Let's get to it!)
...
Nezu was careful and concise. Hand picking what to send out into the world late into the night. He had to be conscientious of what he revealed about the Number Two Hero. Deliberate but discreet. Damning and yet cautious. There was a fine line between too much and too little however the principal believed he had found the perfect balance. With a confident smirk, the scheming chimera hit send and unleashed the anonymous information into the dark corners of the deep web. Plant the seed and wait to see how it grew. Oh, he couldn't wait to see what chaos would erupt from his meddling.
But that would have to wait for time to wield its magic and spread the word of Endeavor's skeletons without his knowledge until it was too late. Like a virus that would grow and grow until it becomes public knowledge enough that the people won't be able to help but question the legitimacy of the so-called Number Two Hero. For now, he had other matters to attend to and certainly not alone as he pulled out his phone. A few quick dials of his paw pads and his phone was ringing.
After a few trills, the receiver on the other end picked up, "Hello?"
"Detective Tsukauchi, good morning," Nezu chirped happily despite the early hour. He had been up all night long scheming and was still in a very good mood even without much sleep. "How are things down at the station?"
"The usual," Tsukauchi replied with a sigh. It had been another late night and too early of a morning but he knew that Nezu wasn't one to call for nothing. "Bad guys making my life a world of paper work and bad coffee. You?"
"UA is doing just fine despite the circumstances," the chimera answered in turn as he took a sip of his ever-present cup of tea. "We are certainly quite pleased to have Izuku back from that mess."
"I'll bet," the detective chuckled. "A mess that I am going to be working on cleaning up for weeks."
"Quite the burden, I'm sure," Nezu conceded with a nod before a scheming glint came to his beady black eyes. "How would you like to take a break from all that?"
"A break?" Tsukauchi said incredulously. "Nezu, I don't have time for a break. The pile of paperwork on my desk is above my head."
"And it will still be there after a little task I have for us to complete," the mammal lilted darkly. "All For One is incarcerated and All Might is out of commission. And while it displeases me that the Hero Commission will be turning to Endeavor of all people, there isn't much we can do just yet about that. Though I have put some pieces into place in regards to it."
There was a pause of silences on the other side of the line before Tsukauchi sighed, "Nezu, what did you do?"
"All in good time, detective," the chimera chuckled. "All in good time."
Another sigh was heard.
"What is it that you want us to do?" Tsukauchi asked, knowing that trying to pry information out of the principal was futile.
"I'm glad you asked," Nezu grinned as he pulled a prepared file towards him on his desk. "We have many enemies out in the world. A daunting task much like your perilous paperwork pile, but one that can be tackled one at a time. I believe it is high time to remove one of those enemies off the list."
There was a rustle of papers and the clinking of a mug being put down on a desk.
"Who are we going after?" Tsukauchi asked, his tone sounding more determined from a second ago.
"I do admire your eagerness for justice, detective," Nezu commented with a smirk. "As we can't touch Endeavor as of now, there is another target that has been allowed to work in offense to the world for far too long. Namely those who have been made powerless by the legal gods that be."
Again, the man sighed long used to, but also long done, with the chimera's cryptic crap.
"Just say it, Nezu," Tsukauchi pressed, taking a slug of crap coffee. "Busy, remember?"
"Yes, yes, of course," the mammal relented with a wave of his paw. "To business. As we both know young Izuku has been through quite a lot these past few months. Let alone everything that took place in Kamino with the League. It pains me to see him suffer like this."
"I can't help, but agree with that," the detective said sadly. "Kid's been through a lot of crap for his age."
"Indeed," Nezu replied. "Which is why I think it is high time for us to address some of that hardship he had to endure. Namely the education system that let him down before he started to attend UA."
Another pause to consider his intentions and the man said, "You want to go after Aldera."
