Chapter Fourteen: The Rescue
Asha's heart leaped with joy when she saw her brothers and the Lion Guard coming to save her.
Asha: *baby voice* "Bongo, Bobo!" Her eyes sparkled as she called out.
Janja: "You're too late, Lion Guard! Asha isn't going anywhere!" He sneered, refusing to admit defeat.
Reirei: "And you can't stop all of us!" She stood beside him, her eyes narrowing.
The hyenas and jackals all stood together, united in their intent to overpower the Lion Guard and the baboons.
But Kion, undeterred, stepped forward.
Kion: "Think again, Reirei. We've got some help of our own." He said, his voice steady and filled with confidence.
Just then, Kamari, Razi, and Zahara stepped forward, standing alongside the Lion Guard, Bongo, and Bobo. The baboons were ready to fight.
Janja: "Hahahaha! You really think a few baboons can stop us?" He burst into laughter.
Reirei: "This is going to be easy." She smirked.
With that, the hyenas and jackals charged.
Kion:"Alright, everyone, let's go save Asha!" He raised his voice.
The Lion Guard and the baboons charged into battle.
Kion: *growls* He immediately tackled Janja, growling fiercely.
Reirei tried to sneak behind Kion to pounce, but before she could, Bobo appeared out of nowhere, knocking her down with a powerful kick.
Kion: "Thanks, Bobo." He said, grateful.
Bobo: "Don't mention it." He grinned.
Bunga, always enthusiastic, let out his battle cry.
Bunga: "Zuka Zama!" He tackled Goigoi, pinning him to the ground.
Meanwhile, Ono swooped down, pecking at a few teenage jackals and hyenas, while Beshte charged forward, knocking them aside with ease.
Fuli, always quick on her feet, devised a plan.
Fuli: "Bongo, I'll create a distraction, and you take them down." She glanced at Bongo, focused and ready.
Bongo: "Got it." He replied, ready for action.
Fuli sped around Cheezi and Chungu, confusing them as she ran circles around them. Then, with perfect timing, Bongo delivered a series of punches and kicks, taking them both down. He gave Fuli a thumbs-up, and she smiled back in approval.
Meanwhile, Kamari, Razi, and Zahara faced off against Dogo and Kijana, who were growling in frustration.
Dogo and Kijana: *snarls* They snarled.
Kamari and Razi stood their ground, ready for the challenge.
Kamari and Razi: "Bring it on!" They said in unison.
Dogo and Kijana lunged at them, but Kamari and Razi easily dodged their attacks. Kamari grabbed Dogo's tail, while Razi grabbed Kijana's. With synchronized strength, they swung the jackal pups around and threw them at each other.
Kijana: "Ohhh." She groaned.
Dogo: "My head." He muttered, dazed.
As the fight raged on, Zahara hurried to Asha's side.
Zahara: "Asha, follow me." she whispered urgently.
Asha nodded and followed Zahara to safety, with Kamari and Razi quickly joining them to ensure she was out of harm's way.
Kion: "It's over, you two!" He faced Janja and Reirei, standing tall and determined.
He prepared to use the Roar of the Elders, but a sneeze threatened to stop him. Kion hesitated for a moment but pushed through, summoning his strength.
Kion: *exhales* He breathed deeply and then let out a mighty roar.
The power of the Roar blew the hyenas and jackals away, sending them tumbling and running in defeat.
With the battle won, Asha was safe once again.
