The Keyblade Knight
When Traye finally woke up he wish he didn't all he could see was black silhouettes everyway he looked was more and more wasteland "where am I?" beneath his feet was sand above him just pure darkness and around him spikes of black stone picking himself up he started walking aimlessly not having a set direction seeing as how there wasn't any sort of landmark.
He could follow he thought to himself "why not make one" he tore off the sleeves of his shirt tied them together and and tied the other end to a stalagmite in the ground "good as its going to get I guess" he positions himself in front of the stalagmite before walking straight ahead after what seemed like hours of walking he found some fallen wood on the ground tearing some off and cutting it up with his sword.
Traye groaned as he remembered how hard it was going to be to start a fire after what seemed like two hours of trying he gave up and sat down shivering "man its cold" feeling something warm inside his body he reached his hand out to the makeshift firepit and to his shock fire came out of his hand and lit the wood on fire, he looked back at his hand 'well that's useful'.
He had begun training on how to use both his sword and shield as well as his 'magic' one thing Traye noticed while being stuck wherever this was is it i was always dark it made it really hard to get any kind of grasp on time so he had begin counting minutes in his head and marking them in the sand after what we counted was two days he knew he wasn't going to get anywhere he was alone so he had to find a way out he got up and walked until he came to what look like a corrupted forest it the trees were black and the branches were gnarly still it was better than miles of sand, boy was he wrong everything in this forest tried to grab him.
the vines were alive and tried to bind him while he slept the trees howled preventing him from getting any sleep he eventually managed to get out of the forest. Unfortunately he was greeted with more wasteland, not giving up he walked back onto the wasteland and walked for a little while, Traye looked around nothing but wasteland he fell to his knees "is this all there is here?"
he was beginning to give up hope as he thought this a shadowy hand grabbed his ankle gasping he kicked it off before summoning his sword and shield more and more hand reached up from the ground before the pulled them selves out of the ground revealing more of those creatures that destroyed his home and dragged him to this cursed place.
Fed up he started destroying the creatures noticing each one released a heart when they died 'how many people have died to these things' he wondered before shaking his head and narrowing his eyes "you aren't getting me you monsters bring it on!" 'that's what I said but there is no end to these things Traye failed to see one of them jumping behind him and onto his back, more and more creatures jump on him taking him to the ground 'well it looks like this is it this is how I go out' his eyes slowly close darkness begins to creep into his heart.
'Don't give up you have the power inside of you trust your heart' eyes snapping open light begins flooding out of his chest and around his body wrapping his entire body in light the monsters screeching back away as Traye rising to his feet brandishing his sword and shield the light fades to reveal Traye head to toe in armor "time to some payback" he says voice somewhat distorted from his helmet.
Traye didn't know how long he was fighting but he was getting exhausted, sweat was pouring down his face legs wobbling from exertion he suddenly hears a voice call to him "watch out!" turning behind his kills one of the shadows about to attack him before turning to a Figure standing on top of a hill he didn't have time to look at them for long though before blocking a strike from another shadow.
Chapter 3 I know these are short but I am just trying to set up the groundwork for longer chapters now that Traye and Aqua have met things will have much better pace let me know what you all think in the comments keep your hearts strong and have an awesome day