"I do indeed," the chimera confirmed. "From the principal to the school nurse to the tea lady, I intend to charge any and all of them for at the very least negligence for allowing what happened to Izuku to transpire. For him and anyone else they let fall through the cracks and for disgracing the title of educator. I will watch them burn for their transgressions."
Nezu was many things and spiteful was at his very core. A fire that was ignited in the bleak darkness of the lab cages he had been trapped in and fanned hotter by the scientists' cruelty. Memories of pain and unnecessary mistreatment all in the name of 'progress'. And yet no matter what they had done to him, all it did was progress his own anger towards humans and their hypocritical humanity.
Humans claim to care and be kind but only to their own. And even then, no matter what slogan they preached, there were always those who believed they were better than others. Equality was a lie told to children to their faces only to reveal the truth of elitism behind their backs. And these unlawful so-called educators failed their task to help teach future generations to be better than the last by turning a blind eye to the mistreatment of a child all because he was born without a Quirk.
Once Nezu had learned of and then met one young Midoriya Izuku, he had felt a connection. Obviously, they were quite different with the boy being a human and himself a…well, a compilated conundrum of creatures. Though he did favor a dog, mouse, and bear combination in his introductions. Regardless of their species though, they had both been exposed to unwarranted abuse from their so-called peers.
As such, much like how Nezu took his revenge on the scientists who had tortured him for years, he wanted to help Izuku go after his tormenters as well. Though from his experience in servicing justice in the boy's name merely against his childhood bully, Izuku had too big a heart to want Nezu's brand of justice. It was admirable that his ability to forgive had not been destroyed from all that he had experienced.
However, Nezu was not one to forgive and certainly not one to forget. Memories of his past were what fueled him to make the world right again. To never allow the exploitation and injustice to fester no matter how many times he found himself driven to clean up someone else's mess. So, while Izuku would most certainly protest, Nezu could not let his own oppressed past go unpunished.
Aldera was going to burn.
"I have been preparing for this for a while now," Nezu spoke into his phone. "And I would like you to accompany me so there is no way for them to even attempt to lie their way out of all the charges I have to place upon them. There will be justice today."
The detective took a long swig of what was left of his coffee. It was disgusting work coffee but he knew he would need a refill before going along with Nezu's plan, because of course he was going to follow the principal's lead on this. Tsukauchi had helped him 'prepare' whatever torment he had in store for that school. They had messed with one of the mammal's own, even though it was before they met, and Nezu was very protective of what, and who, he considered his.
"I'm going to need more coffee, but okay," the detective said, already gathering his things. "Do you want to meet there or do you want me to pick you up so we can brief on the way over?"
"The latter if you would," Nezu answered. "You are familiar to a degree of what I have in my possession however I would like to warn you of the particularly unsavory bits. To be on our best game."
"Of course," Tsukauchi replied as he was putting on his hat and coat. "I'll see you soon, Nezu. Over and out."
The phone call ended with a click and Nezu was already tapping away to make another. A similar few moments of waiting as the phone rang until a gruff voice picked it up.
"What do you want, rat?" Aizawa growled in irritation from being woken up.
"It is good to hear you too this fine morning," Nezu snickered, long used to the tired man's ire when it came to sleep. "Would you possibly be free to accompany me today?"
"Not exactly," Aizawa replied. "Gotta keep an eye on the kid, remember?"
"A concern certainly," the chimera agreed with a nod. "However now that he has that Quirk suppressing bracelet, I believe he should be fine for a couple of hours. I will also inform Recovery Girl and Midnight to keep an ear out for any trouble. Satisfied?"
The tired man sighed reluctantly knowing he wasn't going to get out of whatever this was about.
"What do you want?" he repeated, sitting up and already missing the sleep he wasn't going to be getting.
Nezu grinned knowing he had already won the nonexistent argument and said, "I have just finished organizing an effective case against a certain questionable public educational establishment and I was wondering if you would like to join when I present it to the offending parties. Along with a certain detective."
