Hazbin hotel chapter 4

[author's note: this first part takes place in between episodes 1-2 in the series]

The next couple days passed by like a blur as the news about the extermination being moved up by 6 months sent most of hell into a panic. But using what I knew about public relations and quelling panic from my time in the marines I had everything at least in New Hokkaido calmed down and people were back to their normal calmness by the end of the week.

In our meeting room Monarch and I talked about finances.

"and with the latest profits made by those karaoke parlors and the many eateries we have we should be able to shut them all down now and survive the next couple of days while we rebuild what was damaged during the Exterminations, surprisingly the northern district is the only one that got hit but that makes sense as it is close to where the portal for the angels is" Monarch said with a laser pointer in hand pointing at the charts.

"Good, I'll trust it to you and my belladonna fangs to get that ready, are the traps in place? And the turret placement?" I asked looking over the documents.

Monarch nodded and said, "as per you request I have installed the anti-angel measures you asked for and with the extra money I had made I installed anti vox measures around the city to stop vox from ever making his presence known in New Hokkaido, speaking of the Belladonna fangs I happy to report that they all came back alive from their assignments, Stolas of the Ars Goetia, Carmilla Carmine, and even Rosie have all sent nice bonuses and continued support for the Belladonna fangs and the New Dawn, and with it I have diverted some of it into lady Veronica's private account and into researching some new armor for your mercs"

Flipping over the documents I said, "speaking of the mercs you said you managed to use some tech to research active camouflage is that correct?"

Monarch nodded and said, "I managed to use my connections to bring in the brightest engineers into our ranks and let's just say they did an amazing job" before clapping her hands.

When she did a bunch of my own mercs decloaked leaving me speechless as I said, "very nice I have to admit I am happy to have you working alongside us Monarch you are an asset I wish I had in when I was alive."

Monarch dismissed the other mercs before blushing and saying, "well it's not often I find someone worthy of my time and effort so consider this a pleasant use of my time, speaking of time, where's thana?"

Chuckling I said, "working for Valentino currently."

Monarch looked at me a little worried and said, "not to seem disrespectful but should we even trust her? I mean she works for Valentino for all we know she could be feeding him info about us and what we know! If she spills that we have weapons that can kill angels out Adam and the fact that the execution schedule has been moved by 6 months isn't the only thing we'd have to worry about"

Laughing I said, "relax monarch she wouldn't tell, I trust Thana, plus Veronica is watching out for her so I have a feeling that nothing is going to happen!" before pouring myself a glass of scotch.

I then got a call from one of my mercenaries that said, "umm sir…Princess Charlotte Morningstar is here to see you."

Spitting out my scotch I said, "wait what! By lucifer send her up and tell her to meet us in the main meeting room!"

Monarch then sat next to me and in walked this lady dressed in a red suit with almost clown-like makeup. Was this lady truly the princess of hell?

Smiling I said, "ahhh you must be lady Morningstar I am Satsujin Fairbrook delvin Hawkins, kingpin of New Hokkaido and member of the New Dawn Syndicate, next to me is Overlord Monarch our financial advisor, unfortunately it is only the two of us here as our third is on call, how can we help you?"

Charlie looked at us and said, "so the three of you represent a new rising power in hell and let me just say this place is amazing! The food the drinks and the people look so awesome!"

I smiled and said, "well I thank you lady charlotte, and may I just say your broadcast on news666 was quite entertaining!"

Charlie looked at me with a smile and said, "wait you watched it!"

I nodded and said, "it was inspiring, as a winner myself seeing someone try to get people up to heaven makes me smile."

Charlie looked shocked and said, "wait…winner…. YOUR AN ANGEL!"

I nodded and said, "yes…I was a mercenary in life and saved thousands but killed millions."

Charlie said, "so you self-exiled yourself…"

I changed the subject and said, "so to what do I owe the honor of having the princess of hell in my turf?"

