Living in Sinnoh
Two weeks have passed since Luna, Clyde, and Stella have moved into Lincoln and Sam's cabin in the Sinnoh Region.
The day after they did, Lincoln got Clyde and Stella enrolled at the Pokemon School in Jubilife City. While he and his friends were in classes, Luna and Sam spent their time helping at the Pokemon Center, as well as repairing their relationship.
And speaking of relationships, Stella was making sure to spend as much time with Lincoln as she could when they weren't in class to help repair the damage done by that scumbag Rusty's photo. Little by little, the pain from the break-up in Lincoln's heart faded each day.
Also, every day after classes, Lincoln would train up his Pokemon, but he mostly spent time focusing on his new Shieldon. He would have him train near Sandgem City where the Pokemon were close to his level; during that time, Shieldon learned Taunt and Metal Sound. He also trained his other Pokemon as well; Monferno learned Fury Swipes, while his other Pokemon got stronger.
Lincoln was also training up his Pokemon in case he ever runs into Paul down the road; he wants to be sure he's ready for him. Having a potential rival is a really great motivator.
Everyday, Lincoln, Stella, and Clyde's families would come over to the dimension they were in to check on them, while the Loud siblings were also looking at his Pokemon, mainly Zorua.
After a week at the Pokemon School, Lincoln felt that Clyde and Stella were ready to catch their first Pokemon. He took them to a PokeMart where he bought ten pokeballs, giving five to each of them; because he bought ten pokeballs, he received a free Premier Ball. He took them to an area north of Jubilife to look around for some to catch for them.
As they look around, they hear some rustling; Clyde looks to see a white, humanoid Pokemon with a green, bowl cut-style hairstyle that covers the top half of its head, and a large red horn sticking out the front of it, and a smaller one on the back.
"Hey, what's that Pokemon?" asked Clyde. Sam takes out her pokedex and points it at the Pokemon.
"Ralts, the Feeling Pokemon. It uses the horns on its head to sense human emotions. It is said to appear in front of cheerful people." said Sam's pokedex.
"You want this one, Clyde?" asked Clyde.
"Sure." replied Clyde. Sam pulls out a pokeball while Clyde does the same and prepares to throw it.
"Kricketune, go!" said Sam, throwing Kricketune's pokeball and releasing him. "Kricketune, Fury Cutter!" Kricketune jumps towards Ralts and slashes it with his arm, damaging Ralts. It lifts up its head, revealing its eyes and they glowed purple; Kricketune gets lifted up into the air and gets slammed into the ground. "Kricketune, use Fury Cutter once more!" Kricketune gets up and flies at Ralts; he slashes Ralts and deals more damage than before to it and knocks it to the ground.
"I think it's weak enough." said Lincoln.
"Catch it, Clyde." said Sam. Clyde throws his pokeball at Ralts, hitting it, and sucking it in; it moves around a few times until it clicks.
"Good job, Clyde; you caught your first Pokemon." said Lincoln. Clyde picks up Ralts' pokeball and looks at it with a stunned look on his face; it was replaced with a smile.
"Yes! I caught a Ralts!" said Clyde. Lincoln takes out his pokedex to look up Clyde's new Ralts.
"Good work, little dude!" said Luna.
"Okay; this says your Ralts is a boy, he knows Growl, Disarming Voice, Double Team, and Confusion." said Lincoln. "He has the Synchronize ability like Lisa's Abra does."
"If I remember correctly, it makes it that if a Pokemon with that ability gets a status condition, its opponent will be afflicted with the same one." said Clyde. "So, if an opposing Pokemon afflicts Ralts with paralysis, the opposing Pokemon will be paralyzed also."
"Exactly." said Lincoln.
"You've really been studying at the Pokemon School." said Sam.
"Hey, what's this Pokemon?" they hear Stella ask. The group looked to see a light green, rosebud-like Pokemon with a yellow face and stubby legs in front of some tall grass. Lincoln takes out his pokedex and points it at the Pokemon.
"Budew, the Bud Pokemon. It lives alongside clear ponds. It scatters pollen that induces harsh sneezing and runny noses." said Lincoln's pokedex.
"Oh, I want this Pokemon." said Stella. "Will you help me capture it, Lincoln?"
