Freya is watching Wanda have a heart to heart with her kids while the retro Stark drone is deployed. It isn't until when Hayward's voice cuts through her concentration on the show that she finally turns to face him and Monica.

"I know this is tech from the 80's, but can we sharpen the visuals?" Hayward asks.

"Do you hear yourself?" Freya asks him. Which he only ignores.

"Workin' on it," Monica rolls her eyes as she remotely flies the drone.

Freya walks up behind Monica and stands next to Hayward to watch. Her eyes are trained on the black and white feed as the drone flies past the Westview water tower. The screen displays "weak signal" as the message continuously flashes at the top of the screen. They finally see Wanda and Vision's home come into view just as Wanda and her kids are walking outside. There's a momentary flicker of confusion and curiosity that crosses Freya's mind for a second. It's brief, but it's not a mind that she's felt before. And it's a young person. It makes Freya extremely confused herself, but she refocuses on the screen.

"Maximoff located," Monica announces.

"Well done," Hayward nods. He looks past Freya at another agent before glancing at her and focusing back on the screen. Freya doesn't miss this and narrows her eyes at him.

"We can't see the drone on the broadcast," Jimmy tells them.

"Yeah, Wanda's framing it out of the shot," Steve confirms.

"Just like all the jump cuts," Darcy adds. "Wanda decides what makes it on to her show and what doesn't."

"And here we go," Hayward sighs when Monica flies in close. He sends her a nod. "You're up."

"Wanda, this is Captain Monica Rambeau," Monica announces into her mic. "Can you hear me?"

Freya suddenly gets a sinking feeling in her stomach and instantly goes on edge. She looks up at Steve and already finds him watching her. He sends her a questioning look and she only nods in response. He frowns at her answer and goes back to watching the drone feed. Freya does the same as she turns back to Monica while Wanda and her kids just stare at the drone.

"I just wanna talk. That's it," Monica tries to reason with Wanda. That doesn't happen, because Wanda's eyes begin to glow as she tilts her head threateningly.

"No joy," Hayward says.

"Get out of there, Mon," Freya directs. "You're just gonna piss her off."

"Copy that," Monica acknowledges. She starts to steer the drone away, but nothing happens. "Uh..." Monica presses buttons as alerts start to beep on her console. "Wait, my controls aren't working. Reconnect patch," she requests to another agent.

"Disregard," Hayward counters. "Take the shot."

"Wait, what?" Freya asks.

"No. The drone isn't armed," Monica shakes her head in confusion.

"Take the shot," Hayward repeats.

Another agent complies and there's a large boom as the feed goes dark. The screens displaying the sitcom all revert to the "Please Stand By" message. Monica yanks her headset off and stands to face the Director.

"What did you do?" Monica asks.

"What the fuck!" Freya roars, her voice already distorted. Her eyes and aura ignite in anger. She charges Hayward and backs him into a corner. He goes to reach for his gun, but Freya flicks her hand and his own flies up to punch himself in the face. He lets out a grunt of pain before narrowing his eyes at her when his back hits the wall behind him. "What did you think was gonna happen?!" Freya yells. "This is Wanda! She created the Hex! So don't you think she can stop a missile?! Are you only trying to piss her off?!"

"Freya," Steve gently says as he puts a hand on her shoulder. Even though his voice is calm, she can still feel his anger.

Freya looks up at him and he subtly nods at the people around them. All of the other agents, aside from Jimmy and Monica, have their guns drawn and trained on her. She lets out a huff of annoyance and powers down her aura while her eyes revert back to normal. Narrowing her eyes at Hayward, she takes a few steps back from him.

"That's right," Hayward smirks. "Keep your bitch in line, Captain," he sneers.

Freya has to fight to keep her anger from flaring up. She instead feels Steve's again and this time it's almost overwhelming.

"Next time, she's all yours," Steve says darkly. Hayward's face slightly pales. Alarms around the base suddenly start blaring.

"There's a breach sir!" an agent announces

Everyone looks at each other before scrambling to grab their gear and run outside. Hayward and his lackeys hop into an SUV and drive toward the Hex. Freya, Steve and the other three are forced to run there on foot. They arrive just as a team of agents create a half circle formation around Hayward and face the Hex. A large energy signature is quickly approaching the barrier. Freya easily recognizes it to be Wanda.

