Subaru decided to go for a walk for a bit. Until eventually he winded up in a familiar alleyway. Subaru felt extreme Deja vu.
"Give us your money now and we won't hurt you." Subaru overhead someone saying in the alley approached three thugs from behind and patted two of them on the shoulder.
Shocked, the 3 thugs turned around brandishing their knives. But when they saw the outfit Subaru was wearing and the two swords at his side they immediately ran past him and out of the alleyway. Subaru looked past them to see a beautiful girl in a red dress.
"And who might you be?" Subaru casually asked.
"I am Priscilla." The girl responded
"Hello Priscilla, what exactly were you doing in an alleyway with these 3 thugs." Subaru said before it clicked with him that he was talking to THE Priscilla, a candidate for the throne. Subaru immediately bowed to her.
"I apologize I shouldn't have spoken so informally to a candidate for the throne." Subaru said and Priscilla scoffed
"You may raise your head." Priscilla said as she pulled a sword from the sky and tried to lop Subaru's head off. Subaru quickly activated unbreakable wall and tanked it. Priscilla was amused at the fact Subaru took her attack head on with no damage.
"What was that for lady Priscilla?" Subaru questioned her.
"I was making sure you were strong." Priscilla said before walking past Subaru and exiting the alleyway. (What's her problem? If she wanted to know how strong I was she could've just asked. Subaru decided to release his katanas. They transformed into humans and they were both furious at the fact their master was so blatantly disrespected.
"We will bring you her head master." They fumed. But Subaru shook his head no. Subaru hadn't brought them out for that purpose
"I was thinking I need to give you two names. I'm thinking about calling you on the left Sakura and you on the right Hana. Do you have any objections to these names?" Subaru said as he exited the alleyway with the two girls following behind him. When he walked out of the alleyway he saw Priscilla talking to a one armed man in a knights helmet.
"Hey Priscilla I've got a question for you. Can you give me a ride to the royal selection?" Subaru bluntly asked her.
"I suppose I can give you a ride but who are those two behind you?" Priscilla asked, pointing at Hana and Sakura.
"These two are my katana. More precisely they are my left and right hand." Subaru said bewildering the man in the knight helmet and Priscilla.
Eventually a dragon drawn carriage showed up to take them to the royal selection and all three of them got in. Before they got in Subaru turned Sakura and hand back into katanas. This shocked priscilla and the guy in the knight helmet but they decided not to question it.
None of them talked throughout the trip; they all just sat there and waited for their arrival. Eventually they arrived at the royal selection and Subaru hopped out of the wagon along with priscilla and the knight.
Once they got inside Subaru let Hana and Sakura out bewildering everyone inside the room. Subaru walked through a large door and stood next to the knights along with his katanas. Everyone in the room stared at him for a while until lady crusch Karsten entered the room Accompanied by Felix.
"You two be on your best behavior or else I'm gonna have to punish you two." Subaru said as the two girls bowed and stood behind him. In front of Subaru stood Reinhard who looked back at Subaru but didn't notice who he was. Beside Subaru was Julius who didn't realize either.
Felt was the only one who hadn't arrived yet. That was until she burst through the door in a beautiful yellow dress. Felt ran up to Reinhard.
"Hello Miss felt." Reinhard said as felt pulled up her dress and delivered a quick kick to him which Reinhard caught.
"Hello lady felt ." Subaru said bowing to her. Felt was confused on who Subaru was.
"And who might you be?" Reinhard asked Subaru
"You will find out soon." Subaru ominously said, causing Reinhard to be on guard .
Eventually Reinhard and felt lost interest in Subaru. Subaru could hear a great deal of commotion outside. (Someone must be mad they couldn't get into the royal selection.) Subaru thought before his thoughts were interrupted by old man rom busting the door down and grabbing felt. he tried to flee but Subaru appeared right in front of him and picked him up with one hand. This shocked everyone in the room.
"Hey man, put her down else this could get ugly." Subaru said ominously as old man rom realized he was outmatched, placing felt down on the ground. Subaru and old man rom were surrounded by guards. The guards were mostly pointing their weapons at Subaru even though rom was the one who tried to grab felt.
"Put down the man right now so we can execute him" he presumed leader barked orders at Subaru.
"I'm afraid I can't do that, this man is actually a business colleague of mine. And if you were to attempt to execute him I would have to intervene." Subaru said with a cold look on his face scaring the guards.
