Lori greets the viewers, waving around her hands as if she were a celebrity.
Lori L.: (to the viewers) Hello, people! And we present to you, a second movie!
Roberto comes into the scene and tells his girlfriend to stop, much to her clasping her hands behind her.
Roberto S.: (to Lori) De acuerdo, Lori, that's enough.
William and Olivia run up to the duo, they panted as they took a moment to refuel their stamina.
William A.: (to Lori, dusting his button-up shirt) Alright, Lori, we get you're excited for another movie… But sometimes you need to calm down…
The Afton children walk into the scene, as I rode a skateboard towards Roberto and Lori. I got off the skateboard and put it on the bench.
Me: (to the viewers) Yes, I'm working on another movie guys. I'll still publish chapters amidst the process.
Elizabeth was excited, so she tugged on my shirt and asked me a question.
Elizabeth A.: Can you tell me what the movie is about, Mr. Strange Guy?
I cringed, and told Elizabeth the plot of the movie in short.
Me: (to Elizabeth) Call me Mel, and the movie is about Lincoln surviving a night at Flumpty's.
Lincoln comes into the scene.
Lincoln L.: (to me) Well, to put it lightly, the first one was better than the one you're going to make. (he smiled sheepishly)
I just smiled and told Lincoln that it was fine. Then, I turned to look at the viewers.
Me: Alright, for the Flumpty lovers out there, I'm going to make a second movie which features Lincoln surviving a night at Flumpty's House of Horrors! Also, thank you Jonochrome, for making One Night at Flumpty's. I thank Scott Cawthon for inspiring you and the others, to make your own games that are based on the FNaF series.
William A.: (to me) Should we start?
Me: (to William) Yes, William, we are now starting the movie! Tell everyone to get their tickets for today, and give them some food for the cinema too!
Michael turned to Lincoln and hands him the tickets.
Michael A.: (to Lincoln) Lincoln, you're handing out these tickets to people who'll be watching the movie. Get it?
Lincoln takes the tickets from Michael's hand and nods in response. I put on my 3D glasses and get my skateboard, as I skateboarded into the cinema and magically change into my tux as I led the people watching the movie to their seats.

Can You Survive One Night at Flumpty's?
WARNING: This movie contains blood and gore, moderate profanity, and scenes that include killing. An example of this will be Flumpty shoving the Beaver's head in the toilet and flushing him, breaking his neck and killing him. This includes the descriptions of the scenes mentioned above. Reader discretion is advised for readers 13 and under.
It was a humid August evening in Royal Woods in 1981. It was Friday, the day where people finally rest after a long week of work. Freddy Fazbear's Pizza was full of lively banter and families celebrating joyous occasions, its neon sign gleamed brightly in the evening light.
William and Lynn Sr. were outside the Parts & Service room, talking to each other about the new pizzeria. Lincoln was at a table with Rita, Olivia, and Elizabeth, C.C. was playing with Sammy in the party rooms while Lincoln was busy looking at random articles on his phone. Michael was hanging out with his friends, sharing jokes every now and then.
"What do you call a man with no body and no nose?" Stephanie asked Michael.
"I don't know!" Michael smiled.
"Nobody nose!" Robert joked, much to his other friends laughing.
Lincoln kept scrolling through various articles, until he found one that caught his attention. He read the article out loud. Henry and Valerie sat down as he did so.
"Survive a night at Flumpty's, and win a prize! Flumpty's is looking for a 'one-time' nightguard, and if you want to apply, call: 1-678-7777-EGG." Lincoln mumbled the other words to himself as he looked through the article.
Rita raised a brow and turned to look at her middle child. "Honey? What are you reading?"
Lincoln gave her his phone in response, she took it from him and read it from beginning to end. Rita looked at her son with a concerned face. "Honey," She said to her child. "Flumpty's has been closed down for years, are you sure you want to go there?"
The eleven-year-old dismissed his mother's concerns. "I'll be fine Mom, I can survive one night at Flumpty's funhouse. It's just one night, what else am I there for?"
Elizabeth frowned a bit. "Linky, you should listen to your mom." She said.
Olivia agreed. "Yes, Lincoln, listen to your mother, OK?"
"Yes…" Lincoln said, defeated.
Rita sighed. "I'll let you go to Flumpty's, as long as you guarantee that you will be fine and will not be involved in any kind of danger. Understand?" She told her middle child.
"Yes, Mom!" Lincoln said, as he got off the table and went off to the house to prepare his tools for the night at Flumpty's.
Meanwhile, Michael and his friends heard the mention of Flumpty and well, they became concerned for Lincoln. Many contestants there were killed and skinned when they lost Flumpty's deadly game.
Michael shuddered at the mention of Flumpty's. "Isn't that the place where most people die at Flumpty's mercy?"
"It is." Elijah said, scared. "I heard that when you lose Flumpty's game, you get killed and then they rip you a brand new face… Even I know what that means…"
At the Loud residence, Lincoln went inside and upstairs to his room to prepare his tools to fend off Flumpty and his friends. He charges his laptop and phone, then he prepares some fresh double A's for his flashlight.
Roberto and Lori, who were downstairs, noticed him going upstairs. Lynn Jr. and Leni were in the kitchen talking to each other while making their smoothies.
Roberto shrugged it off, as he knew Lincoln would read his comics upstairs. Lori did the same and went back to watching TV with her boyfriend. Lincoln came downstairs to grab a sandwich from the fridge, Lucy was on the armchair writing her poems for the Poetry Club.
"Oye, Lincoln!" Roberto called out. Lincoln stopped in his tracks. "What were you doing upstairs, hermano?"
"Getting ready for my night at Flumpty's!" Lincoln smiled as he ate his sandwich. Lynn Jr. and Leni peeked out of the kitchen, and Roberto and Lori's faces frowned.
"Flumpty's?" Lori raised her brow.
"There had been circulating rumors about that place, if you're going there, count us in!" Roberto said, standing up from his position. Lori puts on a look of vigilance on her face and did the same.
"We're coming with you as well, I'm going to charge my phone right this instant." Lori said, getting out her charger and phone.
"Charge mine too." Roberto said, pulling out his phone.
"Good thing my charger has two slots." She pulled out another cable and began charging their phones upstairs.
Later, they got ready when the clock struck 11:30 PM. Lynn Sr. came upstairs in his Freddy Fazbear's Pizza nightguard uniform, he told them that he had been employed as the nightguard at Freddy's under William's suggestion. Rita went upstairs to tuck Lana in bed.
"Oh hey Dad, where did you get that uniform?" Lincoln said, fixing up his orange button-up shirt.
"I got hired by your uncle William as the new nightguard since my IT company closed down due to bankruptcy, guess my boss should've kept an eye on the expenses shouldn't he?" Lynn Sr. laughed, and so did Lincoln.
"I agree, Dad." Lori giggled.
"Alright, honey," Rita said to her husband. "you'll need to go to work now, you don't want to be late." She smiled. "I'll tuck Lana to bed, don't worry." Lincoln turned on his flashlight and waved goodbye to his parents as he, Lori, and Roberto departed for Flumpty's.
"Wait right there!" Lynn Sr. said as he puts on his hat and scrambles to get the keys.
Later, they were in the van. They got in the backseat, while Lynn Sr. drived them to Flumpty's. Lynn Sr. wasn't feeling OK about Lincoln spending a night at Flumpty's funhouse, let alone the thought of him getting into immense danger and going to heaven early at a young age.
"Are you sure about this, son?" Lynn Sr. asked, an uneasy feeling taking over him.
"I'll be fine, Dad." Lincoln smiled.
"Besides, we are here to keep an eye on him." Lori said to her father.
They arrived at Flumpty's House of Horrors, the place was quite scary and old. The painting was almost faded but the sign still glowed in the night, which shows Flumpty smiling and the name of the place in red monospace letters.
The trio got off, and Lynn Sr. went away to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. During the trip, Lynn Sr. was already thinking to himself and asking questions whether he should go back to Flumpty's and take him back home or just leave him alone. Once he arrived at Freddy's, he was shocked to see William standing in the office waiting for him.
