I don't own RWBY or Call of cthulhu
AN: So rechecking my work I noticed a few holes in the previous chapter, the worst being the year. It's February 9th 1926 not 1925. My apologies. With the post I'll fix the previous chapter's mistakes. Hopefully it doesn't effect any theories on the chapter.
February 9th 1926 on the outer edge of Downtown Arkham Massachusetts.
3rd POV
The scene opens up in the home of Ruby and Tommy. Juliet had just arrived on their doorsteps wishing to reconnect when she met Ruby. At first, she was a bit worried seeing Tommy living in the same house as a woman, even younger than him. But after a few minutes over pie she relaxed realizing their relationship was simply platonic at best. Simply they were just partners. The conversation goes on into the night as they talked about everything.
"Heh, heh. So what did he do after?" Ruby giggled as Juliet told the story about how Tommy and her brother stole candy from the crazy old man Hendrix.
"Well after dangling one of his gnomes over the Miskatonic river my brother dropped it and crazy enough that old man dived over to grab it. Landed in a garbage barge thank God but we can still hear him screaming the up most gibberish thing imaginable. Fewwhawagaw MSrssss Ghobrin arrraterrs!" Juliet said in her best impression of that old coot. The two laughed as Tommy smiled in nostalgia from his childhood memories. As the laughter died down Tommy changed the conversation.
"So, you finally gotten into Miskatonic University Archelogy Society. Must have been an up hill battle huh Jul." Tommy remark's causing her to pause for a moment.
"Jul… heh that's a nickname I haven't heard in a long time. Please call me Scarlet. Been using that since I returned from the Island." Juliet said pausing for a moment before continuing. "As for how I got in, yes. I worked under Professor Whitely for seven years. Was more of a glorified secretary, but after what happened on that unnamed island, he had me admitted in as a candidate. His word got my foot in the door and after some time I was made assistant curator of the Exhibition Museum at Miskatonic."
"Exhibition Museum? Huh. Heard of Miskatonic and seen it's bell tower from a distance but never been on campus. What's it like?" Ruby asked.
"You mean the Copley Bell Tower? Well, I can tell you a few fun facts about it. Built in 1866 to commemorate the three dead brothers of the Copley family. The Arkham Jazz club likes to play on weekends beneath it during the spring and summer." Scarlet listed off to Ruby's interest.
"Oh, neat. I'll have to make a note of that for later." Ruby remarks. She found a world without rock and roll to be… boring. Least some Jazz music is close to the pop music she was use to back home.
"Well if you two are interested. I can give you a personal tour of the campus." Scarlet offered.
"Oooh, can we Tommy! That might be interesting." Ruby said. She wasn't the academic type, unless it came to ballistics. But the school reminded her of Beacon. So it might be good for nostalgia.
"Sure. Wouldn't mind it. How about tomorrow? We have the day off since those spiders infested the office." Tommy remarks causing Scarlet to flinch for a moment at the mere mention of spiders.
"I see… well… thankfully I'm open at a quarter to two. Does that work for the both of you?" Scarlet asked.
"Yeah that can work." Ruby said with a smile.
"Nothing planned for tommorow so sure." Tommy said as he nods his head.
"Excellent." Scarlet said before noticing the time. "Oh, I'm sorry but I must be leaving. I got some files to prepare for tommorow. Thanks again for the pie. It was good."
She quickly grabbed her coat and head to the door. Tommy followed her to the door. Assisting her in her fur coat. As he does Scarlet then turns and kisses him on the cheek. Whispering to him. "It's good seeing you again, Tommy."
Before another word she walked out into the night. Leaving Tommy dazed from the kiss. Tommy stood there holding his cheek as he watches her disappear into the night. After a few moments he had to close the door as his right arm begin to itch. Damn allergies. As he turns he see's Ruby with a shit eating smirk plastered on her face.
"Oh ho, ho." Ruby said with a smirk.
"Laugh it up chuckle head. It's just her way of saying goodbye." Tommy said as he rolls his eyes.
"Sure. I've seen enough of my sister's anime to know she likes, likes you." Ruby said with a smirk.
"Ani-what?" Tommy asked with a raised brow. "You know what. Never mind. Think what you want but we are just friends. Nothing more."
Ruby gave that grin as Tommy walks by her. He begins to do the dishes when Ruby step beside him and helped. As the two worked Ruby begin to ask him a few things. "So, how did you meet Scarlet? Originally I mean."
