cybertron on their own mission to bolster their arsenal… And MECH is waiting for a chance to piggyback off of them. Great…

Dragon Emperor0: Yeah, since we aren't planning on having a few plot points happening in this story that occur in this season, you guys probably won't be seeing things happening in the same way. Sorry for anyone who was expecting that.

ThermalsniperN7: Also, Tiberius got the Forge as his birthright. Fitting, given his niche as a builder. The things he's gonna make with that are endless. It'll also come in handy for our plans involving the MARV later, which will make things even more fun to write. Anyway, see you guys next time.
