Izuku entered the dorms and found the rest of class 1-A sitting in the common room. All conversation stopped, andhe became the center of attention. He froze midstride, "Hello, all." The class looked past him, waiting for Momo and Itsuka to appear, but they were over with All-Might, Torino, Stars and Strips, Eri, and Inari. "Um, the others are busy and won't appear anytime soon. Is there something I can help you all with?"

Toru rose from her seat and walked to him. Then, she suddenly punched him in the arm, "OW!" Izuku said, andthen she hugged him tight. "Okay, I am confused."

"First question," Toru said. "Are all of you okay?"

Izuku hugged Toru back, "Yes, there were some injuries, but they have been treated, and we were all released from the hospital with clean health bills."

"What the hell happened?" Katsuki said.

"The abridged version is that we were on our way to dinner, a child bumped into us, andthere were obvious signs of abuse. The man chasing her tried to take her back, but we wanted him to come in for questioning. He attacked, and we defended ourselves," Izuku said. "That sums it all up very succinctly."

"What happened to the kid?" Mina asked.

"She is with Momo and Itsuka," Izuku said. "This is where it will get complicated. I didn't have much time to explain; I just came to grab something. The little girl's name is Eri. She isabout six years old, and she suffered levels of abuse that I don't want to get into at this time. She has no family that we or the police have been able to locate, and she is going to be living with me and Inari."

"Whoa, what!?" Denki said, getting to his feet.

"I don't know how to explain this," Izuku paused momentarily. "Have you ever had something happen or was said, and it was like a bolt of lightning or this spiritual gong went off, and you knew in your heartand soul that it was the truth."

Some of the class nodded. "Eri called me Daddy and asked me to save her and take her home. And I knew that her home was with me." He saw Tenya raise an eyebrowand some other looks from the class. "No, she is not my daughter, not by blood, but I know in my soul that her place is here with Inari and me."

"Not that I doubt you, but is it possible that this results from the girl's quirk?" Sato asked.

"No, I don't know if I can go into details about her quirk, but it has nothing to dowith anything like that," Izuku responded.

"Are you going to adopt her?" Fumi asked.

"Is the princess getting a Sister?" Dark Shadow added.

"That is my intention, not only mine but Momo and Itsuka as well," Izuku said; he could feel the concern of the class swell.

"Can I say something?" Mineta said to theclass's surprise. "I came in at the end of the fight and was just thankful that I was able to help. But we were all freaked out on the first day when Izuku told us he was a Dad. I am willing to bet that we all wondered how that would work out, and besides that douche nozzle from 1-B, can any of you say that you wish that Inari wasn't here?"

There were smatterings of no's and head shakes. "That little girl went through some horrible shit from what I heard, and I don't even know the whole story, but if being with Izuku and Inari allows her to feel safe, to feel like she is home, we should back his play. You all know he would back us if the situation were reversed."

"Damn, dude, you have changed," Sero said, nudging Mineta. "I like it."

"Will we get to meet her?" Ochaco asked.

"Yes, but we have to take it very slow and in controlled groupings," Izuku said. "Fumi and Dark Shadow." The duo looked at him. "The man and his organization that abused her wore masks that gave a similar visage to that of birds."

"When she sees us, we may trigger her," Fumi said, a bit sad.

"I am sorry," Izuku said. "But with Inari's help, we canshow her she has nothing to fear. I have to get going; we will talk more tomorrow." Izuku paused, "Has anyone heard from Tenya?"

"No," Ochaco replied. "Only that text in the group thread saying he will be back in class on Monday."

Izuku nodded before he went to his room to retrieve his seal andran upstairs to get Momo's before he headed out to 1-B's dorms.

"Is it wise for him to be taking in another child," Shoto said, getting the class's attention. "He is a good father to Inari, but that is his blood."

"Family is about more than blood," Katsuki said, getting to his feet. "Orbs is right; if that little girl feels at home with them, she deserves that chance to feel safe."

