Yeah, I did another One-Shot. I was just in the mood to do another one of these. This time involving another personal matchup that I have wanted to see. The Arbiter from Halo 2,3 and 5, vs Bo Katan from Star Wars. Aside from my two favorite sci-fi series crossing over. It also just felt right having these two duel, simply because of their stories and backgrounds. They both were capable warriors who led their people with honor and distinction, only to suffer a massive defeat that shamed them to the point where they had to redefine themselves and in the end of their journeys, they are both attempting to unite their people together and reclaim their homeworlds from the oppressive forces that attempted to exterminate and subjugate them. There's also the fact that the Mandlorians and Sangheili are pretty similar in culture. Warrior backgrounds, honor and duty bound. Divided by clans. A designated leader who would bring the whole race together. It's all there. And be real with me, you can't tell me that seeing the Arbiter's one of a kind Prophet's Bane going up against the one of a kind Darksaber wouldn't be one of the coolest Lightsaber vs Energy Sword ideas ever.
Same deal as before. This is a One-Shot. I'm not making it into a full story. Someone else can if they want to. Until I decide to upload again. ;)

In an unknown quadrant of space, an Arquitens-class command cruiser flew across the vast expanse, until it came across a planet directly ahead of its current flight course. The planet was mostly golden orange and brown in its colors, and at the moment, there were no ships blockading the planet. The command cruiser continued its course.
Inside the command cruiser were multiple people, all of which were wearing similar, yet still unique sets of armor. At least half of the crew were wearing their helmets, while the other half were choosing to have their helmets off for the time being. These people also all carried multiple weapons on themselves, and some of them even sported jetpacks on their backs.
These people were the Mandalorians. People who had taken the creed to walk the path of Mandalore. Originally split apart due to differing ideals on what being a true Mandalorian had meant, they were united under one leader, who sat in the center of the command bridge of this vessel.
Bo Katan Kryze of Clan Kryze, former leader of the Night Owls during the clone wars, former revolutionary of Mandalore during the reign of the Galactic Empire, before her defeat at the hands of Moff Gideon. Now, she has reclaimed her status as leader of Mandalore, after reclaiming the Darksaber from Din Djarin, who had lost the blade against an enemy who had defeated him on Mandalore. With this Darksaber back in her hands, and after being bathed in the living waters of Mandalore and part of the Children of the Watch, she was one who had been a part of both ways of Mandalore, and had earned her claim to lead her people once more. She had planned on reclaiming her homeworld of Mandalore and had rallied all Mandalorians to her side, but instead of Mandalore, they arrived at this planet instead. "Where are we?" She asked.
"Unknown." Another Mandalorian answered to her. "This planet doesn't appear on this ship's database. In fact, this sector of space we're in doesn't match anything on our charts."
"We didn't jump into wild space, did we?" Bo questioned.
"No. Our coordinates to Mandalore were input correctly." Another Mandalorian answered.
"Were there any anomalies during our travel through hyperspace?" Katan asked.
"If there were any, these computers didn't detect them." A different Mandalorian stated. "Outdated, Imperial garbage."
"How are we on fuel?" Bo wondered.
"Not enough to go back the way we came and attempt another jump to Mandalore." Another Mandalorian told her. "We could land on that planet and see if there is any fuel to harvest on there for our ship."
"We'll be going in blind. I'm not risking this cruiser landing on the planet." Bo told the crew on the bridge. "Prepare my dropship. I'll take a team down there and scout it out myself. If we deem it safe, you can land the cruiser."
"Yes, ma'am." One of the other Mandalorians replied to her as she stood off her seat and exited the bridge.

Meanwhile on the planet's surface, multiple large alien creatures with mandibles for mouths were around a camp outside of what appeared to be an arena of some sort. The aliens were all wearing armor. Some wore sleek and sharp armor that covered their whole body, while others wore more bulky armor that covered everything except their arms and mandibles.
