Aria was going to an audition with Peridot who went with her...for some reason Aria didn't feel nervous and jittery like she always did

Maybe it's because she was spending so much time with the other's that it made her feel less anxious and more excited...but then trouble ensued

"What do we have here if it isn't crybaby Aria and her weird cousin..." one of the mean girl's said "shouldn't you just give up, it's obvious your not meant to be a singer" another mean girl said

Raylene and Zach both frowned at hearing this [Raylene- how dare they be mean to mama] [Zach- they ought to be taught a lesson] Zach hissed making Aria sweatdrop at her overprotective kids

[Aria- now kids I want you to know this was a long time ago don't get all steamed because I was being picked on] Aria said with a sigh

Aria sighed deeply having had enough of hearing the comments from the other girls, Aria decided that she had to make them feel guilty...she was about to put them in their place

"If you do not know how to use your mouth then don't bother to talk" Aria said making the two mean girls look at Aria feeling baffled at her back talk

"E...Excuse Me!" The second mean girl said "I said your nothing but a pair of bullies who think your above others...you should be ashamed of yourselves for saying such things aloud for everyone to hear" Aria said with a glint in her eyes

The two girls shrunk back as they see the disappointment and disapproval on the other girls that were standing and waiting for their turns

"Next time you cause a scene in a public place remember to look around first" Aria said as she continued to read the script lyrics ignoring the girls

Peridot smirked at this "finally had enough of the harassment huh" Peridot said making Aria look at him with a deadpan expression on her face

"I was tired of their nonsense that's all" Aria said pursing her lips while keeping her eyes focused on the lyrics on the page she was reading

Peridot smirked 'I guess having those soulmates of her's around really boosted Aria's confidence in defending herself' Peridot thought to himself

Later...

Peridot and Aria came back to the mansion with bright smiles on their faces then they heard some music playing in the practice room

Aria and Peridot both peeked into the room to see Arpegius, Stella, Baryl and Octave practicing with their instruments with Shep who was watching them

They both walked inside making Shep the first one to take notice of them "how'd the audition go?" Shep asked curiously as Aria smiled "it was great" Aria said smiling

When the Crescendoll's stopped playing their instruments Arpegius was the first to see Aria and walked over to her with his electric guitar

"Did you get the part?" Arpegius asked seeing the smile on Aria's face "yeah...I did, thank you both for helping me practice" Aria said to Shep and Arpegius making them both blush

Peridot looked over at Stella who looked away at the last minute making him walk over to her "who's being shy and bashful now" Peridot whispered in her ear

This made Stella blush at his teasing Peridot chuckled "you don't have to be shy, I don't bite" Peridot said gently grasping her hand and kissing the back of it

Raylene says her thoughts aloud [Raylene- Uncle Peridot could have any woman he's so Suave, Aunt Stella is lucky to have him] Raylene nodded

Zach sighed deeply [Zach- Uncle Peridot is smooth through and through...maybe I should get some lessons from him] Zach whispered the last bit under his breath making Aria sweatdrop

Aria giggled when she saw the scene of Stella blushing so hard that she passed out making Peridot catch her before Stella hit the ground

Octave and Baryl looked at each other and chuckled their bandmates had their lovers in their arms yet they did feel a bit envious...in a way

Aria noticed their looks "I'm sure you both will find your soulmates soon" Aria said making Octave and Baryl look at her with grateful expressions
