Well it's taken me some time to work on the planning and such, but I think I've gotten plenty made. And there is so much going on in who's appearing in this crossover chapter, you'll think it's crazy how to fit so many characters together. But I know everyone has waited patiently, so I had to improvise as much as possible to get this ready. So without further delay, enjoy…
Chapter 09: Cross Match Team – Part 4
LOCATION: AUSTRALIA
The scene displays an open canyon scenery of a place known as Australia. There were kangaroos, koalas, all types of wildlife enjoying the scenery and living the natural life. Then without warning something rushed pass with roaring engines that caused the wild life to scatter. The answer came from focusing on seeing a giant robot with a car head fly by. And in the driver seat was Coop, passenger was Jamie, and in the backseat was Kiva along with the unit leader of the Wrecker Crew: Miko. And did we fail to mention Sam and Max of the Freelance Police tied on top the rooftop experiencing 'G-force' with their faces flapping and their mouths waving around in a goofy way.
"Oh yeah! How's everyone doing?" Coop boast from feeling himself getting all pumped up.
"Awesome! Your like the most extreme ride I ever been on!" Miko exclaimed from having enjoyed the wild ride that's like the fastest roller coaster in the world.
"I'm surprised you haven't hurled from all this?" Jamie blankly stated on how Miko must have iron guts to have withstood Coop's crazy driving skills.
"I suppose she has a stronger stomach, maybe you can learn a thing or two from such training experience?" Kiva lightly stated from looking at Jamie on how maybe the goth teen can learn a thing or two.
"What and do what those guys are doing, no thanks." Jamie raised an eyebrow before looking out the window at what Sam and Max are doing: the stunt seems too extreme for a regular person to do.
"Coop, you can slow down now. We're approaching our destination." Kiva asked the guy piloting Megas to ease off the acceleration.
"Really?" Coop asked surprised by the news on their arrival. "We blast off to Saturn from lunch time and got back by dinner last time? How come it took so long now?" He scratch his back head, trying to understand how his robot that takes them on space travels was so late.
"We be here sooner if you remember to fuel up Megas before we left the base?" Kiva remarks on reminding the distraction that diverted their travel.
"That and a super duper combo meal." Jamie comically stated an extra issue that played a part: someone had the major munches.
"Hey, for your info, I stop there because it also happen to be near a gas station." Coop firmly protest in defending himself…while also drinking a slushy from his cup holder.
"Never mind that guys, let's grab this Chaos Emerald and then get back to show how awesome a job we can do!" Miko smiled to stay positive on the main goal and showing their stuff to everyone when they get back.
"I like your style miss." Coop smiled from liking the attitude Miko shows without fear or worry.
Wasn't long before Megas lands with a skid force of its giant robot feet in the ground. Course the force was too sudden that it sent Sam and Max to slide across the ground. After that brief moment, the Freelance Police shook off the dirt and then slowly stand up. Almost like the painful experience didn't bother them at all like normal people would falling off a jet-speed vehicle going 3000 or more miles per hour.
"Hah! I beat you Sam! I clearly skid farther than your flabby body did!" Max issued to taunt his dog pal on seeing how far he went by the trail his body made.
"You won this time because your smaller and more acceptable to being thrown around." Sam issue to remind the rabbit on the only advantage he had during that time.
"Sam, Max, you guys doing well." Miko was heard behind the duo, as she and the Megas crew reach solid ground to approach the others.
"Oh just fine, the usual stuff." Sam shrug off his shoulders to give a simple response.
"Hey Sam, remind me again of why we're in the middle of this deserted place?" Max asked from looking around and saw nothing of interest so far.
"We're here to look for a Chaos Emerald, remember saw brain?" Sam lectures Max for his short memory problem.
"Is it also a large emerald gem with a RED Color theme as if being a major target for all attractions?" Max asked a very odd question out of nowhere.
"That's oddly specific, but yeah it's one of the seven colors?" Miko scratch her head in surprise that Max guess one of the actual colors.
"Then I thing I found it!" Max points to a large billboard with the words written 'Grand Fighters Opening Event' under fighters and the prize being a Red Chaos Emerald.
"Sweet buttermilk on toasted garlic, smothered in olive oil, and roasted turkey from Wall Street! Looks like our target is a grand prize?" Sam exclaimed a really long and odd shock statement on what they just discovered.
"Cool! I didn't think we get to come across this on our trip!?" Miko grip her fist from sounding super pump by this coincidental moment of their search effort.
"Doesn't it seem strange for someone to hold a powerful emerald as a prize?" Kiva raise an eyebrow from thinking something about this doesn't sound right.
"No problem, we'll go in and beat up the competition, easy right?" Coop grins to shrug off easily on knowing the simplest way to do things.
"Especially when you got a giant robot to do the bashing." Jamie grins with confidence on how easy they have to win hands down.
"Wait, normally I love to see Megas in action like last time, but…maybe we should hold you guys in the rear as our backup." Miko held up her hands to stop the Megas group from knowing how things can go south from what they least expect: after all, she's seen and live through it from the Autobots and Decepticon battles.
"Wait, you want us to sit out…on a fighting challenge event?" Coop raise an eyebrow from thinking this sounds highly against his urge to pilot his bot and bash some heads.
"Coop, we have no idea who is waiting. Think about it, would you want to put her in danger?" Kiva lightly but firmly ask if Coop would mind if their new friend Miko go hurt by any careless action.