These were the Sangheili. The natives of this planet, appropriately named Sanghelios. This particular camp was composed exclusively of the Sangheili, as the elites of this faction, known as the Swords of Sanghelios, were the only ones who would be capable of defending this position without taking heavy losses.
In the center of the camp was the leader of Swords of Sanghelios. His name was Thel 'Vadam. Formerly a Supreme Commander of the Covenant, formerly the Arbiter who had become a revolutionary during the Great Schism, which saw the Covenant deem the Sangheili as traitors and sought to wipe them out. Now, after facing the horrors of the all consuming Flood, and silencing the Prophet of Truth with his own blade, he was now Kaidon of the state of Vadam, while still being the Arbiter of his people, and he was now in the process of driving the remnants of the Covenant off of his homeworld. During this calm, a Sangheili entered his tent to speak with him. "What is it?" Thel spoke first.
"Leader, a ship has entered outside of our planet's orbit." The Sangheili reported.
"Covenant, or Swords?" 'Vadam questioned.
"Neither." The Sangheili answered. "From its appearance, it looks like a ship that humans would make. But it's not like any human ships from before."
"I do not recall the humans notifying us of their arrival. And during a time when our home defense fleet was redeployed of all times." Thel said out loud, walking out of his tent with the Sangheili. "Monitor the ship, and anything that comes out of it. If it lands in our territory, we must determine what their purpose here is."
As if on cue, another Sangheili approached 'Vadam and spoke up. "Leader. There is a small ship that has broken our atmosphere and is approaching the cliffs of Nuusra. The markings on the ship do not match anything we have on records of Human, Covenant, or Forerunner ships."
"Get Usze 'Taham to lead a team and scout where that ship is landing." Thel ordered. "Make sure that they don't reveal themselves unless absolutely necessary."
"Yes, leader." The two Sangheili said before leaving 'Vadam alone to look up at the unknown ship that loomed above his planet, uncertain of the intentions of these unknown visitors.

In the skies above, Bo Katan piloted her Kom'rk-class fighter transport ship down to the rocky surface of this planet and looked for a safe, but secluded place to land. Inside her ship was a taskforce of Mandalorians, including multiple whom she had worked with before. Those being Din Djarin, Paz Vizla, Axe Woves, Koska Reeves, The Armorer, and others who volunteered were inside the deck of the ship, all strapped in and waiting to either be deployed, or for the ship to land.
Bo continued to look and soon enough found the entrance to a cliffside, with some old statues and ruins built into the cliff's walls. It was large enough for her ship, but also small enough for the ship to not be seen should she keep the ship there. "I've found a place to land. We'll touch down soon." She looked behind herself and saw another passenger in a seat next to hers. It was a very young, very small, green alien foundling, who went by the name of Grogu. He was inside the chest of an IG unit who had been rebuilt after it had sacrificed itself to protect this foundling from being captured by the Empire. Now its body was being used by Grogu as a mech for the foundling to help his clan.
The ship then flew towards the opening in the cliffside and landed the ship on the ground. Once the ship powered down, the hatch opened and the Mandalorians walked out of the ship. A total of twelve Mandalorians came out of the ship, including Bo and Grogu, who came out last. The other ten Mandalorians surveyed the area and soon enough Koska spoke up. "All clear."
"There's ruins here." Paz noted.
"Meaning that there was civilization here before." Din stated.
"Could there still be in another part of the planet?" Another Mandalorian wondered.
"Even if there is, If they're smart, they won't be openly inviting Mandalorians to their doorstep." Axe stated.
"These statues..." The Armorer couldn't help but examine them. "These appear to be of warriors, or protectors of ancient past."
"Perhaps we are at the entrance to a temple dedicated to these warriors of old." One Mandalorian suggested.
"Or what remains of the temple." Koska said.
"Tread with care." Bo instructed. "If this is indeed a temple dedicated to these warriors of ancient past, we will not desecrate these structures, as to respect these warriors." She then took point and began to walk down the path that led further inside the temple ruins.
