Hey, my little Genin. Blaze here. I just wanted to share a unique twist with you all-Harry will be starting in the same year as Percy.
Now, there are some intriguing character changes in store. Three characters will be made older, one will remain the same age, and another will be made younger. I'll leave it to you to figure out who's who, but you might have a clue from the previous chapter.
The pairing you see on is not Harry's central pairing.
He will be with seven girls, five from the HP universe and two from the Naruto universe.
I've already decided who will be the paring from HP, and yes, as you all know, it will be Harry X Tonks.
Your feedback is crucial. I'd love for you to share your thoughts on who you think the two women from the Naruto universe should be for Harry. Your input will help shape the story and make it even more enjoyable for everyone.
This note is a bit long, so that is all I shall say.
So keep blazing forward, enjoy the chapter, and know that after this, I'll be returning to 'Son of the Moon Maiden' and two other stories. I'm excited to share more with you all.
Hogwarts Express, Carriage 2, Compartment 2
Tonks, Harry, and Daphne stood there as Tonks walked with both of them. "So you said you were a ninja when we met," she said as she looked at Harry, who looked up from his book. "Can you do any ticks?" Tonks asked him.
He crossed his fingers as he called out a Kage Bunshin, who looked at her with the same deadpan look the original had.
"Is this what you wanted?" Harry said at once, and Tonks looked amazed.
"I have to say that it is impressive that you can do that," Daphne said as she looked up from her book.
The clone dissipated in a puff of smoke. "Thank you. It's a B-rank technique that the Nidaime Hokage created," Harry told her before the compartment door opened.
The three looked up and saw that two girls were standing there; the first was a young woman with aqua eyes and long, wavy black hair in a two-side-up hairstyle, part of which was made into twin tails tied with black ribbons, while the majority hung loose, was dressed in the first-year robes.
The other was also a young woman of light complexion, but his one had bright brown eyes, freckles covering her face, bushy brown hair, and she was also dressed in first-year robes.
"Can we sit here," The first girl asked as the three looked over.
"Sure," Tonks said as both girls walked in.
"Tracy, who is your friend," Daphne asked the black-haired girl.
"Oh, Daphne, this is Hermione; our mums go way back," Tracy told her before she looked at Harry and Tonks. And who are they? " the blond girl asked.
"It is polite to introduse yourself first," Harry said as he returned to his book.
"Oh, sorry, I'm Hermione Granger," Hermione said as Harry looked at her.
"Harry Uzumkai," He told her with a nod.
"Tracy Davis," Tray told them.
"And I'm Tonks," the pink-haired girl told the other two as Daphne looked at her before she shook her head, realising it was too much work.
Scotland, Highlands, Hogwarts Castle, Headmaster's Office
Dumbledore sat with all his staff, and a large map on the table showed where the train was.
"Alright, now, has everyone had a chance to read the memo I gave to each of you, the one about a particular student on his way," The headmaster told them as most nodded.
"So it seems that you found your lost son," A severe-looking elderly woman asked Lily, who nodded.
"That's right, Minerva," Lily said as she looked at the woman, who nodded, "But he's used the Blood Adoption ritual with his...new mother and father," She said as she looked saddened.
"Realy," A woman with dreadlocks asked the red-haired woman.
"Yes, but that is not why I called you here. Now his name on the registers has changed to his new one, along with the sorting scroll," Dumbledore said as his staff nodded.
Well, all but one did.
"He is a Potter, and I shall call him such," A man dressed in all black said as the headmaster looked at him.
"Then I shall be seeing you in the hospital wing when he attacks you, and if you think about putting him in detention for that, I must tell you that for the people that call him Potter, he will call a blood fude with them," The man said as his staff looked shocked.
"Thus, it would be impossible to put him in detention for that," Minerva said, and the headmaster nodded.
The man in black narrowed his eyes before he scoffed. "Very well, I shall call him by his new name," the man said as Dumbledore looked over his glasses at the man.
"Sev, please do not do anything stupid and get yourself attacked by him. I saw him fight, and as you are not trained in the arts that he is trained in, you Will end up," Lily said as the man looked over.
Dumbledore looked at the man before he nodded, "Now, then, starting next week, if any of you need anything done within the school, be it help grading, collecting ingredients, re-stacking books, or anything that you can think of do tell me and then come up with a reward," He told his staff as they looked at each other before back to him.
"Why is that sir," A short man asked him.
"As Mr Uzumaki is going to miss out on his training while he is at school, I reached an agreement with him: he can do training and missions here, so long as he acts as a sort of security in his fourth year," he told them all as they nodded at him, "So, in return, the missions shall be made by you all, as well as myself, and in return for a reward, it can be books, money, or whatever you think fits for the mission reward," Dumbledore explained to his staff.
"That makes sense," The short man said as others nodded.