"Well I…guess not?" Coop hesitated before answering the truth on not wanting a new friend to get hurt.
"Hey, what am I? Chopped liver?" Jamie asked from feeling insulted that everyone was caring about the young teen girl when his words fall on death's ear.
"How's about this, I'll go in and scoop the place. And Sam and Max can tag along while pretending to be dress in costumes." Miko smiled to state a plan that can help provide her protection and those that can slip in as outside customers in costumes.
"But I'm not wearing anything?" Max stated on knowing he's barely wearing anything.
"Just pretend you are. Nobody will know the difference." Sam issue to know it's best nobody know the truth.
"Okay, but can I say I'm a midget who has problems with people judging me for being small and kick their shins and say it's self Defense." Max simply asked a very odd and strange matter of what he pretends to be and what he does to anyone that gets on his nerve.
"Can't think a reason why not?" Sam shrug off the shoulders on not being bothered by that at all.
With the plan made, Miko and the Freelance Police head off while leaving the Megas Crew behind for the time being. Though some were thinking if sending a teen girl, along with a dog and rabbit was the best idea. But at this case, if anything goes wrong, it'll be something when things get wreck from a couple of wrecking balls that break a lot of things.
UNDERGROUND FIGHTERS ARENA
The scene changes to a strange tunnel where Miko, Sam and Max exit out to gasp upon seeing where they ended up in. A strange underground battle arena filled with audience members and challengers in the center. In the very center was a battle tower with the encase Red Chaos Emerald in the mid-section structure. But all over the arena, there were many traps and obstacles to give the fighters a hard time from the entrance to reach some areas near the battle tower.
"Woah, this place looks pretty packed? And the emerald is right there!" Miko smiled from looking at all the areas and the main target they came to find.
"Are you here to watch or compete?" A strange security guard resembling a hooded bulky man.
"Oh, well we…" Miko was about to come up with an excuse when…
"You bet your sweet badly tattle face we are!" Max proclaimed on wanting in one the excitement and carnage.
"So what are the rules for this Mister…?" Sam asked from wanting the Freelance Police to participate in this event.
"None of your business." The bulky man issued on stating he's not giving his name to the group.
"Wow, your parents must have really been creative to give you a name like that." Max remarks on how original that name must have been for a kid growing up.
"Whatever!? So here's the deal. First off…there are no rules. It's anyone's game of who can last long and claim the prize." The bulky hooded guard remarks while mentioning how the game is played.
"Oh really, anything goes?" Sam asked from having heard this matter of a rule. "You know what this means Max?" He turns to his partner on what this rule means for them.
"That nobody thought of rules cause nobody cares for such junk?" Max remarks bluntly with a non-caring attitude about such subjects.
"No, it means we can use whatever we have to grab the emerald and go." Sam reminds the rabbit on what they can do in a game where anything goes.
"A snatch and grab, I like it!" Max grins from liking the sounds of this.
"How you gonna pull that off?" Miko asked the duo from seeing the battle tower was several miles in the center of the large area, surrounded by obstacles and fighters.
"We'll use our wheels to get the job done." Sam issue on answering Miko's question.
"Yeah, now you ride with us. And if you're lucky I'll show you how it's done." Max proclaimed from being all super on the thrilling experience.
"Only if you want her to live to see her next birthday chucklehead!" Sam remotely remarks Max's attempt at a reckless act of endangering a teenage girl if the rabbit was behind the wheel.
"So…where do we go in?" Miko turns to ask the guard how they get into the arena.
"Well go through Block A, it'll drop you and anything you wanna bring down. Once you unload, you're on your own." The bulky hooded man points to a direction while explaining what one needs to do.
"Thanks, we won't be long." Miko smiled to give a thumbs up before leading Sam and Max away.
As the contest continued of everyone fighting to overcome the obstacles and traps along with other competitors. But with so much cloud dust it was hard to see who the fighters were. But even still, they were not expecting a surprise addition to occur. And that was when the Desoto roared through with Sam driving and Max shooting bullets to take out the trap weapons. Miko yelps from the backseat, never imagining the crazy ride to be so life-like instead of the games. But as they drove through the characters competing seem…familiar to the girl.
"Hey guys, I don't think those here are normal people?" Miko stated on having noticed something odd about the competitors.
"In our line of work, what is normal?" Max shrug off his shoulders to not care about how other people look like.
"Okay Miko, use that grappling launcher in the back to grab that emerald from the battle tower." Sam asked to instruct the girl on what to use.
"Ugh, this thing?" Miko suddenly pulled what was the suppose grapple launcher but… "Looks like four fishing hooks tied to a crossbow?" Yep, it was indeed some weird junk of mixing two products to resemble a said weapon.
"Well it was one of Bosco's latest devices." Sam shrug off his shoulders to admit where they got it from.
"Even though it looks weird, it works despite its name." Max issue a positive attitude on the item's quality despite what it lacks in appearance.
Miko shrug off from deciding it's best to not argue, especially from the Freelance Police's logic on crazy methods that seem to work. So when zipping near the Battle Tower, Miko used the Grapple Launcher which broke through the glass plate and tied around the emerald. And with a mighty yank from the fishing line, pulled the Red Chaos Emerald out and fell into the Desoto.
"I got it!" Miko cheered on their successful attempt to gain a Chaos Emerald.
