Standing in front of Mom's desk I keep my expression blank as she explains what my job is "so I'm supposed to be a sidekick for her because her ex is being a petty bitch that she dumped his loser ass?" I ask frowning.
"Beth, language"
Waving her off I sigh since I've already partially read the files on her normal villains.
Taking the device she holds out I look it over "shit, sweet perks" I add smirking at her glare.
Seeing the screen light up I answer seeing a boy "Sup gadget man" I answer seeing him perk up "Mission".
"Cool I'll go pick up the cheerleader" I answer after he gives me the information.
Walking out I shove past Will knocking him to the wall before getting to my hoverjet and taking off.
Once arriving I lower the ladder watching and she climbs up as it raises back in then take off following the location lock.
"Hi, I'm Kim" she offers smiling.
"Beth" I grunt putting on my autopilot then look at her "okay so we are going to have to work together, so lets not get in each other's way I know it will take some time to adjust" I add before pointing at the seatbelt "and buckle up we are almost there" I finish.
Reaching the area I lower us down like we're crashing before landing safely and getting out shivering happily.
Following Kim I walk calmly while looking around as we get past the guards and into the lair then listen to the Blue moron ranting.
Sneaking past I pop up behind him whispering boo causing him to scream and turn to look at me "who are you?" he asks confused.
Shrugging I push past him "something horrible" I answer before poking around the machine.
Feeling him slapping me I laugh just taking it "wow, I've met babies that hit harder then you, what's next gonna pull hair like little girls on the playground" I taunt.
"Beth" Kim calls while rolling away from Shego "stop playing and finish" she calls out.
Shrugging I look back at the Blue moron and smirk "you heard the bossy one" I say beforekicking out causing him to slam into his machine and both tumble over the edge as I grab his leg, ignoring his screaming I reach in my pocket to grab a robe I carry and tie him to the railings before jumping over and landing on the ground, walking to the machine I tilt my head before picking up a wrench.
Busting it up I rip the wires out as the guy yells for Shego to help him, seeing her throw something down and smoke appear I watch as she flips away and quickly frees him before rushing out.
Hearing a count down start I follow Kim out and see Mom's group rushing around gathering goons.
Heading for my hoverjet I gasp being thrown back as it explodes from a large green plasma blast.
Snarling I look up seeing them take off, growling I stomp my feet before shooting up with my jet boots straight at them, grabbing on I climbing up and rip the dome open shoving Shego out then smirk yanking the control sending up shooting down and lean forward grabbing her just in time before we land.
Kim runs up helping to get Shego and I toss the other out "Will, I'm taking this joke of a hoverjet as compensation for mine" I bark.
Motioning to Kim to come on I flip off Shego before taking off back for G.J., landing outside Kim climbs out looking confused but follows me in.
Stalking past everyone to Mom's office I step in crossing my arms "Yes Beth?" she asks not looking up.
"I'm taking the hoverjet"
"You can not take other people's property Beth"
"The hell I can't, that bitch blew up mine and now they will repay me" I answer then frown "what is with that blue fucker fighting like a school girl?" I add.
Mom sighs pinching the bridge of her nose "take it, just go I can't deal with this now" she answers.
Nodding I turn dragging Kim out with me "let's get you home".
"Beth you're on your own for dinner" Mom calls out.
Rolling my eyes I leave getting Kim home quickly, she stops and glances back at me "do you want to come in?" She asks sounding unsure.
Shrugging I land the jet in her back yard and jump out then turn to look at it frowning "that needs a lot of work to fix it" I mumble sighing.
"Dr. Director's your mom?" Kim asks.
"Yep, if you ask her I just spawned out of her one night" I answer smirking.
"Who's your friend Kimmie"
Looking up I smile sweetly stepping up and hold my hand out to the woman that looks like an older version of Kim "Hello ma'am, I'm Elizabeth Director I'm Kim's new G.J partner for her missions" I answer.
"Director? Are you related to Betty?" She asks.
"Yes ma'am, she's my mom"
"Is there a reason a jet is in the back yard?" She asks looking at Kim raising her brow.
"That's my fault ma'am, my last one I could make smaller and carry on me, unfortunately Shego blew it up I took this as compensation for that and need to work on it" I answer.
"Oh, well don't let the boys in it"
"Yes ma'am" I answer before she heads back in, seeing Kim's look of shock I give her an innocent look "what?" I ask like I'm confused.
"I don't know, I thought you would be how you were with your mom" she adds sounding relieved.
"Nah, with her she knows I'm just annoying her but I know how to behave around people and be respectful, Mom would be suspicious of me if I wasn't being a pain" I answer before laughing "you should see family dinners with the cousins, she stabbed one with a spoon for trying to take my cake that was before I was old enough to really fight for my food, she's way different then at work".
