White scales flashed in the darkness. An IceWing, that was clear. He was running from something. In his talons was a large red egg. The largest egg in mountain high, as the prophecy stated. The IceWing, by the name of Hvitur, flew past trees and hills in a hurry to get back. Wingbeats sounded behind him, and a SandWing appeared from the darkness. Oh no, Burn, you will not get this egg, Hvitur thought. He turned and blasted them with frost breath before flying down to the trees. He continued toward a mountain until he found a big boulder, which he then moved aside. He looked behind him, checking to make sure he wasn't followed, then went inside a large cave, moving the boulder back behind him.

A red, rusty-looking dragon came into the cave. "Hvitur, you made it, and with the SkyWing egg." Kestrel said. But she looked angry. Of course, that was her natural look. "Webs decided to get a second egg, in case you didn't succeed with the SkyWing egg. Well, now we can shatter that stupid egg." Kestrel turned toward a cave. "Kestrel, we are a part of the Talons of Peace, not the Talons that Destroy-Eggs-Because-They-Are-A-Tribe-You-Don't-Like. If you do that, you'll be just as bad as Burn." Hvitur stated. Kestrel grunted angrily, but did not continue toward the eggs.

"Well, you should put that egg where it goes before it hatches." Kestrel said. Hvitur went into the cave and gently set the egg next to the others. He also noticed a white egg. What was a white egg doing there? An IceWing was not in the prophecy. He didn't think further of it, because suddenly, the ground shook. The MudWing egg was cracked. When the shaking stopped, the MudWing popped out and started towards the other eggs. "Stop that MudWing before it destroys the others!" Webs cried. Kestrel tried to dive towards the eggs, but instead, she got a face full of rock. A stone wall stood between them and the eggs.

It was suddenly really hot, then cold, before it was a normal temperature again. Then, the stone wall went into the ground, and seven dragonets sat in bits of shell. There were spots near the IceWing that looked as if ice were there, and near the SkyWing were little fires that were dying away. "Wow, do, did the prophecy dragonets, no, it wasn't meant to be five dragonets was it, it was supposed to be seven dragonets, and they've gained powers." Dune said from behind them.

"They've what?! But how though? Could it have been the moons? Because there wasn't a hole, but now there is." Asha said, appearing at the far side of the cave. "Who knows, but now we know that they are more special than we originally thought. We must keep them hidden until it's time." Hvitur said. The dragonets were in a pile, quietly sleeping, unaware of the great destiny and war they were born into. Asha explained that what the MudWing had done was normal, except for the stone wall. She said that the first MudWing to hatch went to the other eggs and helped them hatch. "The first MudWing to hatch is also known as the "bigwings". They are the largest dragon in the hatching." Asha finished her explanation with. "Wow, that is fascinating. I was thinking that the MudWing was trying to murder the rest of the eggs." Hvitur said, amazed. "Well, we can't keep calling him "the MudWing", they all need names." Asha said. Dune and Webs nodded in agreement.

They all sat thinking for a while, before Hvitur thought of an idea for the IceWing. "The IceWing, we should call him Glacier." The others murmured in agreement about how it fit him. "The SkyWing is Finch." Kestrel blurted after a half an hour. "And I like Clay for the MudWing. What about you dune? Or you Webs? Any ideas?" Asha said. Dune raised one talon. "Sunny. That's what her mother would have wanted to call her." Dune set his talon back down and Webs looked thoughtful for a moment. " The SeaWing should be Tsunami. But I was also thinking about the RainWing. She should be called Glory." Webs said. "Then, that just leaves the NightWing. What should his name be?" Hvitur instantly knew what it should be. "Starflight. Starflight is his name. It's just the perfect name for a NightWing." He said. Now that names were situated, they all went to sleep.
