AN: This is a one-shot about our Family First family to lift some spirits on this Election Day! I hope you enjoy it. :)

It was a lively dinner at the Grant family's Manhattan brownstone. Between Iya's stories about school, Tommy's latest "scientific discovery" involving mashed potatoes, and Mia's insistence on putting peas on every bite of her pasta, the table was buzzing with chatter. Fitz could barely hold back his excitement. He had big news to share, and he was waiting for the perfect moment to drop it.

Olivia caught his smirk, raising an eyebrow. "Alright, babe, what's with the look? You're practically glowing over there."

Fitz grinned, setting down his fork and clearing his throat. "Well, I got a call from Sean today," he started.

"Your agent Sean?" Olivia asked, eyes widening. "What did he say?"

Fitz leaned in, lowering his voice as if he were sharing a secret. "How would you guys feel about being on TV as a family?"

Tommy froze, his forkful of peas forgotten midair, his eyes widening. "Wait, like… superheroes?"

Fitz laughed. "Not superheroes, buddy. It's actually Family Feud. Sean called to see if we'd be interested in doing the celebrity edition to raise money for charity."

Olivia gasped, a hand flying to her mouth. "Are you serious? Like, Steve Harvey, the survey says, Family Feud?"

"Yep," Fitz replied, clearly enjoying their reactions. "They want us to go up against another family, answer some questions, and hopefully win some money for a good cause."

Tommy's excitement was immediate. "Can I be on TV? I'm very smart!"

Iya, who had been listening quietly, squinted at her dad, ever the little realist. "But Daddy, we're not celebrities."

Fitz chuckled because they'd created such a normal life for their children that they sometimes forgot their father was a Grammy-awarded musician. "Well, I am, technically. And since I'm the 'celebrity,' I get to bring the coolest people I know, my family."

At that moment, Mia, their three-year-old daughter, dropped her spoon and looked up, her big brown eyes wide with excitement. "Me too, Dada? Can I be on TV too?"

Fitz looked at Olivia, both of them stifling laughter. Olivia leaned over to Mia, giving her a soft smile. "Sweetie, you're a little young for this game. You'd get bored so fast."

Mia pouted, crossing her arms. "But I wanna play too!"

Tommy, always the problem-solver, grinned and said, "It's okay, Mia. You can be our cheerleader! And I have an idea—if Mia's too little, we should ask Aunt Raye to join us! She'd be so good at it!"

Olivia nodded, chuckling. "Oh, I can already hear her screaming every answer before Steve even finishes the question."

Fitz laughed, nodding. "Funny you say that because Raye already said yes. She's ready to bring her 'Auntie Raye energy' to the Feud."

Tommy pumped his fist in the air. "Yes! Aunty Raye is going to make us win for sure!"

Iya glanced around, her usual serious expression softening as she took in the excitement. "Do you think we'll win, Daddy?"

Fitz placed a hand on her shoulder, giving her a reassuring smile. "With you on the team? We've got a pretty good shot."

Tommy's eyes sparkled with excitement. "I'm going to tell everyone at school! We're going to be TV famous!"

Olivia laughed, reaching over to tousle his hair. "Hold on, kiddo. Let's not start a fan club just yet. We're going to be on one episode."

"Yeah, but that's all it takes!" Tommy insisted, puffing out his chest. "Everyone's going to see us!"

"Alright, alright, Mr. Celebrity," Fitz said, chuckling. "How about you work on coming up with some practice questions for us? I'm putting you in charge of our game strategy."

Tommy's face lit up as he took his dad's suggestion to heart. "Oh, I've got ideas. We need code words. Maybe even hand signals."

Iya rolled her eyes, though she was smiling. "Tommy, it's not a spy mission."

"But it could be!" Tommy shot back, undeterred.

Fitz watched his family laugh and tease each other, his heart swelling with pride. This wasn't just about being on TV—it was about making memories, having fun, and showing their kids what it meant to come together as a team, win or lose.

"So, what do you say?" he asked, looking around the table. "Are we ready to take on Family Feud?"

The chorus of "yes" from Olivia, Iya, and Tommy, mixed with Mia's enthusiastic "yay!" was all the confirmation he needed.

As they cleared the dishes and made plans to practice their "game faces," Fitz couldn't help but feel that, no matter the outcome, this was going to be a family adventure they'd never forget.