"So, you're ready for your shift?" William said, sitting back on a chair.
"Yes, I am." Lynn Sr. said, fixing his shirt and shaking the shock off his face.
So, he sat down and William taught him the basics of the office. He taught him how to switch cameras and everything, and so, they enjoyed each other's company.
"I'm going to call Lincoln." Lynn Sr. said, getting a telephone and dialing Lincoln's phone.
"Why?" William asked.
"He's spending a night at Flumpty's deranged funhouse, so I'll give him a heads-up." Lynn Sr. said, holding the handset near his ear. The dial tone rang as the phone reached out to Lincoln's number.
At Flumpty's, the telephone rang. It rang and rang until Lincoln picked up the line.
"Hello, this is Lincoln Loud speaking." Lincoln replied.
"Lincoln!" Lynn Sr.'s voice crackled on the line. "It's good to hear that you're in good hands. How's the night going? Did anything strange happen?"
"No, everything's fine." Lincoln responded to his father as Lori took over his laptop and watched the cameras. "The place was quite messy, and I saw a pool of vomit on the floor."
Lynn Sr. grimaced. "Well, I'm going to give you a heads-up. Do you see those two control panels on the side of each door?"
"Yeah, how do these work by the way?" Lincoln said as he looked at the control panel.
"The red button turns green when the doors are shut, the white button is used for the lights. Keep an eye on the video feed so you can see where Flumpty and his friends are going. But there's a catch, you have limited power that's reserved for the doors and you need to use it wisely. But, on the bright side, the cameras are not connected to the power supply." Lynn Sr. explained.
"I see…" Lincoln said as he looked at the wall-mounted tablet that showed details about the door power and usage.
"We'll call you back at 3:00," William's voice crackled on the line. "see you soon, Lincoln, and be careful!" He hung up.
"Our door power is limited, so we'll have to use it whenever needed. Got it?" Lincoln explained.
Roberto and Lori nodded in response. "I'll keep an eye on the cameras, Lincoln, you and Bobby will take care of the doors."
"Alright." Roberto and Lincoln said in unison. They both get to their duties and watched the doors, ready to close them at any time. The clock struck 12:00 midnight, and the night truly began.
Lori kept an eye on the cameras, and she switched to CAM 2A. She saw no one outside the door thankfully, and then she switched to CAM 1, which was the main room. Flumpty and Birthday Boy Blam were happily eating a cake, the video feed was replaced with static for a few moments before showing Flumpty standing up and going towards the west hall and Birthday Boy Blam drinking a cup of tea.
Lincoln switched on the lights in the eastern hall, and he saw the Redman waiting just outside the door. He hits the door button and automatically closes it, sealing off the beast outside.
"Isn't he the man who drank lava and survived?" Lori asked.
"He is, where did you see that?" Lincoln responded.
"I saw it on the Internet months earlier." She responded.
At Freddy's, Lynn Sr. and William inspected the cameras and occassionally went outside to check on the robots.
The duo sat down in the office while sipping their cups of coffee, Lynn Sr. and William talked with each other and laughed after one another. "My—My boss was always grumpy and bossing me and his workers around, until he found out that he was bankrupt and needed to shut down the company since he can't afford to pay the bills from running the PCs 24/7." Lynn Sr. said between laughs.
"I agree, he should've kept an eye on the expenses instead of treating you like some sort of pawn." William laughed, sipping his coffee. "Say, how's Lincoln doing back at Flumpty's?"
Lynn Sr. looked at the clock, and it showed that it was already 1 in the morning. "I'm sure he's doing fine. We'll call him at three o'clock."
"Alright…" William said as he got back to drinking his coffee.
Meanwhile… at Flumpty's, everything was going well just like what Lynn Sr. told William. It was 1:00 AM, and they were keeping an eye on Flumpty and his friends. Lincoln opened the left door when the Beaver hit the metal and ran back to the bathroom.
"Jeez… that beaver sure is fast…" Lincoln said, keeping an eye on the controls.
"Keep an eye on the door power." Roberto said, looking at the wall-mounted tablet on the wall. "We still have 90% door power left, ready to last for 4 to 5 hours."
Lori checked the video feed, she checks CAM 5 and nothing but static filled the screen. She checks the cameras outside the halls for any potential danger, she saw Birthday Boy Blam in CAM 2A, outside the right door.
Roberto turns on the light to see Blam, and closes the door immediately. Lincoln checks the left hall and saw no one waiting outside, he was on the lookout for the Beaver though.
The AC system conditioned the room, and the door power was depleting every minute.
Lori closed the video feed for a minute, before stretching her body to get the sleep off of her. She told Lincoln to look at the cameras and that she'll take care of the doors.
Lincoln opened the video feed. He looks at CAM 5 and saw Grunkfuss the Clown sleeping, he then switches to CAM 6, and he doesn't see the Beaver in the toilet. He heard footsteps outside, and he ordered Lori to close the door immediately.
The Beaver quickly went back to his restroom, and Lincoln checked CAM 1 and saw Flumpty and Birthday Boy Blam playing a round of Uno.
"Good thing Flumpty and Blam are still at rest." He switched to CAM 2A and saw no one outside. "That beaver ain't getting out of the toilet, not on my watch." The 11-year-old said as he kept an eagle eye on Flumpty and his gang.
Lincoln switched cameras every 1 minute, as the clock struck two in the morning.
Back at Freddy's, Lynn Sr. and William were having an easy shift together. They watched the cameras and occassionally went outside to check on the bots, just in case they accidentally wake up from sleep mode. Freddy woke up from sleep mode, and William puts him back to sleep.
William looked at the clock on the wall. "It's two o'clock in the morning." He said, stretching his body to get the sleep off of him. Lynn Sr. agreed with him and went back to the office.
The technician followed suit, adjusting his glasses and wiping its lens with a towel in his pocket. He puts it back on and blinks a few times to get his vision back.
Lynn Sr. sat on his office chair, and William was beside him watching the cameras.
At Flumpty's, the office was buzzing with the casual 2 AM antics. Lincoln closed the video feed for a minute and looked at Roberto and Lori who were taking care of the doors. However, he goes back to the video feed and sees Flumpty outside the door.
Roberto tries to close the door but it was jammed, he hits it a few times as he hears the Redman scurrying down the hall. Minutes later, the door finally worked as it closed and sealed off the immortal man outside.
"That was close..." Roberto said to himself in Spanish.
"Yeah, I agree." Lori said, still reeling from the close call. Lincoln watched the duo, closing the video feed for a brief moment before going back to the cameras. CAM 1 goes offline, and he knew whose presence is lingering in there, he checks CAM 2A and 2B to see Flumpty and Birthday Boy Blam waiting outside.
"Redman's at CAM 1, I'm checking CAM 6." Lincoln said as he switched to CAM 6, and didn't see the Beaver in the toilet. However, he did see an inscription on the toilet saying, 'I'VE RUN OUT.' Frantic, he checks CAM 2B and tells Lori to close the right door.
Lori quickly closes the right door and the Beaver hits the metal, making him go back to his restroom. Lincoln sighed in relief as Lori opens the door to save power.
He checks the power supply and sees that they are now at 87% door power, Lori becomes wary as she checked the halls with her flashlight. Lincoln gets back to the cameras, checking every character's steps and moves.
At Freddy's, everything was going fine. The clock hits three in the morning, so William decided to call on Lincoln to see how he's doing.
William dialed Lincoln's phone on the telephone, the dial tone rang until Lincoln picked up the line. "Hello, Lincoln, how's the night going?" He asked.
"Everything's going fine, Uncle William." Lincoln said on the line. "I'm checking the video feed, Bobby and Lori are dealing with the doors and our power's at 81%, lasting for 3 to 4 hours from now. 'Sides, how's Dad? I want to talk to him."
William gave the telephone to Lynn Sr., the Loud patriarch takes it from him and talks to Lincoln on the line. "Oh, hey, champ! How's it going in there?"
