Welcome to Jubilife Village

As the group heads towards Jubilife Village, the Loud siblings were still upset about their newfound amnesia.

'Why can't we remember our parents?' Lincoln asked himself.

'Why can we remember where we're from?' Lana asked herself.

'This is really weird.' Lori says to herself.

Professor Laventon looks back at the Loud siblings' distraugh faces and understand what was wrong with them.

"Don't worry, kids." said Professor Laventon. "We'll do what we can to figure out a solution to your current predicament."

"Thank you, sir." said Luan. The group soon arrives at a village that was completely surrounded by a large wooden wall.

"Here we are." said Akari.

"This is Jubilife Village." said Rei. The Loud siblings notice a man wearing a woven hat, rust red robe with dark tan trim, faded red trousers with dark red lower leg wrappings, and wooden sandals, standing outside a gate leading into the village.

"Thank you for your tireless work keeping us safe, my good guardsman." Professor Laventon said to the man. He then motions to the Loud siblings. "These children were of great assistance to me and my Pokemon, so I hope you'll forgive my bringing them to the village for a bit." The man nods in response and Professor Laventon leads the Louds into the village.

The Louds looked around the village and look at the rows of small wooden houses lining the road they were standing on; as they walked down it, they see people, wearing harois and kimonos, staring at them with looks of suspicion.

"Who are they?" asked one of the people.

"Do they know the Professor?" asked another person.

"What manner of clothing are they wearing?" asked someone else.

"Where are they from?" asked a woman.

"Why does the boy have white hair?" asked another person. All the stares and questions were making the Loud siblings very uncomfortable.

"This village has come a long way thanks to the fine people of the Galaxy Research Team." said Professor Laventon. "This road we're on is known to the locals as Canala Avenue. This village was built roughly two years ago; there's much to do, but not a lot of people to help do it, and since we know so little about the local Pokemon, people hesitate to set foot outside the village." The Louds then notice a large building up ahead that looked like it was at the end stages of its construction.

"What's that building?" asked Lynn Jr.

"That's Galaxy Hall; the headquarters for our organization." said Professor Laventon. "If you would all kindly follow me, I need to report to Captain Cyllene about retrieving the escaped Pokemon, and talk to her about you kids."

"Is this Captain Cyllene person the one in charge?" asked Lincoln.

"Yes, she's in charge of the Galaxy Team's Survey Corps." said Professor Laventon. The group enters the Galaxy Hall and find themselves in a large lobby with red carpet that had the insignia that Professor Laventon, Akari, and Rei had on their clothes, along with many rooms.

The Loud siblings were then led into the room directly across from the main entrance, which was a large office with blue carpet, several display cases, a few chairs along a wall, and a large desk with piles of paperwork on it.

Behind the desk was a woman with short blue hair, wearing an outfit that was almost similar to the one that Akari and Rei were wearing, except it was a dark greyish blue color, she had a long skirt with black leggings, and she didn't have a scarf or headwear.

"Hello, Captain Cyllene." Professor Laventon said to the woman, now revealed to be Captain Cyllene.

"Greetings, Professor Laventon." said Captain Cyllene. "Have you retrieved the three Pokemon that escaped from you again?"

"Yes, Captain." said Professor Laventon with a look of embarrassment on his face. Captain Cyllene then notices the Loud siblings standing behind him, Akari, and Rei.

"Who are these children, and why are they dressed so strangely?" asked Captain Cyllene.

"I found them on Prelude Beach not far from here." said Professor Laventon.

"Why did you bring them to our village?" asked Captain Cyllene. "You know how the locals feel about outsiders."

"I couldn't just leave them out there; especially considering that they have practically no memories about themselves." said Professor Laventon.

"No memories?" replied Captain Cyllene with a look of skeptcism on her face.

"I saw the fear and worry in their eyes when they discovered their sudden amnesia for themselves, and I could tell that they were telling the truth when they told us about it." said Professor Laventon.

"We can't expect to just take in random outsiders unless they are willing to contribute to our village." said Captain Cyllene.

"I believe that these kids would be of great use to the Survey Corps." said Professor Cyllene.

"What makes you believe so?" asked Captain Cyllene.

"It was three of these kids that actually captured the runaway Pokemon." said Professor Laventon.

"These kids caught the Pokemon?" replied Captain Cyllene.

"Each one on their first attempt." said Professor Laventon. "Not only that, they approached them without even the slightest hint of fear."

"Three of those girls actually cuddled the Oshawott as if it was no threat." said Rei.

"The boy with white hair actually petted the Cyndaquil with no fear, as well as held it in one of his arms." said Akari.

"The girl with the red and white shirt threw a pokeball fifty yards and hit the Rowlet with perfect accuracy at great speed." said Professor Laventon. Captain Cyllene was shocked by this information.

"Kids who can catch Pokemon a lot more easily than any other Team Galaxy member here, as well as the courage to willing approach and even touch them?!" replied Captain Cyllene.

"It's unbelievable, I know; but it's the truth." said Professor Laventon. Captain Cyllene closed her eyes in thought as she thinks about what she learned about the Loud siblings. A minute later, she opens her eyes.

"Are you kids willing to join the Galaxy Team's Survey Corps?" asked Captain Cyllene.

"I don't really know what else we can do until we can figure out where we're even from." said Lori.

