Authors notes:

Ok so I know I said I'd be taking a break and I am this is just merely a dumping ground for ideas and a way to play out more character interactions. These will be nothing but short dialogue only segments of Raven and Garfields relationship post For The Better and Compliments of the Tower. A chance for me to explore these characters more as not gunna sugar coat it I ain't doing whole stories about dating, The show was an action cartoon all that stuff would be in the background so instead here's some fluff here separate from the bigger stuff.

Nothing super long or detailed just some moments of there time together before I move on to the next big work I'm planning on. This way I can just throw something on this and keep a steady flow of something on these sites. When my next proper piece will take shape I can't say. Hopefully before the year is out. In the meantime hopefully these will keep you entertained. Again dialogue only so I can just throw a short one together when I get an idea.

Each chapter title will be the setting of the segment.

Raven and Garfield are now 19. These are set in the first year of their relationship.

"I can't sleep with this storm... AHH! And the lightning keeps making your room even... Scarier. Can't we sleep in my room?"

"Your bed is too small and those 'toys' in there drive me nuts"

"Never thought I'd miss 'no one goes into my room' Raven"

"That was the old me. The new me is too addicted to your warmth to let you do something so selfish as sleeping on your own. Do you ever think about my needs Gar? Huh? Do you?"

"I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not?"

"I'm too tired for full snarkyness...*yawn* anyway come on, come here"

"Uh, ok?"

"That's it, you're ok. I'm here, I'm always here Gar"

"Thanks, Rae"

"No problem... Hmm"

"Rae?"

"I think I'm gunna cut you're hair tommrow"

"Hmm I love having my own barber"

"I cut your hair before we dated?"

"Only when something was stuck in it"

"Hmph! I'd have done it if you'd asked"

"Hmm this sounds serious, alright I suppose so..."

"Are surprised at how we got here?"

"You'll have to be a little bit more specific, Garfield"

"I mean you and me, here together as a couple?"

"... Well to be honest I didn't think I'd still be alive at this point"

"Oh...sorry I didn't mean..."

"No it's fine it's not like I haven't pondered it myself but yes I am surprised but I'm certainly not complaining"

"Oh really?"

"Don't get too full of yourself Garfield, you were annoying those first few years"

"Yeah I know"

"I wasn't much better"

"Raven, what have I said..."

"I know but honestly Gar, if I had access to a time machine I'd go back and slap myself for my behaviour"

"Oh wow"

"Yeah... That's how much it still eats at me"

"Well fair enough, I know what I do"

"Do tell?"

"Id tell my younger self, forget Terra, there's someone even better right in front of you"

"You're blushing again Rae"

"Shu...shut up"

"Well played... So can we sleep in bed already?"

"I don't think so Gar. I'm warm, comfy and if I hear one of your stupid toys go off I'll send them all to another dimension"

"You do that, I'll break up with you"

"Please... You wouldn't dare. I'm you're everything"