Charlie shook her head and said, "right! I nearly forgot! So, as you know the extermination was moved up by 6 months and we need to prove to heaven that it's possible to redeem a sinner and well I wanted to meet and see if you know anyone."

I sighed and said, "Monarch leaves me and the princess we need to talk alone."

Monarch looked at me and said, "are you sure?"

I nodded and said, "yes."

Monarch nodded and left us, and I said, "can I get you something to drink? Tea maybe some whiskey?"

Charlie looked a bit confused and said, "y-yeah I'll take a milkshake if it's okay."

Getting on the intercom I said, "have one of the maids bring a kettle with macha green tea and a milk shake up to the hydra dome."

Looking at Charlie I said, "one thing stands out to me about your idea lady Morningstar…what constitutes as redemption?"

Charlie looked confused and said, "someone happy and feeling great about their lives and acts so nice"

"ahh you see that already is a red flag, even a sinner can be happy and great about their lives yet they want to kill everything in their way" I said as the tea and Charlie's milkshake showed up.

Charlie looked at me and said, "what would you recommend then?"

Pouring myself a nice hot cup of tea I said, "when it comes to rehab the best is to train them, actually make an effort to make things better, exercises basically to make them not want to do what got them sent here in the first place."

Charlie sipped her milkshake and said, "okay I think I see what you're saying, you want us to form bonds and help them get better that way!"

I nodded and said, "bingo! You start their and start with small exercises like trust falls or outings as group, stuff like that as a soldier no greater bond was the bond formed by brothers, you start their I mean you got 6 months to convince heaven, not a lot of time for someone without a plan but you come to me with any questions you have and I swear I will help you!"

Charlie squealed happily and hugged me and was about to sing but I looked at her and said, "kid I swear to god if the next words out of your mouth are a song I will throw you out the window."

Charlie sighed in defeat and for the next couple hours we were brainstorming ways for her to get Angel Dust into heaven, and we went through the list of current residents in New Hokkaido to see who would be perfect for redemption, but no one fit Charlie's bill.

Realizing how late it was Charlie said, "awwww I wish I could stay the night, but I hope you have fun here in New Hokkaido and I really must be getting back to the hotel!"

I chuckled and pulled out Wado Urumasa and created a portal back to her hotel saying, "I hope your endeavors are successful, and if you ever need my help, you know where to find me and my group and if not here's my card" I then put my business card into her pocket and gave her a headpat.

Charlie looked up at me and said, "Soooo you mind if I call you big brother?"

This caught me off guard as I said, "wait why?"

Charlie chuckled and said, "well your so wise and calm and according to Alastor you're really smart and well…. you got the big brother vibe."

I laughed as I gave Charlie a pat on the head and said, "very well lady Morningstar you can call me big brother, just promise me you will be safe…your dealing with the top pornstar of a very psychotic overlord, if you pry too far into angel's life Valentino doesn't care if you're the daughter of lucifer he'll either fuck you up or fuck angel dust up and you seem like such a sweet girl."

Charlie nodded and bowed leaving through the portal before saying, "Bye Big bro!" before the portal closed.

Chuckling I said, "that girls gonna do good things I can tell…I just wish my own morals and past wouldn't stop me from seeking her aid…" I shuttered a bit as I looked down at my hands and flashes of the blood, I spilled echoed in my mind.

A vibration on my phone then went off, pulling me out of my flashbacks and when I checked it, I saw a message from Thana letting me know that she may be late getting back as Valentino is having her do a 16 hour shift to make up for Angel Dust's time off.

Realizing how late it was, I turned in for the night, walking over to my bedroom I saw the door was slightly open. Normally it's fully closed. Pulling out Kaiju I slowly entered my room and looked around, no one has disturbed my closet, nor my long l shaped desk with my many monitors and PC, my weapons were all in place but there was a mass in my bed and when I went to go and check it I saw Monarch all snuggled up in my sheets and even some finer blankets.

