We're back on chapter twenty-four.

At Republic City, at prison where Mako and Ron were being kept with police airships flying overhead, the boys inside his cell sitting on his bed. Rufus was feeling sad that he and his friends were held in jail.
"This is the sneakiest frame job ever, Rufus." Ron said.
The cell door opens suddenly by a guard.
"You've got a visitor." he said.
Bolin and Tahno entered the cell as the guard steps away from the door.
"Mako!" he said while running in the cell and hugs his brother.
"Hey. What are you doing here, Bolin?" Mako asked.
"I believe you, Mako! Tahno told me Varrick is behind this the whole time. He's trying to make the Republic to go to war with the Northerners. And since you're on him, he framed you!"
"We knew it." Mako said. "He is the Darkbender."
"So you and Asami are okay then?" Ron asked.
"For now, I think." Bolin said.
"Tahno what did you find?" Mako asked.
"He's gonna kidnap President Raiko on the big finale for 'Nuktuk: Hero of the South' at the Pro-bending Arena, tonight." Tahno said.
"We have to stop him." Bolin said.
"How? The two of us are locked up." Mako said.
"I can pay the guard." Tahno said with a grin.
"You're a genius." Ron said with a thump up. "You are spy material."
Meanwhile, at Wolf Cove. Rebels were the capital city from atop a nearby mountain.
"Should we wait another day? Korra still might come with reinforcements." the rebel leader said.
"We can't wait any longer. It's time to take back what is ours! It's time to take back our city!" Tonraq said.
"Yeah!" the rebels cheered.
Rebels bend sheets of ice on which they slide down the mountain. A Northern Water Tribe soldier in a nearby watchtower notices them and rings a warning bell. Northern reinforcements were being mobilized.
Meanwhile, at Tahno's apartment, the four boys gathered to make a plan to stop Varrick.
Ron picked up his Kimmunicator to call Wade. "Wade, I can't get a hold of Kim. What could have happened to her?"
"I've tried calling her, but she wasn't answering." Wade said. "I'm sure she's safe."
"Well, we've got proof that Varrick is the Darkbender." Mako said. "He's gonna kidnap the President."
"How can you be sure that guy is the Darkbender?" Wade said.
"I have this." Tahno showed Wade a drawing of Varrick's plan. "This is enough proof against Varrick."
"He's gonna get his goons to abduct the jerk President and get the Republic to follow him in his place." Ron said.
"This is serious. You better find a way to stop him before he gains control over the city." Wade said.
"That is tonight. Tonight is the big finale of the mover." Bolin said. How can we pull this off?"
Tahno had a thought in his mind. "I have it."