"Sure." said Lincoln, pulling out a pokeball. "Go, Staravia!" He throws Staravia's pokeball and releases him. "Staravia, Wing Attack!" Staravia flies at Budew and strikes it with one of his wings, dealing super effective damage and knocking it onto the ground. "I think you can capture it, Stella."
"Okay, Lincoln." replied Stella. She pulls a pokeball out of her backpack and throws it at Budew; it hits Budew and it gets sucked into the pokeball; a few seconds later, it clicks.
"Way to go, little dudette; Budew is yours." said Sam. Stella picks up Budew's pokeball.
"Yes! I caught Budew!" cheered Stella, raising up Budew's pokeball. Sam looks up Budew's information.
"Okay; your Budew's a girl, she knows Absorb, Growth, Stun Spore, and Worry Seed; she has the Natural Cure ability which cures her of a status condition when she's returned to her pokeball." said Sam.
"In other words, if Budew gets burned, she'll be cured when returned to her pokeball?" asked Stella.
"Exactly." said Lincoln. Stella hugs him out of appreciation and kisses him on the cheek. As they look down the road, they see a small mountain with a tunnel entrance in it.
"What's that?" asked Clyde.
"I think it's the Ravaged Path." said Lincoln.
"Should we check it out?" asked Sam.
"Might as well." said Lincoln. "We have to go through here when we head to Eterna City." They all enter the tunnel and start looking around; they soon see a bunch of boulders blocking the path in front of them.
"This would be a good time to try out that new Rock Smash move." said Sam. Lincoln nods and takes out his Shieldon's pokeball; he tosses it and releases him.
"Shieldon, use Rock Smash on those boulders." said Lincoln. Shieldon nods and charges headfirst into one of the boulders, smashing it to bits.
"Awesome!" said Clyde. Lincoln looks down the path and sees a Geodude looking at them.
"Hey, Luna." said Sam. "We should get you a Pokemon."
"Really?" asked Luna.
"If we somehow get separated, I don't want you to be on your own if a wild Pokemon attacks you." said Sam. Luna smiles with tears in her eyes at Sam's concern for her.
"Sure, I could use one while I'm here." said Luna. Sam takes a pokeball out of her belt.
"Prinplup, go!" said Sam, throwing Prinplup's pokeball and releasing her. "Prinplup, use Metal Claw!" Prinplup's flipper turns into metal, and she slashes Geodude with it, dealing super effective damage and knocking it to the ground; it struggles to get up. Lincoln takes the Premier Ball he got from the PokeMart at Jubilife City out of his backpack and gives it to Luna.
"I think it's weak enough for you to capture now, Luna." said Lincoln.
"You got it, little bro." replied Luna. She throws the pokeball at Geodude, hitting it, and sucking it in; after it moved around a few times, it clicks. "Yeah! I caught a Geodude." She walks to Geodude's pokeball and picks it up; Sam takes out her pokedex and looks up Geodude's information.
"Okay, this says your Geodude's a girl, she knows Tackle, Defense Curl, and Sandstorm; she has the Rock Head ability which prevents her from receiving recoil damage from moves that causes them." said Sam.
"Recoil damage?" asked Luna.
"There are some moves that actually hurts the Pokemon using them." replied Lincoln.
"Bummer." said Luna. She looks at her Geodude's pokeball. "Girl, huh? Maybe I'll call her Geodudette."
"If that's what you want; there are some trainers who name their Pokemon." said Lincoln. Clyde hears something approaching them; he looks to see a bipedal, yellow, platypus-like Pokemon walking by.
"Hey, what's that?" asked Clyde. Lincoln points his pokedex at the Pokemon.
"Psyduck, the Duck Pokemon. It never remembers using its odd powers, so it always tilts its head in puzzlement." said Lincoln's pokedex.
"I think I'll catch this Pokemon." said Clyde. Lincoln pulls out a pokeball.
"Staravia, go!" said Lincoln, throwing Staravia's pokeball and releasing him. "Staravia, Wing Attack!" Staravia flies towards Psyduck and strikes it with his wing, knocking it to the ground. Clyde, seeing Psyduck trying to get up, takes out an empty pokeball and throws it at Psyduck, hitting it; it gets sucked into the pokeball and after it wiggled around a couple times, it clicks, indicating a successful capture.