Sighing I said, "Monarch you have your own room, let me get into my bed."

Monarch shuffled a bit over not giving up any sheets saying, "I bought these with my money they're mine!"

Groaning I pulled some sheets and said, "I'll allow you to sleep in my bed tonight Monarch but don't make this a reoccurring thing."

As I got into bed, I felt Monarch leap on to me bundling me up in the warm fur sheets and said, "mmhmhh Mine!"

I chuckled and said, "oi what are you doing."

Monarch snickered and said, "like I said, you technically belong to me and as such I plan to take advantage of this deal and use you for warmth because it is cold."

Before I could fall asleep an explosion shook the estate, waking me up and causing me to rush over to the window to see what was happening.

As I looked out I saw a war blimp with a shit ton of weapons and with a twitching eye I looked at Monarch and said, "Hey Monarch isn't that the balloon belonging to Sir Pentious?"

Monarch groaned looking over and said, "not this bitch again!"

Walking outside I said, "Pentious! What do you want!"

Pentious laughed and said, "hahaha I want control over New Hokkaido! Surrender now and I promise to give you a quick death."

Rolling my eyes I went back inside and grabbed my Barrett 50 cal making sure not to fill it with angelic bullets and walked back outside taking a sniper position before saying, "Pentious this is your last warning to get the hell out of my airspace or I will kill you!"

Pentious continued to laugh and I responded by firing a single shot into his airship hitting a major fuel line in it causing the entire thing to go up in flames as Sir Pentious and his egg boiz fell on the streets below.

Getting on the comms I said, "security send a detachment of mercs to deal with Pentious don't kill him just get him the fuck out of my turf"

"got it boss" the guy on the other side said.

Getting into bed I started to dream not of war but of heaven I was in a room with Emily and Sarah both of whom were disappointed with how I turned out, practically a slave to an overlord, murderer of tens of angels.

Emily looked at me mortified and said, "Satsu…we trusted you to lead the angels and you failed…"

Part of me wanted to blame the angels but I took a deep breath in and bowed saying, "I take full responsibility for my actions I should have anticipated for Adam's indoctrination and done something about it"

Sarah slammed her hand against the table and said, "you made a costly mistake Satsujin and one day you will have to pay for it"

Veronica's point of view:

I couldn't believe my big brother was alive and more importantly that Thana knew! Apparently, he's been in hell for a year, and I never knew! I was annoyed at thana yeah but seeing Satsujin alive mellowed me out.

Walking back into the Vee tower after my concert I was greeted by Katie who looked at me and said, "ahh Lady Veronica did you see the news?"

Confused I said, "what about it? Did Vox release yet another new product?"

Katie nodded and said, "not just that but also this" and she showed me killjoy's broadcast about princess Charlie's plan to rehab sinners and my eyes just started to sparkle this could be my chance! I could go up to heaven and if I do maybe big brother Satsu will join me!

"katie hold all my meetings and tell Vox to shove a cable up his ass cause I'm going on a bit of a break!" I said running out to find my motorcycle and rushed over to the hotel to find the one person I didn't want to see.

Alastor.

I only met the radio demon once and I felt like I annoyed him with how many sparkles I had and how I was a member of the vees and yet I also felt like he respected me at the same time somehow. I mean after all he did have me on his radio show once to let people hear my newest song Time machine.

However, Alastor was beating up a rather annoying serpent who was too flashy even for me, Sir Pentious. God, I hated that snake, he was so dramatic and extravagant calling my dazzling shows gaudy and way to distracting and that the songs themselves were stupid.

He was stupid…that butt faced, possibly died a virgin, edgy try hard wannabe. Yeah Veronica you tell that punk whose really a bitch.

I whistled as I watched the blimp blow up sending Sir Pentious far away and I approached.

"H-hi my name is veronica; I was wondering if I could ask you about the hotel" I stuttered a bit nervous.