"We're fine, Dad. I watched the video feed for Lori since she was going to take care of the doors for me." Lincoln's voice crackled on the telephone. "I had to keep an eye on the Beaver, he has some otherworldly powers."
"Like what?" Lynn Sr. asked.
"Running fast when we're not looking, I bet he's the beaver version of the Flash or something." Lincoln laughed as his father did so. "Goodbye, we have to keep this place at bay. See you at 6:00!" He hung up.
Lynn Sr. did the same and went outside to inspect the robots since William was already fast asleep.
At Flumpty's, it was beginning to get harder for them as the night went on. Their door power was now at 76%, so they needed to use it wisely and shut the doors if necessary. Lincoln was keeping an eye on the video feed, and the camera in the left hall went offline as it signaled the looming presence of the Redman.
Roberto checks the left hall, and saw the Redman a few meters away just at the end of the hallway. Lincoln looks at the cameras, and onto CAM 2B. The camera is then replaced with static as it goes offline due to Blam tampering with the security system.
"Shit!" Lincoln cursed out in anger. "East hall camera is out! Lori, check the east hall door NOW!"
Lori checks the east door and sees Blam outside, she closes it. Roberto closes the west door before the Redman seized the opportunity to get inside and kill them off. Lincoln resets CAM 2B, and he checks the west hall camera for anything fishy.
Roberto and Lori opened the doors, turning on the hall lights to inspect the halls. They didn't see anyone waiting for them thankfully, Lincoln watched the cameras and when he switched to CAM 3, static filled the feed. He knew that the static was due to the Redman, who was dwelling in there for decades.
He knew that the creature didn't like to be seen, so he uses his power to tamper with the security cameras whenever he's in a particular location.
"Alright, Redman's back at CAM 3, and Flumpty's with Blam at CAM 1." Lincoln says much to Roberto and Lori's relief. CAM 1 was replaced with static for a minute before showing Birthday Boy Blam missing from his position. Lincoln randomly switches to CAM 2B, and Blam stood in front of the camera.
Blam balls his left hand into a fist, he raises it and punches the camera. The punch dealt great damage to the camera, as it displayed a message at the top-right corner of its screen: 'CRITICAL DAMAGE.'
The feed became grainy due to the damage dealt to the camera and its screen, then, a countdown was displayed in front of the screen: 'GOING OFFLINE IN 10…'
They only had ten seconds before the camera shuts down due to critical damage. Lori checks the east hall door, he sees Blam outside and immediately closes it.
Lincoln goes back to the video feed, and CAM 2B went offline five seconds later. The text on the screen said: 'CAMERA OFFLINE.' The 11-year-old Loud grumbled to himself. "We needed those cameras and Blam just needed to go and destroy one of them?!"
"Yeah, such a bastard…" Lori muttered.
The clock struck four in the morning, and they were relieved knowing that they were just one step away from 6:00 AM.
At Freddy's, everything was fine. Nothing extraordinary ever happened, just a boring shift when all you do was just sit there and watch the cameras for anything fishy. But, when you have someone over with you… well, it ain't so bad after all.
Meanwhile, at Flumpty's, Roberto, Lori, and Lincoln still pushed through, even though one of their defenses were disabled. The telephone rang, and Lori answered it.
"Hello?" Lori asked.
"Hi Lori!" Lana's voice crackled on the line. "Where are you guys?"
"Lana! Go to sleep, it's four in the morning!" Lori said to her sister on the line. "Also, we're at a friend's house, that's all!"
"Oh, OK, goodnight!" Lana hung up.
"Was that Lana on the phone?" Lincoln asked.
"It is, I bet she's a little too excited to start a new day." Lori said to her brother.
"It's normal, Lor, she's just a kid." The 11-year-old Loud said to the eldest of his 10 sisters. She agreed and decided to keep watching the east hall now that the camera's broken.
Roberto watched the west door and saw Flumpty outside, he closes it in response so Flumpty won't get in.
At Freddy's, the office was buzzing with the casual 4 AM banter.
Lynn Sr. and William laughed with each other. They talked to each other endlessly, rambling about Lynn Sr.'s boss who was stingy when it comes to money.
"I think it's more better here to work at Freddy's." Lynn Sr. smiled. "Henry is more kind to his employees after all, but my boss? Oh, he thinks he's the king of everything."
"I know, right?" William chuckled. "He thinks he's the one who dominates everything… just like my wife." He laughed, and his friend did the same.
"Alright, alright, you don't want Olivia to hit you, don't you, William?" Lynn Sr. asked.
"Oh no, I don't want that to happen." William responded. "You know how violent she is when someone criticizes her, me, or our children."
At Flumpty's, the night was getting harder for them as they neared 6 AM. Now that the camera in the east hall is disabled, they would have to keep an eye outside the door just in case someone's outside.
Lincoln kept an eye on the video feed, but he knew it was useless to keep randomly switching cameras now due to Blam destroying one of them and rendering it useless.
Roberto and Lori took care of the doors, and that went on until 5:00 AM struck. Their door power was now at 30%, ready to last for around an hour if used wisely.
"Alright, 5:00 AM, just an hour away from freedom." Lincoln said as he looked at the clock on his laptop.
"Sí, las cinco de la mañana." Roberto said in Spanish. "Vamos, todos…" He stretched his body to get the sleep off of him.
Lori became wary, watching the right hall every 30 minutes just in case they notice someone outside. Lincoln checks CAM 6 and he saw the Beaver missing from his position, he knew that the Beaver was now running towards the office in just one glance. "Lori! The beaver! He's outside!"
"Wait, what?!" Lori said as she checked the hall lights, and at the end of the hall, was the Beaver running towards their safe place. She immediately closed the right door and protect themselves from danger.
"Good thing you told me Lincoln, if it weren't for you, we would've been dead meat by now." Lori smiled as she giggled.
"Thanks Lori, no problem." Lincoln said, getting off his laptop for a minute. He checks the wall clock, and the time is now ten minutes to 6:00 AM, ten minutes until they were finally freed from Flumpty's deranged funhouse.
"It's 5:50!" Lincoln smiled.
"Yes! Ten to six, let's go!" Lori jumped up in joy.
"Sí, let's go!" Roberto smiled.
5 minutes later, it was 5:55 AM. Lincoln watched the camera system, and checked every character's motives. Sooner, an 8-bit jingle sounded on his laptop as the clock struck six in the morning. They rejoiced in triumph, and they exit Flumpty's House of Horrors together.
Flumpty greets them and tells them. "Yay! We're best friends now!" He smiled.
"Yeah, best friends…" Lori said as they went out of Flumpty's.
They returned to the Loud residence, and they narrated their experiences to their relatives. Rita was relieved when she heard that they survived, Lynn Sr. smiled at the trio's perseverance throughout the night.
Rita spoke in French. "C'est merveilleux, mes enfants! Je suis contente que vous ayez survécu à une nuit chez Flumpty!"
"Thanks Mom." Lori said to her mother, feeling a bit proud of herself.
"Vous devriez faire une sieste, mes chéris. Vous devez être fatigués d'avoir passé toute la nuit debout." Rita smiled warmly at Lori and Lincoln, she turned to Roberto. "Tu peux dormir ici aussi, Bobby. Tu peux dormir à côté de Lori."
Lori blushed lightly, as she and Roberto went upstairs to sleep in each other's embrace. Lincoln slept on the couch, in his father's embrace.
In Lori's room, Roberto and Lori laid down on the bed and cuddled up to each other. Lori blushed harder as she felt her boyfriend hug her from behind, Roberto was the same, he turned away from Lori as his face turned beet red.
However, deep inside, Roberto loved this feeling; he loved the feeling of getting in touch with his significant other, showing love and endearing them. Lori warmed up to the feeling, rolled around and slept in Roberto's embrace.
Sooner, news about Lincoln surviving a night at Flumpty's spread throughout Royal Woods. Lynn Sr. and Rita were feeling proud of their son, Lincoln went outside.
