Lucas looked at Peyton the sheet covering her bare body.
As she slept beside him. His eyes wide and his stomach in knots.
What had he done. Even after all of this. He didn't feel anything for her. Nothing.
He took a shower. Redressed. This will never happen again. He knew as he left the suite.
Got into his car and started to drive. Back to the hospital.
He went straight towards the hallway which lead to Brooke's hospital room.
He found Simon looking visibly shaken.
"What happened?" Lucas asked.
"Where have you been? I called and texted more then once?" Simon questioned.
"What is going on?" Lucas questioned.
Haley pulled him into a hug.
"The machines in Brooke's room started going off. Something went wrong." Rachel explained.
Lucas felt sick to his stomach. His actions. What was going on with Brooke. The fact that he left.
"Sage and Lowen are at home. Grandma karen and uncle keith are over there now." Simon added in.
