Part 3: The Game of Seduction
The next day, Madison and Megan stood outside their first-period class, both girls buzzing with excitement and nerves. "Okay, here's the plan," Madison said, her voice low and conspiratorial. "We'll take turns flirting with Naruto. I'll go after you, and we'll see who can make him crack first."
Megan nodded, her competitive spirit ignited. "Alright, I'll go first. Just watch me work my magic!" She smirked, confidence radiating from her. As the bell rang, they entered the classroom, where students were already taking their seats.
As Megan settled into her desk, she quickly noticed the familiar scene: boys flocking to her, eager for her attention. "Can I take you out this weekend?" one boy asked, another chimed in, "I've got tickets to the game!"
Megan rolled her eyes, her focus shifting as she scanned the room for Naruto. But he was already there, sitting at the back with his head down, seemingly lost in thought. Ignoring the advances of the boys around her, she turned her full attention to him, determined to break through his icy exterior.
Taking a deep breath, Megan sauntered over to Naruto, her confidence bolstered by the attention she usually received. "Hey, Naruto," she said, leaning against his desk with a playful smile. "What are you working on?"
Naruto barely lifted his head, his blue eyes flickering up to meet hers for a moment before he returned to his notebook. "Just drawing," he replied, his tone flat and uninterested.
Megan felt a spark of shock at his indifference but pressed on, determined to make an impression. "You're really talented. I've seen your sketches," she said, her voice flirtatious. "I'd love to see more of your work sometime."
But Naruto didn't respond; he simply put his head down again, focusing on his drawing as if she weren't even there. Megan felt a pang of frustration mixed with disbelief. How could he ignore her like this? No boy had ever brushed her off so easily.
As class started, Megan returned to her desk, her mind racing. She had to come up with a new plan. Glancing around, she spotted a piece of paper and an idea struck her. She quickly scribbled a note that read, "Come to the woods with me after school," crumpled it up, and tossed it at Naruto's head.
The paper hit him squarely, and he looked up, startled. Megan pointed at the note, urging him to read it. Curious, Naruto picked it up, uncrumpled it, and scanned the message. For a moment, Megan thought it might actually work, but her heart dropped when a note landed on her desk shortly after.
She opened it, only to find a simple response: "No, thank you." Shocked, she stared at the note, disbelief washing over her. Was this really happening?
The rest of the class dragged on as boys continued to swarm around her, desperate for her attention, but Megan was too distracted by her encounter with Naruto to care. She was determined to make this work.
As the bell rang, signaling the end of the class, she bolted from her desk and hurried to find Naruto. She spotted him heading out of the classroom and rushed after him, calling out, "Naruto, wait!"
But he simply walked faster, ignoring her calls. The sight of him brushing her off again stung, and Megan felt her confidence waver. What was it about him that made him so different from everyone else?
After a long day filled with attempts at getting his attention and failing miserably, Megan finally made her way to the woods to meet Madison. As she arrived, she saw Madison crouched over a boy, who was clearly out of sorts. It didn't take long to figure out what was happening.
"Madison!" Megan called, shaking her head in disbelief. "What are you doing?"
Madison looked up, a sly smile on her lips. "Just having a little snack. How did it go with Naruto?"
Megan sighed, plopping down next to her. "He completely ignored me! I tried flirting, I tried being direct, and all he did was brush me off like I was nothing. He even rejected my invitation to the woods!"
Madison raised an eyebrow, surprised. "Really? He said no? That's interesting. I've never met anyone who didn't fall at our feet."
"Exactly!" Megan exclaimed, frustration lacing her voice. "What's wrong with him?"
Madison's eyes sparkled with mischief. "Maybe he just doesn't know what he's missing. But that makes it more of a challenge. I'll try my hand at him tomorrow. Let's see if I can crack that cold exterior of his."
Megan shook her head, a mix of disbelief and intrigue in her eyes. "Are you sure about that? He didn't seem interested at all."
"Trust me," Madison replied, smirking. "I have a few tricks up my sleeve. Besides, we're succubi; it's what we do best. If he's immune to charm, I want to know why."
As they sat together, the evening light filtering through the trees, Megan couldn't shake the feeling that something about Naruto was different. The game was on, and she knew that their encounter would only deepen the mystery surrounding him. The challenge was set, and the next day would bring new opportunities to unravel the enigma that was Naruto—and possibly discover the reason behind his strange resistance to their allure.