He waited patiently for his coworker to consider his proposal.
"You're asking me to help you legally set fire to a middle school?" Aizawa asked flatly.
"In other words, yes," Nezu chirped back. "Interested?"
Not that he had much of a choice but the principal loved to play his part.
"When and where can I meet you?" Aizawa said, resigning himself to the chimera's whims.
"My office for now," Nezu said. "Tsukauchi is already on his way and I will brief you both on the way over."
"Got it," the tired man said and he hung up.
With two of his most trustworthy allies on the way, Nezu put his phone away. He had a little time to kill so he refilled his cup. The chimera took a final look over his many many notes even though he had them well organized and memorized to perfection. With a sip of his freshly brewed tea, Nezu sat back and readied himself for the oncoming show.
...
That morning was like any other day. The sun was shining and the coffee was steaming. Children were screaming outside as they arrived for yet another day of summer club activities at school. The papers on the desk were neat and sorted for easy access and completion thereafter. All was standard operating procedure for the principal of Aldera junior high school.
Kantoku Shirei was a simply man with simply desires. To run Aldera well and support the students with the most potential. While they weren't the most 'prestigious' of schools, there were still a handful of students with the potential to make a name of Aldera. A recent success being the acceptance of graduate Bakugou Katsuki to the actual prestigious UA and in the Hero Course to boot. A fine mark on the school's record as well as his own.
The bell rang for the start of school at the same time as every day of the week. Shirei turned from his office window to go about his daily routine of paperwork. He pulled out his chair and carefully sat down before turning to his desk. The man eyed the waiting paperwork that had to be filled out same as always. And as always Shirei switched his focus from them to the little toy soldiers standing at attention on his desk.
They may seem an odd trinket to keep close by but for Shirei they were important. Insignificant pieces of plastic shaped like soldiers with no obvious purpose but to stand there silent and still. However, with a little Quirked persuasion, they could be so much more.
Shirei had just turned four when his Quirk, Directive, manifested. A typical age for a Quirk to form and while it wasn't flashy or anything, as a boy he had been delighted. At such a young age he had always loved playing with his toy soldiers. His father had been a proud military man and Shirei wanted to be just like him. Playing with his toy soldiers and ordering the troops around until one day they actually literally followed them.
It had been a shock for him as well as his parents as the toy soldiers came to life and started running around the house to do his bidding. It took a few tries and a visit to the doctor to learn that his Quirk allowed him to give an order to small objects, no bigger than a shoebox, by pointing at it with his fingers. Which in turn were mutated in addition to his Quirk and could extend like a metal pointer and were even tipped with a metallic material instead of fingernails.
A small mutation that most wouldn't necessarily notice at a glance though Shirei formed a habit of tapping them when he grew impatient. It served as a reminder that his time was precious and that it was best not to waste it. Same as he refused to waste his own time on those who had no potential.
It wasn't long that the halls were quiet with all the students in their classrooms and homeroom teachers taking charge. Good. While Shirei didn't dislike children or anything, he was a principal of a middle school after all, but they certainly could be quite noisy at times. Especially with some of the students' cacophonous Quirks.
Often, he had found that to be a good sign though. Potential signs of a new up and coming Hero much like Bakugou. With the flash and flare that many of the top rating Heroes possessed. Sure, there were other professions that were noteworthy but none were like becoming a Pro Hero. That had the attention of the public everywhere and if they became known for producing future Heroes, then a better breed of student would start attending.
Though there had been a curious outcome when it came to last year's graduates. For not only did Bakugou get accepted into UA, but also their notorious troublemaking Quirkless student who was always causing a ruckus. Honestly, it was a questionable decision for UA even if it was only into the Support Course. Midoriya Izuku never showed much promise while he had attended Aldera. Always picking fights and trying to blame the other kids just to get them in trouble.
