Bermuda gazed at the cloud arcobaleno before him and he simply tilted his head almost cat-like,
"well? I'm all packed" Skull spoke as he crossed his arms and had a bag slung over his shoulder with a raised eyebrow as he waited patiently for the response of the leader of Vindicare.
"..you seem...almost eager..." Bermuda spoke curiously at the cloud arcobaleno who snorted
"listen, don't act like you don't know...the little sky is probably my best bet of a proper harmony" Skull replied bluntly as he gazed at Bermuda with a steely gaze.
Bermuda hummed before smirking beneath the bandages on his face
"She figured you would say that" Bermuda spoke and Skull blinked before snorting softly
"Of course she did...shall we go?" Skull responded and Bermuda nodded before stepping to the side as his portal appeared behind him.
"After you" Bermuda confirmed and Skull smirked before he walked past Bermuda and into the portal and Bermuda followed behind him, the portal closing up tight not even two seconds later.
Leaving no trace behind that the Vindice had been there in the first place, all the others would find, is Skull gone and his room completely cleaned out of anything he saw as his.
Nana looked up from the book she was reading when she saw the portal appear in the backyard, she tilted her head slightly almost curiously before she saw who exited the portal. The brunette smiled before she stood up and went to the backdoor
"Bermuda-san, hello Skull-kun" Nana greeted the two arcobaleno that had arrived in her backyard, her head tilted slightly when she noticed only one bag in Skull's hands
"...only one bag?" Nana asked curiously
"...it's all I considered mine in that house" Skull replied and Nana simply nodded in understanding
"come in won't you both? have some tea" Nana hummed as she stepped aside and ushered both men into her home.
"thank you Miss Nana, but I should be getting back to-" Bermuda was cut off by the stern look given by Nana who simply stared Bermuda down until the leader of the Vindice finally sighed and relented
"I...suppose some tea is fine then" Bermuda finally spoke and Skull looked between the two almost shocked that Nana had managed to get Bermuda to relent and accept tea.
At least until he remembered who she was the mother of and suddenly everything made sense to him
"ah, you're where she got the spine of steel" Skull spoke and Nana simply smiled
"of course, she got her spine from me, she definitely didn't get it from her sorry excuse of a father" Nana replied with a simple yet sharp smile and Skull instantly knew where Tsunami got her smile from.
"..you are a terrifying woman, don't let anyone tell you otherwise" Skull spoke up after a few seconds of silence and Nana simply giggled in reply as she moved to put the kettle onto boil so that she could start making some tea for the two almost unexpected guests,
"...now I see where Tsunami got her smile from..." Skull whispered to Bermuda who simply nodded in agreement
"agreed, you should see them both together" Bermuda replied and Skull shuddered at the thought of being subject to both brunette's simple yet sharp smiles
"no thanks," the cloud arcobaleno shuddered before seeing Nana return with two cups of steaming tea
"here you both go, cream and sugar are here as well" the woman hummed after she fetched the cream and sugar so that Skull and Bermuda could control how much of each they had if they even had cream or sugar with their tea at all.
Tsunami rubbed her eyes sleepy as she walked down the stairs, Chrome following behind her and still waking up, both females didn't notice the male sleeping on the couch until the brunette registered the cloud flames now within her home and she tensed sharply.
At least until she recognised the owner of the flames and she smiled as she sleepily looked at the purple-haired male sleeping soundly on the couch with an empty cup of tea on the coffee table,
"Bossu?" Chrome asked sleepily while leaning against Tsunami's back, it was then the mist noticed the cloud on the couch and she hummed sleepily
"..looks like Bermuda-san picked up Skull-san" Chrome mumbled sleepily and Tsunami nodded before getting Chrome to sit down at the dining table
"it does seem so, it must have been late last night" the brunette hummed as she went about boiling the kettle and also getting the coffee machine turned on so she could make either tea or coffee.
