Sonic and co watched in horror as Rouge transformed into a vampire bat.

"I feel so...good." Said Rouge, with her eyes glowing.

"Rouge! Don't!" Sonic saw her rise up.

"Kiss me, Sonic." Rouge said, showing her fangs, wanting to bite and kiss him simultaneously.

"Save it for later!" Sonic backed off.

"Besides, I know this trick! I've seen those all those movies!" He added. Not falling for her seductive wiles.

"COME HERE!" Rouge lunged at him.

Sonic narrowly evaded, but proved more difficult than normal due to Rouge's vampire blood augmenting her physical abilities.

"You can run but you can't hide from me!" She chased him.

"We got to help him!" Said Tails.

Tails looked and saw Amy hiding under a table, whimpering like a terrified dog.

"Amy? What's wrong?" He knelt down.

"She's...a vampire! My kind and her kind hate each other! She'll try to kill me! They have more powers and abilities than us!" Amy replied, covering her face in horror.

Tails knew she was right, but they have to help Sonic and save Rouge from her transformation.

"Amy, c'mon! We have to help them! Rouge is still our friend!" Tails pleaded. Amy then got up and said "Fine. I'll help. But she's not our friend anymore."

"We just need her to snap out of it." Said Tails.

"You don't even have a plan, do you?" Amy asked Tails with an unamused look on her face.

"I do have a few tricks that might work." Tails took out a wooden cross.

"I saw all those movies too." He smiled.

"I hope this will work." Said Amy, hearing the ruckus from Sonic and Rouge.

"Let's begin."

Meanwhile, Knuckles saw Rouge in an alley. He went over and asked "Hey Rouge, you okay?" Rouge replied "Please...help me."

Knuckles reached out for her to help when she sharply turned with an hiss.

Then she grabbed his head and bit down on his neck. After letting him go, she wiped her mouth, sighed and said "Thank you."

Knuckles fell down to the ground, gasping.

Then he got up with fangs growing from his mouth, and his eyes glowing like Rouge's.

"Now to catch Sonic." Rouge took flight.

Sonic was hiding behind a dumpster, hoping she doesn't find him. "Okay, this is new. I've dealt with power-hungry scientists, killer robots, monsters, gods, even zombies. But this?" He whispered to himself nervously.

He cautiously looks around, seeing nobody.

Then Rouge appeared in front of him, hanging upside down. "Hello, Big Blue." She grinned sinisterly.

"AHHH!" Sonic exclaims in shock seeing her.

He looked around and saw she was accompanied by half of his friends whom she bit during her search

"Join us Sonic!" Said Vampire Knuckles.

"Be our king." Said Vampire Silver. "Our prince of darkness." Added Vampire Blaze.

"I'd rather be free, thanks!" Sonic was about to run. But Silver caught him using his telekinetic powers.

"That's a good boy. Your neck please." Rouge grinned.

Sonic struggled as Rouge prepares to bite him.

Then Amy pounced and tackled Rouge, throwing her into a wall, growling.

"HANDS OFF MY SONIC!"

"YOUR Sonic? If I remember correctly, I had him first tonight." Rouge pointed out.

"NO YOU DIDN'T!" Amy snarled and tries to punch her.

"Yes, I did. You saw it with those puppy dog eyes of yours. What was it I told you to do earlier? Oh yeah. Why don't you run along and chase a few squirrels?" Rouge smirked.

"SHUT UP!" Amy roared at her.

"You're only saying that because I'm right." Rouge mocked.

"I'M NOT!" Amy then grabs her and threw her.

"Classic case of denial. Common in were-mobians." Rouge smirked. "DON'T YOU PLAY PSYCHOANALYST WITH ME, BAT!" Amy roared.

"Keep her busy Amy! I'll help Sonic!" Tails flew to help Sonic.

"Sonic! We gotta hide! In that building!" Tails pointed to a door nearby.

"Hurry!" Sonic ran inside with Tails and slams the door shut.

Sonic tried to force the door closed as the vampires try to break through. "Tails! We need options! Now!" Sonic shouted, trying to hold them off.

