Captain John Mitchell

Itallica

After some time of Hudson interrogating that knight and Trigger being tended by these Demi-Human maids, Mitchell thought that it was enough. "Alright everyone, listen up. I didn't come here to make a vacation to Itallica. As beautiful as it might be, our destination is still Japan. Pack your stuff. We're leaving". He got many disappointed faces from the Soldiers. They just befriended the maids with the help of the Japanese Soldiers. One of the Japs, Itami's Driver, even managed to get that maid Persia, to date him or something in that direction.

Itami stood next to Mitchell and nodded with everything he said. Kuribayashi was about to retort but one stern look from Itami and the words where stuck in her throat.

As no one moved, Dawson walked up to Mitchell and faced the others, "Did he stutter? He said move yer lazy asses". Dawson's booming voice shook the soldiers out of their stupor and made them stand up to continue on their objective.

"Who knew the Captain could be this... this nagging", muttered Sabrina to Elmar, the latter nodded and scoffed, "Yeah... i thought he'd be more chill". Mitchell glared at the two. When they noticed, they grinned sheepishly and held their heads down to avoid eye contact.

Mitchell slapped Elmar on the neck when he passed him, "Tell me i'm nagging one more time", threatened Mitchell, then turned over to Dawson who was still standing next to him, "Am i Nagging?", he asked. A simple shrug, was Dawson's response.

"Anyways. Go get Hudson, we're leaving for Alnus hill". Itami's eyes widened. "You want to take your killer Agent into my Country? Ain't happening Mitchell, forget that", said Itami, rejecting Mitchell's last Order even though it wasn't meant for him.

"Of course, he might seem a little scary but his skills outweigh the risks of taking him with us. We need him, and above all, he can keep an eye out for these other Agency guys", replied Mitchell, almost completely ignoring Itami's rejection.

"You mean these Special activities guys?". Mitchell was taken aback, these guys where almost ghosts. No one really knew if they existed or not and yet Itami knew about them.

Henry closed the door, only Mitchell, Itami and Henry where left in the room and Mitchell had his Pistol in his hands. "How the fuck do you know that?", he asked menacingly. Itami recoiled and fell on his but with one hand up, indicating he was no threat.

"How do you know this?", asked Mitchell another time, now releasing the safety.

"We have a similar Agency in our world. The CIA, they have the same special forces. Everyone keeps talking about the SAS being the best but everyone seems to forget about the Special activities division. Please... don't do it".

Mitchell kept his pistol in his hands and aimed at Itami as he was trembling in fear.

"If you fuck with me, i swear to god that Hudson will be the least of your problems". Mitchell's voice was ice cold as he stared into Itami's sole. Then stretched his arm out for the Japanese to grab. The latter just stared in fear at the out stretched limb.

"Come on, take it already. We ain't having all day"

Outside of the Palace the soldiers where about to embark in to their vehicles when Mitchell's Voice rang through their radios. "We're Oscar mike in 5, anyone not in their vehicles by then will get let behind", many faces began to light up until Mitchell spoke up again, "And then they get court martialed. So don't even think about it".

10 minutes later:

Trigger was in a vehicle with Cossette again, with them Agent Hudson, Princess Piña and Bozes. On top of that the Erusian Special forces members tasked to protect Cossette.

Piña was weary sitting in a wagon that propelled itself without any horses or whatsoever, especially sitting in the same on as Hudson. She kept glancing at the Agent with a fearful look. Hudson noticed that after a while and countered her glance with one of his own stern glances.

"Is there a Problem Princess?". Piña tensed up immediately and just stared out the window, trying to hide her face from the man. "No problem", she replied cautiously.

"Oh wait, almost forgot about that one. You still haven't told me what that letter was you got from the lieutenant", Piña tensed up even more, by now she was stiff like a tree. "It's a peace treaty". Hudson eyed her suspiciously while she was evading any direct eye contact.

"Piña, you know that i don't like being lied to. So why don't you just tell me what the lieutenant gave you. I can throw you out of this vehicle right now. In the middle of nowhere". Bozes glared at Hudson while listening to their conversation, or rather to Hudson as he intimated her Princess.

"You are truly the direct offspring of the devil" scoffed Bozes which only earned herself a shit eating grin from Hudson.

Their conversation was interrupted by Trigger's radio as it crackled up, "This is Thunder flight for Recon-6, we are now on station orbiting over the convoy, how copy?".