"You all have until Monday to start sending me missions for him to do," he told them as they looked at each other and whispered, and the oldest woman there looked at her boss.
"What are the ranks of these missions," She asked him.
"Thank you for asking Maddam Prince," Dumbledore said to her as the others looked at him. The missions have five ranks, the first being D-Rank; they have no risk to the person's life, so helping grade work, sorting books, helping clean, and helping arrange a class are the types of things that are needed for you to give D-Rank," he told them as they started to write this down.
"C-Rank is little to no chance of harm to the user, so if you need something fresh ingredients from Hogsmeade, tracking down books or lost animals within the school, then we have the B-Rank missions; they will be required if you need some information, for him to spy on someone, and if needs must, he is given permission to get information out of someone forcibly," Dumbledore said as that got the attention of his staff, "And the last two, well if you need some an A-Rank mission done, or an S-Rank, then I must worry," He told them as they looked at each other.
"Why is that," The stern woman asked him.
He looked at her with a raised brow and a lifeless smile. "A-Rank missions involve guarding VIPs or suppressing enemy forces, while S-Rank concerns state-level confidential matters, such as transporting highly classified documents," Dumbledore told her as her eyes shot wide.
Five Hours Later, Hogsmeade Station
Harry and the girls got off the train. Now, in all their school robes, they were greeted by a large man who towered over everyone. He had a thick, bushy beard.
"Ello everyone, my name is Hagrid. Now, can you all please follow me? " he asked them as he started to lead the first years to the docks.
"Four per boat," Hagrid called out as he took a boat all for himself.
Tonks, Daphne, Hermione, and Tracy got into one, while Harry sat in one with a blond-haired girl with sea-blue eyes, a boy with ginger hair, and a boy with short dark hair.
Soon after, each of the students was in a boat. Hagrid pointed forward, and the boats started to move across the lake.
After a short journey, they were all greeted by the view of the castle, with its candles lighting up the windows at night.
Harry just looked at it with a raised brow, not at all impressed by it, as they reached the boat house and started to make their way up to the school.
And that is where they meet with the stern-looking woman in dark green robes. "Proffessor McGonagall, I'll leave them in your care," Hagrid says as he smiles at the first years and walks into the great hall.
"Good evening all of you, and I welcome you all to Hogwarts; here you will learn magic and better yourselves in that art," Professor McGonagall told them all before she looked at Harry quickly and moved her eyes to another student, "You will be sorted into a house, and that house will be like your family; good work and being a good student will allow you to earn points for your house; but if you show hate or get detension, you will lose points," She told them as they all looked at her.
After a few moments, she looked at them. "Now follow me," she told them as she turned around. The doors to the great hall opened as they walked through.
They were met with four long tables filled with students and the staff table that overlooked the students.
And when Professor McGonagall walked them up to a chair that had an old hat that sat on it, it started to sing at them.
And the ninja tuned it out from years of training on the spot sound Genjutsu from Itachi.
After it finished singing, Harry tuned his ears back on as McGonagall unrolled a scroll, "When I call out your name, come up here and sit on this stool and I shall put the Sorting Hat on your head for you to be sorted into your house," McGonagall told the first years as she looked at the first name on her list, "Charles Beckendorf," McGonagall called out as a dark-skinned boy with short black hair and dark brown eyes walked up.
And so she put the hat on his head as it seemed to come to life and started to mutter before it called out, "Gryffindor," when it yelled out, Charles's robes changed; the left half became scarlet with golden lining.
"Silena Beauregard," McGonagall called out as a girl with long black hair and chocolate brown eyes walked up and sat down.
As soon as the hat hovered over her head, it called out, "Slytherin," And so the right half of her robes turned green with a silver lining.
"Ezra Bridger," the stern teacher called out. A boy with mid-length dark hair and blue eyes walked up.
"Slytherin," the hat called out once it was on his head, and the robes were changed to the Slytherin colours.
"Luke Castellan," McGonagall called out as the hat hovered over a boy with short blond hair. It yelled out Slytherin, and the boy walked over to the clapping table, "Sophie Casterwill," The teacher called out as a girl with long red hair walked up next.
The hat took longer to call out "Ravenclaw," and the right side of Sophie's robes turned blue with a bronze lining.
"Annabeth Chase," McGonagall read out as a girl with long blond hair and grey eyes walked up next and was sorted into Ravenclaw, "Penelope Clearwater," She called out as another girl with blond hair walked up, but this one had crystal blue eyes.
"Ravenclaw," The hat called out after a while, and Penelope walked over to the clapping Ravenclaw table.
"Rapunzel Corona," McGonagall called out; a girl with long blond hair and green eyes walked up next.
"Hufflepuff," The hat called out as the right side of her robes turned yellow with a black lining.