"Well. For starters Juliet and I met originally through her brother. He and I would play Baseball often. Then on Halloween back in 01 our friends had this fairly mean idea for a prank. Where we would trick some young kid into going into the old witches house. It was original a tourist trap before it became a boarding house. Run down and in shabby repair. Kids back then would spread rumors about seeing that old hag Kaiser Mason. The Cannibal witch of Arkham. She was tricked into going into the house and they locked the door behind her. She spent a few hours stuck in that house till I went in after her." Tommy explains as he thinks back to that night.
"Aw. That's sweat. Like a childhood hero." Ruby remarks as she dries a few plates.
"Heh something like that. From then on she was by me and her brothers side. That changed when I moved out west. But that's another story for another time." Tommy said as he finishes the dishes. "Well… I'm going to catch some Z's. Think I saw a garage sale sign over on the corner of Wheatley and Noyes St. Want to check it out before we head into town tomorrow."
"Alright, Night Tommy." Ruby said as Tommy Heads upstairs.
Ruby finished drying the dishes before heading up to her own room. It was small with a bed and desk but she's fine with it. Hanging on her wall was a poster. Or more like advertisement from Colt's manufacturing, though it was signed by her friend. She quickly gets dress in her pajamas before removing her eye patch for a silk one. Once in her night gown she gets on her bed and begins reading the Great Gatsby. After reading a few chapters she puts down the book and turns off the light. As she was about to go to sleep she stops for a moment. Picking up her scroll she pulled up photo's. Finding the one of her teammates she smiled softly as she stares at the four during there first few weeks of school.
"Miss you guys… every day." She said as a single tear runs down her eye. She quickly turns off her Scroll and goes to bed.
The following day
The next day the two went about there usual schedule. Breakfast oatmeal and tea. After which they head out to see what cheap furniture they could pick up for the house. They found some night stands in relative good condition. Bringing them back, they head back. Once set up. The two brushed up before catching the trolly to the Market district before heading to the college.
They arrived at the gates of Miskatonic University, where the Univeristy Sigil hangs from blue iron gates. Reading 'Miskatonic University, Ex Ignorantia, Ad Sapientiam, Ex Luce Ad Tenebras' Beyond the gate was the remains of a fountain that had been replaced with a statue. It was in dedication to the former Medical School Dean, Halsey for his deeds during the Typhoid epidemic of 1905. Atop a Marble pedestal he looked on past the gates of Miskatonic overlooking all who enter. The two walked through, passing by a number of students and faculty who were moving about the course. As they pass by, a group of football players jogged by. All sporting a squid on their sports sweaters. Last year the entire river was covered in these small squid things due to a reef breaking. The students and professors from the College of science, the Biology and Geology portion of it; undertook a hard task to save the saltwater octopuses before they died in the river. Seems they gain popularity as the old Badger mascot was being replaced with these octopuses.
After walking through the quad, they found themselves crossing West College Street. Before the Miskatonic Exhibition Museum. The outer façade of the museum is grand and austere, decorated in neoclassic style. Corinthian columns and marble statues of Jeremiah Orne and Stanley Hoyt flank the entrance.
Upon entering the building they found the wide galleries and spacious halls abound, all dressed in granite and marble. Tall windows and skylights provide ample illumination. The first display they were greeted by a huge fossilized T-Rex. Ruby's inner child came forth and she couldn't help but marvel at the T-Rex bones. As she looks on, a familiar woman approaches the two.
"Aw, you made it, how gay." Scarlet said with a smile on her face. She was dressed a little more professionally, but seem to be missing her glasses that Tommy had known her to wear.
"Yeah. She's 25 but such a kid at times." Tommy remarks as Ruby kept looking at the dinosaur. She was very vexed to take a selfie but was holding herself not to.
"Hmm, yeah. Reminds me of our trip to Boston. The Old state house?" Scarlet said with a smirk as she recalls the field trip from there school days.
"Yeah. Didn't your brother vomited on Washingtons Wig?" Tommy asked with a smirk.
"No… that was me… but boy was he in trouble for taking the heat for it." Scarlet said with a faint smile from the memory. The two reminisce about old times for a few minutes before Scarlet spoke up. "Well… shall I show you two a personal tour of the Exhibition Museum?"
"Yeah we probably should." Tommy said before turning to Ruby who was pondering how to take a selfie without anybody noticing her with a Scroll. "Hey Ruby! You coming or what?"