"Okay okay. But I hope garlic works on vampires like in the movies!" Tails took out some garlic.

"If only I had some holy water. Wait, no. That could potentially kill them." He realized.

"I can't hold on much longer!" Sonic kept struggling at the door.

"Wait! I got it!" Tails adjusted his flashlight and said "You vampires like the color violet? Then try ULTRAVIOLET!" He beamed a UV flashlight at the Vampires, scaring them off.

All the vampires hissed in pain as Tails beamed at them.

Then as Rouge looked over she saw the light too, hissed, and flew off in fear.

"Thanks Tails." Sonic thanked Tails.

"No problem." He replied. Then he looked and saw he had a bite mark on his neck.

"Uh oh." He whispered.

"Tails? What is it?" Sonic asked.

"I...I've been bitten!" Tails answered in horror.

"Oh no!" Gasped Sonic.

"You got your test subject now! Get me back to my workshop and lock me in the quarantine cell! FAST!" Tails pleaded.

Sonic grabs Tails and runs to the workshop at full speed, he placed Tails inside the cell and locks it.

When Tails got up, he was pale, his eyes were glowing, and he had fangs. He then looked at Sonic and lunged at him, banging on the cell door. "Okay Sonic, think. Who is the only guy on Mobius other than Tails that can figure out how to reverse this?" Sonic thought to himself.

Then it clicked to him.

"I got it!"

He went and called his childhood friend: Paloma the Owl, the brains of Team Talon.

When Paloma arrived, she was absolutely horrified by what happened to Tails. "Eeyup. Definitely a case of phase 1 vampirism." She said.

"Is there a way to reverse this?" Asked Sonic.

"I think so. But I'll need a blood sample. The problem is, we can't go anywhere near him without him trying to bite and/or horribly maim us." Said Paloma. "I got this." Amy went in the cell, pinned Tails to the wall and said "Holy crap, he's stronger than I thought! HURRY UP!"

Paloma grabbed a syringe and took some blood from Tails.

"Okay, quick! Get out of the cell! And don't let him out!" Paloma said, frantically.

Amy stretched her arms until she was out of the cell and retracted them before Tails could get to them.

Then when they shut the door, Tails ran into it, and began scratching and punching it, trying to get out. "Holy crap, this is worse than I thought." Paloma said.

As Paloma was working on the antidote, Tails was banging on the cell door, shrieking and screaming in agony. "Anything?" Asked Sonic.

"Not yet." Replied Paloma.

"SOOOONNNNIIIIC!" Tails shrieked. "Keep trying." Said Sonic as he goes to check on Tails. "Why do you torture me, Sonic? I thought we were buddies." Tails said.

"I'm trying to help you Tails." Sonic tries to calm him down.

"THEN FEED MEEEEEEE!" Tails screamed in agony, before grabbing a small beetle and eating it. "Got ketchup?" He asked as Sonic watched in disgust.

Sonic walks away, but not before turning to face him once more.

"I'm not giving up on you Tails."

"He's right. We have to feed him something." Said Paloma.

"I don't think he needs my blood. He might become a werefox." Said Amy.

"Well, my blood is clean." Sonic said. "Are you sure about this?" Asked Paloma. "Yeah." He said as he sat down so Paloma could collect some of Sonic's blood to feed to Tails.

Meanwhile, Paloma synthesized a new antidote formula, dripped some of it on Tails' blood, and then beamed a UV light on it. This caused Tails' vampire-infected blood to return to normal. "Yes! It's stable!" She cheered.

"I hope this will work." Said Amy.

"Only one way to find out." Sonic held up a sack of his blood, indicating he's going to mix the antidote into it and feed it to Tails.

So he mixed the antidote with it and turns to Tails.

"Thirsty...burning up inside...I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!" Tails screamed as Sonic came over. "Have mercy on a sad Fox." Tails said in agony. Then when he saw Sonic holding a bag of blood, Tails' eyes widened as he reached his hand through the bars trying to grab it like a starving animal.

"Give me! Give me! Give me!" He demanded.