"Aw, is it over already. I was hoping for a challenge? This adventure feels boring now." Max moans to complain how they are done and have yet to do anything fun.
"Too true, in most of our line of work this is the part for a plot twist?" Sam issue on knowing something about this felt too easy when…
"Ladies and gentlemen, we have an announcement! Someone has obtained the prize!" And on the spot was some announcer revealing what has happen across the arena field. "But don't despair, our host has a special surprise to really get things to a new level!" When that last part was mention, it had a weird sense of something more to come…
That got Miko and the Freelance Police to stop their ride and look at the Battle Tower from the very tall watch peak point. And coming out were two figures that the Earth girl recognized. A short, bald human kid in a black robe with a brown robe inside, has a big bald head, black marking design on the eyes which are red color, some few sharp teeth and a blue tattoo on the forehead as 6 triangles spread to form a circle. Next to the guy was a tall, thin looking green troll with tan-brown color eyes. Wore gray pants, a brown vest, and no shoes for the pointy white-sharp toes.
"No way, I know the guy! The famous Skylanders series known villain to always appear in each new video game - Kaos!" Miko expressed her shock on recognizing a famous face from a popular series.
"Ah Glumshanks, isn't this amazing how everyone loves me." Kaos smiled to adore the sights of folks cheering for him.
"Well you did put a spell on everyone with that emerald you found and now everything is within the palm of your hands." The troll stated on knowing what Kaos has done to make everyone love him by underhanded means.
"Hmm, and it appears someone obtain the emerald for my tower?" Kaos looked down to notice a broken glass in the tower and saw Miko had the red emerald in her possession. "Ehh, wait, who are they? I don't remember them on the list of mind control fighters? Do you Glumshanks?" The short bald kid asked from thinking something about this doesn't seem right.
"Um, no sir? They must be new?" Glumshanks shrug off his shoulders, uncertain of this as well.
"Alright, who are you people?" Kaos demands to know who had the nerve to actual obtain the prize which he secretly was not actually gonna give out.
"We're Sam and Max, Freelance Police!" Sam introduced him and Max to the villain.
"Plus our teen pal Miko here who swiped the emerald with our grapple launcher." Max boast to taunt the villain on having one-up the guy.
"Yeah! In your face!" Miko felt herself the moment to just act arrogantly and tease the villain; it's like playing the game but more realistic.
"What! Nobody talks that way to me!" Kaos protest from feeling such insults at him. "I'll tell you what, hand that back to me so I may enjoy my ruling this Battle Tower arena and I might let you live." Kaos issue forth in acting all smug and boastful on making a demand that's better for him. "BANG!/Gaaaah!" Then a bullet was fired that almost left a mark on the top of Kaos' bald head which he screamed from the shocking surprise.
"Sorry, I wasn't paying attention, I was shooting to pass the time." Max shrug off to admit this reckless act he did during the speech.
"Sorry, Max has a very short attention span." Sam apologized for knowing what Max's character flaw was.
"How dare you!" Kaos glared with rage on being taunted by those that have so little respect for his status. "Attention all obedient fighters, I…KAOS…offer anyone that gets the emerald back from the little girl, and her doggy and rabbit too! Alive or Dead, personally…I'm fine with the dead part." Kaos used a nearby mike to announce all competing challengers to go after Miko's group and made a sly grin of every word.
"Ugh, guys…I think it's time we split!" Miko stated on sounding concern, thinking this magical villain may have a scheme that might actually be dangerous.
"No worries Miko, we can handle anything!" Sam boast on sounding confident in themselves.
"Yeah, what's cube-ball gonna throw at us?" Max remarks to tease and taunt the enemy that's no bigger then a midget kid.
"Skylanders - ATTACK!" Kaos announced forth those to begin their attack on the trio.
The answer came that those that were fighting had each been wearing some black robes. But when being told of their new orders, many near Miko's direction she recognized.
"No way! The Skylanders…the heroes from Skylands…are working for KAOS!?" Miko exclaimed in great shock, this was like an impossible scene to ever exist. "The Air Types Lightning Rod, Sonic Boom and Warnado? The Earth Types of Dino-Rang and Prism Break? The Flame Types Flameslinger and Ignitor? The Life Types Stump Smash and Zook? The Magic Types Double Trouble, Woodood and Wrecking Ball? The Tech Types Boomer and Drill Sergeant? The Undead Types Chop Chop, Ghost Rider and Hex? The Water Types Slam Bam and Wham-Shell? These guys were from the first game." Miko explained where these guys originally came from since having played the first game of the new series.
"Sam, what do we do when we're out number like this?" Max asked from pondering what they do in such a situation.
"Let's start by screaming like little babies!" Sam simply answered that with a very perplex response to the manner.
That's when Max was panicking before he and Sam rev the Desoto to drive them and Miko away from the area. The Skylanders boarded Drill Sergeant as the police car zig-zag against the drill arm thrust action. Then yelped from some physical weapon blows. Slam Bam shook the Desoto with it's four arm fist punch act, Wrecking Ball ram the vehicle with a spinning rock tornado, and the guys with flame power were bringing the heat…literally.
"Few, is it me or is it getting a little hot?" Sam takes his hat off to fan himself from feeling the extreme heat make his body sweat.
"Probably it's those guys turning up the heat to make us into hot hogs and boil rabbit stew. I'm not as bothered as you are Sam, what with you wearing clothes." Max make a remarking comment that was a bit more hurtful to his pal on what they are feeling under the heat.