He was greeted with flashes from various cameras of people cheering and waving outside the Loud residence.
"Oh my God, guys, it's the Survivor!" One said. "Can I get an autograph?!"
Lincoln waved his hands at the crowd. "Hey! Hey! It's nice to see you guys here, I really appreciate it!"
Stephanie was ecstatic to see Lincoln. "EEEE! Oh. My. Gosh!" She said as she ran up to Lincoln and hugged him tight. "This is good news, YOU were the only one who managed to survive One Night at Flumpty's!"
"Oh, credit my sister and her boyfriend for helping me that night." Lincoln said, as he stepped aside when Roberto and Lori came outside.
"How did you manage to survive One Night at Flumpty's?" Katherine Mulligan asked them.
"Well…" Lori began, composing herself. "We survived at Flumpty's, with the help of my brother who watched the cameras, while we watched the doors. It was a hard night for all of us, but we demonstrated perseverance and resilience."
"Thank you, and that's all folks!" She said as she looked at the cameras. "This is Katherine Mulligan, and we'll see you next time."
Lincoln was dazed by the flash from Michael's camera as they took a picture together. "Alright! No flash photography! My eyes sting!" He said, rubbing his eyes to regain his vision.
William and Olivia were reading a newspaper, and the headline was:
ROYAL WOODS TIMES
SURVIVING THE NIGHT AT FLUMPTY'S!
"We survived at Flumpty's, with the help of my brother who watched the cameras, while we watched the doors. It was a hard night for all of us, but we demonstrated perseverance and resilience." – Lori, aged 17
12 August 1981
Fearless 11-year-old Lincoln Loud, his 17-year-old sister Lori Loud and her boyfriend, Roberto Santiago survived a night at Flumpty's!
They were different from other contestants, who died at the hands of Flumpty and this one was the happiest news of all! Lynn Loud Sr. and his spouse, Rita Loud told the news that they were proud and relieved when they found out that Lincoln survived at Flumpty's deranged funhouse, with Roberto and Lori.
Here's what they say to the crowd:
"I felt proud of Lori and Lincoln when I found out that they survived one night at Flumpty's deranged funhouse. I also felt...concerned for them. Good thing, my friend Henry and his wife Valerie haven't found out about this." – Lynn L. Loud Sr., aged 44
"As a mother of 11 children, I would never expect to feel proud of some of them for surviving a horrid night at the House of Horrors. I should thank my husband and neighbor William for giving them tips to survive at Flumpty's." – Rita E. Loud, aged 43
At the House of Horrors, Flumpty wasn't too happy with the Beaver's job of trying to kill Lincoln.
The Beaver sat in the bathroom, clueless of what will happen next. Flumpty comes into his restroom.
"I'm afraid this will have to happen," Flumpty said as he grabbed the Beaver and shoved him head-first into the toilet. "Bob."
The Beaver squirmed in the toilet, he tried to get out but he couldn't.
Flumpty flushes the toilet, and the force broke the Beaver's neck as blood splattered on the walls. The Beaver's blood mixed with the toilet water as well, as Flumpty grabbed his corpse and smiled sinisterly.
Birthday Boy Blam wasn't liking this side of Flumpty, he wondered out loud. "What if he kills me next?"
Flumpty dug a grave for the Beaver, and then he goes to the Owl and tells him. "Come on, Owen, let's go." He said as the Owl flew with him towards a new location. The others followed him as well, unsure of the consequences.
In the Emily residence, Lynn Sr. and Rita paid the Emily family a visit to talk about… well, what happened at Flumpty's House of Horrors.
Rita saw Sammy and pinches his cheek in adoration. The 8-year-old warmed up to her, hugging her in response. The Loud matriarch hugs the little boy back even tighter.
"You're a cute little boy, aren't you, Sammy?" Rita said as she pats Sammy's head. Sammy giggles and nods in response, Henry greets her and Lynn Sr.
"Hello, Lynn." Henry smiled. "How was your first week working the night shift?"
"It was fine, thanks, and by the way, I thank William for employing me as the night guard at your company." Lynn Sr. smiled. "You're kind to your employees, unlike my boss."
"Oh, I forgot to give you your weekly paycheck." Henry chuckled as he gave Lynn Sr. his paycheck. "That's $1000.87, I paid you this amount in credit for your hard work. Thank you for keeping an eye on the restaurant, and also, in the third week, we'll switch you over to the day shift."
"You might want to sit down for this, and also, get Valerie." Lynn Sr. said as he and Rita sat down on the couch.
Henry fetched Valerie, who was upstairs reading a book. They sat down on the couch and had some light-hearted banter, before changing the topic to what had transpired when Lincoln got curious about Flumpty's deranged funhouse (more like a madhouse, if you would say.)
"Wait, Lincoln spent one night at Flumpty's?!" Valerie asked, shocked. "That place had been closed down for years, why did he even plan to go there?!"
"He read a random article on the Internet, and well, curiosity got the best of him." Lynn Sr. explained. "William and I worked the night shift together, and we gave Lincoln tips to survive One Night at Flumpty's. However, he wasn't alone at that time. Bobby and Lori are with him too…"
"Did he survive?" Henry asked, concerned.
"Yes, he did fortunately." Rita said, smiling. "Flumpty's sure has had a dark history of its own. Good thing he didn't do anything to my children and Bobby."
"Next time Lincoln goes there, I'll tell him to bring this," Henry said, bringing out a newly-bought VHS camcorder from yesterday. "I bought this yesterday at a photography store, and I think this will be a handy tool. I had a box of blank VHS tapes upstairs. Maybe I can give him three or four of them. Let me just get the box upstairs…" He said as went upstairs and got the box of the empty VHS tapes. He came downstairs with it and carefully put it down on the floor, he blows the dust off of the box and opens it. Henry sneezed due to the dust getting into his nose.
He puts one in the VHS camera and starts recording his surroundings, he records for three minutes before stopping and taking the VHS tape out. "There, it works."
"That's very clever of you, Henry." Lynn Sr. smiled.
"No problem, Lynn, and, you can call me your boss if you want to from now on." Henry returned the same.
A few days later…
Ah, Tuesdays, the best day of the week. The day of the week that is dubbed the second day of the five-day school week. For Lincoln, it was indeed his most feared occasion: Sloppy Joe Tuesday. Well, to explain, Sloppy Joe Tuesday was a happy occasion for Ronalda especially since she always brings Sloppy Joes to school every Tuesday.
Out of fear of getting a Sloppy Joe being shoved down his pants, Lincoln desperately finds a seat, away from Ronalda and her Sloppy Joes. Lincoln bunked in with Michael and his friends for lunch, and as always, he was safe with the quartet.
"What? You afraid of getting a Sloppy Joe shoved down your pants?" Robert asked him.
"Well, yeah, Sloppy Joe Tuesday is Ronnie Anne's favorite day." Lincoln admitted.
"Classic Ronnie Anne, always coming up with these type of stuff…" Michael said as he kept eating his lunch. "Don't talk about those stuff while we're eating, you're going to make us barf."
"Sorry about that." Lincoln chuckled. He ate his lunch and started talking with Michael. "Also, if you're going to take a picture with me, can you turn off the flash setting of your camera? I hate flash photography, and it makes my eyes hurt."
"Oh yeah right, sorry about that time, lil'bro." The Afton teenager responded.
"It's fine, Mike." Lincoln said, as he ate his lunch. "I get it, you're all happy for me, Lori, and Bobby surviving one night at Flumpty's deranged funhouse."
"Oh, we're more than happy, Lincoln." Stephanie smiled at him as she ate her lunch. "We're proud of you three, many people died at Flumpty's mercy back there. You were the only ones who survived."
"I know." Lincoln said as he finished his lunch and puts it on the counter, he heads back to his classroom for his next class. And so it went on, the only sound heard in the classroom is the whirring of ceiling fans over them and the teacher's voice drifting in the air.
The students were bored, almost feeling asleep due to the teacher talking in front. This continued on for a few hours before the final bell rang, the students were happy as they finally made it to the exit and zoomed off on the way home.