"Just put him down and we will let him live." The man shrunk back in fear yet was still barking orders at Subaru.
"Fine but if you hurt him I will punish you equivalent to the amount of pain you caused him." Subaru admitted placing old man rom down on his stomach. The captain knew that Subaru's' threat was active and he should not mess around. Subaru quickly went back to his position in line and waited for the royal selection to start.
"You've got some major balls threatening that guy." Subaru heard a voice from behind him. It was Priscilla's knight.
"I never caught your name sir." Subaru said while patting both Sakura and Hana on their heads for not interfering.
"Names Aldebaran. What's yours?" Al asked Subaru politely.
"I'm afraid I can't reveal that information quite yet if you catch my drift." Subaru bluntly said. Al was about to question him further when he realized Subaru was going to state his name somewhere during the royal selection. Reinhard overhead al and Subaru's conversation. He was beginning to wonder who exactly was standing behind him. Reinhard decided to focus on the royal selection to keep the wonder from eating away at him.
The royal selection took a while to start but every candidate got a chance to speak on their goals and what they plan to do in the far future. None of the candidates' speeches really stuck out to him, That was until felt got a chance to speak.
"I plan to recruit Subaru natsuki to my camp, defeat the white whale, and give people in the slums jobs to improve kingdom productivity." Everyone gasped at the mention of subaru natsukis name. Subaru realized his reputation must be quite impressive if one of felts goals was to recruit him to her camp. Subaru knew what the white whale was but he wasn't sure how he could help felt in defeating it. Something really pissed Subaru off though. The sages council kept insulting felt with rude nicknames. Subaru would have chopped their heads off if he could but since he would get killed he decided to embarrass them.
"Um excuse me sage council" Subaru said in a sheepish tone stepping out of line and standing directly behind the royal candidates.
"What is it?" One of them asked Subaru
"This royal selection is about what each candidate plans to do, correct?" Subaru questioned the sages council
"I believe we made that very clear." Another one of the sages responded.
"Then why do you refer to lady felt with such horrendous nicknames that don't reflect what she plans to do." Subaru stated in an icy cold voice. Everyone in the Hall went silent including the sages council
"I can't seem to find out how calling lady felt nicknames like sewer rat or dust rat reflect what she plans to accomplish"
Everyone except for felt gasped.
"What is your name, young man?" One of the sages barked at Subaru (now's a good a time as any to reveal who I truly am) Subaru thought to himself
Subaru quickly stuck a pose pointing to the sky. " my name is Subaru natsuki, I am the one who defeated Elsa and killed the sin archbishop of sloth." Subaru said as everyone's mouth in the room including felt Reinhard and Julius's dropped to the floor.
(This will force them to take felt seriously since she will have already completed step one of her goals).
"Lady felt I would like to join your camp." Subaru watch felts face change from bewildered to calm and collected in the span of 3 seconds. before felt could even react Julius stepped out of the crowd and towards Subaru
"How dare you insult the sages council." Julius said, staring holes into Subaru.
"If you refuse to uphold tradition I will be forced to beat it into you Subaru natsuki." Julius said with a scowl on his face. Subaru immediately saw through Julius.
"Are you saying you want us to take our problems outside?" Subaru recalled Hana and Sakura back into their sheathes.
"I will deal with you in the arena." Julius said as they both exited the hallway along with a ton of other knights who wanted to watch their battle.
"Go watch them fight and make sure they don't kill each other." Felt said as Reinhard walked out of the room and towards the arena.
Both Julius and Subaru were inside the arena with several of the knights watching from the stands. Among them Subaru noticed Reinhard.
Subaru picked up two wooden training swords while Julius picked up 1. They both rushed at each other.
Subaru threw a barrage of slashes at Julius. Julius blocked all of them and retaliated by throwing out a precise slash that Subaru blocked with his two swords. Subaru activated speed demon and threw out an even faster barrage of slashes and thrusts which Julius was able to block half of them. The rest of the strikes hit Julius all over his body. Subaru quickly rushed behind Julius and deactivated speed demon. Subaru quickly activated courageous heart and hit Julius in his legs to slow him down. This plan worked perfectly. Julius couldn't use his pivoting foot or move very well since Subaru hit his legs. Subaru attempted to land a strike on Julius's chest but Julius jumped away. It seems that Julius was still able to use his legs
Subaru rushed in while activating unbreakable wall. Unfortunately Subaru wasn't able to do very much before the skill went on cooldown
The fight dragged on for 10 more minutes, Subaru being unable to land a hit on even started landing blows on Subaru. (I won't be able to win since Julius has adjusted to speed demon and can react to it. I guess I will have to use it).