Meanwhile in the cliffs above, a group of 20 Sangheili were watching this group make their way towards the temple. One of them spoke up. "Their physique matches that of the humans, but their armor does not look like what they would normally wear."
"That armor they wear. It somewhat reminds me of the demons we faced during the time of the Covenant." Another Sangheili said.
"The Spartan armor of now, does not look like that though." The first one stated.
Soon, Usze 'Taham gave his orders to his team. "We will split into two groups. I will lead one half ahead of the group, while N'tho 'Sraom leads the other half in following the group." He stated, before speaking to N'tho himself. "Continue to follow them from the shadows. Do not reveal yourselves unless they either get too close to the camp, or somehow detect you and force you out of hiding."
"Understood." 'Sraom responded, before stepping away from the group and signaling for those who wish to join his group to follow him.
The twenty Sangheili then did as instructed, with nine of them following Usze as they cloaked and traveled further down the cliffside to get ahead of these new visitors, while N'tho and his nine units cloaked themselves and watched from the cliffs, following the visitors as they entered the ruins of the temple.
[Play Halo 2 OST Peril]
The Mandalorians continued their trek through the temple, noticing some strange looking crates and some shields that were placed in strategically defendable areas. "There is still civilization here." Koska said. "These fortifications are much more advanced than the structures."
"If this place was supposed to be fortified, then where are the soldiers assigned to defend this place?" Another Mandalorian questioned.
"They most likely saw our ship approach and are lying in wait to ambush us." Din suspected as he looked atop the cliffside, and used his helmet to spot multiple heat signatures above them, keeping their distance while following them.
"Why not attack us now and be done with it then?" Axe wondered.
"They do not wish to desecrate their ruins." The Armorer answered. "That, or they are still determining if we are a threat to them."
"We don't have the time or the resources to fight another war." Bo stated. "Not while we are trying to reclaim our homeworld."
"Then let us pray that whoever leads the warriors here will give you the choice of negotiation." Paz said.
The twelve Mandalorians continued through the ruins of the temple, soon enough entering the inside of one of the temple structures. Outside of the structure, N'tho reported what he was seeing to Usze. "They have entered the council chamber. They will reach you within moments."
"Contact Mahkee 'Chava and inform her of this." Usze instructed. "Then follow them inside the chamber and link up with us." As he finished giving out those instructions, the twelve visitors were making their way up the stairs of the chamber. The ten Sangheili then cloaked themselves and spread out, taking aim with their weapons in case they needed to attack these people.
The other ten Sangheili from outside had quickly made their way down to the level that the entrance to the chamber was, cloaked themselves and entered the chamber as well. They saw the twelve visitors halfway up the stairs when they took aim with their weapons, just in case they needed to use them.
[Silence]
The Mandalorians then stopped in their tracks and Din and half of the Mandalorians looked towards the entrance to the chamber, while Bo and the other half looked towards the upper section of the chamber. It was then that Katan spoke up. "We know you're there. We can see you."
[Play The Mandalorian OST Hey Mando!]
The twenty Sangheili were somewhat surprised, but they didn't decloak and still had their weapons trained on the Mandalorians. Only one Sangheili decloaked and showed himself to the group. Usze Taham stood at the top of the stairs that the Mandalorians were on and had his energy sword activated, pointing it towards the group. "State your intentions, outsiders."
Bo Katan then stepped forward. "I am Bo Katan Kryze, of Mandalore. We are here to resupply ourselves with fuel for our ship, so that we may return to our homeworld and reclaim it from those who attempted to extinguish us."
"Where do your allegiances lie?" Usze questioned.
"With the people of Mandalore." Bo answered.
Usze then got a transmission from Mahkee, who spoke to him. "I have our Kaidon with me. He has heard what the female has said and has ordered me to tell you to bring them to him."
