"Watch your heads," Mike advised Gypsy and Manny as they sat in the second backseat. He and Angela settled in behind them and closed the door.

"Hello, how are you?" the driver greeted them in a pretend accent, aiming to surprise them in a moment.

"Hi," Angela greeted back as everyone buckled up. "We're going to 136 West 42nd Street."

"136 West 42nd Street?" he repeated for confirmation.

"Yes sir," Mike replied.

Suddenly, colored lights flickered on the headliner, accompanied by the famous jingle.

"Oh, my god, it's the Cash Cab!" Mike exclaimed with excitement.

Angela's eyes widened in disbelief. "No way! Are you serious?"

"Yes, he is serious, you are in the Cash Cab!" the driver replied in his normal voice. "It's a TV game show that takes place right here in my taxi."

"Oh, my god, I love this show! I'd never thought we'd be on it," Angela replied with excitement.

"But, of course, our friends here aren't familiar," Mike said as he gestured his head towards Gypsy and Manny.

"You got that right," the moth chimed in.

"Well, you're in for a treat! Here's how the game works; I'm your host, my name is Ben Bailey," he began. "I'm gonna drive you guys to your destination, and I'm gonna ask you general knowledge questions along the way. They're gonna start off easy, then they get harder as we go. As long as you guys continue to answer correctly, you're gonna win cash, all the way to West 42nd Street. But!" he emphasized. "Here's the catch, if you get 3 wrong, it's 3 strikes, and you are out, which means I'm gonna pull over and kick you guys out on the spot right where we are, and you lose everything."

"Ooh. We don't want that to happen," Manny replied, a hint of nervousness in his voice. "It's already dark enough here as it is."

"No, we do not. Those are the rules of the game, so what do you say, you wanna play?" Ben asked.

"Let's do it!" Gypsy exclaimed with excitement.

"Let's play!" Manny echoed his wife's excitement.

"Yeah!" Mike added.

"Absolutely!" Angela chimed in.

"Let's take a ride in the Cash Cab!" Ben said as the cab pulled away from the curb.

"(A cab that pays you. Now I've seen everything)" Gypsy remarked in thought.

"So, what are your names?" the driver host asked the four friends.

"I'm Mike," Mike said with a grin.

"I'm Mike's fiance, Angela," Angela added, still beaming with excitement.

"I'm Gypsy," the moth said, fluttering her wings slightly.

"And I'm Gypsy's wife, Manny," the mantis chimed in.

"Nice to meet you all. Are you headed to a hotel on West 42nd?" Ben asked.

"Yeah, we're on a traveling spree across a lot of states. This is the first one we planned," Mike replied.

"Our other friends are already there," Gypsy chimed in.

"Though, Mike and I will probably do most of the answering since it's our friends' first trip around the world, and they might not know much about history or trivia, because, of course, they're bugs," Angela said.

"She's right," Manny chimed in. "But we're here to enjoy the ride and have fun."

"Well, your travel just got a whole lot better. 136 West 42nd Street is 8 blocks away. Your first round of questions is worth 25 bucks apiece. Here's your first one," Ben began. "Repeat after me, what crime do you commit by illegally setting property on fire?"

"Arson," Mike answered confidently.

"Arson is correct!" Ben announced with a smile.

The lights flashed on the headliner, and a cheerful chime sounded.

"Woo-hoo!" Angela cheered, clapping her hands. Mike, Gypsy, and Manny joined in, applauding victoriously.

"$25, off to a good start. Here's your next question. In 2000, what city in Texas was struck by an F3 Tornado?"

"Fort Worth," Angela answered confidently.

"Fort Worth is right!" Ben exclaimed, as the lights flashed on the headliner and the cheerful chime sounded.

"Alright!" Mike exclaimed joyfully, pumping his fist in the air as the excitement of getting the answer right filled the cab. "That's the area we plan to go to!"

"Since 1991, what famous daytime talk show is known for its trashy content, controversial topics, outrageous guest behavior, physical fights, and was voted the worst show in the history of television by the digital media company and magazine division, TV Guide?" Ben asked.