"Guys! Watch it! Hex's is gonna cast a spell!" Miko warns the duo from seeing Hex channel magic through her crystal orb with a skull.
"And those other guys are about to unleash flames, rocks, lightning bolts, and who knows what else could hurt till Sunday." Max pointed on seeing the other mind control heroes prepare some finisher moves.
"Quickly Max, get the Special Repelling Weapon from under the seat!" Sam quickly instructs Max to help them counteract this situation.
"I'm on it!" Max dives under the seat to start searching for a secret weapon.
"What do you have that can stop their attacks?" Miko asked before Max pulled something that resembles…a medium size pipe. "Wait, that's just a U-shape pipe?" The girl was utterly confused on two things: why a U-shape plumbers pipe and how did it hid under the seat.
Hex then fired her spell but despite all odds, it went through the pipe and then came out the other side. The surprise maneuver caught the Skylanders off guard with a stun spell of being hexed. And right when Boomer was about to through several of his dynamites and bombs….which were still lit and active.
"BOOM!?" Then the explosive objects blew up causing Drill Sergeant to run out of control and trip over a rocky hill spot. And the Skylanders had crashed on the side, giving the Freelance Police and Miko a needed break.
"And people say this old gag is useless? Well who's laughing now!" Max boast to brag on having outsmarted those who thought otherwise.
"Wow, I can't believe that worked?" Miko smiled from being impressed by that stunt.
"We're not out of the woods yet, I think I see something else approaching from ahead." Sam firmly warns the group on what else was about to come their way.
Just after hearing that, there were new opponents seen ahead of where the gang was driving towards. Course what came was a skeleton bird but it was ridden by a rider…
"The Undead Type Fright Rider? He's one of the 8 new cast that appeared in the second sequel game version of Skylanders." Miko exclaimed a surprise gasp on recognizing who this guy was.
"Wow, his ride looks like skin and bone." Max issue on what he found the most intriguing thing.
"Minus the skin part little body." Sam corrects Max's assumption on failing to recognize the steed ridden was only bones.
Then some figures jumped from riding on Fright Rider that many landed on the front of the Desoto. Miko instantly recognized who these guys were right away.
"The Life Type Shroomboom and Tech Type Sprocket!?" Miko "That's three out of 8 new members outside of…" But before the girl could finish, something else jumped off Fright Rider to land on the trunk.
"Bark bark!" Then everyone saw something bark, it was resembling a red dog with yellow lines, paws, eyeballs with brown color eyes, and 4 horns.
"Aw, well aren't you a cute little doggy, isn't he Sam?" Max made a cute tone when seeing the little weirdo doggy thing.
"I'm sensing jealousy on how you are taunting me to answer that Max?" Sam frowns from seeing Max was just trying to rattle him.
"Guys, careful! That's no ordinary dog, that's Hotdog, and he's…" Miko tried to warn the Freelance Police but…
"Eeewwooooouch!?" Max screamed as his entire body was lit on fire from holding up Hotdog.
"A Fire Type…" Miko finished her sentence with a slight cringe on seeing Max on fire before dropping the dog and fall into the backseat.
"Sweet hotdog and cranberry jam with bogus eyewear and hairdo! We fell for the oldest trick little buddy?" Sam was in such a big shock upon what happen they didn't anticipate.
"No kidding, hugh?" Max was slowly getting up only to stop at what he grab was not the seat cushion but… "Mushrooms?" Yes there were mushrooms all over and it was done by one little mushroom creature with one eye.
"Watch out! Shroomboom slingshots not just ordinary mushrooms! They're…" Miko tries to warn the duo of the danger but….
"Bamm-Bam!" Without warning, the mushrooms exploded and shook the entire Desoto.
"WOOoaahhh!?" Max screams as he was shot out of the ride into the sky ahead of the driving paste.
"EXPLODING MUSHROOMS!?" Miko yelled out the last part as Sam tries to get the steering under control. "Gaaaahhh!?" She yelped from Max having luckily fallen into the car but was now covered in splattered mushroom stuff.
During the distraction of everything going on, Sprocket used her golden wretch to work on the steering wheel when Sam had his eyes off looking forward for a second.
"HEY!? I don't let Max handle the car, give me the wheel!?" Sam firmly lectures the golden skin girl on not touching what he's driving. "POP!" But then Sprocket had disconnect the main steering wheel as Sam held it. "By Cut Market Store Prices and French Fry Toaster Specials!? I didn't mean to literally pop and give me the steering wheel!?" The guy was absolutely flabbergasted by this, and Sam was use to crazy and reckless antics but not to THIS level.
"Waaaahhh!?" Miko screamed as no the car was driving more recklessly around without a proper steering wheel
"Ugh, alright that's it, no more mister nice bunny!" Max moans to recover from being burn and blown up by mushrooms to take out his gun to aim at any one of the invading party.
"Hmmm?" Then Hotdog showed them innocent puppy dog eyes when he was in Max's sight.
"Max, you can't go and shoot a little dog with those eyes would you?" Miko protest that even Max wouldn't dare go and cross that line, right?
"Yeah, I was gonna shot in the face thing when you…" Max was about to say this out without a care when…
"Besides that, he's a good guy. You can't shoot good guys!" Miko lectures the reckless rabbit on what he could and could not do.