Shoto

Shoto returned to his room, still thinking about what had been said. The sting of his defeat at the sports festival still lingered; seeing Izuku reminded him of it again. Since the incident that led to the removal of his mother from the home, he had denied his fire. If he could become the number one hero with only the Ice portion of his quirk, the part he had inherited from his mother. It had never occurred to him that he was still pursuing his father's goal. He was still going to be the number one hero despite his father's relentless nagging for him to use his fire. He was still dancing to his father's tune, not following the selected dance steps.

Then it had happened that very weekend, his mother came home. Shoto had gone to see her a few times, hoping that when he told her about his ice, it would bring her back to him. But Rei had not responded; she couldn't even look at Shoto for years, andthen when she could look at him, she couldn't speak; when she could talk, he had stopped coming.

Now she was home; a nurse was with her, but Rei was home. Endeavor was relatively calm; he had a look on his face that Shoto didn't understand. Shoto found Rei sitting at the table that night, and she and her nurse hada pot of tea between them. Her nurse noticed him, invited him to sit, poured him tea, and seemed to melt into the house's darkness.

"I watched you compete in the festival," Rei said, breaking the silence. "I am so proud of you."

"But I lost," Shoto said, staring at his tea. "Midoriya beat me; he beat me like I was nothing. Not the future number one hero, he dismissed me and walked away."

"Why are you fighting to be the next number-one hero Shoto?" Rei turned the teacup on the saucer but did not lift the cup.

"For you," Shoto stared deeply into tea as if the answers would reveal themselves.

"It doesn't matter to me if you are the number one hero or the number 200," Shoto looked up to find Rei looking at him; for the first time in years, they were looking directly at each other. "I just wanted you to be happy, Shoto; if you never became a pro hero, as long as you are a contributing member of society, I would be happy."

Rei surprised them both when she gently took his hand, "When Touya died, it broke me, and when I saw you going down that same road, I didn't see you. I saw Touya and what Endeavor had done to him. I was/am sick; I needed help. Help that was denied to me; if I had gotten that help, my actions would not have left you scared. Don't become a hero for me, Endeavor, or anyone else. If you are going to become a hero, you have to do it for yourself! For your reasons, your dreams. Do not deny yourself the help you need to be ahero because of me or anyone else."

"I hate that side; I hate my fire," Shoto replied.

"Hate will not give you control when it breaks free; hate does not save people, and hate does not make a hero. Endeavor's hate of All-Might brought us here. Shoto, if you continue to pursue heroics, you must embrace all you are, the good and the bad. Your ice is not my ice…"

"My fire is not his fire," Shoto said, "Can we have tea again?"

"I would like that," Rei and Shoto sat holding hands, no words passing between them.

Family Dinner

Izuku arrived at Toshi's home after his talk with 1-A. He could see a bit of relief over Eri when he came walking back in; the little girl was playing with Torino and Inari, Momo and Itsuka right there, but he could see the worry of being abandoned. With class resuming tomorrow, they were trying to see if they could get Eri comfortable with Torino, who would be her escort to school with Inari.

Missing class was not a viable option for the trio, not with all that happened over the weekend and the first dayafter the sports festival. But they would have to see about talking to Eri on the phone or seeing her during lunch to help her feel safe. It was odd when he saw Toshi standing with Cathy, who looked like a new couple. Toshi was grilling some hamburgers, and Cathy had just carried over the cheese to melt it.

"So, how did this all happen?" Izuku said, walking over.

"I have had a crush on this big lug forever," Cathy said; Izuku loved the slight blush on both cheeks. "It was just something that never left, always hung in the back of my head. Then, when I saw him, and he told me everything, it roared back."

"Since her debut, I found her impressive," Toshi said, scratching his cheek. "But I always felt that I could trust in her. That I could be vulnerable and ask for help. When you have a certain reputation, it becomes hard to do so; as men, we find that difficult. It all just came together. Cathy is the rare woman I trust to have my back in all matters, and I feel I can be Toshi with and not just All-Might. That day was this microcosm of what life could be. A life I thought lost until you came into my life, son, then Inari and the girls. This here is just as precious to me as anything else I have experienced. I want to live life and have as much of it as possible for as long as possible."