"Ooh, I know this one, we were on there," Gypsy chimed in softly to her friends. "Jerry Springer."

"Jerry! Jerry! Jerry! Yes!" Ben playfully chanted and confirmed with a grin, the lights flashing and the chime signaling another correct answer. "You guys were on there?"

"Me and Gypsy were guest-security, Mike and Angela were the guests," Manny replied, reminiscing about their unexpected appearance on the show.

"And it was one of the most chaotic fights me and Mike ever been in," Angela added with a chuckle.

"Gave our friends and the other security team a hard time trying to break up each of our fights," Mike added, recalling the mayhem with a grin.

"I'll bet," the driver host quipped. "$75, still strike-free, 4 blocks to go, that's it for the 25s, these next round of questions are worth 50 bucks each, and they're a little bit harder. In Greek mythology, who was the goddess of the hunt, wilderness, childbirth, and virginity?"

"Is it... Artemis?" Mike asked uncertainly.

"Artemis is correct!" Ben confirmed, the lights flashing and the chime signaling another correct answer.

"Woo-hoo! Nice one, Mike!" Angela cheered, giving him a high-five.

"Great job, guys!" Gypsy added with a smile.

"Founded in late December of 1865, what three-word name, all starting with K, represents several historical and current American white supremacist, far-right terrorist organizations, and hate groups?"

Angela furrowed his brow, deep in thought. "Ku Klux Klan?" she ventured tentatively.

"Yes, Ku Klux Klan!" Ben exclaimed, the lights flashing and the chime sounding triumphantly.

"Wow, nice one, Angela!" Mike exclaimed, his eyes wide with admiration.

"That's impressive," Gypsy added, nodding in approval.

With each correct answer, the group grew more confident, their excitement mounting as they neared their destination.

Ben then asked the next question. "In 2010, the Deepwater Horizon disaster was caused by an explosion at an oil well in the Gulf of Mexico. What was the name of the company that owned the well?"

"BP," Angela answered confidently.

"BP is right!" Ben confirmed, the lights flashing and the chime sounding once again.

"Great job, Angela!" Gypsy praised, giving her a thumbs up.

"You're on fire!" Mike added, impressed by his fiance's knowledge.

"On April 4, 1968, in what Tennessee city was Martin Luther King Jr. assassinated while standing outside his hotel room?" Ben asked, his tone slightly somber as he posed the question.

The atmosphere in the cab shifted as the weight of the historical event settled upon them. Silence enveloped the group for a moment as they contemplated the significance of the question.

"Memphis," Mike answered, breaking the silence.

"Memphis is correct!" Ben exclaimed, the lights flashing brightly and the chime sounding with renewed energy.

"Alright, Mike!" Angela cheered, giving him a high-five.

"Nice one!" Gypsy added, smiling at her friend's success.

"We're almost there, folks," Ben announced, a note of anticipation in his voice as the cab neared the hotel. "You got 275 bucks, still strike-free. Here's your final question."

The group leaned in, their excitement palpable as they awaited the challenge that would determine their final cash prize.

"In 1969, what event in New York City attracted over 400,000 attendees and is considered a pivotal moment in the history of popular music?" Ben asked, his voice filled with suspense.

The question hung in the air, the tension building as they racked their brains for the answer.

"Woodstock!" Mike exclaimed, a surge of adrenaline coursing through him as he delivered his response as the cab pulled up to their destination, and Ben paused for dramatic effect.

"And now I feel like we missed it..." Manny murmured, a note of regret in his voice.

"Oh, Manny, Manny..." Ben replied softly, his tone dramatic and understanding.

Angela winced slightly with a playful sad groan.

"You just won $325 in the Cash Cab!" the driver host exclaimed, his voice rising with excitement as the lights flickered with the chime, prompting the 4 to erupt into cheer and laughter.

"We did it!" Manny exclaimed.