That's when I noticed Angel dust and struck a pose pointing at him saying, "Wait angel!"

Angel pointed back at me saying, "Veronica! What are you doing here!"

"I saw the commercial on TV! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!" I said striking another pose as my holograms formed question marks around me and made my face look like a confused anime girl.

Angel struck another pose back and said, "well I just- I needed a place away from Valentino and work….crack is expensive"

I saw through his lies and deception, it's an idols gift but it's also my own intuition that I knew angel wanted to get clean and find a way to escape Valentino….hell I didn't blame him, the Vees were the worst even though I was one of them I didn't think what they were doing was right, Vox's manipulation of everyone, Valentino's abuse, and Velvette's lack of respect for anyone made working with them unbearable.

Princess Charlie approached me and we started to talk and I came clean about wanting to redeem myself but in my own way, if she had a checklist she should give it to me and I'll find my own way.

Charlie then said, "well that's just it….i have no idea how exactly we're gonna truly rehab sinners keeping angel clean is tough enough"

Tapping my chin I said, "why not go to my big brother? Satsujin Hawkins"

The demon next to her shouted, "Satsujin Hawkins! As in the king pin Satsujin Hawkins! Hell no Charlie do not go to New Hokkaido"

I giggled and said, "give it some time trust me big brother Satsu knows how to help you guys out! He protected me in life and I know he can give you guys some good advice for the hotel"

Charlie nodded and said, "once we have a plan on how to rehab sinners I'll give you a call"

I nodded and left coming back to the studio where I would see Thana trying to sneak in.

Sneaking up on her while she was trying to find the keys to her changing room I put my hand on her shoulder and used my holograms to change the atmosphere to a more anime like area as I said, "THAAAAAAAAANAAAAAAAAA"

Thana let out a high-pitched scream of fear as I pushed her into her room and said, "so how long have you been seeing my brother" before pinning her to the wall and saying, "better question how long have you been sleeping with my brother huuuuuuuh~"

Thana looked a little afraid saying, "boy you get scary when it comes to your brother! L-look Veronica I didn't sleep with him I promise! Its just I work alongside him and another woman named Monarch! I promise there are no intimate feelings between us!"

I got closer to her face and raised my eyebrows saying, "oh~ well then I hope you continue to help my Onee-chan~ cause if I hear from him that you hurt me or betray him I'll flay you alive~"

A couple days later we found out about the Extermination schedule change and I got spooked calling up Satsujin and managed to get myself a protected bunker in new Hokkaido while Valentino was bitching over Angel dust…again.

All I could do was watch with a huge bag of popcorn as Valentino went on a rant about how Thana had been spending way too much time in New Hokkaido and that Angel dust was spending too much time out of the studio.

"Those bitches! First, I find out that Angel dust is shacking up with Lucifer's bimbo and now I find out that my second best model is shacking up with that damn kingpin!" Val growled as he started tearing through Velvette's best model.

Raising my hand I said, "Val why not go after Satsujin?"

Val growled saying, "I may be powerful but even I know its suicide to try and go into New Hokkaido to go to war with Satsujin Hawkins! New Hokkaido is one of the most well guarded cities, hell not even Vox can get in to that damn city!"

I whistled and said, "strange I guess that makes the three of you are the weak links in the vees cause I can get into New Hokkaido easily!"

Val flipped me off and said, "I'm going to my room!" before storming off.

Back to satsujin's point of view:

A couple more days would pass until I found out that Monarch had sent a couple of my mercenaries to keep tabs on Thana and shoot her should she spill any secrets to the vees. More over she also had snipers watching my sister should she divulge any secrets to the vees.

"Monarch!" I shouted storming into her chambers as she was changing.

Monarch blushed saying, "oh! Satsu what seems to be the problem?"

Pissed I threw the documents I had onto a nearby table and said, "didn't think your trust in our group was so low! I know you have snipers watching my sister and thana! I did not authorize them! Call them off now!"