Kim nods looking shocked "a spoon?" She repeats.
"Yeah, family dinners or reunions are more likely to end in hospital visits or one of the family members that is a doctor having to treat someone if they feel helpful" I answer then frown "that might have to do with many of them either being criminals or law enforcement, but those gathering means no work so no one gets arrested" I add scratching my head.
Kim motions me to the house and I follow her in glancing around "hey Mom can Beth stay for dinner Dr. Director is busy and won't make it home in time" Kim asks as we stand inthe kitchen.
She nods smiling before glancing at me almost unsure about me in general, I'm use to it since I've already gotten my soul mark and presented as an Alpha.
Following Kim to her room she goes to close the door behind us and I grab it shaking my head while pushing it open all the way then sit on a chair while she sits on the bed.
"I always close my door" Kim says frowning.
"Trust me your parents would panic if you closed it with me I'm new and 18, I've presented already that's why your mom was unsure about me" I answer just before Mrs. Possible comes up and looks relieved seeing the door's open then glances at me looking more relaxed.
Once she leaves Kim smiles leaning forward "you have your soul mark?" She asks.
Nodding I lift my eye patch showing a black spot perfectly over my eye, Kim tilts her head frowning "what do you think happens?" She asks.
"I think I'm punched, probably for something I say" I answer laughing "I'm just glad I didn'tget one like my cousin".
"Why?"
"When his came he ran outside crying because his is over his crotch, after he explained it we all laughed and pointed out he's mate knee's him or kicks him there"
Kim makes a pained face before shaking her head "so how long till you get your's and present?"
"Next month"
Nodding I rub my hand on my stomach while hearing two boys talking loudly in the backyard, getting up I make my way out seeing two boys and a man looking at my jet.
The dad turns to look at me and frowns "Hello Sir, I'm Elizabeth Director I'm Kim's new partner for her missions and Yes I'm Betty's child" I say easily while holding out my hand.
He shakes my hand before nodding to my jet "your's?" He asks.
"Yes Sir, it's compensation for mine being blown up by Shego, I plan to fix it that Blue guy is clearly horrible at building"
"What's your plans for it?" He asks looking back to the jet.
"My last one I could get small enough I carried it on me, I accidentally drove it threw my uncle's headquarters once and it barely got a few scratches, but since I plan to use it formissions I want to upgrade that and make sure Plasma won't blow it up" I answer.
"You drove it threw his headquarters?" He asks confused.
"Yeah, Mom's twin brother is Gemini, grandmother took me to visit him on my birthday and it was a gift, while teaching me his goofy dog bit my arm and I accidentally sent us threw the
building, it was closed that day luckily or Mom would have lost her mind about the visit"
Next day
Landing at the school I laugh as Kim runs out and jumps in before we take off, coming to a lab that's known to hold animal DNA we get out and start heading in "remind me again what's this one's problem" I say casually.
"DNAmy, she's obsessed with making real life cuddle buddies"
Nodding I frown seeing spider webs covering the hall "Kim?" I say calmly while glancing around.
Before she can respond I hear a monkey screech and look up seeing a spider monkey with the lower body of a spider "what the fuck this chick is nuts" I mumble.
"Yep" Kim answers.
"Is now a good time to mention Spiders creep me out?" I ask.
Seeing one coming down I shiver while ignoring Kim looking at me in disbelief, looking around I sigh seeing nothing to use "Great" I mumble before charging the creature and jumping so I grab its throat while swinging my body around to stand on it.
Feeling it go limp and drop I jump down shivering and dusting my hands over my body "let's just get past this" I answer seeing her shock.
Having to pass multiple animal hybrid guards to reach the chick I look at the heavy set woman putting samples in a container "Yo Big Momma, you make that spider thing?" I ask catching her attention.
She nods then frowns "you don't work here".
Nodding I walk closer to her then punch her knocking her back some "living cuddle buddies are a horrible idea and that damn spider is just disgusting, you're lucky I did kill that
monstrosity" I bark.
Kim rushes up and gets her contained before checking her face "Amy are you okay?" Sheasks.
"She hit me in the face" the woman says in disbelief.
"I know I'm sorry, she's just upset because spiders creep her out" Kim adds before glaring at me.
Sighing I cross my arms "sorry I hit you like that" I mumble, the woman squeals then smiles at me "oh thank you, but what about the others they are adorable right" she says happily.
Looking at Kim a moment I then look at the woman raving about all her adorable babies.
Leading the woman out I glance around seeing the creatures loaded up as we hand her off.
Sitting back to the jet I sigh rubbing my eyes "does Mom give you all the crazies?" I ask.