GAME DAY

It had taken a few weeks to sort through the paperwork and everything before it was time for them to fly to Atlanta for the recording of the show. They had met Steve Harvey backstage and he was his usual fun, animated self. The excitement was palpable as Fitz, Olivia, Iya, Tommy, and Raye made their way onto the set of Family Feud while Mia stayed backstage with Harrison and Christian. Fitz could feel the energy buzzing through his family—Tommy was practically vibrating with excitement, and Iya's eyes were wide, taking in the bright lights and bustling stage crew. Olivia slipped her hand into his, squeezing it gently as they took their positions.

Raye nudged Fitz with a grin. "Ready to put that quick wit to the test, big bro?"

"Bring it on," Fitz replied with a laugh, his confidence lighting up his face. But deep down, he was nervous. They were up against the Simmons family, a competitive crew of actors who looked just as ready to win.

"Alright, team," Fitz said, gathering them close for a last-minute pep talk. "This is all about teamwork. Answer fast, and just have fun. Got it?"

Tommy, ever the enthusiastic one, threw a fist in the air. "We're gonna crush them!"

Olivia chuckled, tousling Tommy's curls. "As long as we have fun, baby. That's all that matters."

Steve Harvey welcomed them and began with introductions. When it was Fitz's turn, he wrapped an arm around Olivia's shoulders, beaming. "This is my beautiful wife, Olivia. She's our rock."

Olivia smiled warmly at him, then gave a little wave. "I'm here to keep everyone grounded," she joked, earning a laugh from the crew.

Fitz continued, moving down the line. "And this is my daughter, Iya. Beauty and brains. Smartest one in the family, no question."

Iya blushed but smiled shyly, clearly thrilled by the compliment. "Hi," she managed softly.

"And next up," Fitz said, placing a hand on Tommy's shoulder, "is my little man, Tommy. He's got more energy than the rest of us combined."

Tommy grinned, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "Let's go, Grant family!" They all joined him.

"And last but definitely not least, my sister Raye. She's our not-so-secret weapon," Fitz finished, grinning as he introduced his sister.

Raye shot him a playful look. "I'm here to win, that's all I'm saying."

As they prepared for the first round, Fitz took his spot at the buzzer across from the opposing team captain. The host read the question aloud: "Name something you might put in your pocket before going to a party."

Without missing a beat, Fitz hit the buzzer and answered, "Wallet!"

The scoreboard flashed, confirming it was the top answer. The Grant family erupted into cheers, high-fiving Fitz as he made his way back to them.

"We got this!" he said, feeling the energy surge through them.

Now it was Olivia's turn. She stepped forward, thoughtful for a moment before responding. "Phone."

Another ding, another answer on the board. Iya, next in line, stepped up with her eyes locked on the question, taking a deep breath. "Keys," she answered, her voice small but sure.

The answer lit up on the screen, and Fitz could see the pride glowing on her face as she came back to the family. "Good job, sweetheart," he whispered, wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

Tommy was up next, and he was practically bouncing with excitement. He thought about it for a moment, then grinned, his answer bursting out: "Candy!"

The buzzer rang, signaling an incorrect answer, and Tommy's face fell slightly. Fitz reached out, patting his son's back. "It's okay, buddy. That was a good try."

Raye, always quick on her feet, stepped forward with a confident look. "Lip balm," she said with a smirk, and sure enough, the answer popped up on the screen.

They were down to the final answer, and Fitz stepped up again, his mind racing. He glanced back at his family, feeling the weight of their expectant eyes on him. He thought about his usual routine before heading to a party, then it hit him.

"Breath mints," he said, crossing his fingers.

The board flashed, and the final answer revealed itself. The Grant family had won the round.

Cheers erupted from all of them, Olivia throwing her arms around Fitz while Tommy jumped up and down in excitement, shouting, "We did it! We did it!"

Raye high-fived Iya, who was beaming with pride. The joy of winning wasn't just about the points—it was about the feeling of coming together as a team, as a family.

"Alright, let's keep it going," Fitz said, gathering them for a quick pep talk. "We've got this!"

As they moved on to the next round, Fitz glanced over at Olivia, feeling a swell of gratitude. Competing on Family Feud wasn't just a game—it was a chance to make memories with his family, to share laughs, and to build bonds that went beyond any scoreboard.

As the game continued, Fitz realized that win or lose, he was exactly where he wanted to be, surrounded by the people he loved most in the world.