"I hope this works out for you both," Izuku said. "I am sorry for all the complications we caused." Izuku turned and watched Eri come down the little slide with Inari in her lap. "I don't know how to explain it."

"Try," Cathy nodded.

"I know that Eri is supposed to be here, with us, part of our family. I know it, just as I know that water is wet and thesun rises in the east," Izuku responded. "When she said Daddy or asked me to take her home, I knew where that home was. Strange, I know."

"Very, but there is ahuge difference between believing and knowing," Cathy responded. "If you believe you hope, you have faith that this will happen. When you know it is real, it will happen." Cathy paused, "What are you going to do if her biological family comes out of the shadows to try and take her."

"I have my lawyer working on it," Izuku said, not looking back. "I would have to ask them the normal questions: Where were you? Why now? Blah, Blah, Blah."

"How did your classmates respond?" Toshi said, pulling the burgers from the grill.

"Well, they have questionsbutare open and willing to meet her; I told them we must take things slow. I talked with Fumi to explain how she might havedifficulty reacting to himdue to Overhaul and his plague doctor masks. He and Dark Shadow were a bit sad but understood. I think Inari will help to bulldoze that fear; she is very fond of Dark Shadow and Fumi."

"That little girl is very good at that," Cathy said smiling, watching Inari pulling Eri around to play with Pap Pap.

A particular aspect of the dinner and show was watching Eri, Momo, and Inari all eat the cheeseburgers. Inari was a baby, so taking bites of the giant burger before her was adorable, as it was just a mess. Eri had now graduated from Hospital food to her first home-cooked, hot meal. Despite her small stature, she ate two burgers, chips, three pickles, and two juice boxes, declaring it the most incredible meal in the world. Truthfully, for the rest of Eri's life, her favorite meal would be a cheeseburger, her comfort meal, her celebration meal, and her go-to. Then there was Momo. Now, Momo had eaten cheeseburgers before, thanks to their trip to Disneyland, but she had an elegance about her as she did so, somehow managing that the only mess she made required the most feminine dab at the corner of her mouth. She happily ate three.

Home

Eri was a bit excited about going home andnervous about tomorrow, but that was for tomorrow. Inari demanded to be carried by Izuku, and Eri held Momo and Itsuka's hands as she walked in between them. Eri, of course, was worried about the other people in the dorm and if they would be mean, the fact they were all training to be heroes like her mommies and daddy helped, and how nice they told her they were. Inari, of course, was excited to introduce Eri to her new aunties. Prompting a discussion of what Aunties and Uncles were and why there was an Uncle called Boom Boom.

As they approached the dorms, Eri paused and took a deep breath. "Want me to carry you?" Itsuka asked. Eri nodded and buried her head in Itsuka's shoulder as they entered. Izuku entered first, and Inariimmediately wiggled free to run and collect hugs from everyone in the standard room. The usual suspects were Tsu, Mina, Toru, Eijiro, Sero, Mineta, and Fumi Dark Shadow. They moved to the far side of the room to give Eri space when she came in. When Eri came into the room, she quieted down. She peered out at the group before hiding her face once again.

"Eri, these are some of our friends," Itsuka said. "I am sure you remember Mineta."

Eri lifted her head, and when she saw Mineta, she smiled; Mineta walked over, returning her smile. "Hello, Eri,' he said.

"Hello, Mineta," Eri replied. "I am happy to see you again. Thank you for helping to save me."

"It was my pleasure, Eri," Mineta said. "I know this is a lot, but I promise you all these people are just as nice, and if they had been there, they would have jumped right in to try and save you."

"Really?" Eri said, looking at the group.

"I promise," Mineta said. "They all want to be heroes; in fact, they helped to show me what it truly meant to be a hero. They are all brave, kind, and forgiving people. Even if you make a mistake, they will still be there to help."

"But what if it is a big mistake?" Eri eyes never broke from the others; she looked over at Fumi and Dark Shadow with Inari, her lip quivering slightly.