"Humm oh yeah!" Ruby said as she quickly races over. Excited to see what this place has. This may be the first time she is actually excited to tour a museum.
The tour took a few hours but Ruby enjoyed it none the less. Originally the building was first built in 1765, it was converted into a museum in 1881 when the Town revitalize itself during the declines of the 1870's. The building burned down in 1902 before being rebuild the following year. The current Curator George Grewe is away on business in Providence. But apparently his family has been funding the Museum since it's inception. He was the one who helped with funding the reconstruction of the museum when it burned down. The public now able to enjoy many items on display, from ancient artifacts dating back to pre-Columbus native tribes to olden antiquities from the far corners of Europe and Asia. But they then were given a tour behind the scene. A look in the back rooms where they held some of the more valuable items. Ruby was amazed by the huge assortment of artifacts and found a special fondness for the bones pulled from the bad lands of the Dakotas.
As the three moved along Ruby made her interest in dinosaur bones quite known to which Scarlet used that to her advantage. "Say, this might interest you but in my office we found something odd from the Triassic period do you want to take a look? Nobody can identify it but it's quite fascinating."
"Really? Can I see it?" Ruby asked now having her full attention.
"Sure. It's down the hall on the right can't miss it." Scarlet directs before she stands a little closer to Tommy. "If it's alright with you, I'd like to spend a few moments with Tommy."
If Ruby was a little more mature she would probably get the hint but she was way to focus on that little thing she had mentioned in her office. So she took off without a second thought. Leaving the two to, foster something new. Running down the hall, she slid past her door before quickly entering, expecting some rare dinosaur… only to find a dark room with a lot of books and papers.
"… aw man. I was hoping it was a huge set of bones." Ruby moans as she entered the room. She tried flicking on the lights but for some reason the lights did not even flicker. "Hmm. Bulb must be out."
She then reaches into her pocket and pulls out her scroll. Using the flashlight feature she looked around the room. Hoping that she can find this object Scarlet mentioned. As she walked over to the desk her eyes stopped on something. A diary. She picks it up as she see's the dairy belonged to a Nathaniel Wingate Peaslee. It took her a few minutes before remembering that this Professor Peaslee was a professor of economics from Miskatonic university. He reported his journal went missing though strangely his case was taken by senior members of the Agency. Seems a bit trifling to give a simple break in case to senior members. So Ruby's curiosity got the better of her and she flips open the diary.
Finding nothing of interest till she found the pages that was opened the most that it left an imprint. It detailed 1913, five years after his last entry. He details waking up dazed and confused as if he forgot the last thing five years ago. The following entries were of him relearning everything before heading to Australia with Professor William Dyer in search of a hidden city and a missing girl. That's when she noticed the object in question. Hidden under some paperwork. Pulling out a small phone she nearly let's out a gasp from the shock of what she now holding. It was a strange fossil. A tablet with an imprinted dated nearly 200 Million years ago. Nobody knew what it was… till Ruby hesitantly inserted her open scroll into it. A perfect match.
"Oh my Monty…" Ruby whispers as she holds irrefutable evidence of a scroll fossil.
In that moment of shock she didn't hear the unusual sound of something scampering by her till she felt the brush of something very hairy pass by her leg. She let out a small eepe as she fell to the floor. She had dropped her scroll and lost her flashlight. Searching around she finally found it only to turn around and face the thing that ran by her leg. It was huge. Bigger then anything she had seen before, here or on remnant. A massive brown spider the size of Zwei. It let's out a small hiss before lunging at Ruby. It's powerful jaws pinch at Ruby's exposed ankles but her Aura stopped it.
"Ew, get off me!" Ruby said as she kicked the thing off her. She get's to her feet as the spider slithered back into the shadow. It's small leg's clattering as it moved quickly around. Ruby looked around for something to use. Seeing a nearby lamp she grabs ahold of it as the spider leaps out at her again. It landed on her dress and tried crawling up only before Ruby to swipe at it with a lamp.
"Ew, ew, ew ew, ew ew, ew ew, ew ew, ew!" She shrieked as she got on top of the thing and proceeds to beat it to death with the lamp. Crushing the creature till it was a paste with legs on the ground.
Disgusted she pulls back from the thing before quickly leaving the room. Shuddering as she walks back to find Scarlet and Tommy getting intimate when Ruby interrupted them. "Um I don't want to be rude but you guys have some really big spiders."