In the Loud residence, the house buzzed with energy as Lynn Sr. prepared turkey loaf for the day. Lincoln was reading a random article newspaper. An article about Flumpty's caught his eye.
Lincoln read the article silently, and then, a few minutes later, he chuckled and muttered under his breath. "Flumpty, you motherfucker…" He said as he kept reading the newspaper article.
"Profanity, Lincoln, you know it's bad to talk like a sailor and those who work in the marines." Lori turned to look at her brother. "What's that you're reading?"
"Nothing, just some article about Flumpty. That's all." He said as he clicked the photo for more details.
"Dinner's ready, kids! Come eat!" Lynn Sr. called, his tone jolly as he prepared dinner.
"Finally, I've been starving for hours." Lincoln said as he lazily stood up and walked downstairs. The Loud sisters followed after him, Rita smiled warmly at her children as Lynn Sr. serves the food on their plates.
Lincoln smelled the turkey loaf, and then he began to dig into his food. Lynn Sr. chuckles and tells him. "Woah, slow down, son, you're not in an eating contest."
The 11-year-old slowed down, and everyone ate their dinner lavishly. Lori was casually eating while watching something on her phone, and Leni talked with Lola about the latest fashion trends this year. After they were done, Lynn Sr. took care of the dishes.
Lincoln read the article on his laptop in the living room, he knew Flumpty wouldn't stop bugging him until he finally went to his so-called 'House of Horrors.' Lori turned off her phone and sat close to him, she turned on the TV to watch another episode of 'The Dream Boat' tonight.
Rita read a French novel on the armchair, she really liked French literature for one. She got this habit from her mother, Vivienne, who was born in and raised in Marseille, France.
"Lincoln, please don't tell me you're going back to Flumpty's deranged funhouse, again…" Lori said, slightly annoyed.
"Don't worry, I won't." Lincoln said to his older sister. "I'm NOT going back to Flumpty's ever again."
Then it was Thursday in a few days' time, this day was the favorite day of most people due to how close it is to the weekend. However, they were annoyed as they still have to endure just two more days of torture at the place they deemed a prison of boredom.
"Alright, Thursday…" Lincoln said groggily as he got up and went to the bathroom to freshen up. He took his brush, puts some toothpaste on it, and started brushing away at his teeth to kill off potential odor-causing bacteria. He spits it out, takes a bath, and then changes into his normal outfit.
Lincoln goes downstairs for breakfast, he grabs a bowl and fills it with cereal. He grabs a milk carton and pours it into his bowl. He then starts digging into his meal, as Rita took care of the younger siblings and got them ready for school.
They got in the van, and Rita drove them to school since Lynn Sr. needed his well-deserved sleep after that exhausting night shift at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.
At school, it was the casual banter between Lincoln and his friends. They were talking about his night and survival at Flumpty's House of Horrors.
"You survived a night at Flumpty's deranged madhouse?!" Cassidy asked Lincoln, surprised.
"I did, but I wasn't alone at that time." Lincoln told her. "Bobby and Lori are with me too. They accompanied me at Flumpty's, and helped take care of the doors." He said.
Days passed, and it was now Friday. Lincoln rescinded his decision of not going back to Flumpty's House of Horrors, and decided to return to the House of Horrors that night, he gets his laptop, phone, and chargers for each of them. Henry gives him a VHS camcorder and four blank VHS tapes.
At the Williams residence, Michael and his friends offered to accompany Lincoln, but he said no to them.
"Are you sure you want to do this alone?" Michael asked Lincoln.
"I'll be fine, Michael." Lincoln said to the older teenager reassuringly. "Trust me."
"If you say so…" Stephanie said, putting a hand over her chest.
"Alright, guys, see you at 6:00 AM!" Lincoln said as he and Lynn Sr. got into the car and went to the Emily residence to retrieve the VHS camcorder and blank VHS tapes.
Henry advised Lincoln. "Remember, be careful at Flumpty's. We'll see those recordings at 6:00." He said.
Lynn Sr. and Lincoln got in the van, and zoomed away to the House of Horrors. During the ride, Lincoln set up the camcorder by inserting a blank VHS tape and sets it to recording mode.
"Alright, Flumpty's House of Horrors…" Lincoln said while recording, he arrived at Flumpty's deranged funhouse. He got out of the car, and Lynn Sr. sped off to Freddy's for his night shift.
Lincoln slowly got inside with cautious footsteps, he gently pushed the doors open. As he walked inside, a feeling of unease washed over him as he looked around him; the flickering lights and torn posters eerily matched the atmosphere of the House of Horrors.
The doors abruptly swung shut as he walked inside. He turned back to see this happening, then he ran to the door and tried to open it. Lincoln tries to open the door, but it just won't. He banged on the door and said in a mix of frustration and fear. "Hey! Let me out, guys! This isn't funny!" He turned around, and then he muttered to himself. "Dammit… got locked in the House of Horrors…"
He continued his way, and his steps gradually became normal as he approached his safe haven down the corridor. He entered the office, and he sat his camera in the right corner of the room so everything can be recorded in real-time.
Lincoln sat his laptop down on his lap, and then got out his charger just in case his laptop runs out of battery in the middle of the night. He opened its lid, and pressed its power button to get it booted up for tonight.
Lincoln enters his laptop's password, and then he checks the cameras for anything suspicious. He sighed and said. "Alright…" He paused briefly. "…let's get this night over with."
The record player mysteriously plays a catchy tune, the sound was distorted for a bit before sounding normal. This is the kind of sound that you would get from record players that are…quite old.
"Welcome one and all to Flumpty Bumpty's, if your light's turned off, then you're safe. If your lights are on, then they'll come find you and rip you a brand new FACE."
The record player stopped playing the tune, and Lincoln was… creeped out at the message it brought to him. He began randomly checking the cameras, he took a break from the screen while cautiously looking at his surroundings.
He saw the alphabet blocks that were stacked on top of each other, and it said "DIE" in capital letters that corresponded to the color of the blocks. Lincoln looked at a photo of George Washington on the wall, and then he remembered him; he was the Founding Father of the United States from what William said to him one day.
The Constitution of the United States was on the other side of the wall, and a hole began forming beside it. Lincoln checked Flumpty and Birthday Boy Blam's positions, and then an INCOMING message from a mysterious software appeared on his screen. He closed the pop-up, and closed his laptop's lid.
Lincoln saw Grunkfuss the Clown peeping out of the hole beside the Constitution. "JESUS!" Lincoln said as he fell off his chair, he stood back up and turned off the lights. Grunkfuss instantly went back to his home, and Lincoln kept the lights off to keep himself safe.
Little did he know, a new predator was coming for him…in the dark. Lincoln looked around cautiously, as the sound of his breathing broke the silence in the room. "I'm safe here…those bastards won't see me in here, will they?" He said to himself, he checked his phone, and the time was now 2:13 AM.
Lincoln sat there in the dark, waiting for nothing. He then saw a figure peeking from the door, it looked like it was in its early-40s and it was a man. "Who are you?" He asked.
"I'm Jeremiah, Jeremiah Clarke, or you can call me Jeremy for short." Jeremiah said, eating a burger before walking away a bit. "And also, I've been here since September 1977 because that egg… Flumpty… he trapped me in here."
"It's the same, but I survived when I first came and got out of here. And, it's my second night here, so..." Lincoln paused. "Does that mean I'm not alone this entire time?"
"I was also here too." Jeremiah said to the boy. "See 'ya later." He said as he went off to his place.
"Weird, A missing person case was filed a long time ago, I saw it on television back in '77." Lincoln muttered to himself.
Lincoln heard loud banging sounds from the vent, and the Owl emerged from the hole and grabbed him with its sharp talons. The 11-year-old yelled out in frustration as he tried to get the nocturnal bird off of his face. "AHHH! SOMEBODY GET THIS OWL OFF OF ME!"