Monarch gave me a cold stare and said, "and what if they did turn! What if somehow they decided to no longer want to work with the New Dawn and divulge all our secrets to Vox and Valentino! We would be ruined so if you don't mind I am"

But before she could finish that sentence I picked her up and pinned her against a wall as I unfurled my single wing in anger and said, "what will it take for you to realize that trust is two way! Thana and Veronica trust us! So we should trust them!"

Monarch blushed and said, "v-very well sir I guess I did go a bit hard on the two of them…I'll call off my mercenaries….do I even weigh anything to you?"

I shook my head and said, "nah its like picking up a handful of grapes"

Monarch continued to blush before wrapping her legs around me and saying, "Satsu…will you have me as your wife"

This confused me a bit and I said, "wait what?"

Monarch got closer to me breaking my hold and wrapping one of her legs over my shoulder and looking in me deep into my eyes saying, "your strong, smart and willing to stand up for your friends and colleagues! Mix that with my riches and intelligence and we could have all of hell wrapped around our fingers! So please say you'll take me as yours!"

Her breath got heavy with arousal as she looked me in my eyes with this look of pure determination. Wait , what! She wanted me as her husband! I mean her logic was as sound as ever don't get me wrong we could be a truly strong power couple but this was so sudden!

Picking her up and setting her down I said, "I'll think about it" before raising my hands in defeat and slowly backing away.

Later that day it was finally time for the meeting with the other overlords. Getting into my best suit I looked at Monarch who was staring at me as I put my pants on.

"you know my eyes are up here right?" I chuckled as I pointed to my twin red eyes.

Monarch blushed looking at what I had between my legs and said, "yeah but I like everything I see~"

Rolling my eyes I put the rest of my suit on and went to my weapon room. Every good overlord or kingpin needs a weapon room and mine was no different, I had to smuggle in a lot of building materials from the mortal plane to make this weapon room look good. The room itself was built with rustic looking mahogany wood with all my weapons placed neatly either on the walls organized by type and caliber, or on desks made from ebony wood. Hanging from the walls of my room were golden chandeliers with blue candles that gave the room a nice yet elegant feel to it reminding me of my weapon room I had when I was living in England. Along one wall was a whole slew of angelic weapons locked behind 3 ft think bullet proof glass and on another wall was a whole assortment of "cutlery" ranging from switch blade knives to karambits and even katanas with different scabbards, hand grips and tsubas.

Monarch looked inside and said, "do you really need to go to this armed, I mean its only a meeting"

Looking at my assortment of handguns I said, "one must always be prepared for any scenario, even if that means an attack during a meeting with the strongest demons in hell"

I looked at my guns and said, "hmmm what are you thinking Monarch, Wolfsbane or should I go for a classic colt?"

Monarch looked at me confused and said, "your comparing a damn colt to a magnum! That's like comparing a honda to Ferrari! Go with the magnum"

Laughing I said, "you have good taste!"

I then went over to a dresser and opened it up looking at the number of masks I had and picked up a nice Venetian bullet proof half mask that looked similar to my normal pale white half skull but with a set of music bars in gold going across one side.

Lastly I looked at my cutlery and picked out a nice butterfly knife and wado Urumasa and hid them in my sleeves before looking at Monarch and saying, "okay I am ready lets go wake up Thana and head out"

Monarch nodded and we found her all dressed up looking at her alcohol stash and I spoke up saying, "Thana just pick one and lets go"

Thana nodded and picked out a huge bourbon and yawned saying, "damn I really should get some sleep too" before walking over to me and Monarch.

Using Wado Urumasa I opened a tear and walked into Carmilla's meeting room.

Carmilla looked at me and said, "ahhh Satsujin, I am glad you could make it with your syndicate!"