"Ugh, just my luck. The puppy dog trick. They always get people with those blasted PUPPY Dog eyes!? Too bad your so olds Sam they never work for you." Max moans and groans at having been stop from performing an act of violence to his leisure.
"I'll try to ignore that remark since you're still sizzling a bit Max." Sam firmly replied on having his feeling hurt once more.
That's when Sam was driving to shake off the hitchhikers on the Desoto, which they got lucky and they fell off from not securing on tight enough. Those that fell ended up impacting the running Fright Rider, as he and his skeleton steed collapsed from the impact. But before the gang could relax, something made ice blocks appeared from the ground that caused Sam to divert away but saw someone running on the ice blocks to keep up with the vehicle. A human girl in a knight outfit was the one causing the ice problems.
"Another new member of the sequel game!? The Water Type Chill!?" Miko yelps upon seeing another recognizable Skylander. "Careful guys, this one fights using ice." Miko forewarns the duo of the threat this character can do to them.
"What's so bad about a little ice?" Max asked from thinking they got guns, what's the knight girl gonna do with using ice: summon a few ice cubes?
"Call The Narwhal!" Then Chill jumps off towards the ground as water emerge to what she lands on.
"GRAAAUUuuuhhh!" Suddenly without warning, a large narwhal was summon and bashed against the Desoto.
"Woooooahhhh!" Sam yelps loudly when unfortunately knock out of the driver's seat and rolled across the ground.
"Okay, now I see it." Max exclaimed with an emotionless expression even after seeing Sam get blown away.
"Wait, who's driving?!" Miko asked from realizing no one was behind the wheel when Sam left.
"Uh oh, if we don't do something we'll crash?" Max exclaimed from slowly realizing the predicament of their situation. "I'll drive!" He cheered from having the chance to drive the car.
"No way, I know enough to not let you drive." Miko yelps to approach, grab the wheel and position herself in the driver's seat.
"Curse my reputation! My popularity is both a gift and a jinx!" Max grip his fist from knowing word of his terrible and reckless driving would be found out somehow or another.
"GRAAAAurrghhh!" Then Max's focus was keeping Chill riding her narwhal friend at bay. All while Miko was driving the Desoto, just like in the game only now…it's for real. But with a member down, Miko decides it's time to call for backup.
"Guys, we need backup? We're getting hammered by favorite heroes down here?" Miko makes a call on the com-link connected TV screen on the passenger side; there was static feedback.
"Ugh, about that…we kinda got our hands full?" Coop's voice replied with a somewhat uncertain matter.
"With what?" Miko asked from not knowing what could delay a giant robot backup.
"Would you believe against large weirdos with a flying eyeball, a wood golem, a giant bee, a unicycle bot, a whale, and a ninja genie?" Jamie's voice issued on narrowing down the features of said problems they got dealing with.
That's when the video screen displayed what Megas was fighting off against. There were 8 strange creatures who seem 6 or possibly 10 feet tall. They were of a robot, a rock golem, a lava guy, a whale a bee man, a wooden spirit, a female genie and one with a BIG Eye for a head.
"Guys, those are the Giants from the second Skylanders game! The Tech Type Bouncer! The Earth Type Crusher! The Undead Type Eye-Brawl! The Fire Type Hot Head! The Magic Type Ninjini! The Wind Type Swarm! The Water Type Thumpback! The Life Type Tree Rex!" Miko exclaimed upon recognizing the different group members that are known heroes of the Skylanders series.
"Yeah, and despite not being bigger then Megas, they are putting up a fight?" Coop issue from having to deal with such minor big problems.
"Coop, something has clogged the exhaust pipes!" Kiva alerted Coop from a sudden alert notice on the holo-screen she was checking.
"What is it?" Coop asked from being so busy he can't tell what to be cautious of.
"Bzzzzz…." Then from the air-vents came were like a swarm of…
"BEES!" Jamie screamed at the top of his lungs with sheer terror. "Gaaaahhhh….get them off! Get them off me!?" The guy was screaming and wailing like a little girl from the bees swarming in the entire car.
The video ended with a cut off as Miko was worried from what she saw. It appears there are a lot more forces then she was expecting, and that's not good.
"How is Kaos controlling the Skylanders?" Miko exclaimed from not sure how one villain was capable of puling something this big on their own.
"Maybe that grinning guy with the gold blasters knows? And maybe tell me where I can get some bling?" Max issued on pointing to someone that was catching up to the Desoto.
"Wait what…" Miko tries to ask the rabbit but…
"Heheheeheh…/BANG-BANG!" Then a loud laughing sound was heard followed by gun shots with a clank sound after effect.
"Aaahhhh?" Max screamed from being blasted off the car by gold projectiles.
"Gold coin bullets…?" Miko yelps from what knock Max out, and it was not bullets by coins; she may have an idea who did that.
"Perfect, she's alone!" Kaos clapped his hands from watching as Miko had no protectors and drove alone: ust managing to shake off Trigger Happy and continue to evade persurers.
"Yes, so it seems sir…what now?" Glumshanks exclaim to agree but ponders what the next move will be. "It seems she's doing a good job driving?" The troll mentions that Miko was good at keeping a distance.
"In that case…Drivers-ENGAGE!" Kaos declared forth in wanting to sent…his next wave of evil.
That's when Miko heard loud engines roaring to turn and spot what was coming through the dust cloud. And then came a loud of race cars but while others were wheels some could fly or travel underwater, but in a shocking surprise transform to adjust the land, sea and air environments. Miko was entirely shock on recalling the vehicles and seeing who was the drivers.