"Remember when I said I had a feeling she was gonna tell us to get off her lawn?" Freya asks Steve.

"Yeah," he says uneasily.

"That's about to happen in a few seconds," she sighs.

"Oh great," Steve mumbles.

The barrier starts to flicker. There's a silhouette of a woman on the other side. It begins to get closer until the barrier flickers rapidly and Wanda suddenly walks through it. The part of the barrier that touches her as she passes through it momentarily turns the color of her scarlet energy. She also has her Avengers uniform on and she's dragging the Stark drone behind her. All agents have their green laser sights pointed directly at her heart. Freya sees this and frowns when she realizes her dream is starting to play out in front of her.

"Is this yours?" Wanda asks Hayward. She tosses the drone at him and it slides to a stop near his feet. Her aura pulsates around it, preventing it from functioning.

"The missile was just a precaution," Hayward replies.

"Precaution my ass," Freya grumbles as she slowly starts to make her way forward. "Stay here," she whispers to Steve. He subtly nods in reply, but watches her movements closely.

"You can hardly blame us, Wanda," Hayward continues.

"Oh, I think I can," Wanda retorts. Her accent now full-blown Sokovian. "This will be your only warning. Stay out of my home," she growls. "You don't bother me. I won't bother you."

"I wish it could be that simple," Hayward says. "You've taken an entire town hostage."

"Well, I'm not the one with the guns, Director," Wanda replies. Freya is now standing just behind Hayward. Wanda's eyes glance over to her and soften before she glares at Hayward again.

"But you are the one in control," Monica speaks up. She slowly starts to walk forward when Wanda looks over at her.

"You're still here," Wanda assesses. She slightly lifts her right hand and produces a ball of her scarlet energy.

Freya takes this as a sign to finally step in. She walks forward and puts herself between Monica and Wanda. Her expression is soft, but the look in her eyes tell Wanda that she's not backing down.

"Wanda, stop this," Freya softly orders.

"Hello, Freya," Wanda responds quietly.

"Wanda, I didn't know the drone was armed," Monica tries to reason. "But you know that, don't you?" Monica steps closer but stays behind Freya as a precaution. "A town full of civilians. And you, a telepath, brought a S.W.O.R.D. Agent into your home. You trusted me to help deliver your babies. On some level, Wanda, you know I am an ally. I wanna help you."

"How?" Wanda asks. "What could you possibly have to offer me?"

"Wanda, please..." Freya softly begs. Wanda's eyes avert to her and her expression softens. "Please, just talk to me. Let me help you. Tell me what you want."

"I have what I want," Wanda quietly replies. She looks past Freya and an expression of pure hatred adorns her face. "And no one... will ever take it from me, again," she informs Hayward venomously.

Wanda lifts the orb in her right hand above her head and Freya's eyes go wide. The soldiers encircling them begin to have a scarlet glow to their eyes and temples. Wanda turns, flicks her hand and walks away as all of the soldiers swiftly turn and lock their sights on their Director.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!" Hayward screams as a chorus of guns cocking is heard around him. "Stand down!"

"Wanda!" Freya calls out in panic. At this point, she's not sure if Wanda will hurt the Director or not. Wanda continues to walk toward the barrier and ignores Freya. Freya's aura and eyes illuminate in rage. "WANDA MAXIMOFF!!!" Freya roars in her distorted voice. She drops to one knee and slams her right fist into the ground.

A wave of her aura explodes outward from her across the ground. All bystanders stumble when it washes over them, including Wanda. Who turns to face Freya just as the soldiers are freed from her mind-control. Wanda stares at Freya with an expression of awe mixed with curiosity and fear. There's a loud sizzling sound that begins to cut through the air. Freya's eyes suddenly revert back to normal as her aura powers down. She's staring at something behind Wanda. Her expression is pure confusion. Wanda whips around and gasps when she sees the barrier she had put up over Westview slowly being eaten away by Freya's aura. Wanda quickly lifts her hands as her scarlet aura ignites around them. She spreads them out over her barrier, which repairs and slowly begins to turn entirely scarlet red. Wanda looks over her shoulder at Freya and throws her a hesitant glance before walking through the barrier back to her family.