"It's time to go all out Julius." Subaru said as an explosion came from his body. His heart was glowing and so were his arms and legs. The rest of his body was glowing too
"Very well I shall go all out then." Julius said, changing stances.
Subaru instantly blitzed Julius, hitting him in The stomach with his sword, and sending him flying into a wall.
Julius dashed forward but when he looked around he couldn't see Subaru anywhere. Until he looked up and saw Subaru descending on him. Julius quickly dodged out of the way but as Subaru landed he rushed towards Julius hitting him with both swords. Julius was sent skidding across the dirt. Subaru attacked him again before Julius could recover, he thrust into his stomach with his two swords. Subaru sent Julius skidding across the dirt yet again. Julius was starting to slow down due to all the accumulated damage. Subaru was about to deliver another blow to Julius when the powers separated. The powers ran out of time to sustain fusion. Subaru felt extremely weak.
'i wont fall yet i cant fall yet' Subaru thought to himself
Julius was about to swing at him when he fell to the ground. Subaru fell to the ground a few seconds after Julius.
"Wake up sleepy head" felt said as she shook Subaru awake. Subaru realized he was in Reinhard's mansion.
"Did I win?" Subaru asked while coughing up blood.
"Well technically you did win but barely. Julius was knocked unconscious before you therefore you were the winner of that duel. By the way, who are these two girls who insisted on coming with you?" Felt was happy to see Subaru
"Oh those two girls are Hana and Sakura. They are my katana." Subaru said as Hana and Sakura transformed into katanas and flew back into their sheaths.
"By the way, where's Reinhard?" Subaru asked, trying to get up from bed but felt pushed him back down.
"Reinhard is out doing missions I assigned him. You need to stay in this bed for a few days before you can get back on your feet. It's the Doctor's orders." Felt said as Subaru prepared to ask her something very important.
"Can I join your camp?" Subaru asked her bluntly
"Yes you may join my camp, but once you're fully healed I'm gonna have to punish you." Felt said ominously scaring subaru as she left the room.
Since Subaru didn't wanna get beat up by felt he stayed the next few days in bed resting.
After 5 or so days felt allowed Subaru to get out of bed.
"Now it's time for your punishment. Hmm let me think. You must find Julius and make up with him." Felt said smiling
"Where exactly can I find Julius." Subaru responded bluntly. Felt instructed him on where to go and he left the manor to go apologize to julius.
Eventually Subaru got to Julius's mansion. He knocked on the door and was surprised to be greeted by lady Anastasia. Anastasia ushered him inside.
"What brings you all the way to Julius's mansion." Anastasia asked, assuming that Subaru was there to rub Julius's defeat in his face.
"I've come to apologize to Julius and repair my friendship with him." Lady Anastasia was shocked at the fact Subaru still wanted to be friends with julius. However Anastasia quickly went to get julius.
Julius entered the room with a smile. "Hello Subaru natsuki." Julius said as he sat down on a chair opposite of Subaru. Julius and Subaru had talked for hours and hours. Both of them had reforged their bonds with each other. Subaru left the manor and went back to Reinhard's mansion.
Subaru entered the mansion but was promptly stopped by one of the maids. "Lord Reinhard and Lady felt are waiting in the other room with highly esteemed didn't say whether you could or couldn't enter." The maid said before pointing to a room to the right of her and then bowing.
Subaru walked into the room and saw two important figures sitting on a couch opposite of Reinhard and felt . The two figures were two men dressed in fine clothing. Subaru drew a conclusion that they were nobles. Subaru decided to watch and listen to their conversation. Felt seemed to have been making a deal with them. The specifics of the deal were unknown to subaru. But he decided to exit the room and not interfere with their deal.
Subaru went to his room and took his swords and sheaths off his waist. He placed them on a table next to the bed and quickly fell asleep.
The next day Subaru woke up and exited his room walking down the hallway. When he turned a corner he saw felt and Reinhard. He walked up to them. "Good morning reinhard and felt." Subaru said as they both seemed to be knocked out of deep thoughts. "Good morning Subaru." Reinhard and felt responded. "Subaru, we've got something to tell you. Could you please come with us." Reinhard said, walking into a room with felt. The room was relatively large with a large table and multiple chairs around it. Felt and Reinhard sat together while Subaru sat opposite of them.