"Seriously, SuperCharger Skylanders?" Miko protest in witnessing another group of heroes working under Kaos. "That explains the gold coin bullets from one guy I know, and I know them all." The girl looks at the ones she saw that she encounter to even the newer faces. "The new members added for racing…The Light Type Astroblast! The Water Type Dive-Clops! The Undead Type Fiesta! The Tech Type High Volt! The Dark Type Nightfall! The Earth Type Smash Hit! The Fire Type Spitfire! The Magic Type Splat! The Air Type Stormblade! The Life Type Thrillipede! And that's not all?" The girl saw another group of those in vehicles and many were from the early stages of the Skylanders series. "Those from the first Skylanders game who later got introduce to the SuperCharge Engine, transform them into new stronger heroes. The Magic Type Big Bubble Pop Fizz! The Undead Type Bone Bash Roller Brawl! The Water Type Deep Dive Gill Grunt! The Tech Type Double Dare Trigger Happy! The Air Type Hurricane Jet-Vac! The Fire Type Lava Lance Eruptor! The Earth Type Shark Shooter Terrafin! The Life Type Super Shot Stealth Elf! That's a total of 18 hot wheelers on my tail!?" Miko had truly knew her Skylanders and knew that she was in major trouble.
The situation was not okay, in fact what was the direct opposite was when the Skylanders engines started to flash. And that's when Miko realized why the group that drives vehicles are called SuperChargers, because the Rift Engines enhance the racer's powers and charged forth with untold speed. The racers crashed against the Desoto, and it barely was taking the hits from so many different directions.
"Waaahhhh?" Miko screamed from losing control of the Desoto.
"Hang on Miko! We're coming!" Sam's voice was heard from a distance.
Then at that time something was driving fast enough to bash through the other drivers, especially the drill attacks. And when Miko was worried seeing another enemy, it was change to relief when it was Sam and Max who seem to have hotwire Drill Sergeant from the back of his forehead.
"Wait, are you guys riding on Drill Sergeant?" Miko was about to say but couldn't believe it.
"We needed a fast ride so we wrestled what we can." Max issued on having to do the crazy thing of hotwiring a mobile character into their ride.
That's when Sam and Max used the reprogram Drill Sergeant to strike it's drill arms against on any race car on the ground. Course the problem was getting the targets that took to the air, but the Freelance Police used their guns to try and shoot the boogies down as best they could. But then more trouble was coming from other new arrivals on the scene nearby. And Miko's party sees them rushing to intercept them….
"Oh boy, and I thought the SuperCharger group was bad, now we got the New Core members to deal with!" Miko alerts the cop duo of another incoming problem while still dealing with the first one.
"What can you tell us about them?" Sam asked from wanting a little heads up on what they are facing.
"Those are the New Core from the third installed version called Skylanders Swap Force series. Life Type Bumble Blast and Zoo Lou. Tech Type Countdown and Wind-Up. Magic Type Dune Bug and Star Strike. Fire Type Fryno and Smolderdash. Undead Type Grim Creeper. Air Type Pop Thorn and Scratch. Water Type Punk Shock and Rip Tide. Earth Type Scorp and Slobber Tooth." Miko explained each of those that were present and accounted from her memory of seeing such characters.
"Okay, so then who are the others now showing up on the other side?" Max asked from looking at another direction to point this out.
Then Miko looks and spotted more trouble of opponents with characteristics that go from animals, mechanical and food base.
"Uh oh, now we got those from the game after Swap Force known as Skylanders Trap Team, and these are the New Cores they added to that. Undead Type Bat Spin and Funny Bone. Air Type Fling Kong. Magic Type Cobra Cadabra and Déjà vu. Tech Type Chopper and Tread Head. Earth Type Fist Bump and Rocky Roll. Water Type Flip Wreck. Life Type Food Fight. Fire Type Torch and Trail Blazer." Miko yelps upon seeing even more new faces joining the moment which makes things even harder for them.
"Boy whoever came up with all these characters must have really been brainstorming some funny ideas." Max expressed his thoughts on the crazy number of characters introduced in the many sequels of one game.
"Don't worry Miko, with us around. We can keep them off your back." Sam assures the girl that in times of doubt, the Freelance Police can bounce back on any rough spot.
"I wouldn't be so sure guys, they can be pretty tricky!" Miko warns the dog and rabbit of the threat these kinds of opponents can be I underestimated.
"We're on wheels to match against the racers here, what can they do?" Max brushed off from not being worried in the slightest.
That's when Drill Sergeant began to malfunction, engines began to break and release smoke. The Freelance Police were so caught up they didn't realize that the ride was sabotage from all the excitement.
"You had to ask?" Sam narrow his firm eyes at the wise-cracking rabbit who had to jinx them.
"I regret not making poor choices!" Max remarked this as a quick act over the sparking fireworks…
"Kaboom!" Miko yelps from the explosion that came as she saw the Freelance Police rolling off; and literally striking the half pursuing SuperChargers away with a bowling pin knockoff sound.
"Sam! Max!" Miko cried out seeing the Freelance Police got taken out, again and left her alone. "Coop! I can sure need that backup!? We're getting hammered out here?" She tried the com-link tv monitor to get in touch with reinforcements, but…
BACK WITH MEGAS' CREW
"Ugh, sorry…we got incoming boogies on our side?" Coop apologized again from another situation they got happening.