"Thank you," Hayward says as he approaches Freya. She stands and turns to face him with a look of disgust.

"I didn't do that for you," Freya replies.

"What did she do to the barrier?" Monica asks just as Steve walks up and places an arm around Freya.

"Think of it like a firewall. But specifically coded for me," Freya explains. "When Wanda and I don't get along, our powers also don't. There's no way I'm getting in there now if there ever was a chance before."

"Great," Hayward mumbles.

Freya chews on one of her thumbs for a moment as she thinks. She lets out a sigh and turns to look up at her husband.

"I'll be right back," she tells Steve. "Wanda and I need to have a talk."

"Be careful, Doll," Steve warns softly.

"She won't hurt me," Freya smiles.

"Where are you going?" Hayward asks.

Freya ignores him and looks over at Monica, who nods. Freya nods in return and takes off into the air. She flies up through the low hanging clouds to get to the top of the Hex. She can see the panels of the roof come together at a point like a giant, hexagonal circus tent. Freya reaches her mind out to Wanda and forces a connection. Something she's never wanted to do, but right now, she doesn't have a choice.

"Wanda. We need to talk."

"Freya??? How did you-"

"Now, Wanda," Freya interrupts her. "Final warning. This isn't a request."

Freya feels Wanda's mind submit as her energy signature gets closer. She suddenly appears out of the Hex as her body slowly rises out of it.

"What?" Wanda snaps as her eyes glow for a moment.

"Don't take that tone with me," Freya says sternly as her eyes briefly glow as well. "After all I've done for you. You're going to shut me out. And of all the times to do it," Freya scolds before her voice lowers to a whisper. "Why?"

"You wouldn't understand," Wanda says quietly as her face falls.

"Then make me understand, Wanda," Freya begs. "Let me help. Look, I can feel Vision in there. I can feel him, Wanda!"

"I didn't do what you think I did," Wanda shakes her head. "It's complicated."

"What would Vision say about all of the people you've trapped?" Freya asks quietly. "He's already becoming aware, and you know it. Also, who the fuck is Agnes?"

"Look, I can't stay here, Freya. I need to get back to my children," Wanda replies. "It was good to see you, though. I've missed you."

"Wanda, wait!" Freya calls out.

Wanda ignores her and drops back into the Hex. Their connection now severed. Freya won't be able to even force her way in now. She sighs and flies back down to everyone else.

"You get anything?" Hayward asks as she lands.

"No," Freya frowns. He sighs in reply and stomps away to talk to his soldiers that had been mind-controlled. Monica and Jimmy frown and follow, knowing he'll call for them any second anyway.

"Come on, let's get back inside," Darcy offers.

Freya and Steve follow Darcy inside as the alarm around the base continues to blare. People are still running around in panic as they try to figure out what to do next after the stunt Wanda pulled. When they get back to the TV, they notice Wanda staring at someone at her front door with an expression of pure shock.

"Wanda, who is this?" Vision asks.

The three of them pause and focus intently on the screen. The camera switches to behind the newcomer, revealing a head of silver hair. Recognizing him instantly, Freya's knees instantly go weak and she stumbles. Steve catches her before she falls and helps her into one of the chairs. Darcy picks up a clipboard and fans her as the three of them continue to watch the show. The camera eventually reveals the mystery man, but it's not exactly who Freya was expecting. The audience cheers as he steps forward.

"Long lost bro get to squeeze his stinkin' sister to death or what?" the imposter asks, making the audience laugh.

"She recast Pietro?" Darcy asks Freya and Steve. The two Rogers just watch the TV in shock and silently shake their head in confusion.

"Pietro?" Wanda asks. The new Pietro just nods in response and the two hug, spurring the audience to cheer.

"Who's the popsicle?" Pietro asks when he finally notices Vision.

The outro plays and the episodes ends. The "Please Stand By" screen appears and begins its normal repetitive flicker. Leaving the three of them to stare at the screen wordlessly.