His marks weren't noteworthy either with mediocre grades with notations of missed or past due assignments. His teachers would always complain about his attention seeking habits and disruptions in class. Shirei would even periodically order his toy soldiers out to patrol and they would report back similar findings. Written of course as they couldn't actually talk.
Midoriya was an average unremarkable Quirkless child. Plain in looks and not even a mutation to his person like everyone else. No Quirk, no mutation. Nothing to show his potential. Not even academically as the records showed. He had no foreseeable prospects and caused distractions for those who stood a chance to make something of themselves in this world.
And yet while it had been expected for Midoriya to drift even more into the background than he was before, he didn't. The first-place win of the Sports Festival was a shock and had to be some sort of fluke. A Quirkless winner over all of those strong Quirks shouldn't be possible, right? And yet they christened Midoriya with the golden medal on live television all the same.
Shirei had thought it was ludicrous and refused to pay any further attention to such nonsense. He had thought UA to be elite and not allow such ridiculous shenanigans to take place. No matter. Shirei washed his hands of Midoriya having been glad to be rid of him as soon as he walked off of Aldera's grounds for the last time. That child was in the past as far as he was concerned.
A knock from his office door alerted him to his secretary requiring his attention.
"Enter," he called out as he adjusted his already neat papers.
Must always be presentable as the face of the school.
In popped in his secretary who stated, "You have visitors wanting to see you, sir."
Visitors? As in plural? Unexpected but he was available at the moment.
"Allow them in," Shirei beckoned, adjusting his tie.
She gave a nod before opening the door further and stepping aside. Shirei wasn't sure what to expect but it certainly wasn't Nezu, the principal of UA himself, along with a detective and some unkempt fellow in black. Shirei was a little taken aback by this having thought ill of the mammal's executive decisions of how he ran his school but did not let it show.
Instead, he stood up to greet his unexpected guests and gave them a respectful bow. While he may question Nezu, the mammal had still made a name for himself and was a Pro Hero. An impressive achievement for an animal to say the least. The detective also seemed a man of his duty in a suit and trench coat and even politely removed his hat. The other fellow though seemed out of place all dressed in black and frankly looked homeless with his messy hair and stubbled face. Couldn't he bother to shave if he wasn't going to properly cultivate his facial hair?
Shirei on the other hand was neat. Much like his desk he kept himself in proper order too. His suit was freshly pressed every morning with today being a simple dark grey along with a white button up and dark blue tie. His hair was cut military style just like his father's and his mustache and goatee were trimmed finely on his face. Not a single hair out of place.
Honestly the scruffy looking man was irking him. How could he go around looking like that? Had he no shame? No care for appearances? Appearances were everything. How others see you was important and you always had to put your best foot forward. It was how Shirei ran his life as well as his school. Only the best would succeed and he ran Aldera in a way to ensure that happened.
"Gentlemen," Shirei addressed them after they all gave their bows.
Though the man in black only gave a mere nod. How disrespectful, but he would ignore it for now.
"Good morning. I'm Nezu, principal of UA," the chimera introduced himself though he didn't need to from his reputation. "With me is Detective Tsukauchi Naomasa and one of my teachers Aizawa Shouta."
A teacher? Seriously? While looking like that? How low have the standards of UA dropped if they were accepting Quirkless people into Hero courses or letting someone like him teach? Perhaps it would have been best for Bakugou to be accepted to a different high school. This did not look good for Aldera.
"Kantoku Shirei, principal of Aldera junior high school," Shirei replied before indicating to his waiting chairs. "Please, sit."
He took his own and righted himself at his desk. Across from him, Nezu hopped up on one chair and perched himself on the edge. Shirei had only two chairs in his office for visitors which left only one remaining for the two men. He had expected the detective to take it as he had to be of higher authority and therefore more worthy of the slight relief from standing. But to his surprise the unkempt man unceremoniously slumped into the chair and the detective simply centered himself between them.