"Understood." 'Taham replied, lowering his energy sword, while N'tho and the other Sangheili surrounding the Mandalorians decloaked and lowered their weapons as well. He then spoke to the Mandalorians. "Follow me to our camp. Our leader wishes to speak with you personally."
"We will follow." Bo told him, following him up the stairs and into a chamber with an opening that led outside. From there, a Phantom belonging to the Swords of Sanghelios arrived, and Usze motioned for her and the other Mandalorians to step into the ship first, to which they did, followed by the twenty Sangheili, before the Phantom flew off, traveling back to the camp.
[Silence]
Once the Phantom reached the camp, The Sangheili and Mandalorians exited the ship and the Mandalorians were escorted inside the camp. The other Sangheili took notice of them and directed their attention to them, noticing their weapons and armor. The Mandalorians couldn't understand what they were saying, as they spoke in a language unfamiliar to them, but they could tell by their posture that they both seemed to respect their choice of attire, but somewhat dislike their presence here.
[Play Halo 3 OST Choose Wisely]
The group was led to a tent, and as soon as they reached it, Another Sangheili came out, one clad in armor that was much more ceremonial and regal looking. This was Thel 'Vedam who saw the Mandalorians in front of him and spoke up. "Who among you was the one known as Bo Katan Kryze?"
Bo then stepped forward and answered his question. "I am."
"And you seek fuel for your transports so that you may return to your homeworld?" Thel asked her.
"Indeed." Katan answered. "Our cruiser was en route to our home planet of Mandalore when we ended up at this planet instead. Once we have fuel, we will leave without any issue."
"I am sorry, but I do not have any fuel to spare." 'Vadam told her. "All of the fuel I have is needed here if I am to drive the Covenant off of Sanghelios and unite my people together."
When Bo heard that, she wasn't too pleased. "We don't have enough fuel to go back the way we came. We need your help."
"Until my fight with the Covenant is finished, I am unable to assist you." Thel told them, with a noticeable amount of sorrow in his tone. It was clear that he did want to help these people, as he could understand their plight, but he couldn't do that without risking his forces' ability to fight off the Covenant.
"We could help you in your fight." Din Djarin spoke up, to the surprise of both Katan and 'Vadam. "In exchange for our assistance in driving off this Covenant from your homeworld, you provide us with fuel for our ship, so that we may leave to continue our quest to liberate our homeworld."
"A very bold claim, to assume that you have the abilities necessary to fight the Covenant alongside us, Mandalorian." N'tho spoke up.
"Then perhaps a demonstration would be in order." Bo offered, although she didn't want to get involved in another war, she had no choice if she wanted to get back to their mission. "One of our best will go up against one of your best in single combat. If we impress you enough, you allow us to help you in your war. If not, then we will stay out of your way."
"I will fight your champion, myself." 'Vadam told her, stepping forward. "If you prove your abilities to me, I will allow you to fight alongside us. If you impress me, then after I have united Sanghelios, I will assist you in reclaiming Mandalore."
Bo Katan then took a step forward in response. "I agree to those terms, and as leader of my people, I will face you."
"Prepare yourself, and when you are ready, N'tho will escort you and your people to the Arena of Judgement." Thel told her before he walked away to prepare for the duel.
[Silence]
Bo Katan checked her weapons and made her preparations. Once she knew that she was ready, she spoke to N'tho, who along with most of the camp, escorted her and the Mandalorians to the inside of the Arena of Judgement.
[Play The Mandalorian OST A Challenge]
Thel 'Vadam stood in the center of the arena, armed with a Carbine on his back, a Plasma Rifle on his left hip, a Plasma Pistol on his right hip, three plasma grenades on the back of his hips, and his personal Energy Sword christened 'The Prophet's Bane' next to the Plasma Pistol. "You have armed yourself appropriately, Mandalorian? I do not wish for you to come to this battle if you do not believe you are prepared to win it."