Bowed slightly and said, "I am honored you want me here Lady Carmilla"

As more and more overlords came I greeted each of them and even had a great conversation with Zestial about New Hokkaido rivaling the greed and lust ring in terms of popularity.

Thana finally did wake up though and saw Zestial.

Thana smiled and said, "aaahhh Zesty boi! I am so happy to see you!"

Zestial shuttered inching behind Carmilla and said, "oh well isn't this a surprise! I didn't expect to see you Thana we all thought you were dead!"

Thana laughed and said, "naaaahh I have been hanging around New Hokkaido with Satsu"

I looked shocked as I said, "wait hold the fucking phone! Your scared of her!"

Zestial peeked his head out and said, "uh yeah I am, aren't you!"

"she's just a god damn alcoholic! Hell she barely moves around as is! Like- seriously she's just a drunk how is she scary!" I shouted pointing at Thana who fell asleep in her chair holding a bottle of bourbon.

The doors then kicked open and in walked the Vees.

Raising an eyebrow I watched as Vox looked at me and said, "so your Satsujin….good to finally put a face to the name"

Velvette whistled and said, "so you're Veronica's big brother your buffer than I thought! Pretty hot too"

Monarch gave a cold stare of envy at Velvette.

Veronica skipped over an gave me a hug saying, "good to see you again big bro!"

I looked over to see Thana wide awake and looking really scared as Valentino looked over and said, "Thana there you are! Get your ass over here and sit next to me now!"

Thana's hands shook as she got up and was about to move but I held her back behind me looking at Monarch who nodded and got up protecting Thana as well.

Valetino then growled and said, "did you hear me you stupid bitch! I said come and sit next to daddy or did you forget who owns you!" before using his smoke to form chains around her, but the chains seemed weaker than most soul chains.

Standing my ground I said, "she doesn't want to so she shouldn't have to, besides she's also part of my group and we protect our own"

This shocked Valentino who said, "why you stupid bitch! You went and formed a group with- with a kingpin! Do you have any respect for yourself! He's just one man and I own your ass! "

Monarch stepped forward and coldly said, "but she is our colleague and if I remember correctly according to the rules made by the first overlords of hell, when three overlords make a group soul contracts become weakened and their hold of that overlord's soul becomes nearly voided. If you wish to make an issue of this we can always take it up with Lucifer, he made the rules after all"

Valentino pulled out a gun and was about to shoot me but Monarch sliced the gun using a katana.

Looking at it I said, "wait is that Nobushi? You went into my weapon room!"

Monarch giggled and said, "I though that if you got to bring weapons I should bring one too, and lets be honest a katana suits me"

Placing my wolfsbane on the table I said, "you wanna make an issue of this bring it on Valentino I'm not afraid to fight you."

Vox seemed spooked by something as he pushed Valentino and said, "hahahah hey val, baby buddy you really don't want to mess with this guy like seriously he is not one even I want to deal with."

Valentino looked confused saying, "Vox! But this bitch! He- he has one of our Vees on his side AND two really powerful overlords on his side! Come on can't I shoot him once!"

Vox grabbed Valentino and said, "look as much as I want to deal with this punk but trust me YOU DO NOT WANT TO MESS WITH HIM!"

Carmilla looked at me and said, "that's enough Satsujin you made your point put the gun away and let's start the meeting"

I nodded my head and put away my Wolfsbane and sat down.

Sitting in on the meeting between the other overlords I got a good look around as Carmilla said, "sovereign overlords I happy to see you all in good health we are here to discuss two things firstly and the most important thing the ascension of kingpin Satsujin to the rank of overlord."

Spitting out my tea I said, "wait what?"

My sister said the same thing saying, "yeah what!"

Carmilla said, "kingpin Satsujin has shown himself as strong as an overlord with a total of 400,000 souls under his belt including 2 overlords our own Thana and Monarch and has the respect of the Ars Goetia and even Beelzebub herself! I say we put it to a vote, Zestial?"