"Even if it is a big mistake," Mineta answered. "I made a big mistake, and they gave me another chance. Everyone makes mistakes, so it is okay if you do too."

"We just learn from our mistakes and get better," Mina said, smiling. "We are here to help you if you need it, Eri. So take your time, and when you are ready to meet us, we will also be happy to meet you."

"Okay, thank you," Eri said, hiding her face again. Itsuka smiled at them. The family smiled at their friends. Izuku called Inari over, and the family entered their new apartment. The entire space had been enlarged; everything had been shifted back.

"I think we need to get a bigger couch now?" Izuku whispered. The kitchen was more significant with a larger table to accommodate the increased family, increased bedroom size, a new bathroom was added with alarger footprint for the main bath, and the other bath was enclosed to the more oversized main bedroom, giving it an on-suite. The girls' room was vastly increased, split in half, with one side for Eri and another for Inari. All Inari's furniture had been moved to that side, and Eri's was set up so the little girl could begin her life. Eri's walls had the same soft pink color as before, but her side lacked the dolphin motif that Inari's did.

They set about getting everything unpacked and put away, showing Eri where her clothes would be. Eri didn't ball, but she shed some tears as she marveled thatshe had more than one or two sets of rags to wear. What surprised them was Eri staring at the fluffy purple carpet, smilingand telling them she was home. After the bed was made, pillows placed, and thestuffed rabbit secured, Momo took Eri and Inari to their new bathroom to have a bath while Itsuka went home to gather her uniform and things for her day tomorrow, as she would be spending the night.

Izuku smiled, seeing the closet space in his room had been increased, and there was more room for a larger bed than Momo and he had discussed. He returned to the kitchen and set about getting some hot chocolate ready for the family and some cookies for the girls so they could sit and watch a movie before it was time for bed. The giggles of laughter from the bathroom lifted his soul; Momo called his name as Inari, wrapped in her towel, came running over to him to get dried and dressed. Itsuka returned to braid Inari andthen Eri's hair as Inari insisted that the sisters had to have the same hair for bed. To help Eri get along some with Fumi, the movie Peter Panprompted Inari to gush about Dark Shadow. The girls were yawning by the time the movie ended; Momo and Itsuka carried them off to bed.

Eri was nervous about sleeping alone, but before it went any further, Inari climbed out of her bed and into her bed. "We sleep together," Inari said, smiling. Izuku and Momo pointed at the monitor, showing Eri they could hear her and where they would be if she needed them.

Itsuka sat on the edge of the bed, having them close their eyes, and sang a simple Lullaby to them.

La lu, la lu
Oh, my little star sweeper
I'll sweep the stardust for you.
La lu, la lu
Little soft, fluffy sleeper
Here comes a pink cloud for you

La lu, la lu
Little wandering angel, fold up your wings.
Close your eyes
La lu, la lu
And may love be your keeper.
La la lu, la la lu, la la lu

There now, little star sweeper
Dream on

Inari was fast asleep by the end; Eri's eyes were lidded and drooping. Itsuka kissed her on her forehead. "Go to sleep, Eri; I promise we will all be here when you wake up tomorrow."

"Okay, Mommy," Eri managed as sleep claimed her.

Izuku took his shower before bed as ifany hanky panky was off the table tonight. She did not know if Eri would need them and had to scramble to put on clothes while panicking. She had a certain worry about it.

Though he did appreciate the silk pajamas that Momo had for all of them, the luxurious feeling was very much appreciated. All three drifted off, ready to find footing on the new day. Eri only awoke once; they heard her whimpering in her sleep. Momo went and soothed the little girl; after a kiss, hug, and drink of water, Eri returned to dreamland.

With it being their first morning with Eri, they decided to forgo the morning exercise, not knowing how she would handle it, but theywould begin to incorporate it later. The suggestion of having Eri ride a bikeprompted the realization that Eri probably didn't know how to ride a bike. There was some joy in realizing they would get to teach her. They set about getting ready for the day and making breakfast. Eri emerged on her own, and Inari needed to be woken up.