Bo Katan stood about half a dozen yards in front of him, armed with her dual WESTAR-35 Blaster pistols, her wrist gauntlets carrying an assortment of extra weapons and tools that she could use in this fight, her J-12 Jetpack on her back, a thermal detonator on the back of her hips, and the Darksaber holstered on her left hip. "I have all my weapons with me. I assume you have done the same. Holding back against an opponent is an insult in my culture."
"Then you will not be insulted, Lady Kryze." Thel replied to her as he held Prophet's Bane in his hands and ignited it, letting the twin golden blades of the sword form as he held the sword firmly in his hand, ready to begin the duel.
Bo then followed suit, taking the Darksaber from her hip and igniting it. The single black blade came out from the hilt and once it was drawn, it hummed while the Mandalorian leader held it in front of herself, like a knight. She also activated a small shield on her left gauntlet, before pointing the Darksaber towards her opponent.
Surrounding the two duelists were multiple spectators, all of which were curious to see who would win this duel. On 'Vadam's side was the Sangheili, including Usze Taham, N'tho Sraom, and Mahkee 'Chava, who had all seen what their leader was capable of. It would be difficult for the Mandalorian.
Meanwhile Din Djarin, Grogu, Paz Vizla, Koska Reeves, Axe Woves, The Armorer and the other Mandalorians present knew how capable Bo Katan was, as they had watched her earn her title and bring their divided warriors together. This fight would not be easy for this Sangheili.
The two warriors slowly circled around each other, keeping eye contact as they did so. They sized each other up and each one maintained their focus, both ready to begin this duel to decide the Mandalorians' fate on Sanghelios.
Bo then ran forward, charging towards Thel, who put his blade in front of him and watched as Katan swung at him. 'Vadam quickly and easily swatted away Bo's attack with his own sword swipe, but Katan was quick enough to swing at Thel again, making 'Vadam block her second swing with his sword once more. He pushed her back with a swipe of his blade and attempted to strike her, but she got her shield up in front of her and she quickly blocked the slash from the Prophet's Bane, before activating her jetpack to give her enough strength to push the Sangheili away from her.
As Thel briefly stumbled back, Bo seized the opportunity to follow up, quickly holstering her blade and pulling out one of her blaster pistols and shooting at 'Vadam, who was able to withstand the first few shots thanks to his energy shields. He then holstered his blade and grabbed his Plasma Rifle from his hip and began to shoot at Katan, who used her energy shield on her gauntlet to block some of the plasma blasts before returning fire.
Thel's energy shields took a few more hits from the blaster bolts before he fell back and took cover behind a toppled statue. From behind that cover, he activated his cloak and holstered his Plasma Rifle, choosing to pull out his Carbine and move out of cover just as his shields were recharged. To the surprise of Vadam however, Bo shot at him and hit him multiple times, nearly depleting his shields again, even though he was cloaked. Katan could still see him, because of her helmet.
The Sangheili once again took cover behind the statue and decloaked himself, realizing that it was useless. He then opted for a different strategy, taking a plasma grenade, activating it and throwing it out towards the Mandalorian, who noticed it and shot at it, making it blow up in front of her, causing her to flinch for a moment. Long enough for Thel to throw another plasma grenade at her, and have said plasma grenade stick on her helmet.
Bo was shocked to see the explosive stick on to her helmet, but when she tried to pull it off, she realized that it wouldn't budge. As it was about to explode, she quickly took off her helmet and threw it away from herself, letting the grenade explode and greatly damage her helmet. She then turned to where 'Vadam was and saw him shoot a green plasma bolt towards her. She held her shield in front of her, but once the bolt made contact, it forcibly deactivated her shield and burned her left gauntlet. "Ugh!" She winced in pain.
Katan then noticed her opponent holster the Plasma Pistol and cloak himself once more. She pulled out the Darksaber and began to visually scan her surroundings, looking for any sign of his presence. To her surprise and luck, she was able to see some light reflecting in an irregular way that made the shape of Thel, and in that instant, she charged at the cloaked 'Vadam and swung at him with her blade, striking him in the chest and making him decloak and stumble back.