Shirei did not like that, but he was a professional and so did not let it show. Instead, he tried to figure out as to why the principal of UA, one of their supposed teachers, and a detective were in his office this morning. What could bring this grouping to see him of all people. The first thing that came to mind was Bakugou Katsuki and his acceptance into UA.
Perhaps they were there to praise him for raising such a fine student to move on to UA? Bakugou had good marks in his studies and a strong Quirk perfect for becoming a great Hero. And he did place in the Sports Festival despite the fluke when it came to Midoriya taking first. That Quirkless little attention seeking boy was going to give Aldera a bad name with all his deceptions.
"To what do I owe this visit?" Shirei asked, wanting to get this meeting started. "Is it about Bakugou Katsuki?"
Nezu and the scruffy man shared a look before turning to him. The detective did nothing but stared directly at him with a blank face.
"In part, yes," Nezu answered. "There are certain elements to his performance in school that we'd like to address, but more importantly we are here to discuss Midoriya Izuku."
This surprised Shirei but then again it didn't. It was possible they had finally caught onto Midoriya's lying ways and wanted to address his records with them to corroborate their findings. Shirei would be glad to help them realize and take care of that Quirkless little twerp.
"I see," the tidy man stated. "I want to apologize for him, gentlemen."
Shirei then stood up and walked over to a filing cabinet in the corner.
"He has always been a troublemaker," he went on as he looked for a particular file. Not hard with how thick it was as he found it. "Always starting fights and not finishing his work. Always blaming others for his own troubles."
He pulled out the file and closed the drawer before walking over to his desk again.
"Honestly Midoriya is quite a troublesome student," Shirei continued as he sat down and placed the thick file on his desk. "With his background, I don't know how he was even accepted into UA. He must have found a way to cheat his way in unlike Bakugou who was accepted with flying colors. He is quite the upheld student, isn't he?"
Unbeknownst to him, the men and mammal were hiding their anger for this man. With every word Tsukauchi's Quirk was pinging at every lie being said but doing his best not to show it. Aizawa sat straighter and clenched his fists. He very much wanted to jump across that stupidly neat desk and punch this prick in the face. As for Nezu, his scarred brow twitch in ire as he listened to this human praise Bakugou while throwing Izuku under the bus. The chimera was internally seething at these lies being said about his personal student.
"Is all of that true?" the detective asked, pulling out a pocket notebook and a pen. "To the best of your knowledge?"
"Yes, it's true," Shirei replied, placing a hand on the file and pushing it towards them. "We have the records of Midoriya's misdeeds right here. Quite substantial, wouldn't you say? In comparison, Bakugou's is as thin as a piece of paper."
It didn't even garner the effort to fetch it. All these gentlemen needed to know was before them. Then they would see their mistakes and all the wrongs in this situation would be righted. Up will be up, down will be down, and they would see Bakugou for the star he was and Midoriya for the lowly Quirkless nobody he had always been.
"I see," Tsukauchi said flatly as he cast a glance at Aizawa with the subtlest shake of his head that it wasn't.
"Really?" the scruffy man spoke up. "Because my impression of them is far different."
Shirei considered him and his unkept appearance in distaste as he asked, "And who are you exactly?"
"I am Pro Hero Eraserhead," Aizawa proclaimed as he glared at the man. "And I am their homeroom teacher."
"Eraserhead?" Shirei pondered for a moment. "Never heard of a Hero by that name."
He mustn't be a very good one if he was a Pro. Some low ranked nobody simply here to annoy him and waste his time. How irritating.
"Of course not, I work Underground," Aizawa growled in his own annoyance. "Regardless, as I said I am their homeroom teacher and what you have described does not match my own experience at all."
Underground, huh? Was he so incompetent and so low that this Eraserhead was not in the rankings at all? Why on earth would Nezu and this detective bother associating with someone like this? Another mark of how UA has lowered their standards.
"Oh? And what's that?" Shirei sneered, some of his own anger showing through.