"Recon-6, here, solid Copy Thunder flight. Good to have you guys here", came the reply from Mitchell.

"Uhh... Recon-6, is three strikes down there?". Trigger smiled slightly when he recognized the voice of Taco through the Radio.

"Uh, yeah. He's down here".

"Why hello there Taco Bell. How's it Going?", said Trigger with that smirk. "Eh pendejo, i told you not to cal me that". The insult was of light nature and Trigger didn't really take it personally but rather laughed.

"Anyways gringo, how's it going with that Princess of yours?". Trigger's and Cossette's eyes widened to comical proportions as they got confused and suspicious looks from their companions in the MRAP.

"Uhh... Taco, wrong timing", said Trigger. The erusian Spec ops soldiers glared Daggers into him. One of them even was about to slowly unholster his Pistol but his hand got slapped from his comrade.

"You two, have a lot of explaining to do", said Lieutenant Matteo, the leader of the Erusian spec ops crew.

"Him, really? Wasn't there that other guy from that one defense company?", the soldier who said that got slapped on the helmet by Matteo. "Putain, she's still your Princess", he said sternly berating the young soldier. Even with the berating, the secret was out and Trigger wasn't looking to pleased.

"You didn't tell me-", Trigger began but was cut off by a Radio announcement from Itami. "We're approaching Alnus Hill, 2 minutes until arrival".

"Copy that lieutenant", said Mitchell through the Radio. The situation was tense in Trigger's MRAP, Cossette found her feet very interesting as she tried her best to avoid eye contact and Trigger glared a hole into the Soldier who revealed the Secret.

Outside the JSDF had currently countless training exercises on going. The residents of the Gate region stared in awe as Tanks rolled over the hills and shot their massive cannons at stationary targets. Meanwhile a flight consisting of a Cobra attack helicopter and a Kawasaki OH-1 Ninja Attack helo flew over the Tanks and each released an barrage of 70mm hydra rockets.

"If Kelly was here, he'd be ordering these Helos to be shot down", laughed some soldiers.

The helicopters linked up to the Tanks and went their way back to base. On the other side a bunch of JSDF soldiers performed a room clearing exercise. The Oseans and Erusians being completely unfazed, they all knew a show of force when they saw one.

After some time at the main Gate and a couple of stares from JSDF personnel, the Vehicles came to an halt and the Japanese soldiers dismounted their vehicles, shortly after Basilisk and the OIA guys followed. Mitchell opened the two back doors of the MRAP and let Piña as out, tailed closely by Bozes and Hudson. The Erusian Special forces guys then dismounted leaving only Trigger and Cossette as the last two passengers in the back of the armored vehicle. Mitchell sensed the tension and left to his squad again.

Trigger glared at her as she was still staring at the floor of the MRAP. "You know, i'm not Angry at you. I know, somewhat how it is to be thrown into a arranged marriage for political reasons. I'm just disappointed that you didn't talk to me about that and that i had to find it out this way". With that he left without looking back. A tear rolled down Cossette's cheek as she still kept staring at the floor. She couldn't bear it to see his face right now, it would just break her even more.

"Where's the Princess?", asked Hudson when Trigger arrived without her.

"In the vehicle, i think". Hudson shook his head, "You're her advisor for gods sake. You should keep private and job related things away from each other. Grow up damnit", he said and went to the MRAP.

Trigger knew that Hudson was right, but he couldn't bear to see Cossette cry right now, it would just break him even more. He still loved her and he regretted the words and the tone he used when he confronted her back there but it had to be said.

"Princess? Come on, we need you out there". Hudson watched as more tears streamed down her cheeks and as her shoulders rocked up and down from her sobs.

"Damn Rusi bastard", he muttered under his breath and cursed that Erusian Spec Ops operative. "Princess?", he tried again.

"Leave me alone", she said in between sobs. Hudson sighed and shook his head. "Princess, i'm sure this thing between you and Nick will go away eventually, he still loves you, i saw it in his face but he just needs time to process everything. Come on, please Princess, we need you here". She wiped the tears from her eyes and looked up at the agent with Bloodshot eyes.

"Is he angry?", she asked in a low whisper, barely audible but Hudson heard it. "No, of course not. He's just a little sad that's it. Just give him a day or two and everything will get normal again. At least as normal as it can get in this fucked up world", she smiled slightly at the last comment, remembering the things she saw in her short journey in the new world.

She nodded and took a deep breath, "alright, let's go".