Zestial stood up and said, "New Hokkaido alone is a gold place for sinner a sign of hope yes but a place safe for sinners during extermination, so my vote is yay."

Carmilla then said, "Thana and Monarch?"

Monarch took a puff of her cigarette and said, "I see the promotion being beneficial to new Hokkaido so my vote is yay"

Thana yawned and drank a full bottle of wine saying, "yeah my vote is yay too"

Carmilla pointed to the vee's and said, "Vees?"

Vox and Valentino gave me a death glare, and both said, "Nay"

Velvette sighed in defeat and said, "as much as I hate the fact that the vees are losing business to new Hokkaido it is good for social media and Veronica likes it so yay."

Veronica looked at me with a scowl and said, "yay."

Carmilla then said, "with a majority vote, I hearby name you Satsujin Hawkins, the newest overlord, your turf is now your property and any kingpin who tries to go after it will have to deal with you however you see fit, congratulations now onto the second order of business, last extermination was brutal with us loosing 16% of the entire population of hell we need to"

But before she could say anything else Velvette butted in again and said, "on the matter of discussion" before pulling out a decapitated angel's head.

This shocked me and I looked at Monarch as if asking if it was from New Hokkaido and Monarch shook her head no, so I eyed Lady Carmilla and noticed she was getting angry. It was her kill.

Zestial poked holes in Velvette's plan saying that if this angel wasn't slain by a demon we could be marching into a slaughter.

Velvette then said, "oh yeah! Then how about we talk to the mercenary! Oi Satsujin! Do you a war on heaven could be done!"

I shook my head and said, "as much as I would love to kill some exorcists I have to agree with Zestial on this, if we do take out the exorcists what's to say they won't escalate the situation, we kill their exorcists and for all we know we could be dealing with a seraphim or worse an arch angel next, hell did it ever cross your mind that they could have the four horsemen of the apocalypse under their belt and they could easily just let them run rampant under here! we need more information to defend ourselves, in this situation its wise to have a strong defense instead of a strong offense so the enemy has no reason to escalate the situation"

My eye twitched when Velvette started to insult zestial and I readied my gun to shoot her in the head when Veronica noticed and nervously laughed before rushing up and shouting, "boy the mouth on this one right! Hehehehehe"

She then brought velvette back to her seat and said, "velvette what the fuck are you trying to get us killed by the big scary lady! Or Satsujin for that matter!"

Velvette then broke away from them and started to insult Zestial again, but this time Carmilla used her control over me to force me to play the guitar as she and Velvette went back and forth while Veronica hyped up Velvette.

Once they were done and the meeting concluded I looked at Monarch and Thana and said, "wait for me back at the estate we got some matters to discuss as well."

Valentino tried to protest but it took one stare from me, Monarch, Veronica, and Thana to make him realize this was non-negotiable and defeated he said, "I'll get back at you when you come back to the studio Thana!" before storming off with vox and velvette.

Before vox left he looked at me and said, "so even after I died the military is still using the dead man's hand tattoo…how bad was your mission."

I smiled patting her head saying, "very well sister."

Veronica smiled and skipped away and I went into the private room with Zestial, Carmilla and the twins.

Zestial looked at me and said, "was that angel slain by you Satsujin?"

I shook my head and said, "that one I can confirm wasn't my doing, yeah I did kill angels but they made their way deep within New Hokkaido making it easier to kill them as their weren't any witnesses to see them get killed"

Zestial whistled and said, "I see we did make a good choice naming you as an overlord"

I nodded and said, "that was you're doing…wasn't it boss" looking at Carmilla.

Carmilla sighed and went int a song about being our keeper and gave me a hug as well saying she would keep me safe as well.

Chuckling after the song was over I said, "Boss…you know if the Vees were able to find the body heaven knows too…what should we do?"

Carmilla looked at me and said, "we got 5 months to prepare Satsujin…we'll figure something out I promise"