"And we made it! Congratulations," Ben praised as he took out the $325. "You guys played a perfect game, you did very well. Now here's the deal; I have your $325 right here. I can give it to you now, you can go ahead and take it, and spend it on whatever you want during your travels… Or... you can stick around, risk it all... and go double or nothing on a video bonus question. Here's how it works, I'm gonna play a video clip on the screen here," he explained as he pointed to a screen on the center console. "I will ask you a single question about that video clip. You answer this question correctly, you're gonna double up your amount and walk away with $650. But if you miss it, you're gonna lose it all, and leave with nothing but a cab ride."

The group exchanged glances, weighing the risk and reward of the offer. The prospect of doubling their winnings was tempting, but the possibility of losing it all loomed large.

"What do you guys think?" Mike asked, looking to his friends for their input.

Well, I am having quite a lot of fun here," Gypsy said with a grin, excitement evident in her voice.

"As am I," Manny chimed in, his eyes gleaming with the thrill of the game.

Angela nodded in agreement. "It's been an incredible experience so far. Why not go for it?"

Mike glanced around at his friends, a mixture of excitement and apprehension flickering across his face as he turned back to the driver host. "Alright then, let's do it. We're in."

"Alright, let's go for the video bonuuuuuuuus!" Ben exclaimed, his voice humorously deepening as Gypsy and Angela whooped with excitement. The four friends applauded, clearly playing along with Ben's infectious energy.

"Alright, folks, this is it. The big moment. This is for 650... or for nothing," Ben continued as the lights spiraled on the headliner, his tone serious despite the playful atmosphere. "Take a look at the screen... and good luck."

With bated breath, the group turned their attention to the screen, ready to face the final challenge that would determine their ultimate prize.

As the screen flickered to life, a video clip began to play, accompanied by Ben's voiceover. "In this iconic scene from the 1994 film 'Forrest Gump,' Forrest visits the White House and meets President Richard Nixon. After being given a refreshing drink, Forrest unknowingly provides crucial information to the President. What type of drink does Forrest Gump unknowingly provide to President Nixon in this scene?"

As the clip ended, the cab fell into a hushed silence, the weight of the impending decision hanging in the air.

"Okay, so what do you think?" Mike whispered, turning to Angela as they huddled together.

Angela furrowed her brow in deep thought. "Well, it's definitely a memorable scene. But was it Dr. Pepper or something else?"

"I'm pretty sure it was Dr. Pepper," Mike replied, his voice tinged with uncertainty. "But what if we're wrong?"

Angela chewed her lip, her mind racing through the possibilities. "It's a risk, for sure. But it's also a chance to double our winnings."

Mike nodded slowly, weighing their options. "Let's go for it. Dr. Pepper."

"Dr. Pepper," the human couple both answered in unison, their voices filled with anticipation.

Ben paused for dramatic effect, letting the tension linger in the air.

"And now I feel like we just lost the money…" Gypsy murmured softly, a hint of worry and disappointment in her voice.

"Oh, Gypsy, Gypsy, Gypsy…" Ben replied softly, drawing out the moment for added suspense.

"Oy vey…" Manny sighed softly, his expression a mix of nervousness and disappointment .

Then, with a flourish, Ben revealed the answer. "You just won $650 in the Cash Cab!" he exclaimed, the lights flickering and the chime sounding once again as the group erupted into cheers and laughter, relief washing over them.

"Yes! Yes!" Gypsy exclaimed, her voice filled with exhilaration and joy as she high-fived her friends in celebration. The thrill of victory was palpable as they basked in the excitement of their unexpected win.

"Congratulations, here's your $650," Ben praised enthusiastically as he handed Mike the money. "You guys played amazing, you did great!"

"Thank you so much, Ben!" Angela exclaimed, her eyes shining with gratitude.

"Yeah, this was incredible!" Mike added, his voice filled with excitement and gratitude.

"Enjoy the rest of your night, folks," Ben said with a smile as they exited the cab, their hearts still racing from the exhilarating experience. "Safe travels!"

"You got it!" Gypsy called back, her voice filled with excitement.

"Woo-hoo! We won! We won!" Angela cheered, her enthusiasm infectious.