"Calm down. I need you to tell me something first. Vampires all share the same thoughts with the queen. So you know where Rouge is. Where is she?" Sonic asked.

"Don't you see? I'm just a drone. Without blood...I don't know anything." Tails replied weakly.

"Lunchtime." Said Sonic. "It's about time." Tails began to drink from the bag, then stops and asks "Tastes a little off. You sure this is fresh?"

"Yep." Nodded Sonic.

Tails shrugged and drank the rest, before collapsing on the ground, twitching and yelling in pain before returning to normal.

His eyes turns back to babyblue and his body regained it's colors.

Sonic opened the cell, and Paloma checked his pulse. "It worked. "Wait. Where's Rouge? Where's Eggman? Where's Green Hill Cemetery?" Asked Tails, revealing the location of Rouge and the others.

"The Green Hill Cemetery? Well that's we're going. To stop this vampire plague before the rest of Mobius gets infected." Said Sonic.

"Sonic? Am I dreaming? My head feels kinda fuzzy." Tails said. "Must be a side-effect of the antidote. He doesn't have a clue what happened. Just flashes of the vampire shared mind." Said Paloma.

"Must be. But at least we know the antidote works." Sonic helps Tails on his feet.

"So we know where they are. Let's get down there and save our friends." He added. "Sonic, I think Tails should sit this one out. He needs a while to recover." Said Paloma.

"She's right Sonic. I need to rest." Tails agreed.

"Don't worry. We got this." Said Sonic. "Going on a world-saving adventure without us?" Asked a familiar voice. Sonic turned around and saw it was Paloma's teammates: Luna and James. "Hey Sonic." Luna winked and blew a kiss to Sonic.

"Hey Luna." Sonic smiled.

"You're gonna need all the help you can get. So count us in." Luna said as Paloma revealed she made a huge number of darts containing the antidote.

She loads some into a dart gun.

"Alright. Let's go." Said Sonic.

Meanwhile in the cemetery, the giant vampire bat Eggman kidnapped joined Rouge and had Eggman tied up.

"This wasn't part of my plan! You were supposed to obey me!" Eggman struggled in the ropes.

"You kidnapped our brother and tortured him. But now, we're in control. And thanks to him, and you, we can spread our sweet gift across the land. And wipe your ugly face off the map." Rouge grinned. Then she pulled out a vampire sword and prepared to impale Eggman, but stopped when she saw two of her vampire drones fall unconscious with antidote darts lodged in their necks.

And they were turned back to normal as well.

"Huh?!" She looks up to see Sonic, Amy and their owl friends.

"Hey Rouge, I got you some medicine." Sonic said. "Sonic! Thank God! Get me out of here! These monsters are lunatics!" Eggman pleaded.

"Zip it, Egghead." Replied Sonic angrily.

"Yeah okay." Eggman replied, aware this whole mess was his fault. As Sonic and the others fought the vampires, they cured them all one-by-one, leaving Rouge the last vampire to be cured.

Sonic aims the dart gun at her, hoping to get an hit.

But to his shock, she grabbed it before it could hit her, and threw it aside. Then she dashed towards Sonic, pinning him to the wall. "Now, your neck please." She said, opening her mouth wide, hissing.

Amy saw her about to bite Sonic again.

Then she picked up the antidote and stabbed Rouge's neck with it. "What have you done?!" Rouge exclaimed.

"Bring back our fruit bat!" Whispered Amy.

Rouge then collapsed and returned to normal. "Phew. She's okay." Sonic sighed in relief.

"Ow my head." Rouge sat up.

"Wait, what about the other guy?" Luna asked as the giant bat grabbed her and pinned her to the wall. The revealed himself to be the exiled bat Balam, who had his metal wings covered in fake skin.

"Surprised to see me?!" He said.

As Sonic got back up, he realized he was touching a rock with a familiar glow. "Uh oh." Then he looked up at the moon and began to shake. Balam then grabbed Sonic and pinned him against a tombstone. "The great Sonic the Hedgehog. Helpless." He grinned. Then Sonic's eyes changed color as he grabbed Balam's hand and began crushing it.

"ARGH! What's happening?!" Balam groans in pain.