"And these Pokemon things seem very amazing!" said Lincoln.

"I must admit that I am quite fascinated by these creatures myself." said Lisa.

"And it's not like we have anywhere else to go we remember, or any way of surviving out in the wild." said Luna.

"That Oshawott was very cute!" said Lola.

"I kind of want to see what other kind of Pokemon there are." said Lana.

"Maybe there are other cute ones!" said Leni. The rest of the Loud siblings expressed interest in Pokemon.

"Very well." said Captain Cyllene. "Tomorrow, I shall prepare a test for you to see if you're truly capable of being members of the Galaxy Team's Survey Corps."

"Thank you, Captain Cyllene." said Lincoln. The group then exits Galaxy Hall and head towards a small outdoor restaurant called the Wallflower which was run by a man with green hair and mustache, along with a small gray beard, wearing a large white bandana, a dark blue haroi over a white shirt, along with white slacks, a blue apron with some sort of logo on it, black knee socks, and wooden sandals.

"Good evening, Beni." Professor Laventon said to the man, now identified as Beni.

"Hello, Professor Laventon." said Beni with a smile; but he frowns when he looks at the Loud siblings. "Who are these suspicious-looking outsiders?"

"I found these kids at Prelude Beach about an hour ago." said Professor Laventon, who then goes on to explain about the kids' near complete loss of memory.

"Do you expect me to believe that all eleven of these children are siblings?" asked Beni with suspicion in his voice.

"It's true, sir." said Luan.

"Anyway, I would like to order some of your potato mochi for myself and these young children." said Professor Laventon. Beni glares at the Loud children before heading into the restaurant to prepare the meals for everyone.

"What's his problem?" asked Lynn.

"Like Captain Cyllene mentioned earlier; the people of this village are suspicious of outsiders." said Professor Laventon.

Twenty minutes later, everyone was eating small round patties made from fried potato.

"This is pretty good." said Lincoln as he gives Lily a bite.

"I'll bet you never tasted anything like it before." said Professor Laventon. The Louds look down with sadness.

"We wouldn't remember if we did." said Luna. Professor Laventon looked away with an awkward expression.

"I-I'm sorry." said Professor Laventon.

"How are your meals?" asked Captain Cyllene as she approaches them, getting their attention.

"They were delicious." said Lincoln.

"Would you care to join us?" asked Professor Laventon.

"I eat alone so I can enjoy my meal without any distractions." said Captain Cyllene. "I also came by to let you know that accomadations have been arranged for our sudden guests."

"Can the Galaxy Team Survey Corps really afford to do so for such a large number of outsiders?" asked Beni.

"It's only until tomorrow unless they can prove they would be capable of joining us." said Captain Cyllene. "If they can't, then they will be expelled from the village to meet their fate, or deaths, in the wilds." The Loud siblings look at each other with worry.

"I have faith that they will pass the trial you give them tomorrow." said Professor Laventon.

"Hopefully it's not misplaced." said Captain Cyllene before looking at the Loud siblings. "Because of the large number of you, I'll let you share three houses."

"That sounds like plenty." said Lincoln.

"I suggest you all rest up for tomorrow." said Captain Cyllene. "You'll need it." She then walks away, leaving the Loud siblings, Professor Laventon, Akari, and Rei alone. The group walks over to the Louds' houses and look into one of them.

There was plenty of space for about four of them, along with some futons, a large storage trunk, a jug for drinking water, a fire pit with a wok hanging over it, a dresser, and a table.

"Me, the twins, and Lily will take this house." said Lori.

"Lisa, Lucy, Lynn, and me will take the next one." said Luna.

"That means that me, Lincoln, and Leni will get the last one." said Luan.

"Very well." said Professor Laventon. "We will see you in the morning for your trial." He, Akari, and Rei then head off to their own lodgings, leaving the Loud siblings to themselves.

"I can't believe we don't remember practically anything about our lives, except our names and the fact that we're siblings." said Lincoln.

"What happened to us to make us forget?" asked Lucy.

"I wish I knew." said Lola. Lana then goes over to one of the futons and unfolds it.

"At least we have a place to sleep for now." said Lana.

"I hope we pass this trial tomorrow so we can stay until we somehow get our memories back." said Lori.

"Me, too." said Lucy from behind Lori, scaring her.

"How come I didn't hear you coming?" asked Lori.

"I don't know." said Lucy. "I was moving in a way that felt normal to me."

"We can worry about that later." said Lynn. "Right now, I just want to get some sleep."

"We'll need our rest." said Lincoln.

"Lily sleepy." said Lily as she yawns. Lori picks her up and carries her over to the futons and starts unfolding them. Leni, Luna, Luan, Lynn, Lincoln, Lucy, and Lisa all head to their assigned lodgings and get ready for bed.

That night, they were all looking up at their ceilings with eyes wide open, deep in thought about the last few hours.

'Why did we lose our memories?' Lincoln asked himself.

'Where did we originally live?' Lori asked herself.

'Do our parents know we're here, whoever they are?' Luan asked herself.

'What are we going to do if we don't pass this trial?' Luna asked herself.

'Whatever happens, at least we have each other.' Lucy says to herself. Soon, the Loud siblings all fell asleep. Will they pass their trial? Will they get their memories back? Only time will tell.