"Hmm…. How…. Unfortunate." Scarlet struggled to say with a grin on her face. She was only moments away from a kiss when this kid interrupted her. "Surely a great detecive such as yourself wouldn't be so afraid of a small… insectoid."
Before Ruby could interject Tommy noticed something. "Sweat mercy, Ruby what the hell you do to that lamp?"
Ruby looks down at the lamp. She was still holding it and most have forgotten to drop it after the attack by the oversize arachnid. The post was smashed but oddly the part that she used to crush the bug was… smoking. Dropping the metal lamp the three watch as the bottom portion slowly begins melting away.
"Whoa… can spiders do that?" Ruby asked somewhat caught off guard by the lamp burning like that.
"No, no they can not." Tommy said as he kneels down to see if what caused this. "Jesus what did you do kid. Smash a bunch of flasks with hydrofluoric acids?"
"No it was the huge spider that attacked me." Ruby said as she held out her hands to demonstrate how huge it was.
"Show me." Tommy said as he stands up.
Ruby gives a nod before bringing the two to Ms. Scarlets office. The She motioned for Tommy to pull out his flashlight when the lights wouldn't come on. When they looked down at where Ruby had last left the critter, she was shocked to see it wasn't there anymore. All that was left was a stain that burned into the floor, dragging itself in the dark.
"Just what kind spider did you kill Ruby?" Tommy asked as he looked on at the trail.
"A really, really, really big one." Ruby remarks. The two followed the trail. It leads to a nearby vent that neither one could crawl through. Suffice to say they were equally creeped out. Tommy get's up and checks up with Scarlet. As he does Ruby spots something in the corner of her eye. In the vent was something covered in slime, yet within reach. Hesitant at first she reaches in and grabs it. It was a ring, made from platinum with the school sigil on it. Looking inside she can barely make out the initials that was slightly corroded. A.P.W. Ruby hmmed to herself before hearing her name. She quickly pockets the ring before following Tommy and Scarlet out. The three made there way out of the Museum. To which Scarlet then stops Tommy.
"I'm sorry about the spider infestation ruining the moment." Scarlet apologizes. "The curator Grewe been dealing with an infestation as of last year."
"It's alright, won't stop us from reconvening after work." Tommy said with a smile.
"Right… coffee." Scarlet said with a little blush before pulling Tommy in and giving a kiss on the cheek. Whispering into his ear, "See you at six."
She then heads inside leaving Tommy smiling. As he scratches his arm Ruby speaks up. "Um, what was that?"
"Hmm, oh I… have a date tonight is all." Tommy said as he nearly fumbled his words.
"Well… If it's alright with you I'd like to check something while I am here." Ruby said as she walks towards the street.
"Really? Huh alright kid. See you back at the house then." Tommy said as the two split up.
Ruby heads towards the campus. Heading for the Oriental library. Upon entering the massive doors, she was greeted by rows of books in multiple section however she wasn't looking for any books in the field of classical or modern literature. Heading over to the receptionist she asked about the ring she found. The receptionist didn't know much but did know of the ring. She pointed her to the basement, in a small room should be a records department she could look into. It was damp, down there but she checked the books. It was so boring, reminded her a bit of studying for those tests back at Beacon. But eventually she found it. A brief historory of Miskatonic university by Professor Albert N Wilmarth. This seemed to be a side project of his when obtaining his Masters in English litature. He had a small section on the rings in question.
In September of 1900, the catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa by the Miskatonic University Archaeological society. In commemoration the school fashioned together a set of eight rings. More were later made but the first eight were truly iconic pieces. The names were listed and looking through she found one that match with the Initials. Dr. Augustus Percival Whitely. She remember that name from somewhere. She left the room and walked over to the newspaper archives. Searching for half that time she found it. An obituary of the Dr. Augustus September 4th 1925.
It detailed the demise of the professor as he was found in the town of Barrio El Edén on Eden Island. He was found by a local boy who was fishing, his body was strung up against a wall with spiders crawling over it. Despite clear signs of fowl play the local law enforcement could do nothing. So the late widow of Dr. Whitely contacted the Blackwood Agency requesting they look into it. Sadly the obituary writer doubted it and simply went on to note his accomplishments. With this in mind she quickly return upstairs and request to use the schools land line. The attendant agreed and handed Ruby the land line.
"Arkham Operator, how may I help you today?" the female voice asked over the line.
