Luna walked into the UA's medical room and saw the head nurse, an old lady with a hair bun and some sort of goggles on treating the hostage they recovered, which was a teacher named Midnight, she had a few scrapes and some rope burns
"Excuse me?" the south Korean hero asked
"Oh you must be one of those new heroes, how can I help you?" she asked
"I was actually hoping I could help you"
"Oh?" the nurse asked as Luna walked over to Midnight and held her wrist which displayed the rope burn. Humming softly Luna generated ice around the burn before , once the ice broke apart an fell away the rope burn was gone
"incredible" Midnight said
"Indeed, I have to types of ice, white ice for healing and black ice for attacking" Luna said
"Interesting" the nurse said "Oh by the way I'm recovery girl
"Nice to meet you Recovery Girl, I'm Luna Snow" Luna snow smiled
"Thank you" Midnight said as she laid back.
"He has a plan, but what I couldn't tell" Jean said
"It's okay" Beast said
"At least you tried" Nedzu nodded."In fact thank you, for you saved a lot of students and civilians by finding her"
"It's our pleasure, but like we said we have no idea why Doom is even here" Jean said
"Tell me more about this Dr Doom" Nedzu requested
"Dr Victor Von Doom, the ruler of a European nation called Latervia, there's not much on him in our files. That's how much we truly know about him, you'd have to ask Dr Richards more about him, since he has known Victor for longer the we have" Beast said
"Thank you for that, I will take you up on that offer. Tell me are we going to be safe with you here?" Nedzu asked
"As long as we try to protect you
"And if we can't we'll hand it over to the Avengers, so they can avenge you" Jean said
"Interesting, may I know more about the Avengers?" Nedzu asked.
"Indeed you may. For You see...There came a day, a day unlike any other when Earth's Mightiest heroes found themselves united a common threat, to fight the foes that no one could withstand and on that day, they became the Avengers! You see that day was the day when the Asgardian known as Loki came to Earth looking to take it over with an army named the Chitauri from the stars. There was no way that any normal hero could stand against them so the heroes Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Captain America, Ant-Man, Wasp, Black Widow and Hawkeye united together and held back Loki from destroying New York; while there were lives lost and properties destroyed. It could have been a lot worse. After that The Avengers were around to handle the threats that not many heroes could, but sometimes they even needed help, from the likes of the Fantastic Four and the X-Men." Beast explained
"Interesting, and they are unlicensed in your world?" Nedzu asked
"There was an attempt to make heroes register, but it didn't work out real well. It lead to a superhuman civil war, nearly tearing our whole superhero community apart, thankfully it was repelled, only after we discovered the original incident was a plan" Jean sighed
"What was the incident?" All-Might asked walking in
"There is a small nation, or was a nation on our world called Sokovia, a group of young heroes were there to take down a dangerous villain there. But they were no match for them. Also there in Sokovia was a humanitarian group from the nation of Wakanda." Beast started "Then an emergency session of the United Nation was called it was during that session that Titanium Man attacked the UN alongside a brainwashed soldier called the Winter Soldier, during the attack the king of Wakanda was assassinated by Titanium Man."
"That led to the infighting, which side lead by an avenger, the pro registration side led by Iron Man, the anti-registration side lead by Captain America. It was bad, there fighting went on for a months, various heroes and villains were caught up,. It only stopped when the alien warlord dubbed Thanos appeared. Forcing the government to finally repeal the act and left them alone" Jean said
"I see, what side were you on?" Nedzu asked
"We abstained, since on our world it's the reverse of yours. Only 10% of our earth has any super power whether it be scientific, technical, supernatural or genetic. And of that 10% there is a sub group called mutants" Jean told them
"Mutants are generally treated with fear, hatred and mistrust" Beast said "In fact on our world they created machines to actually hunt mutants down"
"How awful" All-Might said shocked
"Yeah they locked on the X-Gene which is the genetic formation of the mutant's special ability" Jean said "Eventually they captured several mutants and studied their DNA and found the source of their powers which gave rise to the Sentinel program, which made mutant hunting machines"
"Alongside them were hate groups, those who wanted to experiment on us" Jean said sadly.
"Oh my" Nedzu said saddened.
Meanwhile down in the training rooms Hawkeye was shooting at a target
"I gotta say man, he has to have a quirk related to accuracy" Kirishima said
"No way man, he's quirk has to be related to his eyes" Kaminari added in "Like he can see in Infer-red or something like that"
"Could be, but he could also have a zoom quirk like Mei's" Izuku said
"Why not ask him?" Tsu asked tilting her head.
"We don't know how to" the guys shrugged
"I don't" Hawkeye said firing another arrow
"Don't what?" Izuku asked
"Have a quirk or ability. I can't zoom my vision in, I need goggles to see in infer-red and I'm so accurate because I've practiced. All I have to fight with is a bow and arrow" Hawkeye smirked.