Eri

Eri came out of the room hesitantly, nervously, holding her green bunny. It was her dream: they smiled and wished her good morning. The hugs and kisses, sitting at the counter as that feeling of warmth and home seeped more deeply into her bones. The way that Momo stood behind her and gently brushed out her hair and styled it for the day. The laughter from Itsuka as she snuck Eri bits of bacon or watched Izuku cook. In all her dreams of home, it was him in this very kitchen that she longed to experience.

Something about seeing him making breakfast was what she needed to release this last bit of worry that was hanging in the back of her mind. This simple act screamed that it was not about to disappear, that she would never again wake up in the cold, dark room. She wiped her eyes quickly and snuggled her bunny, thinking of Abby andwishing that Abby was there. The bunny had always been a bunny, representing her dream and her daddy, but now that she had her daddy andmommies, she looked at the bunny. This magical thing should not have been in her possession, but somehow, Abby had gotten it for her. The bunny became Abby that morning.

"We are home, Abby," Eri whispered. "Our forever home."

Eri got dressed and, along with her family, walked out to the hustle and bustle of thestandard room as the other students were eating and getting ready to start their days. She held tightly onto Itsuka's hands as they walked through, shyly saying good morning after being prompted by Itsuka. The family didn't linger; instead, they stepped outside where Torino was waiting. Eri was nervous about going to school, but Inari kept telling her how fun it was and how Torino would be there to keep them both safe. The promise of her parents to cometo eat lunch helped as they got closer; the busyness of the campus was a bit too much for her, prompting Itsuka to carry her.

She fidgeted and felt nervous and scared standing outside the daycare. Itsuka knelt before her and pulled aCeltic cross necklace under her shirt. "My grandma gave me this necklace when I was about your age; it is very important to me," Itsuka placed it around Eri's neck. "When you get scared, I want you to hold on to this and think of me, your momma, Momo, and Daddy. We are just over there training to become heroes to help more people. We will pick you and your sister up and go home."

"Home," Eri whispered, looking at the cross. "I love you," Eri said, throwing her arms around Itsuka.

"I love you too, my darling," Itsuka replied. "Be brave, and we can't wait to hear about your day at lunch, okay?" Eri nodded, took a deep breath, and walked in, holding Inari's hand. Izuku snapped the perfect picture of Torino, Inari, and Eri holding hands as they walked.

Internships and Hero Names

After Itsuka collected her kisses, Momo and Izuku entered theclass. Setsuna was delighted, and theylooked to find Tenya's seat empty. They looked at the Ochaco, who shook her head before they went to their seats.

As the bell rang, the door opened, and Midnight walked along with Tenya right behind her. Tenya went to the front of the class and bowed. "I would like to thank all of you for reaching out to me after news of my brother's injury broke; your well wishes were enjoyable and comforting during this difficult time. I would also like to thank you all for respecting my request for privacy so that I could be with my family. I can see that many of you are concerned, but please put your minds at ease. I assure you that my brother will recover and befine. Thank you." Tenya took his seat as Midnight's face flashed a look of concern before she put on a smile for the class.

"Now, before we begin," Midnight said. "You may enter." The door opened, and Aoyama walked in. The class all sat up. "It has been decided that Mr. Aoyama will be rejoining the class, though, as you can all understand, under strict supervision. Mr. Aoyama."

"I don't have the words to express my gratitude to any of you," Yuga said as he stood before the class. "Especially to you, Momo, Izuku. That you are willing to accept me back in class despite the danger I put Inari in is something I will never forget, and I swear to you that it will not be something that you regret. I will still not be returning to the dorms for my safety and that ofeveryone else, but I hope one day to be able to do so. I thank you all again for bestowing upon me grace and forgiveness." Yuga bowed deeply before taking his seat.

