Tails was now inside a warp realm of Khorne, it was drenched in blood and skulls and bones, but most disturbing he found out there was machinery he spotted as well

He continued in, fighting off bloodletters that came after him from time to time and beheaded a Khornate Berzerker as well, but no sign of the source of the barrier, but then he heard a disturbing voice

"MALEX PRAWIX, CHILD OF THE KITSUNE, I INVITE YOU TO MY TEMPLE OF BLOOD" said the voice, which was clearly of Khorne or one of his greater daemons

"I am here to destroy your foul machine!"

"IS THAT SO? FOR I HAVE WATCHED YOU TEAR APART MY MINIONS, YOU KNOW KILLING ONLY EMPOWERS MY MASTER?" This was enough to comfirm this was the echoing voice of a bloodthrister, but why was it inviting him?

He then encountered more daemons, which he slayed, but he was far more concerned with the fact that there was a bloodthrister of Khorne here

The place had balefire pillars coming out of the ground, blood was flowing down and staining his armor and fur, but he kept on going

"Who are you foul beast! I shall slay you in the name of the god kitsune!"

"I AM N'EGADU, CHAMPION OF ROBOTNIK, DEVOURER OF SKULLS, FOR I SHALL CRUSH YOU IN THE NAME OF MY MASTER"

He continued deeper into the blood filled realm of the beast, Eventually seeing markings of Khorne when he arrived at the temple which he went inside

He then kept going and fought off any daemons inside, until he was in a large room with a huge pool of blood

and there it was, the bloodthrister N'egadu, it was massive in size

"I SHALL TAKE YOUR SKULL FOR THE SKULL THRONE!" He bloodthrister roared and then charged at Tails, who dodged it's attack coming from it's unholy axe, it then sweeped the ground but tails summoned forth an axe of his own and countered the beast

He then summoned forth spectrals at his side, and called for a blessing of the moon, empowering his weapons, he then fired his bolter at the daemonic horrorms armor as it was trying to crush the spectrals

He kept firing at the beast, until it rushed toward him and tried to crush him, but he dodged it was it's feet burned the ground, it then tried to whip him using it's whip of death but he dodged it by teleporting once again, infuriating the daemon

"YOU DARE MAKE A MOCKERY OF ME!"

Tails then summoned forth a massive hammer of the forge, which he smashed into the ground and sent forth shockwave in the ground, stunning the greater daemon

Tails then summoned forth Katanas and slashed at the daemon's armor, damaging it, this enraged the bloodthrister

"I WILL CRUSH YOUR SKULL!" It said with immense rage as it tried to whip him, but tails kept firing and dodging the daemon's attacks

The bloodthrister was growing infuriated with Malex, since if he wanted to receive gifts from his master Robotnik and his god Khorne, he had to prove himself

But eventually it got tired of him, and so it decided to flee through a portal of blood

"WE SHALL MEET AGAIN, MALEX PRAWIX" it echoed as it disappeared

"Alright, let's destroy the source and collapse the realm, then i need to flee"

"You can't without my help" said a mysterious voice to him in his head

"Huh? Who are you?!"

"I am Sage, and i am here to help you, i am currently a prisoner of Robotnik, destroy the source and i will teleport you out" Sage said

Tails then went and thrusted his chainsword into the twisted machine, destroying it and destabilizing the chaos realm, Tails was then teleported out of the realm by Sage as it collapsed

But there was a question, who is Sage?

Alex had finished destroying the second generator and then noticed the field coming down, Tails then voxed over to Kit and Alex, who had destroyed the generators holding up the barrier

"I've taken care of the Warp rift, but i encounter something sinister inside, a bloodthrister" This shocked Kit

"A Bloodthrister!? How did you survive?"

"I made it grow tired of me, but i was rescued by a mysterious voice calling itself 'Sage' but i have no idea who it is other than that it's a prisoner of Robotnik on this fortress

"Someone saved you? Praised they be by the god kitsune"

"Now let's head inside and destroy this fortress!" Alex said

"Wair, before we do that, we must rescue the myserious prisoner"

"Yes, sir" Alex said as they went to the fortress gates, which was filled with daemons being fired upon by the Kitsune marines, the Iron warriors tried to push them back but the kitsune's magic overwhelmed them

the tree continued to grow and tear down parts of the fortress

They had to establish a beachhead at the gates, so they could send in reinforcements if necessary, they continued fighting the mechanical daemons and Iron warriors off, until there was a mountain of their tainted corpses

"Let's head inside"

"Wait, i need to ask, who is this Sage exactly?" Alex Asked his superior

"I do not know, but i believe she's a prisoner of Robotnik if i am correct"

"So should we rescue her?"

"Of course! Why else wouldn't we!"

"Sorry, stupid question"

They then went inside the fortress of iron, with the kitsune holding the line for their captain and his squad

But this was just the first of many battle's to come