"Bakugou has good grades and keeps up with his studies, that much is true," Aizawa conceded, tickling the tidy man's ego. "However, his ability to interact with his peers has been…stunted."
Shirei did not let the off-comment phase him as he responded, "Bakugou has always been a leader and above others in all things. Perhaps the others in your class are not at his level."
"Like Midoriya?" the tired man remarked with a glare.
"Of course, Midoirya," Shirei scoffed. "With his condition how could he not be behind the others. He is Quirkless after all and doesn't have much prospects for success."
Again, the trio did their best not to react strongly. At this point Tsukauchi was starting to sport a headache with all the lies being tossed around. Aizawa wanted to strangle him and beat him within an inch of his life and Nezu wasn't too far behind already thinking of ways they could bring this horrible man to his demise. Soon, very soon.
"What about the Sports Festival?" Aizawa pressed with a scowl.
Shirei paused for a moment in thought before replying, "The only reason he made it so far was with the help of those silly gadgets of his. Without them he would have failed."
"So would have someone with a Quirk that wasn't suited to the situation," Aizawa retorted, but it did little to persuade him.
"That is more of a comment on your teaching and their skills," the tidy man scoffed with a dismissive wave of his hand. "The boy is Quirkless and therefore weak. And it isn't on me for you to have gotten played by Midoriya for sympathy."
Under his administration, Bakugou was perfect and Midoriya was a troublemaker and he would stand by that. Nothing these gentlemen could say would change that fact. Or so he thought.
"Before we continue," Tsukauchi spoke up. "There's one thing I should mention."
The detective directed his firm gaze to lock with Shirei's. And not only him as this so-called Underground Hero and Nezu himself were watching him closely too with hardened looks. With the combination of all three staring at him so strongly, the tidy man felt the need to gulp in what felt like fear? Not that he had anything to fear! They had never done anything wrong. All was as it should be.
Right?
"Oh?" Shirei questioned, shifting uncomfortably in his seat. "And what is that?"
"My Quirk," the man answered simply.
The office grew quiet like some kind of pause for dramatic effect. At this point, Shirei was getting annoyed with these intruders in his school but still he didn't say it. All he let out was a slow irritated sigh. Couldn't they just get on with it?
"Which is?" he drawled in impatience, waving his hand to beckon an answer.
Tsukauchi shared quick glances between his two counterparts before turning back to him.
"It's called Lie Detector."
Four words. Just four words. Four measly little words that felt like a slap in the face. Shirei paled suddenly and felt an immediate need to change his shirt with how much he started sweating. Though it was summer so that was a factor, right? There was nothing he needed to be worried about and everything was going to be fine.
"That being said," the detective went on, marking on his notebook for a moment before focusing back on him. "Would you like to reconsider your statement?"
"No, I would not," Shirei replied stubbornly. "I stand by what I said."
Because could this guy really have a Quirk that detected lies? Nonsense. Even then, if he did, so what? They had their records straight and in perfect order.
"Then you would be lying," the scruffy man growled.
"You see, principal," Nezu spoke up since the start of this so-called conversation. Or more accurately interrogation, but that's neither here nor there. "I have been creating a file of sorts of my own in regards to the activities that take place in this supposed academic establishment. One that contradicts your own and far outweighs it in facts and evidence. Care to be enlightened?"
The chimera pulled out a little disk from his suit pocket and placed it on the desk. From it projected an image in midair for all of them to see. The repurposed acceptance disc was his own personal portable projector and it filled the room with more light.
"I have seen your records, Principal Kantoku," Nezu commented as he fiddled on his phone to control the device. "While they paint a pretty picture, they are more fiction than fact. Simply words on paper attempting to pass off as the truth. However, I found what was left unsaid and uninterrupted and it does not look good. For you and for all those who attended and attend to this so-called school."