"tea or coffee?" Tsunami looked at Chrome who mumbled while rubbing her good eye
"...tea please" the mist hummed and the sky nodded in response as she went about making tea for her dearest mist and coffee for herself,
"morning Tsu-chan" Nana greeted with a small yawn as she also came down the stairs and kissed her daughter on the head, before also kissing Chrome on the head
"morning Chrome-chan" Nana hummed and Chrome paused before smiling softly after remembering that Nana was treating her like her own daughter.
"Morning Mama" Chrome greeted in reply and both brunettes paused before Tsunami grinned widely, Nana smiled happily and Chrome blushed slightly when she realised what she had called Nana, but seeing how happy Nana was, Chrome didn't want to take it back.
"aww, I have the best daughters" Nana cooed happily as she hugged Chrome close, the young mist paused before relaxing into the hug, happy to finally have a mother who loved her, even if Nana had always treated her kindly having that affirmation that she was like a daughter to her, made it all the more better for the mist.
Nana started to make breakfast as her two daughters enjoyed their tea and coffee at the dining table, the atmosphere between the three females was calm and peaceful, it was made even more so when the cloud sleeping on the couch finally woke up and joined them at the table after accepting the offer for coffee from Nana,
"morning Skull-kun" Tsunami smiled once Skull had taken a few sips of the coffee and was awake properly to register everything around him more properly
"morning Tsunami, morning little Mist" Skull greeted both females who greeted him back with small smiles and Nana smiled happily at how full her dining table was now.
Even if it wasn't as full as before...but with both her daughters and the cloud, perhaps it was those that stuck around that truly made her dining table full and her house joyous once again.
Mukuro smirked to himself, Vongola truly made it far too easy to gather information about everything they were doing now that they had once again kicked the main-line heiress to the curb, truly Vongola was indeed very stupid.
"Oi, mist trash" Mukuro froze stiff as he registered the voice of the wrath-sky Xanxaus, the mist gulped slightly as he remembered that Xanxaus had grown protective of Tsunami...he was in trouble.
Mukuro turned and looked at Xanxaus, concealing his true emotions behind a calm and trickster smile
"Kufufufu, if it isn't the leader of the Varia" Mukuro greeted and Xanxaus growled and Mukuro stiffened at the flicker of wrath flames along the man's shoulders,
"cut the act. Why the fuck are you of all people here in Italy instead of Japan" Xanxaus asked coldly leaving no room for the mist to try and wriggle out of the situation
"I'm not sure what you mean" Mukuro replied trying to play dumb only to flinch when a bullet made of pure wrath flames shot past him, only grazing his cheek.
"Don't play dumb. I know for a fact there is no possible way you of all her elements would have ever turned your back on her. Considering she's the reason you are currently walking free" Xanxaus growled darkly
"I also know, that the other mist is still with her. Considering I don't see that other mist around anywhere" The wrath continued as he glared darkly at Mukuro who decided the best possible way to get out of this was to just...go.
"So maybe you should- Oh for fuck's sake!" Xanxaus yelled when he saw Mukuro use a mist tunnel to leave his line of sight, the wrath sky growled before he turned and went back to Varia castle,
"bloody mist being a pain." the wrath growled darkly as he entered the castle and went to his office to drink away his annoyance and also worry for Tsunami.
The clicking of horseshoes resounded throughout the sleeping little town in Japan, three horse-drawn carriages clopped down the road leading to a house with no surname next to the gate any more, but even without the surname, the trio of carriages knew their destination and soon all three carriages were leaving the small little town and going through a mirror all to approach the same place.
The sign above the gates leading to what seemed like a castle read;
'Night Raven College' and all three carriages continued past the gate and the coffins inside soon joined other floating coffins within the same room, all as voices sounded throughout the school and people slowly gathered in a single room to await the new students that were coming for the year.
One coffin seemed to shine almost amber as brown eyes opened before realising where they were...
"not again" the person groaned quietly before they heard a commotion and suddenly the lid to the coffin blew off with a flare of blue fire.