"Jackson Darby," McGonagall called out. A boy with messy back hair and blue eyes walked up and was sorted into Hufflepuff. "Rachel Dare," the teacher called out as a girl with ginger hair and green eyes walked over and was then sorted into Ravenclaw.
After her, it was Tracy's turn, and she waited there for a few moments before she was sorted into Slytherin as the next person was called up.
And they were a short boy with messy black hair and dark eyes that were almost black, and he was sorted into Hufflepuff.
After four people, Hermione was called up and sorted into Gryffindor, and Daphne was called out after her, who was then sorted into Slytherin.
Twelve studies were then called up before Tonks was called up. Her hair turned red when her first name was called, but she smiled, and her hair turned yellow when she was sorted into Hufflepuff.
A girl with long red hair and brown eyes was called up next. She was sorted into Gryffindor before McGonagall stopped at the name and looked at the headmaster, who nodded.
"Harry Uzumaki," McGonagall called out as Harry walked up to the stool. Once the hat was placed on his head, he heard a voice.
"Oh, my, you are quite the student. It has been a while since I've sorted someone like you. Oh, how it has been so long," the hat told Harry as he gave the hat a mental smile.
"I'll take that as a complement," He told the hat.
"And indeed you should now then, let's have a look at what we have here; you dare to face the fox, a lot of courage in fact, but it does not define you; loyal to your village and your new family, I can see that you have that is spades, but I do not think that would suit you," The hat told him as it looked into Harry's soul, "Now here we are, you are equally cunning, as a ninja should, and you are wise, also something a ninja should have in abundance, but it looks like while you have the language of serpents, I think that your house shall be, Ravenclaw," The Sorting Hat called out as Harry's robes changed to that of the Ravenclaw house.
Harry walked over to the Ravenclaw table as he felt the eyes of Lily Potter on him.
Ten Minutes Later
After all the students had been sorted, Dumbledor stood up and gathered the attention of everyone in the hall, "First, before we begin, there are some rules that I must let you all know of; the first is that the forbidden forest is strictly out of bounds to everyone. Second, our caretaker, Mr Filch, would like for you all to remember that water spells in the hallways will be band; if you are caught casting a water spell while there, you will serve detention with him, and finally, this is going to be the last year for our Rune Teacher, Professor Curtis," He called out as a woman dressed in dark grey robes stood up. Students started to clap, and she smiled at them before she sat down.
Dumbledore opened his hands out, and food appeared on the tables.
Harry looked at the food and started to put food onto his plate as he listened to conversations around him. Over at the staff table, Dumbledore looked down at him. "He seems to be eating a lot; and from the book I procured from his father, it so that he has energy to keep fighting," he thought as he saw that Harry was eating with dignity. He seemed to blend in with the other students at the table.
"I have seemed to lose sight of Mr Uzumaki," The small man beside Dumbledor said.
"So it would seem that he is blending in with the other students so much so that if you take your eyes off him to look somewhere else," Dumbledore said as he started to eat himself.
"Well, it makes sense if you think about his profession," the man in all black said as he looked at the snake's house.
"Indeed, and to think that it would be so easy for him," Lily said as she looked at her son.
And she made sure to keep track of him.
She would eat and watch as Harry listened to conversations and seemingly gathered information around him.
Once the feast was over and the students and teachers sang, the prefects led the students back to their dorms.
Harry looked around with alert eyes as he took everything around him in. They stood before a giant eagle statue as he walked up to his dorm. "The Ravenclaw dorm is locked to those who do not get past the riddle. Once you give the right answer, you're allowed to go in," The prefect said as she stepped closer as the eagle spoke.
"I have many faces, but wear no mask. I am a constant companion, yet always out of reach. I am a source of light, but have no fire. I am a witness to history, yet have no voice. What an I?" The statue asked them as the prefect looked back at the others while the older students smiled.
"Can anyone answer," She asked them.
"The Moon," Harry said as the eagle folded its wings and opened the door. The prefect led the students in, and she turned to the first years.
The common room had a large eagle statue mounted on the wall and two stairs on the left and right. The two staircases formed a circle, leading to the same place.
The room was vast and circular, with arched windows hung with blue and bronze silks and a midnight blue carpet covered in stars reflected onto the domed ceiling. The room was furnished with tables, chairs, and bookcases, and by the door leading up to the dormitories stood a tall white marble statue of Rowena Ravenclaw.
"Now, dorm rooms are double rooms, two per room, and it stays like that until you leave school," She told everyone.
The girl then walked to a large basket with balls with numbers.
"Alright, first-years. Pull out a ball with a number, and that will be your room." She told them as they each pulled out a ball.
Once Harry pulled out the number four, he was roomed with a boy with auburn hair, freckles on his face, and green eyes.
When they were told to head to their rooms, Harry and his roommate walked up the stairs and found their dorm room. They walked in and saw two beds and two writing desks.
