Sweet and Dark Heart: Chapter 3
The small storage room in the back of the Literature Club was totally silent for a solid minute, as Natsuki is on top of John with her much bigger body. John's blush was intense and Natsuki got off of John with a huff. Rubbing the back of his head, John also got up, though a little clumsily and bumped into Natsuki.
"What's wrong, you idiot? Can't stand up properly?" Natsuki asked, though her face showed a flicker of concern since John was rubbing the back of his head when he stood up.
"A-ahaha…sorry, you falling into me really knocked the wind out of me…" John said.
"Yeah, yeah, I get it, I'm big. You're not hurt, are you?" Natsuki asked.
"No, I'm alright, thanks." John said as Natsuki huffed and crossed her arms.
"Well good…" Natsuki muttered under her breath.
A bit later, John and Natsuki finished organizing all of the feisty pink-haired woman's manga collection. Afterwards, the two headed back outside where the other girls were relaxing, with Monika seeing Natsuki and John exiting the storage room, a smirk on her face as she winked at Natsuki.
"…What're you winking at? Got some dust in your eyes?" Natsuki asked as she crossed her arms, while Monika chuckled.
"Oh no no, I mean…we heard a really loud noise in the back so we figured you were either throwing John around like a ragdoll or you were about to unleash your inner Kaiju!" Monika teased as Natsuki rolled her eyes.
"I'll throw you around like a ragdoll in five seconds, tiny!" Natsuki said, though there was no bite to her words, since the other girls were her friends.
"I'd like to see you tr—" Monika paused for a second.
"Go on, finish the sentence…" Natsuki said with a smirk.
"Actually never mind…I'm like a hundred pounds, you could throw me easily…" Monika sheepishly said.
After some laughing and banter, the Literature Club meeting came to a close, and the girls all bid farewell to one another before heading to their separate houses. John and Sayori began the walk to their homes and John noticed as Natsuki left by herself that was staring intently at him before she gave a faint smile.
"Sooooo…what did you think about today's relaxing day at the Literature Club?" Sayori asked.
John thought back to how he had helped Natsuki out, only for her to trip on a manga and fall right on top of him. The memory made him blush madly considering that the tough and gigantic woman known as Natsuki almost seemed a bit hesitant to get up…as though she didn't want to.
"Well…it was…something…" John said with a faint blush on his face as Sayori couldn't hold back her laughter.
"Hah! Let me guess…that loud crash the rest of us heard…was that…Natsuki falling?" Sayori asked, mischief evident in her eyes as John's blush deepened.
"Maybe…" John said.
"Natsuki fell on top of you like in a romance anime, didn't she?" Sayori asked.
"She…er…she did…yes…" John said as Sayori burst out laughing.
"Ehehe~ look at you trying to have Natsuki fall for you already!" Sayori said as John groaned.
John rolled his eyes playfully as he and Sayori continued to walk to their houses. After some bantering and laughing, the two headed to their respective homes and went inside. John laid down on his bed and changed off into relaxing clothes, then watched some anime before falling asleep.
- Meanwhile, in Natsuki's house -
Natsuki was in her bedroom, her father wasn't home from work and the giant woman was laying down on her bed, listening to some Nightcore music as she replayed the event in the Literature Club over and over again. Natsuki's breathing quickened as she licked her lips, remembering how John was underneath her massive body.
"Mmm…I wonder what it'd be like to make him playfully squirm…he's such a dummy…a cute one…but he'll be mine. It'll take time for him to warm up to me…but he'll be mine. Only mine and no one else." Natsuki said to herself as she grinned.
About an hour later of fantasizing about John, Natsuki's father came home. The man was a single father after his wife had left him for another man and he was strict and stern. Natsuki groaned as she heard her father put down the front door keys and went downstairs since she was feeling hungry. Considering that she was the one who did the cooking in the household, Mr. Himoto was taking out some food that Natsuki had made – vegetable lasagna from scratch. His dress shirt a bit untucked and a few buttons were down as well, giving him a short greeting, Natsuki took out some lasagna and sat down with him at the kitchen table. Natsuki's father, standing at 5'10" and 150 pounds, was drastically outmatched in comparison to his daughter, who was massive compared to him. The two of them were at odds and ends rather frequently, getting into verbal arguments over minor things such as Natsuki's hobbies, which is why she put her manga in the Literature Club room's back room.
Natsuki's father gave her a small smile and cleared his throat, hoping to have a conversation with his daughter.
"So honey, how was school today?" Mr. Himoto asked.
"It was fine, same old nonsense as usual." Natsuki said as her father shook his head.
"You call it nonsense, but your education is very important." Natsuki's father said.
"Dad, I'm aware of that, and I'm doing the best I can, you know." Natsuki said.
"Your best? You got a B in Math, Natsuki. How do you expect to get into a good college? Hmm?" Natsuki's dad asked.
"Dad, you know I plan to become a baker after high school…sure, math is needed in baking because of measurements and stuff but it's not everything. Heart and emotion matter with baking too!" Natsuki said as she crossed her arms.
"Heart and emotion won't make you money, Natsuki!" Natsuki's father said as he raised his voice.
"They sure do, that's why many chefs and bakers tend to do well! Because they have emotions, dad!" Natsuki said as she got close to her father's face, making him look small.
"Oh yeah, emotions with baking, sure, sure…speaking of emotions, why do you always get so excited when you get one of those new manga? You always hide it in the room and then I never see any of them! You expect those manga stuff to help you?" Natsuki's dad asked.
"Everyone has hobbies dad! You always tear down my hobbies, but what's yours? Drinking? Smoking? Hah, don't make me laugh. At least my hobbies bring joy to my face, you don't know what I go through every day! It's awful being this tall, I hate it so much most of the time! Other people I know outside of the Literature Club just laugh at me for liking manga let alone my size…but you don't get it, do you?" Natsuki asked.
From there, the situation continued, the two argued for about an hour before Natsuki stormed upstairs and slammed her door. Natsuki put her blanket over her head and headed to sleep, thinking John and her friends of the Literature Club. As she fell asleep, Natsuki contemplated how to make John hers, but also being just a bit standoffish as she was worried about getting hurt again emotionally and mentally like her father had done to her since she was a child.