"Hi can you get me West Durby street, looking for Director Blackwood of the Blackwood Agency." Ruby remarks as she pulls out her P.I badge.
"Please I.D yourself." The operator said.
"Ruby Rose, License number 1823225" Ruby repeated back. After a few moments the operator spoke to her.
"Connecting now, have a nice day." The switchboard operator goes quiet before she hears the sound of a ringing. Just then the phone picks up.
"Director Joshua Blackwood speaking. Ruby is that you?" Director Blackwood asked.
"Yeah it's me. I was doing some digging after an incident at Exhibition Museum. I think I found a missing link in the death of Dr. Whitely." Ruby said over the phone.
"Oh. Do tell. I've hit a road block with it so anything might help with the case." Director Blackwood said over the phone sounding genuinely interested.
"I found his ring. Inside a giant spider." Ruby said bluntly. She was about to give a reason why when Director Blackwood stopped her.
"I see, please bring it to my house on West Durby street, house number 9. Due hurry as I heard that the weather will be picking up and I hate for you to be out in the cold." Director Blackwood said before hanging up. Ruby hangs up the phone before heading out to flag down a cab. Thirty minutes later she found herself in one of the more wealthier neighborhoods. She walked down the street before coming to an old Georgian style house. She goes to the door as the wind begins to howl and the snow slowly fell. After knocking on the door, she heard the sound of a number of locks coming undone as Director Blackwood opens the door with his pajamas on and a bathrobe.
"Aw, good. Come on in. My wife put a kettle on in the kitchen." Director Blackwood said as he let's Ruby in.
The home was well furbish with old antiques spanning half a century. She can see a few modern appliances only recently added. She is led into a kitchen where an older woman was tending to a stove.
"Oh, I was told we would be having company." She said in a soft and gentle tone. "I assume your with the agency?"
"Going on with my first year actually." Ruby explained.
"Well, that sweat. I remember working in the agency with my Joshua's father in charge. Aw… to be young again." The woman said reminiscing her time as an agent.
"It was… a more exciting time, back then. But now we are here to shepherd the new blood to one day replace us." Director Blackwood said with a small smile remembering his time as an agent. "But that's a conversation for another day. Now, Agent Rose. If you so kindly follow me."
He then leads Ruby up the stairs. In a large office was multiple boxes filled with evidence and papers from previous, cold, and current cases. In an organize mess that took up most of the room's space. He heads over to one box marked, Case file 23-23-45-MP: Dr. A.P Whitely. Setting it aside he places it onto the desk.
"Now, you mentioned a ring Agent Rose?" Director Blackwood asked. Ruby gives a nod before presenting it. Director Blackwood overlooked the ring for a few moments before commenting, "Yeah, that is his. Where you said you found it again?"
"At the Exhibition museum by Misktonic. After fighting a huge spider in Ms. Scarlet's office." Ruby explains.
"Ms. Scarlet?" Director Blackwood asked with a raised brow before searching through the files before pulling up a ship manifest for the expedition last April. "Hmm, was it a Ms. Juliet Scarlet?"
"Yeah, I think that was her name… why?" Ruby asked.
"It's just a theory. I need some information from the bureau." He said cryptically before pushing the box over to her. "Why don't you overlook the papers. A fresh set of eyes… er eye. Can make the world a difference in investigating."
Ruby give a nod before taking the box. She sets it on the ground and proceeds to overlook everything within the box. Over the course of the next three hours she poured herself over the items, including travel logs, books on anthropology, his diary, and a few strange bobbles that were confiscated from his office in Miskatonic. Strange of all were these goggles. The lenses had been removed and replaced with two gems, one red the other blue.
"Huh… they kind of look like 3d glasses." Ruby remarks as she held them up.
"3d?" Director Blackwood asked with a raised brow.
"Oh… um, you know. Special glasses that um let you see the screen as if it were in front of you." Ruby said trying hard to back track without giving to much away.
"Like a play projected on the screen?" Director Blackwood asked with a raised brow.
"Kind of." Ruby said before remembering something. "I believe the recent movie, The Power of Love back in September of 22, have you seen that?"
"I'm not really a movie person Agent Rose. But I'll have someone compare those facts. So how do these 3d glasses as you put it work?" Director Blackwood asked.
"Well, basic premise is that by wearing them on your face you merge the screen together. The film has two lines of red and blue and by wearing them they merge the characters together to form a 3d image." Ruby explains crudely how 3d glasses work.