"Lady felt was able to convince 2 powerful nobles to sponsor her and provide her with a facility for her to use. We are about to go and check it out. Would you like to come with us?" Reinhard said. Subaru nodded and grabbed Hana and Sakura before they left.
They had arrived at the front gate of a massive manor 3-4 times the size of Reinhard's mansion. The gate was already open so they took the wagon inside the front yard. The front yard was multiple football fields large.
"This place is massive." Subaru said in awe as he jumped out of the wagon and rushed to the front door. Felt and Reinhard jumped out after him. They all entered the mansion together. But they split up to check around the place when they got inside. Every single room was already furnished and there was already maids stationed in every room.
After a few hours of exploring they all met on the second floor. "They gave you all this space for just the three of us?" Subaru questioned felt. "Actually this mansion is meant to hold every single person that joins our camp. It's got over 70 rooms." Felt responded, shocking Subaru. "Also, didn't you mention the white whale in your speech? How exactly are we gonna find the white whale let alone defeat it." Subaru questioned felt.
"I believe that the two of you could easily defeat the white whale with your current strength. And I have an idea to find the white whale." Felt responded, shocking subaru. 'I can't tell if Reinhard is the major reason why we could beat the white whale or if both of us are,' Subaru thought to himself. "Wait, you said you have an idea on how to find the white whale?" Felt nodded to affirm Subaru's' question. "This may be a shot in the dark but I believe that the white whale will follow both of you.." Felt responded, causing Subaru's jaw to drop to the floor.
"And how did you figure that?" Subaru wasn't very smart so felt had to give him a quick lesson on mabeasts. "Mabeast feed on mana. It's safe to assume that they are also attracted to higher sources of mana. Since you have a deep pool of mana and your powers seem to be witch-like in nature, I believe that if you were to release a large amount of mana into the atmosphere then the white whale would come." Felt explained their game plan and Subaru nodded his head in agreement. "When exactly will we put this plan into action lady felt." Subaru asked her. "Quit calling me 'lady felt' and just call me felt. You're like a big brother to me Subaru."
"We will put this plan into action in a month's time. it might take longer than a month though since I need to get Anastasia on board with the idea though." Felt admitted. "Why exactly would you need Anastasia to be on board with your Plan."
"Since Anastasia runs a merchant guild we could sell the white whale's corpse to her for over 10 thousand holy coins. And we wouldn't have to worry about moving the corpse since Anastasia's men would move it for us." Felts plan was genius but Subaru had a few things to say about it.
"I think that this plan could work but how will you get Anastasia on board with it?" Subaru asked. "The white whale is a one of a kind mabeast . Anastasia would be a fool to not accept the deal." felt said with a hearty laugh.
"Alright I'm fully onboard with this plan but I'm worried about one thing." Felt was interested in what Subaru was worried about. "I need to master my abilities before I can take on the white whale. If you give me a few months to prepare then I believe that I will be able to fight the white whale." Subaru said and felt and Reinhard nodded. "I can help you train if you'd like." Reinhard said peaking Subarus interest. "Where exactly would we train Reinhard. " The nobles were kind enough to install a large training building behind the mansion.
Subaru and Reinhard left the mansion and went behind it. There was a large building about a quarter the size of the mansion. Subaru and Reinhard walked through a large double door into a wide open training room. It was filled with training equipment like weights etc. but it also had a large mock battle arena at the back of the building. Subaru and Reinhard entered into the mock battle arena.
"Can you demonstrate what powers you have?" Reinhard asked. "Well the first ability I have is comprised of three abilities. Subaru showed each ability to Reinhard and then moved on. The next power I have is the ability to imbue objects with souls and transform those objects. I also seem to be able to control these objects, I could make an object fly or even turn an object into a human." Subaru said as he released Hana and Sakura from their sheathes and transformed them.
"This is Hana and Sakura, they are my two katanas." Subaru told Reinhard. "Hello my name is Reinhard." Reinhard bowed but Hana and Sakura simply ignored him. "Listen up Hana and Sakura, you are to treat Reinhard with respect." Subaru said as Hana and Sakura bowed to Reinhard. "I apologize for being rude, sir Reinhard." Hana and Sakura both said in unison. "Reinhard, I would like you to test how strong Hana and Sakura are while I train with my abilities. You two girls hit him with everything you've got he can take." Subaru said as he went over to another corner of the training grounds to test out his powers.