"In your face, P.T. Flea!" Mike taunted out loud, causing Manny and Gypsy to laugh at Mike's remark on their circus boss.

"Can you believe it? Bugs on Cash Cab, who would've thought?" Ben remarked with a chuckle as he watched the group make their way to the hotel. "Yet they pulled off a perfectly played game."

After bidding farewell to his passengers, Ben skillfully maneuvered the cab through the lively streets of New York City until he reached the designated garage. With practiced ease, he parked the cab, ready to call it a night after another successful round of Cash Cab.

Meanwhile, back at the hotel, Gypsy, Manny, Mike, and Angela arrived at their hallway where their rooms were. "Hey," David said softly as Emily was already asleep with Dim and Rosie, and Lily showed up with David.

"Bro, you're not gonna believe this!" Mike whispered excitedly, motioning for David to come closer.

"What?" Lily asked, her curiosity piqued as she leaned in to join the conversation.

"We just won $650 in the Cash Cab!" Mike whispered excitedly, barely containing his enthusiasm as he showed them the money.

"No way!" Lily exclaimed, her eyes widening in disbelief. "That's incredible!"

"Seriously?" David chimed in, his voice filled with surprise. "How did you manage that?"

"It was wild!" Angela replied, reliving the excitement of the game. "We answered all the questions correctly and even went for the bonus round!"

"That's amazing!" Slim said, his face lighting up with a smile.

"It was," Manny confirmed, nodding in agreement. "It was quite the ride."

Well, we'll have to hear all about it," Francis said, grinning from ear to ear. "It sounds like quite the adventure."

"Anyways, let's turn in for tonight. We'll explore Central Park tomorrow," Mike suggested, stifling a yawn.

"Sounds like a plan," Angela agreed, stretching her arms. "It's been a long day, and we could all use some rest."

Lily nodded, her excitement for tomorrow evident. "I can't wait to see Central Park!"

"We'll have a great time," David assured her, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. "But first, sleep."

Manny smiled, looking forward to the adventures ahead. "Alright, let's get some rest. Tomorrow's going to be another fun day."

Gypsy fluttered her wings slightly, a sign of her contentment. "Goodnight, everyone. See you all in the morning."

The group exchanged their goodnights, each heading to their respective rooms. As they settled in, the excitement of the day began to fade into the promise of new adventures waiting just a few hours away.

"Hey, Mike? Can we talk for a moment?" Angela asked softly, her voice filled with concern.

"Is something wrong?" Mike asked, his brows furrowing with worry.

"Well… I don't want to ruin the moment of our Cash Cab victory… But… Back at Bug City earlier, I noticed you looked a bit uneasy," Angela replied, her concern evident. "Has there been something on your mind? If you don't want to talk, that's okay. But if you do, I'm here for you."

Mike sighed deeply, knowing he couldn't keep it bottled up any longer. "It's… It's Flik…"

"Ohh… You wish he was here, huh…?" Angela said, understanding dawning in her eyes.

Yeah… I haven't seen him in, like, a few months… And… I really miss him… He was like family," Mike replied somberly, his voice tinged with sadness. He paused, taking a deep breath before continuing. "I just… haven't seen him since he abandoned the colony." Mike's voice choked up a bit as his eyes welled up. "What if… What if we never see him again…? What if he won't be there when we get married…? What if he won't be able to see our niece, his goddaughter, grow…?"

"Oh, honey…" Angela said sadly, pulling her fiancé into a tight hug as he sobbed gently.

Mike buried his face in her shoulder, his body trembling with emotion. "I just feel so lost without him. He always knew what to do, always had a plan. And now… I don't even know if he's okay."

"Mike… We will see him again," Angela said with soft determination. "He won't be gone forever. Flik is resourceful and strong. He's out there, probably doing everything he can to come back to us. He loves this family too much to stay away forever."

Mike sniffled, pulling back slightly to look at her. "You really believe that?"

Angela nodded firmly. "I do. And in the meantime, we'll keep living our lives, cherishing every moment. We'll explore Central Park tomorrow, make new memories, and keep our hearts open for the day Flik returns."