Sonic realized the rock he landed on was imbued with Dark Gaia energy, and now it triggered a transformation he thought he'd never go through again. He placed his large clawed hand on the tombstone and got up, revealing he once again became a Werehog.

"AAAAAAAROOOOOOOOO!" He howled at the moon loudly.

Then he glared at Balam and roared before attacking him. "It happened again..." Amy watched.

"Incredible!" Exclaimed James as he saw Werehog Sonic slammed Balam at the ground three times before doing it again twice.

"What happened to him?!" Luna exclaimed in horror.

"He's become a werehog!" Said Amy.

"But how?! Unless..." She noticed the rock.

"Sonic doesn't enjoy being a werehog. Not like I do." She told them. "Hold on!" Paloma went to the rock, put some protective gloves on and took a small pebble off it to make an antidote. As the Blue Werehog fought, he bit down on Balam's arm hard, and began to drag him around and hurl him against every hard surface in the area, before pummeling him into the ground.

Balam groans in pain, spitting a tooth out and with one eye being swollen he saw with one eye Sonic towering over him.

"I hoped I'd never become a werehog again. But since I did, I might as well enjoy it." Sonic gave a toothy grin, getting ready to finish Balam.

"Sonic don't kill him!" Amy pleaded.

"Why not? He's a Vampire! He's already dead! Sonic protested.

"I'm...not dead...well not yet." Balam barely managed to speak.

"You're getting there." Sonic replied as he snapped Balam's arms like twigs.

"AAAAAAAAAAHHHH!" Balam screamed in pain. Sonic then dents his metal wings to prevent him from flying.

Then before he could go too far, Rouge stopped him by throwing on the charm. "Y'know, I only saw you as a werehog a few times. And I must say, I forgot how sexy you are in this form." Sonic stopped and wagged his tail after hearing her comment. "I am?" He asked with a grin, wanting to hear more of Rouge's seductive compliments.

"Yeah, with your soft, fuzzy fur." She ran a finger on his furry chest.

Then she cuddled up to him and asked "So can you please not kill this nasty old Vampire Bat? If you don't, you and me can spend ALL night together." with the sexiest and most alluring grin on her face.

"How can I resist you, my dear bat?" Sonic fell for her act.

"Good boy." She scratched Sonic's fluffy chin as he holds her bridal style. "Hey Sonic?" Paloma holds up the antidote. Sonic thought for a minute and said "Y'know, Rouge is right. I do look pretty good like this. So I think I'll take the antidote in the morning. I think she wants some werehog love for the night."

Paloma lowered the antidote.

"Very well then. In the meantime, the Zonejail will treat this vampire bat's wounds." She looks at the battered Balam.

But before they could take him away, he readjusted his broken wings and flew off. "This isn't over. The possibilities for your demise are...INFINITE!" before disappearing into the night.

The heroes watched in shock at what just happened.

Then all of Sonic's Friends woke up. "What happened? And why are we all in the middle of a cemetery?" Asked Knuckles.

"I feel woozy." Said Silver.

"Me too." Said Blaze. "Well, it's almost midnight. Our kids are home and in bed now." Said Amy looking at her phone, where she got a text from SJ saying he and his friends are at home to go to bed.

"Good. For a minute I thought they were infected too." Said Rouge.

"Hey Rouge, now that all the kids are asleep, it's time for the grown-ups to celebrate their Halloween. And by grown-ups, I mean us." Sonic grinned at Rouge.

"You're right Big Blue." Rouge grinned back.

Later Back at Sonic's house, he, Amy, Rouge, and Luna were having a romantic evening watching scary movies while eating some of the Halloween candy SJ and his friends got while trick-or-treating.

"This is the best halloween ever." Said Sonic.

"Yeah. What's for dinner by the way?" Asked Rouge. "We have some steak. I could go for that right about now." Amy said, licking her teeth.

"Me too." Sonic replied hungrily.

"I'll have one too. Extra rare. And red." Rouge said. This caused Sonic to pause in shock, then he looked at Rouge suspiciously, wondering if she was still a vampire or not.