"So a trick of the eye. Hmm. Not sure why he would make such a thing?" Director Blackwood said as stroke his chin.
"Maybe he had some kind of super-secret invisible ink." Ruby blurts out. She had seen a movie like that back on Remnant where a spy would hide a secret message in invisible ink before using a special lens to see it.
"That was our agents second thought. Even walked around everywhere he walked in on campus. Nothing. Tried it several times, just gave myself a migraine." Director Blackwood said shooting down Ruby's theory.
"Aw… well I got nothing." Ruby said a bit disappointed it wasn't for something supper cool.
"Now, now. Don't sell yourself short. I didn't even think much less know about the 3d glasses angel." Director Blackwood said with a small smile. "Why don't you take a look over this tonight and bring it to office tommorow."
"Ok." Ruby said with a chirp. She and Director Blackwood quickly collected everything before putting back on her coat. She was about exit when the wind hit her.
"Whoa, it got a whole lot colder." Ruby said as her hat nearly flew off.
"Yeah, it be a miracle if you can catch a cab this far north." Director Blackwood said as he helps steady the hat on Ruby's head.
"Oh well. Shouldn't be that bad." Ruby said in an optimistic tone. Truth was her Aura could keep her warm in the coldest of climates. A thirty minute walk from one side to the other wouldn't be so bad.
"Hmm, you sure Ms. Rose. I'd hate for you to catch a cold." Director Blackwood wife voiced with concern.
"It's fine really. Thanks for the tea by the way." Ruby said politely before walking out the door into the cold late winter winds. She walked through the cold, shivering a bit as the strong wind blasted her face. By the time she Independence square she was nearly blinded by the wind blowing in her face. If being blinded by the winds wasn't so bad then try doing so while carrying a box full of loose papers. As she waits for traffic to slow she had an idea. Setting down the box she retrieved the goggles from the box.
"If nothing else. It will keep the wind out of my eye." Ruby said to herself as she pulls the goggles and slipped them on. As she does she found them to be a bit uncomfortable till she realized that she was wearing them upside down. As she struggled to put them on she see's a familiar face in the distance. It was Tommy. He was sitting in a caffe drinking coffee with Scarlet.
"Aww, I ship it." Ruby muses to herself seeing him so happy on such a simple date with Scarlet. She slips on the goggles and looked up. Just as she does, her heart skipped a beat… in fear.
She saw through those Blue tinted glasses… something horrible. What sat across from Tommy wasn't human. It was a monster, a monster of eight horrific and harry legs. Fangs longer then her wrists and a face that stretched over her jaw. A spider in human form. It's legs were covered and smeared in blood. At the center was multiple sacks of spider eggs… made from the multiple heads of victims. One of them being. Curt Armstrong's severed head. Crawling with spiders similar to the one that infested the office space. It was all a bit to much for Ruby who silently screamed into her hands as she looked on in horror at the thing.
Hello everybody, Wombag1786 here.
Well… that… that was horrible… for me. (Arachnid phobia settling in) So we get some more references as well as a bit more of a tour of Arkham's famed college Miskatonic university as well as it's Museum on West Church street, the Exhibition museum. But along with a few call backs we also learn the Horrible truth behind Tommy's old fling. Can Ruby save Tommy or will this little widow make him her next meal?
Now, along with the quick edit to fit the timeline let's read your comments and questions.
From Carre: 1. No problem
2A. I may get fanart of it one day.
2B. Lol
2C. Hope you liked them.
3A. The heaven sent divine man himself.
3B. There has been many names with Blackwood in it. Sherlock Homes with Robert Downey JR. comes to mind as you suggested. This time it is an adopted Sir Name that was given to the grandson of Joshua Mire. Some time during the Revolutionary war. (For more information look up the Arkham Witch trial on Drive thru RPG)
3C. Just jump to chapter 12 and read the end. This story is hard to keep track of so you may need to set up a detectives web.
3D. Yep. Right on the nose before the reveal. You get a gold star and spider repellent.
3E. Hmm, around a year after Deutsches Ahnenerbe – Studiengesellschaft für Geistesurgeschichte, or more simply the Ahnenerbe Organization when they take a trip to the south of the transantarctic mountains. I won't go into details but the clues of that date is in the answer.
3F. Hope you like the little bit of lore added.
3G. You mean like right now?
4. Will do.
Thanks for writing Carre.
From Black Cross0: I hope this one was just as interesting as the last. Thanks, it's good to be back.