In the distance, Jeremiah heard Lincoln's distress call. He grabbed a crowbar and then ran to the source of the problem, Lincoln struggled to get the Owl off of his face before Jeremiah intervened and hit the Owl. The Owl hit the ground, stunning it, Jeremiah hits the Owl a couple of times before Lincoln grabs it and shoves it into the left vent.
Lincoln hits the button and closes the vent, the vent snaps onto the Owl's wing and gets it stuck. He looks at Jeremiah and smiles. "Thanks for the help, Jeremy."
"No problem, and by the way, what's your name?" Jeremiah replied.
"The name's Lincoln, Lincoln Loud." Lincoln introduced.
"Nice to meet you, Lincoln." Jeremiah looked across the room and he saw a VHS camcorder, that was still recording until now. "Whose camcorder is that?"
"It's mine." The 11-year-old Loud confirmed. "Mr. Emily gave it to me a few hours earlier."
"Mr. Emily? As in Henry E. Emily?" The 40-year-old asked. "I'm familiar with him, he used to be my classmate in high school. How is he?"
"He's managing his own company right now, he's fine." He said.
"That's good for him." Jeremiah smiled. "I also know your father, I was also friends with him."
"That's nice—" Lincoln was interrupted as the power randomly shut off by itself. "Huh, looks like the power went out. Oh well…" Lincoln grabbed his VHS camcorder and turned on its flashlight setting.
Jeremiah followed Lincoln to the generator room, and when they got there, the door was locked. Jeremiah pried the door open with the crowbar, and then they started the generator as they pulled the rope that was designed to start the machine. After a few pulls, the generator whirred to life.
They went back only to hear loud beeping coming from the office, the lights flickered and a familiar figure loomed over the place. It was someone, someone immortal, connected with heat and fire, connected with technology. It was what they known as…
The Redman.
"What the fuck…?" Lincoln said, stepping away a bit before the Redman lunged forward at him. The power went out again, Lincoln held the VHS camcorder shakily.
"Oh my Gosh, what the fuck? What the FUCK?!" Lincoln said, breathing heavily. He looked around in the dark for any sign of Jeremiah. "Jeremy? JEREMY? Where are you?!"
He turned on the flashlight setting of his camera, and he saw the Redman in front of him. He screamed before the Redman attacks him and murders him.
A few hours later, the clock struck six in the morning. Lynn Sr. got home, but Lincoln didn't. Rita became very concerned, and so, she called the Royal Woods Police Department for help.
"This is the Royal Woods Police Department, how may we help you?" The person on the line asked.
"Hello, I would like to file a missing persons report for my son." Rita said to the person on the line.
"Mind clarifying to us any details about him?"
"He's 11 years old, and he lives here at 1216 Franklin Avenue. He's born on April 12th, 1970, and his name is Lincoln Loud." Rita clarified to the officer on the line.
"Where have you last seen him? Or the last known location he was at?" The officer asked.
"I think his last known location is at the House of Horrors, he went there at midnight and never come home this morning." The Loud matriarch clarified.
"Thanks for the info, we'll call you back as soon as we find any evidence connected to him. Alright?"
"OK, thanks, officer." Rita said as she hung up. She then spoke in French, worried. "Lincoln n'est pas rentré à la maison ce matin... Je suis tellement inquiète..."
Police cars lined up near the House of Horrors, they began investigating the place and looked for clues as to where Lincoln really is. Officer James found evidence inside and near the office, what he found was a laptop, a phone, three blank VHS tapes, and a VHS camcorder that had stopped recording a few hours ago.
"I smell some evidence right here!" Officer James called out to his police mates.
The officers walked into the scene to find out what was going on. Officer Summers investigated the scene, she was a seasoned investigator and police officer. "A laptop, a phone, three blank VHS tapes, and a VHS camcorder." She said as she grabbed the VHS tape that was ejected by the camcorder.
Officer Harrison grabbed it from Summers and labeled the VHS tape with the date today, August 18, 1981. He puts the tape into his pocket for later. "Now we have video evidence so we can see this for ourselves."
They see Lincoln's murdered body behind them. "Jeez, he got hurt pretty bad, did he?" Officer Reynolds inspected Lincoln's body. "He got stabbed in the chest several times, and twice in his stomach."
"Poor lil' guy…" Officer James felt pity for the boy. "He didn't get to grow up…" He then saw an unfamiliar person standing in the right corridor, he raised up his pistol and yelled. "Hands in the air!"
The person raised his hands up in the air in alarm. "Who are you?!" Officer James said, pointing the pistol at him.
"Jeremiah!" Jeremiah said as he trembled like a chime. "Jeremiah Clarke!"
Officer James put down his pistol. "Jeremiah Clarke? Weren't you—weren't you the person we reported missing back in '77?"
Jeremiah nodded. Officer Summers sighed in relief. "After nearly four years, we have finally found you, Jeremiah." Her face became somber as she looked at Lincoln's dead body. "Do you have any connection to this boy?"
"I just met him earlier, officer." Jeremiah admitted. "We survived together, I did, but he died at the hands of the Redman, a creature that looked something like a skeleton and had red eyes. It stabbed him, and left him for dead…"
"It's fine, we're planning a funeral for him." Officer James reassured Jeremiah.
"How's my wife Natalie doing?" Jeremiah asked.
"She hasn't been the same since you were gone, she held onto hope that you would return someday." Officer Reynolds said.
"I'm coming back, Natalie. Just you wait." Jeremiah muttered vigilantly to himself.
Later, the police gathered the information needed to inform Rita of Lincoln's state. Officer Summers dialed the Loud family landline, and somberly talked to Lynn Sr.
"Hello, Loud residence, how may we help you?" Lynn Sr. answered the call.
"Hello, Mr. Loud, we would like to tell you something." Officer Summers said on the line. "Your wife has filed a missing persons case, and we have found your son, Lincoln Loud… murdered."
The words 'murdered' and 'Lincoln Loud' echoed in Lynn Sr.'s mind. His voice was shaky as tears brimmed in his eyes. "W-What about it, officer?"
"We have seen your son's dead body at Flumpty's House of Horrors this morning, and it was said that he was murdered at 3:00 AM on the day of August 18th, 1981 last night. It was said that he was murdered by a creature known as the Redman, a skeletal-like figure with red eyes." Officer Summers clarified.
"Is there more? Have you collected evidence?" Lynn Sr. asked.
"Yes, we did, and we have also collected three VHS tapes, one VHS tape had recorded video evidence from last night, and a VHS camcorder…" Officer Summers said, when Lynn Sr. hung up the line.
Lynn Sr. had tears streaming down his face. "No… no, no, no… Lincoln…murdered?" He said to himself, he felt very angry and sad at the same time, and so, he punched the wall in frustration.
Lynn Sr. clenched his fists in anger, and his right eye twitched. Rita came into the scene, worried. "Lynn? Is everything alright?"
"The police… they found Lincoln, he was murdered…" Lynn Sr. said as he sat down on a chair.
"Attends, quoi?" Rita said in French, as her knees buckled. She laid her back on the wall. "Non... non, non, non, NON... s'il vous plaît, dites-moi que ce n'est pas vrai!" She said as she grabbed Lynn Sr.'s shoulders.
"I'm sorry, Rita… the police confirmed it, he's dead…" Lynn Sr. said, biting back his tears.
"Mon fils..." Rita said as she sat down on the couch, she then starts crying silently to herself. "Mon petit garçon... J'espère que tu passeras un bon moment là-haut..."
Lori came downstairs, when she saw her parents crying, she became deeply concerned for them. "Mom? Dad? Why are you crying? Did something bad happen?"
Rita spoke in her normal language and wiped her tears. "Oh! We're not crying, honey, we just feel so happy today." She said, trying her hardest to fight off the pain of losing her son at Flumpty's mercy.
"If you say so…" Lori said as she went upstairs to tend to her siblings.
Later, Lynn Sr. and Rita went to the Afton residence next door and talked with William and Olivia about Lincoln's tragic demise at Flumpty's House of Horrors. William sympathized with them, and Olivia was an emotional mess. They had decided to keep this a secret from the Afton children, except…Michael.