The hum of the private jet's engines was a comforting backdrop as the family settled into their seats, still buzzing with excitement from their appearance on Family Feud. Fitz leaned back in his seat, a proud smile on his face. Not only had they managed to raise $25,000 for charity, but they'd also had a blast doing it. He glanced around at his family, each of them smiling, laughing, and looking happier than ever.

"Alright," Raye started, smirking as she reached for a sparkling water, "let's get down to business. Who's ready to relive the finest moment in Grant family history?"

"Oh boy," Fitz groaned, rubbing his forehead, though he was laughing. "Here we go."

Olivia raised her hand, grinning. "I think it's only fair we start with our fearless leader." She turned to Fitz, eyes twinkling. "So, Fitz… Name something you find in a bathroom. And your answer was… a toaster?"

The whole family burst out laughing, and Fitz's face turned red. "Okay, okay, in my defense," he started, struggling to get a word in over the laughter, "I was under pressure! I don't know why that came out."

"Right, because every bathroom has a toaster," Raye teased, poking his shoulder. "Classic bathroom essential."

Tommy jumped in, bouncing in his seat with excitement. "Daddy, you should've just said toothbrush! Even I knew that!"

Christian leaned over to high-five Tommy. "I knew it too! But a toaster would be awesome. Imagine toasting Pop-Tarts right there in the bathroom!"

Harrison chuckled and shook his head. "Now you're giving him ideas, Christian. Next thing we know, Fitz will actually install a toaster in the bathroom."

Fitz held up his hands in surrender. "Alright, alright, enough about the toaster! Can we talk about Raye's answer?" He turned to his sister, his eyes gleaming with mischief. "Because I seem to remember a certain someone saying you'd find car keys in a refrigerator."

Everyone laughed again, and Raye shrugged, looking unapologetic. "Hey, I was thinking about places people lose things! You can't tell me you've never misplaced your keys in a weird spot."

Olivia chuckled, leaning in. "Sure, Raye, but the fridge? I mean, who does that?"

"I do!" Raye replied, crossing her arms with a playful pout. "I found my keys in the fridge just last month, thank you very much. It's a perfectly reasonable answer!"

Tommy leaned over to Iya, who was giggling beside him. "Iya, remember when you said unicorns for 'something you might find in a forest'?"

Iya's cheeks flushed, but she laughed, covering her face. "Hey, unicorns could totally live in a forest! And it was the first thing that popped into my head!"

Fitz reached over and patted her back. "And you were so confident, too. I've never seen someone so sure of a mythical creature living in a forest."

"That's because it's called imagination, Dad," Iya shot back, rolling her eyes but grinning.

Harrison cleared his throat, a mischievous look on his face as he turned to Olivia. "Well Olivia, would you like to explain your answer to 'Name a famous wizard'?"

Olivia groaned, burying her face in her hands. "Oh no, don't remind me. I panicked! I said… Merlin the Frog instead of Kermit!"

Everyone burst out laughing again, tears forming in the corners of their eyes.

"Merlin the Frog, though? Really?" Raye teased, clutching her stomach. "I don't know if I'll ever get over that one."

"Hey, it was kind of right," Olivia said, laughing along. "My brain just… combined Merlin and Kermit! It was a moment, okay?"

Fitz grinned, putting an arm around her. "That's alright, babe. 'Merlin the Frog' is going down in history as my favorite Family Feud moment ever."

Tommy jumped up, mimicking Olivia's voice. "Merlin the Frog!" The kids all cracked up, laughing so hard they almost fell out of their seats.

As they calmed down, Fitz looked around at his family, feeling a warmth settle over him. They'd just spent the day making fools of themselves on national television, and it couldn't have been more fun. He was grateful for these moments—these memories that they'd carry with them forever.

"Alright, so we were a little ridiculous," Fitz admitted, his eyes twinkling. "But hey, we raised $25,000 for charity. And I got to do it with the best team I could ask for."

"Aww," Raye said, leaning over to wrap an arm around his shoulders. "You're getting sappy on us, Fitz."

Olivia smiled, resting her head on his shoulder. "I think we're all a little sappy tonight. It was an amazing day."

Tommy, always eager to keep the energy high, pointed his finger in the air. "To the Grant family—champions of Family Feud and masters of ridiculous answers!"

Everyone raised their imaginary glasses, clinking them in a toast. "To the Grant family!"