"Welcome back, class today, we have a full day," Midnight said. "First, you are going to be choosing your hero names." The levity and excitement that washed over the class was a nice change. "Now be careful when you choose your names as it is possible to change them later. It will be difficult as this will be your soft debut. Second, after that, you will choose which pro hero you will be interning with."

Midnight hit a button as the projector lit up.

Izuku Midoriya – 5667

Shoto Todoroki – 5102

Momo Yaoyorozu – 5023

Katsuki Bakugo – 4387

Ochaco Uraraka – 2189

Toru Hagakure – 587

Fumikage Tokoyami – 432

Tenya Ida – 268

Eijiro Kirashima – 201

Mina Ashido – 176

Tsuyu Asui – 102

Hanta Sero – 23

"Some of you not listed did receive multiple offers, and even if you didn't receive any offers, you would have the choice of interning with some heroes that work closely with U.A.," Midnight said as she handed out whiteboards. "I am going to give you all 20 minutes, and when I call you, I want to hear your hero names. I will offer you my advice, but inthe end, it is up to you unless it is completely crazy; then I can and will veto it."

For some, it was easy. They had their names chosen for years as this was all their dreams. Others like Izuku had to think about it; before he was selected to inherit One for All or his quirk manifested, he would just go by his name.

Izuku had more to consider now; he was the ninth inheritor, but more importantly, he wanted something his daughters would be proud of. He looked down at the whiteboard and smirked, maybe even something Momo and Itsuka would also find appealing. He wanted his hero's name to say what he believed, to sum up what he wanted to do as a hero. He sat with his pen curled in his lip, thinking. He glanced around, and most of the class had already chosen their names; he saw Katsuki staring at a blank on theboard, the same as him. Izuku was happy that King Murder Explosion wasn't making a debut, and he snickered at the thought of Captain Boom Boom somehow being Katsuki's choice.

Katsuki's whiteboard may also be an abyss laid out before him. All his life, all the hero names he had considered had something to do with his quirk and/or combat. That was then, and this was now. It was about something different; he still wanted to be the number one hero, but the reasoning differed. How he was going to take that spot was different. Out of the abyss came one word: Vindicator. The Explosive Hero: Vindicator

"It looks like almost everyone has chosen something, so we are going to go by seat number," Midnight said.

Yuga took a deep breathbefore standing before the class. "The name I have chosen is The Atonement Hero: Penance. Many of you understand and forgive me for my actions, but I have not forgiven myself yet. I may change my name when that day comes, but until then."

"I understand," Midnight told him as he sat back down.

Mina stood up and placed a hand on Yuga's shoulder, "I can't speak for the others, but I will back you up now when that day comes and every day after." Yuga smiled at her.

"The Ripley Hero: Alien Queen!" Mina beamed.

"Isn't that a reference to the movie franchise?" Midnight asked; Mina nodded. "You want to name yourself after a series of monster movies that blood is acid?" Again, Mina nodded. "That could hurt your endorsement opportunities down the road." Midnight sighed. "Maybe change it a bit, The Alien Hero; Queen?"

"How about just Alien Queen?" Mina countered. Midnight sighed and nodded.

One by one, everyone went to the front of the class and revealed their hero names. Ejiro took inspiration for his name from an older hero who had inspired him; Tenya and Shoto just used their names and chose to forgo a hero name for now.

Izuku took a deep breath, "The Protector Hero: Guardian." Momo gave him a smile and a nod of approval.

"I think it fits," Midnight said.

After Mineta, it was time for Momo to reveal her hero's name. "The Creation Hero: Hephestus."

Midnight was surprised that all their hero names did not need much input from her. Aside from her concern about Mina and Yuga's choices, the names held special meanings for both. "Well done, class; now, if you open your computers, you can access your internship offers. I will be available if you have any questionsor need any advice. Once you have chosen, lock it in and hit submit."

Everyone dived into their offers; even those who had only a few offers were excited to see who had reached out tothemandwho U.A. could offer them to intern with. Momo's eyes widened when she saw an offer from All-Might, Edge Shot, and other top heroes.

"Izuku, did you get an offer from All-Might?" Momo whispered to him.