"Oh my God, Lincoln died at Flumpty's?" William said, putting a hand over his mouth. "Condolences to you and Rita, Lynn. I hope he'll have a great time in heaven…"
"Yeah, I hope so." Lynn Sr. admitted to his old friend, feeling tears glaze his eyes.
"Poor little boy, he survived at first, but now…he had died at Flumpty's mercy!" Olivia said, blowing her nose as she looked at them with teary eyes.
"Alright, now Olivia is a sack of sadness. I never knew she cared this much for Lincoln…" The Afton father said as he gave his wife back rubs to comfort her.
Michael opened the door and asked. "Father? Is something wrong?" He greeted the Loud parents. "Morning, Mr. and Mrs. Loud!" He smiled at them.
"Hey, Michael." Lynn Sr. stood up from his seat. "I've got something to tell you, keep this a secret from your other siblings. They're still too young to find out about this…"
"I'm ready to listen, Mr. Loud, what do you need to tell me?" Michael said, unprepared for the truth that would hit him like a ton of bricks.
Lynn Sr. then revealed the truth to Michael, with a somber tone. "Lincoln…was murdered at Flumpty's…"
Michael's eyes shrunk below normal. "W-What?" He said, putting his hands over his head. "No, no, NO! This couldn't be! WHY?! Why did he die there? I'm going to KILL who did this to him!" He balled his hands into fists.
A few days later in September 1981, Lincoln's murder at Flumpty's came into the headlines. Valerie burst into tears and cried to herself while writing the headline about Lincoln's death, he always sought refuge with her and Henry when things get too rough at his home.

Lynn Sr. and Rita were at the cemetery, they had visited Lincoln's grave with William and Olivia to pay their last respects for him. On the tombstone, an inscription had written on it:
Rest In Peace
Lincoln Albert Loud
April 12, 1970
August 18, 1981
"Your memory will always live on in our hearts, you will never be forgotten."
Rita knelt down and spoke in French. "Mon fils, je suis désolé pour toutes les épreuves que nous t'avons fait subir. J'espère que tu pourras nous pardonner, ainsi qu'à ton père."
"Hey, Lincoln, I know we haven't spent time together as father and son, I regret it so much…" Lynn Sr. said, wiping his eyes of tears. "I wish we could have spent time together, you know? Spend time together as family."
William sighed inwardly, and then he signaled Olivia to go up to Lincoln's grave. Olivia went up to Lincoln's grave and said. "You poor little thing, you got your life cut short by some otherworldly creature…" She felt tears glaze her eyes. "I hope you have a good time up there, and meet some new friends."
Lynn Sr. and Rita looked at the sky, as if Lincoln's spirit was there smiling at them.
Days turn into weeks, then weeks turned to months, then months turned into years. It was a quiet somber autumn evening in November 1987, six years after Lincoln's death. The Loud children have aged so much, Lori had graduated from Fairway and married Roberto, Leni has been a seasoned fashionista since 1985, Luna is now the lead guitarist in the Moon Goats, Luan was a seasoned comedian, and Lynn Jr. is now a professional in baseball and softball sports.
Heck, Lincoln would have been 17 now if he didn't die back at Flumpty's. Aging gave Lynn Sr. and Rita graying hair, and of course, older faces. The Afton children have aged as well, Michael was 22 and he still mourned his young friend's death, Elizabeth was 16, she still didn't find out about Lincoln's death, and C.C. was now 12.
Michael sat down in front of his friends, he then says to them. "Here's a secret I haven't told you since '81." He said, wiping his tears.
"What is it, Michael?" Stephanie asked him.
"It's about Lincoln, he's…he's murdered back in August 1981." The adult blurted out.
Stephanie tried to fight back tears when she found out, she felt angry and disappointed at her friend for not telling her sooner. "Why didn't you tell me sooner, Mike?!" She cried out in anguish. "Do you know how worried I was at that time?! It tore my heart into little pieces! Everyday, I had hope that Lincoln would return, but it was shattered when I heard the truth from you just now!"
"I'm sorry…" Michael said, as he felt tears glaze his eyes. "I was just too deep in my sorrow for Lincoln's death at that time and didn't bother to tell you…"
Stephanie's anger still simmered, but she puts it aside and wipes her tears away. "We're good now, but you're still not off the hook, not for your sin towards me this year."
Elijah sympathized with him, so did Robert. "Jeez, you were the closest to him out of all of your siblings ain't it?"
"C.C. is, too, I wonder what his reaction will be when he finds out the truth." Michael said to them.
A year later on June 1988, Lincoln's friends found out about this, Cassidy and Clyde were the most devastated out of the four. They had been the closest to Lincoln, even though Clyde met Lincoln first. It had been seven years since Lincoln's death.
"Lincoln…is dead?" Cassidy murmured to herself, as tears brimmed in her eyes. "How could they…?"
"Sorry, Cassie, sometimes, everything has to be a secret." Fritz told her.
Clyde was shaken, and so, he began crying to himself. Ronalda had sympathy for him and Cassidy, giving them somber looks. "Lo siento…I should've told you sooner."
Things were like that between Michael and Stephanie, until August 1991, ten years after Lincoln's death in 1981. This was the year that Elizabeth and C.C. would finally find out the truth behind Lincoln's 'disappearance' on August 18, 1981.
Elizabeth is now at the age of 20, she chose to live withher parents instead of marrying and living in another city. She looked in the attic for old family memories through the years, but she was curious when she saw the VHS tape that was labeled 'August 18, 1981'. Curious, she inserts the VHS tape into the VCR.
It showed footage of Lincoln back in 1981, and when she saw the part where he was killed by the Redman, tears brimmed in her eyes. How could her parents hide this from her? And Michael? How could they not tell her that Lincoln had died at Flumpty's a decade earlier in 1981?
This pained her to her core, and she sure was angry at her parents for the sin they had done to her. She told C.C. and his heart was cut into millions of pieces when he found out that Lincoln had died in August 1981.
"How could they…?" C.C. said to himself. "Why didn't they just tell us sooner?"
"I don't know, Joseph, I don't know…" Elizabeth said as she went to Michael's room. When she got there, she saw Michael staring blankly outside the window while he had been mourning 10 years since Lincoln's death. She approached him and called out. "Hey, Michael?"
Michael slowly turned his eyes to meet her gaze. "Yes, Liz?"
"I know why Lincoln was gone for so many years…" Elizabeth said with venom in her voice.
"I know, Liz. I've known for so many years…" Michael said, his voice hollow from all of that pain and sadness he endured those past years. "He was murdered at Flumpty's back in 1981…"
Elizabeth was angered. "Why didn't you tell me and C.C.?!" She cried.
"You DON'T understand, Liz!" Michael said, as he let his tears fall. "I didn't do anything to save him! I just acted like some bitch who just sits on the sidelines and watches what happens, now look what happened! I failed Lincoln… I failed to save him from the dangers of Flumpty's deranged funhouse…"
Elizabeth goes up to Michael, but he tells her. "Leave me alone for now, let me wallow in my solitude…"
Elizabeth went downstairs to confront her parents. She was angry at them for not telling her that Lincoln had died at Flumpty's ten years ago in 1981.
"Mommy, Daddy, I have something to ask you…" Elizabeth said to her parents, tears of fury streaming down her cheeks.
"What is it, Liz?" William asked, when his daughter shouted at her.
"OH, DON'T 'LIZ' ME, DADDY! I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO LINCOLN TEN YEARS AGO, AND I SAW IT ON THIS VHS TAPE!" Elizabeth yelled, showing the VHS tape to her father. "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT LINCOLN'S DEAD?! WHY, DADDY? WHY?"
"Elizabeth, you're still young to know about it back then… we just wanted to protect—" William was interrupted by Elizabeth again, who was furious at him.
"Protect me? Oh please, you never protected me back then." Elizabeth said to her father. "You just hid the truth away from us! We deserve to know about it, Daddy! You can't just protect us from the truth, and LIE to my face!"