"Dude" Kirishima and Kaminari nodded, but Izuku had a different reaction
'Can I be a hero even if I don't have a quirk?' he heard himself asked. "So there are heroes on your world without abilities?" he asked making Hawkeye pause as he recognise something in Izuku's voice.
"Yeah, I mean there are a ton of us on Earth, my Earth that are great heroes and they don't have a super power. Heck you've met a couple beside me" Hawkeey smiled
"Who?" Tsu asked
"Punisher, War Mahcine, Elektra, Falcon, Black Cat, Ant-Man...Iron Man" Hawkeye listed off. "Now most of those guys rely on tech upgrades, but they had to acquire, train, build their powers"
"So there are quirkless heroes on your world?" Tsu asked
"Yeah, but something tell me, your green friend there wanted to know about them" Hawkeye aid
"Midoriya?" Kirishima asked
"It's no secret...I was treated as quirkless my whole life. And being quirkless is tantamount to being a second class citizen, everyone looks down on you, you can only get certain jobs, and the rate of suicide is higher. Especially where I went to school" he said making the other three student flinch making Hawkeye nervous
"Dude, you went to Aldera?" Kirishima asked
"And you were treated as quirkless because it hadn't awoke" Kaminari added on
"What, what's so bad about Aldera?" Hawkeye asked
"That school has a reputation among the quirkless community" Kaminari said
"It's been reported that quirkless students who are victims of bullying there were the ones to take the blame. The teachers turned a blind eye to any bullying. It is even said that there is a section of pavement there painted red, and they call it the blood square, due to it being stained by the blood of those who couldn't take it" Kirishima added on
"Kaachan was one of the best students of our year level and he did everything he wanted to me, even...telling me to take a swan dive off the roof and pray I get a quirk in my next life." Izuku said slightly trembling
"What?" The others gathered there
"Excuse me" Haweye said as he walked off. Black Widow sighed as she had heard the story and muttered something in Russian.
"Wait back up, so Blonide Mcspikes over there encouraged Green bean to base jump?" Robbie asked
"Sound like it" Kate Bishop said as she checked her compound bow.
"no wonder sparky hated him" Robbie said
"Yeah, so what are you going to do?" Kate asked
"I'm not sure, but right now, I can't wait to see the twerp get his ass kicked by Hawkeye" Robbie smirked
"No" Black Widow said "There won't be a fight"
"Aw come on" the two groaned
"Look I know you two want to see him throw down, but we can't we have to build a good relationship with this world, and having one of our own fight one of theirs in not that way" Black Widow said.
"I'm sorry, but why not! He basically encouraged another student to jump off a building!" Hawkeye raged, slamming his hand on Aizawa's desk. "And please, please tell me it's not because it happened before he was a student here"
"It is, but everyone is deserving of a second chance, and Bakugo is one of those who has earned it, though I am disappointed in him for hearing it." Aizawa replied
"Come on! You probably have researched him, and you probably also knew he was a bit of a bully and given that Izuku was treated as a quirkless student." Hawkeye pointed out
"I know, I will make an appointment for Midoryia with the school's councillor" Aizawa said
"That is a good start" Nedzu said as he walked in "I'm just sorry I didn't pick up on it before now" the principal frowned. "I doubt the parents knew"
"Still" Hawkeye fronwed
"But I am intrigued, about that fight. Why not make it into a lesson; one in quirkless combat as a way to make them experience what it is like to be quirkless" Nedzu smiled "I'll take it" Hawkeye smirked."Because it seems like the quirkless here is treated like Mutants on our world" Hawkeye said before heading back to the gym where the students were "Which is something I hate" he growled
"So did you have a costume?" Uraraka asked quickly changing the issue after seeing Izuku upset
"I did, but I don't use it anymore" Hawkeye said
"Why?" Kirishima asked
"Because it was...used by the Dark Avengers" Hawkeye spat
"The Dark Avengers?" the kids asked
"It was a thing, which involves shapeshifting aliens invading Earth, and then one of our enemies to use the chaos of them to try and act like the real ones" Hawkeye said
"Whoa" they all said
"So" Present Mic started
"What?" Midnight asked glaring at him, knowing it was about the kidnapping.
"Why were you naked?" he asked making those in the infirmary also curious. Midnight sighed and covered her eyes and muttered something
"What was that?" Mandalay asked checking on her friend Pixie-bob as Luna healed her.