Then something was attacking Megas from more colorful characters different from the Giants Team. These guys apparently were different to have different parts that didn't match them but coordinate to surprise the Megas' group off guard.
"Those are members from Swap Force. Fire Type Blast Zone and Fire Kraken. Air Type Boom Jet and Free Ranger. Earth Type Doom Stone and Rubble Rouser. Water Type Freeze Blade and Wash Buckler. Life Type Grilla Drilla and Stink Bomb. Magic Type Hoot Loop and Trap Shadow. Tech Type Magna Charge and Spy Rise. Undead Type Night Shift and Rattle Shake. Every one of them are capable of swapping body parts to gain advantages in any battle." Miko was on the monitor to recognize who Megas' and crew were facing, and they were the trickiest bunch of Skylanders.
"Swapping bodies?" Coop raise an eyebrow, surprised to here that folks can do that.
"Ugh, as if these guys were not difficult to understand what they are the first time?" Jamie moans to complain on seeing the different swapping of bodies is hard to tell what's what anymore.
"Coop! More enemies showing up!" Kiva alerted Coop of another danger on the approach.
"Now what?" Coop raise an eyebrow from not knowing who else was showing up.
Now entering where characters wielding strange glimmering weaponry. And they were a group that seem to perform team work that they dance underneath Megas' feet.
"I recognize them! The others are the Trap Team. Magic Type Blastermind and Enigma. Life Type Bushwhack and Tuff Luck. Tech Type Gearshift and Jawbreaker. Air Type Gusto and Thunderbolt. Earth Type Head Rush and Wallop. Fire Type Ka-Boom and Wildfire. Undead Type Krypt King and Short Cut. Water Type Snap Shot and Lob-Star. Even the Light Type Knight Light and Dark Type Knight Mare. They're really tough and the thing about them is that they can trap any enemies in crystals when beaten." Miko saw the stuff on the monitor to warn the others on what type of Skylanders these guys are.
"Aw man, being trapped in a crystal for all times. I can't, I just can't deal with that!" Jamie protest on thinking that be the worse; how can he meet girls if he's stuck in a crystal prison.
"How this all happen?" Miko asked from being shocked and surprise by more unexpected encounters.
"Coop thought of blasting off into the sky to lose track of the other opponents, only to fall for an ambush waiting for us." Kiva rolled her eyes to explain just what Coop did that was him leaping off without looking ahead.
"Ahhh, and some of them are clawing to get it!" Jamie screamed in a high pitch when Grilla Drilla was drilling the glass and metal frames.
"HEY! Watch the Paint job!?" Coop shouted to protest at those damaging Megas' design paint job he worked on.
The Trap Team continued to deal damage to the feet of the giant bot while Swap Force cause distraction around the robot head. Every time Coop almost grab them, they swap body parts with a nearby member and escape the robot grasp.
"Hold still you…ghostly-octo-legged and….bird guy with wheels?" Coop tried to figure out what to label Wash Buckler since he had Magna Charge's wheel to move around on. "Ugh, how am I suppose to address my enemy before pounding it if they keep swapping body parts?" Coop was literally up the wall with more confusion then one can handle.
"Who cares!? Just beat them up!" Jamie insist that Coop focus on the smashing.
"NO! They are not bad! They're heroes!" Miko tries to get the others to not hurt the Skylanders, they are not at fault.
"Right now Miko, your heroes are not themselves, and we're running out of options." Kiva firmly reminds the teen girl of the struggles they are currently dealing with.
Then Blast Zone and Skunk Fu did a swap near the chest area, and they somehow ended up inside. And then a powerful green mist was released that it came from the air vents where Coop and pals cough from what they breathed and smelled.
"Aw man, the skunk ninja just left a smell in my ride!?" Coop clip his nose to wave the smelly green mist out and open his windows.
"Wait, Coop…remember what happen when some guy did a dare of lit a match and fart on it?" Jamie exclaimed from thinking back to a very strange event.
"Yeah, I remember. Made a big boom…" Coop lightly crack a smile from remembering that dangerous act. "Which maybe he shouldn't have done by a gas station?" The guy stop to think about the worse outcome that came from the location.
"And one of the guys here, mix with skunk and fire…and he's inside our bot now?" Jamie explained with a calm but worried expression about the two opposing elements together.
"Uh-oh!?" Coop suddenly realized what this meant; it's the gas station fiasco all over again.
"KABOOM-KABOOM-KABOOM!" Then an explosion occurred from different parts of Megas' body, as the giant robot came crashing down on it's backside.
"Aw-man!? We got wasted by a Stink bomb assault!?" Coop moans to complain on what just happened to Megas.
"My life almost dying from explosive fart bombs, what will the chicks think!?" Jamie screamed from thinking this was the worse way to go.
"Sorry Miko, it appears that last stunt really damage Megas and we need to repair things here. Can you hold on a bit longer?" Kiva apologize to the teen girl from knowing they have to delay helping once again.
MIKO'S STATE RIGHT NOW
"I'm not even sure how long we can last?" Miko stated from seeing that her situation isn't as good as one may think. "And it looks like my helpers are tangled up?" Miko address the matter of another issue that involves the Freelance Police.
True to what Miko said Sam and Max were struggling to run, duck, dodge and escape the incoming attacks. But they got cornered by a wall and were facing some new characters.