Olivia intervened. "What happened here?" She said as she came into the kitchen.
"Oh, you wanna know what happened here, Mommy?" Elizabeth said to her mother as she showed her the VHS tape. "I saw everything that happened in this tape, and I was shocked and sad when I found out about this… Lincoln had died at Flumpty's…in 1981…" She said the the word '1981' with a somber, furious tone.
"Elizabeth…" Olivia said to her daughter. "You were too young, far too young to find out back then. We didn't want to shatter your innocence with the heartbreaking news."
"You already shattered my innocence when you hid the truth away from us, and I'll never forget it up 'til the day I die!" Elizabeth said as she marched upstairs while crying.
It was the summer of June 1991, Sammy found out about Lincoln's death through what Elizabeth told him, so did Charlotte. During the summer of '91, the town of Royal Woods, Michigan was at unrest due to Lincoln's tragic death in 1981.
It was the day of April 12, 1992, and Lynn Sr. had a sinister plan in mind. He waited until it was evening, and then, he departed for the House of Horrors, the attraction that had taken his son's life. He had a gasoline canister and a matchbox in hand.
Lynn Sr. walked up to the House of Horrors, holding a gasoline canister and a matchbox in his hands. He sighed and said. "Happy 22nd birthday, my son…or what could have possibly been, if you didn't die here in this…" He paused and looked at the building, as if someone…or something would respond to him. "…this place of torture! And now, it's time…I put you and those who you have helped to rest. I'm sorry that I didn't help you the day you were left here for dead, and that no one came to your rescue. You helped others up into your arms and saved them from further danger."
Then it cuts back to 1981, the House of Horrors had claimed Lincoln's life at a young age. Lynn Sr. voiced over. "When the police confirmed your death back in 1981, I was completely shattered…shattered when I lost you… It was the same thing with your mother. Also, your aunt Olivia was in tears when she found out. And now…all of this will be forgotten, all the pain, the suffering, the tragedy, and most of all, Flumpty…"
Lynn Sr. then began spraying the whole building with gasoline, and then afterwards, he threw the gasoline canister to the side as the stench of the flammable substance filled the air. He takes out a matchstick, and lights it, the fire burning on the match reminded him of all the pain and suffering they have endured back in '81.
He tossed the match onto the building, and fire quickly spread throughout as glass had shattered due to the intense heat. In just a few minutes, the building was now encapsulated in flames. Lynn Sr. fixed his glasses and watched with satisfaction as the orange flames enlightened the environment around it and licked the skies.
The fire quickly spread inside the building, Flumpty and Birthday Boy Blam were playing a round of Uno when they smelled something burning, not aware of what was happening.
"What's that smell?" Birthday Boy Blam got up and saw what was happening. Their building had caught on fire, and the fire was now coming towards them in all directions. Blam ran into the room and said. "Guys! The building's on fire! Run!"
Flumpty got up, but he stopped once he felt…a sensation inside him, like he was being cooked alive, he felt his insides get boiled, and that's when…he started spitting something out of his mouth, it got onto his hand. When he looked at it, he saw that it was his blood, his egg white.
"No…no…NO!" Flumpty said as he felt his insides get boiled like an egg in a pot of briskly boiling water. "This isn't supposed to happen! I am supposed to live eternally!" His eyes turned into sunnyside up eggs. "No!" Flumpty said as he exploded and lost his immunity to the plot and his ability to mess with time and space.
Flumpty Bumpty's insides had scattered across the room, then Blam cried out as he felt his own insides burn and cook up. Fire came out of his eyes and mouth, and then his body was reduced to ashes. The other characters twisted and exploded when the fire spread throughout the building.
Lincoln's spirit was peacefully lingering there, when he saw the fire coming towards him. He moves away, but when he was cornered, he felt scared and raised up his hands in defense, but to his surprise, the fire doesn't catch him. He lingers back to his original position and saw that all the other souls of those who have died to Flumpty have emerged from the dark.
Part of the ceiling cracks and falls off for them to go to heaven, a girl held hands with Lincoln and then they go up together in pairs. The souls slowly disappeared one by one, as they were put to rest in heaven.
Sirens wailed behind Lynn Sr., but he just didn't care at this point. He watched the building burn and get reduced to embers. He smiled to himself, knowing that Lincoln is at peace now. "Rest in peace, my child..."
In January 1993, Lori had discovered her brother's death back in 1981. She felt betrayed by her parents for not telling her, and a bit angry at Lincoln for going to Flumpty's in the first place. She clutched the newspaper tight in her hand while shook in grief for her brother and anger towards her parents.
"¿Miel?" Roberto asked Lori, concerned. "What is that in your hand? Are you... crying?"
Lori turned her head towards Roberto. "Lincoln's dead... my baby brother..." She sobbed. "Mom and Dad kept this a secret from me for 12 years... they didn't even give me the chance to mourn him properly... Why?"
"Oh my God, I'm so sorry, Lori..." Roberto said, rubbing his wife's back. "Condolences to you, I know how much it hurts to lose a family member and not knowing about it for years."
Lori hugged Roberto. "Thank you for understanding my pain, Roberto... I'm going to tell the children."
"They're not going to like the thought of not getting to meet their uncle, our poor hijos..." Roberto said as he and Lori went downstairs to tell the children.
Roberto and Lori sat in the living room. Lori stood up and called the children. "Children! Come to the living room! We have something to tell you!"
The children went downstairs in a hurry, Roberto chuckled and told them. "Hijos! Don't run down the stairs, you might get hurt!"
They sat down on the couch, the eldest, Daniela asked her mother. "What is it that you're going to tell us, Mom?"
Lori sighed and told her. "It's about... your uncle. He... he died ten years back, at a very young age." She said as she raised up the newspaper and showed it to her children. "Too bad, you didn't get to meet him in person. If you want, we can go the cemetery in Royal Woods."
Daniela, confused, grabs the newspaper from her mother. Then, as she read it from top to bottom, her mother's words had hit her like a ton of bricks. "What is our uncle's name?" She asked.
"His name is Lincoln, Lincoln Albert Loud. He was my brother and your uncle of course, he had died a decade back in 1981... you should ask your grandparents about it." Lori confessed to her kids.
"So that means we don't have a tío?" Sofia, the youngest asked her mother.
"You were supposed to. But, we'll visit him today." Lori smiled small. "Get ready, children. We're going to Royal Woods."
Daniela and Sofia went upstairs to get themselves ready for the visit to their uncle's planned memorial. Their middle child, Emilio, still sat in his position on the couch, trying to process the fact that his uncle had died at a young age.
The Santiago family got ready and into the car for their trip to Royal Woods. When they arrived, Lori showed her children around her hometown. They arrived at the cemetery not minutes later, they saw a familiar family of five standing by Lincoln's grave.
"Who are they, Mom?" Daniela asked her mother.
"They are our close friends, though I haven't seen them in years." Lori said to her eldest. "All I know is that they have 3 children, named Michael, Elizabeth, and C.C. (or Joseph), and that their parents were known to us as Uncle Will and Aunt Liv."
Olivia heard that familiar voice. When she turned around, she saw...
"Lori? Is that you?" She asked, she couldn't believe her eyes.
"Oh my God, Aunt Liv, it's you..." Lori said as she hugged Olivia. "It's really you!"
Olivia hugged Lori tighter, they felt happy now that they have seen each other after a long time but this did little to extinguish the pain that they were going through, especially Elizabeth.
They stood together in front of Lincoln's grave, and honored his memory as they laid flowers in front of his tombstone.
The End?
A/N: I know Lincoln's death is sad, but I think it's fit for the plot since I got inspired on YouTube. Lynn Sr. and Rita mourned their son's death, Michael was friends with Lincoln, and he mourned his death for 10 years. August 1981 seemed like the perfect choice for a setting, and my favorite part is when Elizabeth found out about Lincoln's death.
[Note: I edited the movie since I wanted to add some secret scenes, I will also do an aftermath of the movie, which will be set from March 1993 to March 1994.]