Hana and Sakura immediately rushed Reinhard down in unison. They both attempted to Thrust their hands through him. Reinhard easily dodged but was impressed by how strong they were. Eventually Reinhard was done evaluating Hana and Sakura so he went over to watch Subaru use his powers.
Subaru was training with his soul power. He had found out a way to make objects fly at incredible speeds and even control the objects mid flight. Subaru also found out that he didn't need to imbue objects with a soul to control them as long as they were smaller than his own body. Eventually Subaru was done messing with his power and realized that Reinhard and Hana and Sakura were watching him.
"How did the evaluation go?" Subaru asked Reinhard with a smile on his face. " Hana and Sakura are extremely skilled at hand to hand combat, they are also very strong and fast. They are great tactical thinkers and I'd say they're about as strong as a knight individually." Reinhard responded
The next 2 months went by quite quickly. Subaru, Reinhard and Hana and Sakura trained hard to be ready for the white
whale. Eventually the day came and Subaru and Reinhard left the capital. Anastasia and her merchants followed behind them.
After a few hours of traveling they set up camp. It was a wide open field. Subaru got ready to release his mana into the atmosphere. He got a considerable distance away from the camp and released all his mana at once. A horrible black mist filled the atmosphere for miles everywhere.
"Now we wait. Let's hope this works." Subaru said as he sat down next to Reinhard and waited. They didn't have to wait long though because a loud whale roar immediately put them back on their feet. Subaru unsheathed Hana and Sakura and Reinhard unsheathed ban Reid. They looked everywhere in the sky but they couldn't see it. Until they looked at the ground and saw the shadow of a large object behind them. They turned around and saw the white whale descending down on them.
Subaru was about to rush towards the beast when he felt something cold enter and exit his back. He turned around and saw a short man with long brown hair. He had two blades In his arms, one of which was covered In blood. Subaru's eyes widened as he realized what happened. He attempted to swing his swords at the small man but he jumped backwards. Avoiding Subarus strike.
"Who are you?" Subaru barked at the figure.
"I am the sin archbishop representing gluttony, my name is lye baitenkaitos." The figure said.
"Reinhard we've got company, deal with the white whale. I will keep them busy." Subaru said as Reinhard jumped up to the white whale
"My my you're quite ballsy to think you can take on both of us." Lye said putting Subaru into panic mode. Suddenly a rock pierced Subaru's' thigh going straight through it. Subaru winced in pain as he looked around to see a white haired man.
"I am the sin archbishop representing greed. My name is regulus." The man stated. Subaru quickly developed a new plan. Subaru transformed Hana and Sakura and pointed at gluttony. Hana and Sakura quickly rushed him down and initiated a battle with him. Subaru activated speed demon and rushed down the regulus. He delivered a barrage of punches but regulus seemed unaffected by it. Regulus picked up a pile of dirt and threw it at Subaru. The dirt quickly accelerated and pierced Subaru's legs.
"If you surrender right now I won't have to hurt you." Regulus said. Subaru quickly chimed in "as if a bastard like you could hurt me." Regulus was extremely pissed off at this remark and Subaru took this time to fuse his three powers. Subaru quickly rushed at Regulus and punched him in the gut, sending him flying. Subaru quickly appeared behind Regulus and kicked him in his back, sending him flying forward again. Regulus quickly dug his feet into the ground and turned to face Subaru. But before he could, a barrage of extremely fast moving dirt hit him, sending him onto the ground.
"You bitch. You ruined my clothes." Regulus said shaking mud off his clothes as Subaru disappeared from his line of sight again. Regulus quickly threw a pile of rocks behind him before turning around. But Subaru wasn't there. Regulus felt a hand tap on his shoulder. When he turned around, Subaru slammed his fist into Regulus's stomach, sending him rolling across the ground yet again. Regulus quickly grabbed a bunch of dirt and threw it at Subaru. Subaru's fusion ran out right as the rocks made contact with him. His stomach had multiple holes in it. Subaru fell to the ground and rolled in pain. Regulus was about to send another volley of rocks at Subaru when Reinhard appeared between Subaru and him.
"I'm sorry I didn't finish the whale off quicker. It kept running away." Reinhard said as he dashed at regulus.
"Watch out, he can control the movement of objects." Subaru managed to squeeze out those words. Reinhard stopped in his tracks.