"She caught me in the shower, I was about to get in when she appeared looking like me and then knocked me out before chaining me up" Midnight told them
"So the spare suit?" he asked
"What it was the one she wore as she was walking around as me" she growled. Present Mic looked dumb struck
"Oh wow" Mandalay said "I didn't think that would happen. And since she can change into any of us, that is how she was likely able to sneak in and knock you out" Mandalay said
"Yeah, so I have to admit some of those guys are quite the hunks" Midnight purred
"Oh?" Mandalay asked acting like she wasn't interesting before a groan was heard. "Ryuko?" she asked as Pixie-bob woke up before the blonde hissed
"What, what happened where am I?" she asked
"UA High's infirmary" Recovery girl said
"But how am I not dead?" she asked shocked as she touch the tender skin where she was just heal "and why is my skin cold?"
"That was me" Luna said
"I haven't seen you before, who are you?" Pixie-Bob asked
"We have a lot to catch you up on" Mandalay told her friend.
"I know what you're thinking" Stark said
"What?" Cap said as he looked out at the UA Campus, he was not use to having many schools where heroes were taught
"You're thinking you can flip Rachel, that she isn't that bad" Stark said "Well newsflash Steve. She's with Doom and a member of the Serpent Society, Serpent Solutions; whatever it is these days" Stark crossed his arms "And I know she did some good with you while she, Black Mamba and Asp were BAD Girls Inc. But those days are over now Cap" Stark sighed
"I know" Steve said angered.
"Look we're just looking out for you, besides haven't you been seeing Sharon?" Stark asked
"How did you know?" Steve asked
"Pepper got the latest gossip while she was at the Triskelion" Stark laughed
"Indeed, but I can't help but think that we may be serving up eye candy soon" Stark said
"Eye candy?" Steve asked
"Yeah, you know fanservice" Stark said
"Yeah we're about to be crushes of a lot of female heroes" Stark said.
Gambit was whistling as he was walking downtown, shuffling a deck of cards and whistling a cheery tune.
"I must say, Japan is beautiful this time of year, even if it be an alternate Japan" Gambit smiled as he flicked a card into the air and then caught, revealing the queen of aces. "Too bad, Marie didn't come. She would have loved this place" he said as he shuffled his card more
"Oh feeling no sick swamp rat?"
"Jamie Maddox" Gambit frowned "Now what is it you're doing here?" Gambit asked
"Just wandering down town just like you swamp rat"
"So what are you going to do?" a second Maddox said showing up
"Ah Multiple man, how could I forget your ability" Gambit smirked as he charged a card and threw it at one of the duplicate, before quickly grabbing his staff flicking it out and striking the main body of Multiple man. Twirling it around before ending in a flourish, flicking out a full hand of cards "Now then, who want to be the first to move?" Gambit asked
"You asked for it" Multiple man shouted as her created fifteen duplicates, which one charging after Gambit.,
"Oh Gambit going to be raising you" he smirked throwing t two of the duplicates jumped Gambit from behind, only the ragin Cajun used his staff to flip over them and taking them out ten throwing more cards at the main Multiple Man , once he finished charging more card four more duplicates came along and jumped on him, stomping him
"HEY!" a gruff voice said as a man in a long black leather coat walked up and drew his sword. "that's my teammate, you have there"
"Blade good to be seeing you" Gambit waved
"I was in the neighbourhood, I got word of a vampire , or at least a girl who's quirk mirrors that of a vampire, let's make this quick, so we can find her and the walking cremator that she is apparently with" Blade said twirling his sword.
"I be right behind you" Gambit twirled his staff.
"TOUYA!" Himiko shouted as Dabi slid down a wall
"Damn, it's not working. No matter how much I take it seems the serum the big guy created stopped working" he coughed. Himiko was worried. Especially since one of the heros from the world of the supervillains was hunting her, thinking she was a vampire, sure she drank blood but she didn't use fangs. She wasn't a monster. She looked at UA and frowned,
"I know what you're thinking. Don't" Dabi wheezed.
"But it is the only way to heal you" Himiko frowned
"So we can be rendered prisoners, yeah pass" Dabi said
"You're body is burning itself, and its only a matter of time" She frowned
"Well then, what do we have here?" a voice asked as a guy who looked like a big cat walked up to them
"Who are you?" Himiko asked going for her blades
"You can call me" the man started as he slid out a his claws. "Sabertooth" he smiled before he walked towards them
"Himiko run!" Dabi shouted as he stood up, his body giving off smoke "I'll hold him off" he said
"Fat chance" Sabertooth said lunging at them.
G'day Guys Grizz here, and man oh man I would love to see your reactions to the fact Himiko and Dabi are facing off against Sabertooth. So now the main part of this fic was giving Nedzu some info. Now I got a review asking why I spelt it Nedzu instead of Nezu. Simple Neduz is the Romaji spelling. Now as you can tell I've presented the back stories as a mix of MCU and comic canon hence why there was eight Avengers instead of just six. And the attacker being Titanium man instead of Zemo, which is something I don't see a lot so I figured my fic my rules.