Nezu had been able to get access to the cameras in the school. With the development of Quirks, it increased the risk for injuries. As ordered by the government and Hero Commission alike, all schools whether public or private were to have cameras placed in order to help monitor Quirk use. Mostly the reviewing of the video playbacks was done in elementary school when it was typical for Quirks to manifest. It was meant to help document and diagnose Quirks as they appeared.
Beyond that though the footage went mostly untouched and many weren't even aware it was still there. Simply a subtle feature of the building that didn't affect them. Until now that is and Nezu was relishing it. By the shocked and shook look on the other principal's face, he too had forgotten about the monitoring system. Oh, this was going to be good.
Not that what he had found was good. Not at all. It was going to be sweet justice being brought down on this terrible human among others, however it pained him to see with his own eyes what Izuku had gone through. All the hurt and pain and brushing off. It had only fueled him more to legally burn this gods forsaken place to the ground. Dismantle it piece by piece and build it back up better from the ground up.
Bakugou and Izuku had been in the same class every year. It was as if they were academically inseparable and his student could never manage to get any kind of distance from his bully. It had been like a bird's eye view of his childhood as Nezu was compelled to watch the evolution, or rather devolution, of their friendship and all the 'lessons' Bakugou had given him over the years.
He had abstained from playing the audio, but equipped the provided close captioning settings. That way there would be no denying the reality and to remind their prey of what atrocities had taken place here. The insults and harsh words. The explosions and illegal Quirk use by student and teacher alike. Such as when Izuku's own homeroom teacher had chopped his extended hand down hard on the boy's head for simply muttering in class with no warning. Or even little glimpses of tiny toy soldiers roaming the halls.
Nezu also was able to dig up videos of teachers doing nothing. Of reactions of students and teachers with many sneering as if they enjoyed watching Izuku suffer. As long as it wasn't them, right? Pass on the buck of being the lowest rung on the social ladder. However, while it was painful to watch, it also was a testament to Izuku's resilience. The slow and steady transition of him starting off 'weak' at birth because he was Quirkless to gradually change over the years. Izuku would get beat down and stay down only to then eventually learn to pick himself up.
He had been subjected to more physical 'lessons' than Nezu had ever imagined and initially hadn't been able to do anything against them. But eventually it became clear that Izuku had started training or had taken lessons to toughen up. According to Bakugou, Izuku being able to defend himself was good but was not enough to become a Hero. And so, the mistreatment had continued though it had lessened compared to years past. Didn't change how wrong it was to have taken place at all.
"As you can clearly see," Nezu remarked as they continued to watch. "Much has happened here that should not have been allowed to transpire. Quirk discrimination. Illegal Quirk use. Bullying. Teacher negligence. I even looked into the background of every teacher and staff member. Unsurprisingly with all of this, I found that some of your coworkers have criminal records that should have prohibited them from teaching or interacting with children and others without the proper certifications at all. Care to explain all this?"
They all turned to the pale principal who was staring at the still running images. Shirei thought he had known what was happening in his own school. Had felt that he had a tight grip on things and that everything was in order. The day that had been going so well and normal had suddenly turned to crap. Not even his little soldiers had been able to make him aware of this. Did they report him the truth or what he wanted to hear.
"I-I…," Shirei stuttered out, at a loss for words.
Because what was there to say. Shirei wasn't in control. He had clearly never been in control. Lied to his face and he had taken it at face value. Because who would believe one Quirkless child over an entire school.
"Regardless of what you say," Aizawa drawled as he stood up and reached into his scarf. "As of today, you and the rest of this school are being served. Detective Tsukauchi will inform you of your rights."
From his capture weapon, he took out a folded bundle of papers and placed them on the desk in front of the still paralyzed principal. Too appalled to do anything but sit there with his mouth hung open like a fish. A satisfying image from the pompous lying pinhead to this pathetic and pale piece of shit. It was gratifying to all of them as Tsukauchi rounded the desk and placed the man in cuffs as he read him his rights.