Mike took a deep breath, feeling a bit more at ease. "You're right. He wouldn't want us to stop living just because he's not here. He'd want us to be happy, to keep moving forward."

"Exactly," Angela replied, her eyes shining with encouragement. "And who knows? Maybe our adventures will lead us to him. Maybe he's closer than we think."

Mike managed a small smile, the weight on his shoulders feeling a little lighter. "Thank you, Angela. I don't know what I'd do without you."

"We're in this together," she said, squeezing his hand before wrapping her arms around her fiancé. Her tone turned flirtatious as she added, "Now... why don't I show you how I can make you feel better... and celebrate our Cash Cab victory on the bed."

"Ooh... I'd like that..." Mike replied in the same playful tone.

Angela smiled, leaning in to kiss him softly. "Then let's get started."

With a renewed sense of connection and comfort, they undressed themselves completely and moved toward the bed, kissing and rubbing each other while breathing heavily and moaning, enjoying their passionate moment in bed.

Meanwhile, David and Lily were in their hotel room, completely unclothed and wrapped in each other's embrace. David lay on top of Lily, their bodies pressed together as they kissed passionately and moaned. Their hands roamed over each other, exploring and caressing as their breaths grew heavier with each passing moment.

As they continued to kiss and explore each other, the outside world faded away, leaving only the two of them in their intimate bubble. The worries and stresses of the day melted away, replaced by the warmth and passion they shared.

Meanwhile, Gypsy and Manny were in their bed, completely lost in each other's embrace. Gypsy lay on top of Manny, their bodies pressed closely together as they made out passionately, their breaths and moans coming in short, heated bursts. Manny's arms wrapped tightly around her, holding her as if he never wanted to let go.

Gypsy's hands roamed over Manny's exoskeleton, caressing the smooth surface as their lips moved in perfect harmony. Their kisses were deep and fervent, each one expressing the love and desire they felt for each other. Gypsy's wings fluttered slightly, a sign of her intense emotions, while Manny's touch was gentle yet firm, conveying his love and passion.

After a few moments, they switched positions, Manny now on top. He gazed down at Gypsy with a loving smile before lowering his lips to hers again. Their kisses grew more urgent, their hands exploring each other's bodies with increasing fervor. Gypsy's fingers traced the edges of Manny's sides, pulling him closer as their lips met over and over again.

Manny's hands traveled down Gypsy's back, tracing the delicate lines of her wings before settling on her hips. He pulled her even closer, deepening their connection. Gypsy responded by wrapping her legs around him, holding him tight as their kisses became even more intense.

Their bodies moved in a rhythm that spoke of their deep bond and mutual desire. Each kiss seemed to convey a new depth of feeling, a silent promise of love and devotion. They reveled in the closeness, the intimacy of their shared moments, cherishing the love they had found in one another.

The outside world seemed to fade away, leaving only the two of them in their cocoon of love and warmth. The worries of the day disappeared, replaced by the joy and contentment of being together. They continued to kiss, their lips never parting for long, each kiss a testament to the strength of their love.

As the night went on, they made promises of forever with each touch and kiss. Their hearts beat as one, their connection growing stronger with every passing moment. They eventually settled into a comfortable silence, still wrapped up in each other's arms, their lips meeting occasionally in gentle, loving kisses.

Each couple, lost in the intoxicating embrace of love and desire, continued to revel in their shared moments of passion, their kisses and moans growing deeper and more fervent with each passing minute.

The room was filled with the sound of love, gentle sighs of pleasure, and the rustle of sheets as bodies and hands moved together in perfect harmony.

Time seemed to stand still as they surrendered to the sweet ecstasy of being together, their hearts beating as one, their souls intertwined in a dance of love and passion. And as the night stretched on, they found solace and joy in each other's arms, knowing that their love would endure through the trials and triumphs of the days to come.

No couple ceased any of their intimate moments until an hour had passed, and everyone was finally in dreamland, excited for more awaiting adventure of the Big Apple.