[Silence]
As Thel regained his balance, he let out a bemused hum, as even without her helmet, this human was able to deduce where he was with just her eyes and combat instincts. Perhaps she and her people were indeed capable of fighting alongside him. But the duel wasn't over yet.
[Play Halo 2 OST Unyielding]
'Vadam then began to shoot at Katan with his carbine, making her dodge the incoming fire and take flight with her jetpack in order to gain some distance from him. She soon then took cover behind a piece of debris and holstered her blade again, drawing out her second blaster pistol before moving out of cover to return fire. Thel dove behind the statue to avoid being shot at while his shields were recharging. Once his shields recharged he moved out of cover and got hit with a few blaster bolts, dropping his shields down again, but this gave him enough time to take aim and shoot the two blaster pistols out of Bo's hands, further limiting her options.
This didn't deter the Mandalorian however, as she then took aim with her right gauntlet and shot out an electro dart that struck 'Vadam and shocked him briefly, leaving him open to Katan using her jetpack to close the distance and tackle him to the ground. From there, she had a vibroblade come out of her gauntlet and she used that to stab and disable his Carbine, preventing him from using that on her again.
Thel then pushed her off of him before pushing himself up to his feet and quickly dual wielding both the Plasma Pistol and Plasma Rifle. He shot at Bo with the Plasma Rifle, who used her jetpack to fly around and avoid the incoming fire, but she failed to notice 'Vadam charging up the Plasma Pistol, and once it was ready, he took aim at Katan. In a quick turn of events, Bo fired her rocket from her jetpack towards Thel, but the Sangheili saw it coming, and jumped out of the way, while using the explosion from the rocket to mask him firing the overcharged plasma bolt directly at the Mandalorian, who was too slow to react and ended up getting struck in the jetpack by the bolt, making her jetpack malfunction and go haywire.
As she flew around uncontrollably, Bo detached the pack from herself and let it fly and crash into a nearby wall, blowing up. She fell and tumbled on the ground for a moment before pushing herself to her feet. She saw Thel take aim at her again, but with some quick thinking, she used her whipcord launcher to send out a cord, grab the Plasma Pistol from 'Vadam's hands, then yank it over to herself. Once Katan got a hold of the Plasma Pistol she began to shoot at Thel, who took a few hits before falling back behind cover to recharge his shields again.
Bo then held down the trigger on the Plasma Pistol and saw it begin to charge up energy. She then realized that this was how he was disabling her tools and figured that she could do the same to him. She then pulled out her thermal detonator, activated it, then threw it to where he was in order to get him to leave his cover. When he came out to avoid the explosive and return fire, she let the Plasma Pistol shoot out its overcharged shot, burning her hand for a moment and making her drop the weapon, as she didn't expect that.
Thel was too slow to react in time and got hit with the overcharged shot, instantly shorting out his shields temporarily. Once the detonator exploded and it was safe behind the statue again, he quickly went to go behind cover, but was then surprised to feel his foot get snagged by Katan's whipcord wrapping around it. She then pulled as hard as she could and she was barely able to make 'Vadam lose his balance and fall to the ground.
Bo ran towards her downed opponent and pulled out the Darksaber, she saw Thel take aim with his Plasma Rifle to stop her, but she used her wrist gauntlet to shoot a blaster bolt and blast the Plasma Rifle out of his hand. 'Vadam then quickly pulled out Prophet's Bane, cut the whipcord around his foot, rolled out of the way of Bo shooting another electro dart at him, then the two clashed blades once more, locking them together before Thel pushed the Mandalorian off of him and he quickly retrieved his Plasma Pistol and charged it up with the last of its stored energy, cloaking himself once more to give himself even the slightest bit more time he needed.