"No, I didn't, did you?" Izuku replied. "I got one from Endeavor, though, which I found odd."

"That is a bit strange. Do you think he is upset about what happened with Shoto?" Momo asked.

"I don't think so; why would he be?" Izuku said. "But if you got an offer from All-Might, you should take it."

"What are we going to do about the girls?" Momo replied.

"We will have to work that out," Izuku said, squeezing her hand. "If you are interning with All-Might, then I can bet you will be patrolling with Torino or someone else while he conserves his time."

"But what if something happens, and he has to go out while we are on patrol?" Momo said, sounding very much like the worried mother.

"I guess we need to talk to him about that, but it is an opportunity you can't pass on," Izuku said. "I think I am going to go with Endeavor. His attitude was always very harsh but changed about a year ago. A chance to learn from him should be valuable."

"We must talk to Itsuka as well," Momo added. "I just realized I can ask Vigo and Aoi to come. Mother and Father told me they are available anytime. Mother wanted to assign them to me on campus after the battle with Overhaul, but I had to refuse as towhere they would stay."

With no decision to be made by lunch, they instead chose to look over the other offers to see if any caught their attention; at lunch, they left to keep their promise to eat lunch with Eri. Their girlfriend Valkyrie, or Itsuka as they called her, joined them. They learned that All-Might had extended the offer to Itsuka as well.

"I was shocked, not only by his offer, but I had a thousand others as well," Itsuka said, blushing. "And he didn't send you one?" she asked Izuku.

"No, I mean, I have been training under him for a long time already," Izuku shrugged. "I have faith that he has his reasons. Besides, learning under someone else sounds fun, soI am leaning towards Endeavor; if you go with All-Might, their agencies are both in Tokyo and very close. I must see if I will be allowed to sleep at Might Tower or if I have to stay at Endeavor's."

"Any other interesting offers come in?" Itsuka asked.

"Mineta received an offer from Crust," Momo replied. "Tsu and Ochaco got one from Miriko, who never sends out invites. Toru got one from Edgeshot, which surprised the heck out of her."

"What about Bakugo?" Itsuka asked Izuku.

"I think he got one from Endeavor as well," Izuku said. "So it is possible that Bakugo, Shoto, and I can all end up interning at the same place."

"That would be interesting," Momo said. As they entered the school, Eri perked up and ran to their embrace. They werefollowed by Inari, who was very excited to have lunch with her family. Izuku talked with Mrs. Hamero, who had been working with Eri all morning; with the new stimuli, Eri had been on edge, but they had slowly introduced her to some classmates while they worked on ascertaining Eri's education level. Of course, she was behind others, but Mrs. Hamero was impressed that it wasn't as bad as the teacher had feared. It seemed that a few of Eri's caregivers had tried to teach her, with the most being done by Eri's guardian angel, Abby. It gave Eri a good foundation, and the little girl's desire to work hard was evident.

Torino could at least answer the babysitter's question, as Toshi had contacted his adoptive niece about helping out. As they figured Torino would be handling the patrol part of the internship.

Tenya Ida

Tenya looked over all the offers; he knew that Stain always struck in three before he would move on to a new city. Stain was in Hosu, and he had to pay for what he had done to his brother. No one knew that his brother had been paralyzed from the attack. Tensei had survived, but his hero career was over, andIngenium would never run again.

He saw a few heroes stationed in Hosu, but they were minor heroes, and there was no way theU.A. was about to let him intern there. Then he saw the name Velocity.

Velocity had been a sidekick under his brother. Tenya remembered her being very pretty, energetic, and intelligent. Velocity, or Carin, had a white milk complexion set by flaming red hair that she kept short just above her shoulders and matching eyes. Carin was in love with Tensei, but it was something that Tensei couldn't return toas she was his sidekick—coupled with their mother disapproving of Carin for her carefree demeanor. Carin could have been viewed as the opposite of Tensei, but she was vibrant, had an air about herself, and cared very much about others, heroics, and Tensei, so she left the agency to make a name on her own.