"Yes!" said Clyde before running to Psyduck's pokeball and picking it up. "Psyduck is mine!" Lincoln uses his pokedex to look up Psyduck's information.
"This says your Psyduck's a girl, she knows Scratch, Tail Whip, and Water Gun; she has the Cloud Nine ability which eliminates the effects of weather." said Lincoln.
After he returns Staravia to his pokeball, the group continued to explore Ravaged Path; Lincoln sees another boulder. He takes out Shieldon's pokeball and releases him. "Okay, Shieldon, use Rock Smash on that boulder!" Shieldon charges at the boulder and smashes into it, breaking it apart; Lincoln sees a TM lying on the ground. "Hey, I found a TM." The others walk over to him as he picks it up.
"Which one is it, little bro?" asked Sam. Lincoln puts the TM in his pokedex to find out.
"My pokedex says it's Rock Tomb." said Lincoln. "Maybe I'll use it on Shieldon." He points his pokedex at his Shieldon and uses it to send the move to his mind; a few seconds later, Shieldon's eyes widen in understanding.
"Looks like it worked." said Clyde.
"Maybe you all should train up your Pokemon for a while." Sam suggested to Luna, Clyde, and Stella.
"That's not a bad idea." said Luna. Everyone gets to work on doing just that.
During the training, Luna's Geodude learned Rock Polish, Rollout, and Harden.
Clyde's Ralts learned Hypnosis, Draining Kiss, and Teleport, and his Psyduck learned Confusion, Fury Swipes, and Water Pulse.
Stella trained her Budew and she got stronger. A few hours later, the sun started to go down.
"Let's get back to Sandgem Town." said Luna. The others agree and exit the Ravaged Path. As they head down the road towards Jubilife Village, they hear a familiar voice call out to them.
"Hey, everybody!" Dawn calls out, making the group look to see her running over to them.
"Hi, Dawn." said Lincoln. Dawn wraps her arms around Lincoln in a hug and kisses him on the cheek when she reached him, making Lincoln blush, and Sam, Luna, and Clyde chuckle.
"Dawn." said Stella with a frown.
"Stella." Dawn replied with a frown of her own.
Stella was making progress in repairing with her relationship with Lincoln, but Dawn was always getting in between them sometimes; hugging, and sometimes kissing him when she got the chance. A rivalry was made between them. Luna made sure to record these moments and send them back to her sisters back in her original dimension to torment Rusty with.
"So, what have you all been up to?" asked Dawn as she let Lincoln go.
"Lincoln and Sam just helped us catch our first Pokmeon." said Clyde as he holds out his Ralts' and Psyduck's pokeballs.
"That's great!" said Dawn.
"We were all just heading back to Sandgem Town." said Sam.
"I'll walk back with you." said Dawn as she grabs Lincoln's arm, making Stella growl and grab Lincoln's other arm and holds him close to her while she and Dawn glare at each other.
The group walk all the way back to Sandgem Town. When they reached their cabin, they see Professor Rowan at the front door.
"Professor Rowan?" said Lincoln, getting his attention.
"There you are." said Professor Rowan. "I was wondering where you all were."
"We just went north of Jubilife Village to help catch some Pokemon for Luna, Clyde, and Stella.
"I see." said Professor Rowan. He then takes a pokeball out of one of his pockets and tosses it, releasing a Turtwig.
"What Pokemon is that?" asked Clyde.
"That's a Turtwig." said Lincoln. "It was one of the three Pokemon that we were offered to be our starters."
"Why'd you bring it here?" asked Sam.
"You see, Turtwig needs to go out into the world to grow as a Pokemon." said Professor Rowan. "So, I was wondering if one of your friends or your sister would like to look after him?"
"I already have my grass type." said Stella as she looks at her new Budew's pokeball.
"Luna could use some more Pokemon for her team." said Sam.
"I agree." said Lincoln. Professor Rowan hands Turtwig's pokeball to Luna and tells her his current moves and his ability.
"Thanks, everyone." said Luna.
The next day, since it was a Saturday and there was no school; Lincoln, Luna, Clyde, and Sam were on the beach, just chilling out with their Pokemon.