Katan looked around and caught glimpse of the irregular light reflection again, but this time took aim with her wrist gauntlet, shooting at 'Vadam with her gauntlet, but to her surprise, instead of retreating, Thel threw his last Plasma Grenade towards her, making her sidestep to avoid that only to then get shot by the overcharged plasma bolt point blank at her gauntlet, disabling the gauntlet and making her recoil in pain before she saw him decloak and swing at her with his blade, forcing her to block with hers. The pair were now down to just their swords and their skills with these swords. The end of this duel was nigh and everyone in the room knew it, all of them bracing themselves for who would claim the victory.
'Vadam pushed against Bo, who was not strong enough to withstand her opponent's strength, so she instead moved out of the way and let him strike the ground while she got behind him and attempted to strike him in the back. To her surprise, Thel was quick enough to turn around and block her attack, then swipe his sword and push her back. The Sangheili continued his attack against the Mandalorian swinging at her multiple times pushing her further and further back, until with one well executed swipe from the Prophet's Bane, The Darksaber flew out of Katan's hands, disarming her.
Bo went to try and punch Thel, but the Sangheili sidestepped her attack and kicked her to the ground before placing a foot on her chest and pinning her down, holding the tip of the Prophet's Bane just next to the side of her neck. "Do you yield, Mandalorian?"
[Silence]
Upon seeing that there was no way for her to continue this fight, she ultimately was forced to admit defeat. "I yield."
[Play Halo 3 OST Never Forget]
'Vadam then holstered his blade and took his foot off of Katan, who pushed herself up only to her knees, as she looked angry with herself. "Damn it."
"Do not be ashamed of this loss, Mandalorian." Thel told her as he picked up the Darksaber and walked back to her and held it in front of her to take. "The duel was well fought."
"I have no right to wield that blade anymore." She told him. "As part of the way of Mandalore, you now rightfully own the Darksaber, until you are bested in single combat."
"I do not follow the way of Mandalore, nor did I ever agree to take this blade upon my victory against you." He told her. "Therefore you are still the owner of this Darksaber."
After some hesitation, she looked to her fellow Mandalorians, who simply watched what she would do. Then she looked back and accepted the Darksaber from Thel. "I still cannot take this defeat lying down. Once I am able, I will challenge you to another fight. Until I win, I cannot call myself a true leader of Mandalore."
'Vadam looked at her and saw himself from long ago in her. He then spoke to her in an empathetic tone. "Do not belittle yourself because of a defeat at the hands of your opponent." He held out a hand to help her up. "Loss can help you grow, just as much as victory can. Sometimes, defeat is necessary, in order for you to rise above and become a true and just leader of your people."
Bo could see that he was speaking from experience, and although it was very difficult to see, she was able to spot a mark of some kind on his chest under his armor, thanks to her cutting off a piece of said armor when she hit him that one time with the Darksaber. For some reason, she felt like that mark had something to do with that experience, but instead of focusing on that, she instead accepted his offer and took his hand letting him pull her to her feet. "I understand." She told him.
"Good." He was glad. "Now then. You should contact your ship and bring the rest of your forces down, Lady Kryze. We will need to get them accustomed to fighting alongside the Swords of Sanghelios. Especially if you are to help me reclaim Sanghelios, and if I am to help you reclaim Mandalore."
"You mean?" Katan realized what he meant by that.
"Indeed." Thel confirmed. "You had impressed me during that fight. You fought like the Spartans of Humanity. Truly worthy of being called a warrior."
Bo was beyond happy to hear that she had secured an alliance with the Sangheili. She turned to her fellow Mandalorians and they all nodded in respect towards her, while the Sangheili were talking amongst themselves, seemingly impressed with the female's fighting prowess, and how well she was able to put up a fight against their leader. Their Arbiter. Because of that, they were willing to accept the help of these Mandalorians, especially if they all fought as good as her.
On this day, an alliance of honorable warriors was born.