"Thank you for the help, go and assist the twins." Reinhard said as he charged regulus
Subaru's Wounds didn't have any blood coming out of them. 'It must be one of my powers trying to keep me alive.' Subaru thought to himself as he ran to where the twins were fighting gluttony. They were bombarding gluttony with a barrage of attacks but gluttony kept dodging. Subaru quickly recalled Hana as she transformed into katana and flew into his hands
Subaru held Hana with one hand while he held a pile of dirt in the other. Subaru rushed to Sakura's side. They both rushed lye attacked in synchrony. Lye easily evaded their attacks. "This is so fun I get to fight Subaru . I'm overjoyed!" Subaru was disgusted at the fact the little gremlin had the audacity to call him by his first name. Subaru and Sakura quickly rushed to lye again. This time Subaru jumped over lye and swung at him from his backside. Sakura attempted to thrust her hand into lye's chest at the same time. Lye jumped over Sakura and stabbed her in the back. Subaru quickly recalled Sakura to her sheathe and tried pumping mana into her to heal her.
Subaru activated speed demon and rushed down lye . He threw out a barrage of Slashes but lye still out speeded him and dodged all of his strikes. Lye disappeared from Subaru's' vision and appeared behind him stabbing his blades into Subaru's' legs. Subaru tried to spin around and retaliate but lye disappeared yet again appearing right in front of Subaru and slashing his stomach open. Subaru slowly backed off. He quickly threw the dirt he had in his hands. Lye must have thought this was a desperate attempt to kill him so he didn't move. The dirt instantly sped up tearing into lye's arms, legs and stomach.
"You bastard. I'll kill you!" Lye was about to rush at Subaru but an elegant voice stopped him in his tracks. "It's time to retreat." Subaru looked behind gluttony and saw a beautiful girl with white hair and white clothes. Subaru wondered where she had come from.
"But I can still capture him. I won't fail you, please don't punish me." Lye groveled at the feet of the woman. "Our goals have changed, if you successfully retreat you won't suffer any punishment." The girl wasn't even paying attention to Subaru.
Subaru picked up some dirt from the ground and threw it at her. It went straight through her instantly killing her, or so Subaru thought.
"Subaru natsuki is on the verge of death." He heard her whisper from behind him. Subaru fell to the ground spewing blood from his mouth. His entire body felt like he was being burned alive. Subaru couldn't seem to be able to move.
'Shit I can't move. What the hell is she? I'm gonna die if I don't do something soon.' Subaru started to lose consciousness.
Reinhard and regulus were engaging in a fierce battle however after a few minutes of fighting regulus retreated. Reinhard was about to give chase when he heard Subaru scream.
'I can't die like this, I need to make felt king. I can't die yet, please someone help me.' Subaru begged for help in his head ' please anyone help me' Subaru desperately pleaded for help. But something strange happened. Suddenly a black mist surrounded Subaru. Time slowed to a halt. All that Subaru could hear was someone beyond the mist proclaiming their love to him.
"I love you I love you I love you I love you I love you." The voice said as a black hand reached through the mist and towards Subaru. The black hand inched closer and closer until it went through his chest and gently held Subaru's' heart. Suddenly Subaru's' heart started glowing yellow and so did the rest of his body. Subaru felt completely ecstatic as time resumed. Subaru easily stood up, shocking the white haired girl.
Subaru opened his mouth to speak but a shockwave came out of it piercing straight through the girl and leaving no remnant of her.
The girl quickly reappeared but Subaru emitted another barrage of shockwaves. These shockwaves kept killing her until eventually…
"I guess it is time for me to leave." The girl said disappearing from thin air. Subaru was fall on his head.
Reinhard quickly caught Subaru before he fell.
"Did we win?" Subaru asked, causing Reinhard to chuckle.
"Well we successfully defeated the white whale and drove off the witch cult. I'd say it was a pretty big success." Reinhard and Subaru laughed.
Subaru fell asleep in Reinhard's arms. Anastasia's camp had taken advantage of the battle to transport the white whale. Reinhard carried Subaru back to the carriage and laid him down as they rode off.
How's that for the final chapter for season 1 I quite enjoyed making it and I'm thinking of continuing. However the next few arcs are gonna be pretty off the beaten path. I am gonna do priestella arc eventually. I hope y'all enjoyed it. Take care and enjoy life. also some parts of this story might not be canon. so bear with me if i make mistakes here and there.