Off to the side were their trunks and cages, and Harry had to raise a brow at what animal his roommate had with him, "Is that a Scandinavian Night Fury," Harry asked as he saw a four-legged scaly creature that was pure black and had pure green eyes.
And on its back was a pair of leathery wings.
It was a dragon.
"Yeah, my family raises them, even rides them, and the ministry is trying to say that I have to have a licence to own him, but thanks to my birth, I automatically have one," his roommate said as he looked at Harry's animals before he pointed at the snake. "And is that a snake? " he asked him.
And it was indeed a snake, Karai, to be exact, as she slithered up Harry's leg until she could read her head on his shoulder.
"Yeah, Karai, is one of mine as I am a Parselmouth," He told his roommate, who looked interested.
"I'm Hiccup by the way," He told Harry as he held out his hand.
"Harry," He said to Hiccup and shook the boy's hand.
With that, the two boys got ready and went to bed.
The Next Day
Harry woke up before the sun rose, and he got out of bed silently and started changing clothes for training.
And so he silently walked out without waking Hiccup, out of the room and into the dorm.
He moved down the stairs and followed a path he had created in his head before he walked onto the grounds.
He was facing the lake with a grassy field around him.
The boy cracked his neck before he crossed his fingers, "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu," Harry called out as five clones formed behind him.
He turned to them before they rushed at him, and he started fighting them as he blocked Stikes.
He would move his body out of the way while shifting his legs to wolf-like wolf-like ones.
He would block and react faster with each punch and kick while fighting his clones.
As he got faster, so did his clones, to the point that he was boxed in and fighting off the clones, and Harry started to attack back as Harry got onto his hand and before he handstand and kicked in a circle as he released flames from his feet around him making the clones jump back.
And the flames were blue.
The clones waited for Harry, and he soon appeared behind one of them, who turned around just to get a kick to the face as it dispelled, and the original landed on the ground.
Harry locked eyes with his clones before he charged at them, and they started fighting again.
But he was not alone. Watching from above was Dumbledor, who looked down at Harry and the clones while drinking tea.
"It seems that Mr Uzumaki is making sure that he can focus for class, so he is getting rid of some pent-up energy," he said as the other teachers walked over and saw what Harry was doing.
"Did he just kick out a blade of wind?" Hufflepuff's head of house asked as she looked down at the fight.
"So it would see, and it seems that one of his clones is using water now as a whip," Slytherin's head of house said as they watched Harry crouch on the ground, turn more wolf-like, and burst forward at the clones. "How did he do that?" the man asked Dumbledore.
"Mr Uzumaki has something called a Kekkei Genkai; it came into being thanks to Remus's blood mixing with his, and then the chakra, the energy his people use, from somthing that his mother held mixed with Mr Uzumaki's along with two other people's and Mr Uzumaki's magic, and it allowed him to beat the curse of the werewolf and creat something new," The headmaster told them.
Soon, they watched as Harry was down to one clone before he shot forward and shocked and fascinated them when he defeated the clone with a finger that he pushed into the head of the clone so fast that if they had blinked, they would have missed it.
"I have to say that was brutal, but affective," The Ravenclaw head of house said as they saw Harry looking at the sky before walking back into the castle.
"So it seems that Mr Uzumaki is getting ready for breakfast," Dumbledore said as he looked at the others before they started to sort out the timetables for the students for the year.
As each student left, Lily walked up to Dumbledor and handed him three papers. "Here are some missions for him. I came up with them last night," she told him, and the man nodded at her and looked them over.
"I see, let's have a look here the first you need is for him to receive something for you from the library, a D-Rank mission; you wish for him to find some information on if a student had done their homework, B-Rank; and last find out what," He was reading before he stopped reading and looked up at Lily with a raised brow, "Beofre I agree or disagree with conferming this mission, what is with Severus that makes you think he is hiding somethig," Dumbledore asked her.
"Amelia came to me when I got on the train yesterday and told me that she is looking into the activities of all former Death Eaters, and Sev's activities are looking suspicious. Sirius and James were also there, and they told her that you fully believe in him," Lily told the headmaster, who stroked his beard.
"I see, and if they find that he is guilty," He asked her.
"I don't know, but I do not know that she said that she would get information out of him as she wanted to know an answer to a question that Mad-eye brought up," Lily said, and Dumbledor looked interested now.
"And that question is," He asked.
"How dose one get the Dark Mark," Lily said as the man's eyes narrowed.
"I see, then I think that this mission will be his first S-Rank," Dumbledore said as Lily nodded and walked out of the office.
Dumbledore said nothing before he looked down at his desk at the first three missions that Harry would have. "I really hope Severus that you do not make Harry think that you are guilty, as I do not want to know what makes the Dark Mark, but I think that," he said before he shook his head.