"This is so nice." said Luna.
"It's good to take it easy once in a while." said Clyde.
"You said it, buddy." said Lincoln.
"Hi, Lincoln." Stella says from behind them, making Lincoln look and blush when he sees her, wearing a shiny, light red, one piece swimsuit; she wasn't wearing her hairclip, so her hair hung down, reaching just below her shoulders.
"H-H-Hey, Stella." said Lincoln as he shyly looks off to the side, making everyone else chuckle at his actions, along with making Stella smile.
"Mind if I join you?" asked Stella.
"Not at all." said Clyde with a smirk directed towards Lincoln. Stella unrolls a towel she had with her next to Lincoln and lies down on it. As she relaxes, she reaches into a small bag she had with her and pulls out a bottle of tanning lotion.
"Lincoln, would you mind rubbing some of this on my back?" Stella asked Lincoln, making him blush.
"S-S-Sure." said Lincoln as he grabs the bottle and starts putting a bit onto her back. As Lincoln was doing so, Stella gets another idea.
"I'm too relaxed to get up right now; so, could you rub some on my legs as well?" asked Stella. Lincoln's face turned completely red at that request, but he complies after gulping.
"You getting all this?" Clyde asked Luna.
"Every last bit of it." Luna replied as she has her device pointing at the scene in front of them. "I'll send it to my sisters later."
After Lincoln finished putting tanning lotion on Stella, and his blush fades away, he lies down onto his beach towel and relaxes after Stella turns his head towards her and kisses him on the lips.
"You got that one?" Stella asked Clyde, making him nod.
"Did you kiss Lincoln because you love him, or to torment Rusty with?" asked Sam.
"Little of column A, little of column B." said Stella.
"Hi, everyone." Dawn says from behind them, making everyone look to see her, wearing a lime green, one piece swimsuit.
"Hey, Dawn." said Sam.
"Hello, Dawn." said Stella in a not-so-welcoming tone of voice, making Dawn scowl at her.
"Can I join you all?" asked Dawn.
"Sure." said Luna as she gets her device ready. Dawn lies down in the other spot next to Lincoln, making Stella frown at her.
"Lincoln." said Dawn as she pulls another bottle of tanning lotion out of a bag she brought. "Mind putting some of this on my back?" Lincoln blushes at that request.
"Man, Rusty would go insane if he knew about this." said Luna.
"So, make sure to get all of it." said Sam.
"Already planned on it." said Luna.
After a while, everyone was done relaxing on the beach, with Stella and Dawn frowning at each other as they left while holding Lincoln's arms as they headed back to the cabin. They all spent the rest of the day just chilling in the cabin, watching Pokemon Contests on TV, while Dawn and Stella take notes while sitting next to Lincoln.
After night came and Dawn went home, much to Stella's joy, everyone got ready for bed. As Lincoln was about to lie down on the couch, he felt someone grab his hand, making him look to see Stella holding it.
"Hey, Stella; what's up?" asked Lincoln. Stella just smiles and kisses him on the lips.
"Good night, Lincoln." said Stella before heading into her bedroom while Lincoln watches her.
"Good night, Stella." said Lincoln as he lies down on the couch and falls asleep with a smile on his face.
The next morning in the Loud house's garage, Rusty was screaming while his eyes were taped open and Lori and Leni were holding his head, keeping Rusty from turning it away as he watches the video of Lincoln putting lotion on one of Stella's legs while the sisters were laughing.
"You brought this on yourself, Rusty!" said Lola.
"You should have known that if you got caught, there would be dire consequences." said Lisa.
"Couldn't you have the sporty sister break my knees with her bat instead?!" begged Rusty.
"No; this is a more appropriate punishment for you." said Lori.
"This will teach you not to mess with our family, bub!" said Lola. Lily comes crawling into the garage and looks at the scene in front of her. She frowns at Rusty as she takes Bibarel's pokeball out of her diaper and tosses it, releasing the Pokemon inside.
"What is that?" asked Rusty.
"Wahta Gun!" said Lily, making Bibarel release a powerful stream of water from her mouth which hits Rusty and sends him flying into a wall.
"Good one, Lily." said Luan. "Now he's washed up in more ways than one."