"Pant-pant….alright, which one of you wants me? COME ON!? You want a PIECE of THIS!?" Max was panting like crazy, and drew his gun to look ready to pop against anyone wanting to take him on.
"Settle down Max, we don't even know these guys? Or what they can do for that matter." Sam tries to keep Max under control; so far they really haven't had much luck today.
"Guys! Those are the Senseis!" Miko's voice was heard on the radio devices the Freelance Police carried.
"They are?" Sam raise an eyebrow, puzzled by such a group name.
"Sensei who?" Max replied from not knowing but couldn't resist the pun joke.
"No, they are a group from the game Skylanders Imaginators. Air Type Air Strike and Wild Storm. Life Type Ambush and Boom Bloom. Earth Type Barbella and Tri-Tip. Magic Type Buckshot and Mysticat. Tech Type Chain Reaction and Ro-Bow. Undead Type Chopscotch and Pit Boss. Fire Type Ember and Flare Wolf. Water Type King Pen and Tidepool. Even the Light Type Aurora and Dark Type Starcast. They taught new heroes and the game introduced folks creating their own Skylanders." Miko's voice explained who the newest introduced Skylanders were, and what they are very capable of doing.
"Wow, you can create your own, no matter how goofy or silly, sounds fun." Max smiled from thinking that makes a really fun game to do such stuff.
"I hold that thought little buddy, since there's nothing fun of what comes next here?" Sam issued on seeing that the new enemies have them completely surrounded.
And too little too late, as no the Freelance Police were once again, in deep trouble. And at the same time, Kaos watches all the fun actions from his Battle Tower with Glumshanks serving him snack treats.
"Look at this Glumshanks, my new loyal Skylanders engaging for me!" Kaos smiled to boost on seeing how he enjoys watching others fight for his sake.
"Sir, does this mean that…?" Glumshanks was about to say something…
"Yes! I'm about to win! Hah! Wait till the news of this spreads, I'll be famous!" Kaos was so excited that now he can have his long awaited victory over all heroes that stood against him. "Ohhh, look at the dog and rabbit squirm!" Then his and Glumshanks attention was focus on what was happening to Sam and Max from loud crashes and punching sounds.
"Ouch!" Sam's voice yelped from the punching.
"That Tickles!" Max's voice exclaimed from the tickle attack.
"Knock It Off!" Sam's voice protest on the treatment. "Help!" Then loud crashes of destroy stuff came that alarm the dog.
"Aieeee!" Max screamed from the crazy stuff going on.
"Hey!" Sam cried out for help from more destruction heading their way.
"That Hurts!" Max protest on the ill treatment.
"Knock It Off!" Sam protest on seeing this was getting nowhere.
"Eeeek!" Max screamed again from the terrible actions the Skylanders did next on more beatings and thrashing.
"Oh, somehow sir the overwhelming odds seem a little unfair. I feel sorry for the poor fellas." Glumshanks cringed from seeing such a horrible way to get beaten…the dog and rabbit stand no chance.
"Hahahaha, oh this is so funny, I want to see this all the time." Kaos laughs from enjoying the torment and torture the pathetic heroes are going through. "But let's see how the little girl is doing?" He ponders to see how the normal teen girl is handling herself.
We spot Miko and right now she was driving like she does in VR Games, recklessly. All to evade, or crash by chance against the SuperChargers while surviving the countless barrages of range attacks raining down from the sky. It's a lucky thing this teenager has seen battles before cause any normal person would not be handling this so well.
"Come on Miko. You can do this! Sure you had Bulk to bail you out at times, but you can do this!" Miko tries to encourage herself even when the situation seem incredibly hopeless. "Isn't there something here that can help?" Miko tries to fiddle with the Freelance Police's car, trying to find anything that can get her out of this mess.
Without knowing it however the girl activated the car's special function, as the Desoto began picking up speed while releasing flames and roaring like a raging demon.
"Waaaahhhhhhhh!?" Miko screamed as she was plowing against some of the Skylanders: and she was unable to steer away from the car driving not to the exit but…to the Battle Tower.
"Um, sir, she seems to be driving awfully out of control?" Glumshanks stated with a worried tone on what he saw.
"Ohh excellent! That means she'll crash, oh what fun!" Kaos clapped his hands, smiling very eagerly at what comes next.
"Yes, but she seems to be…heading straight for us?" Glumshanks reminds his master of something that was overlooked.
"Ehhh?" Kaos looked to see Miko was indeed driving…towards where he was currently staying inside the Battle Tower. "Ahh, no, not near me, go crash the other way!" He yelps loudly and tries to wave the arms to tell Miko to leave and not hit where he was.
"Wooohooooo!?" Miko cheered from not paying attention and enjoying the thrill of the moment.
"Stop! STOP! Do NOT crash into my tower, you hear me!" Kaos shouted for his voice to be heard over the loud engine roar.
"Sir, we have to abandon the tower?" Glumshanks tries to pull Kaos to follow him before it's too late.
"CRASH!" Then without warning, the Desoto crashed right through the bottom of the Battle Tower, as it began to lose it's hold and cracks spread. It wasn't long before the mighty tower toppled and crashed down over the entire arena field. As the smoke was beginning to clear, Miko was seen on the ground having jump out of the Desoto before the crash event occurred: and in her grasp was the Red Chaos Emerald.
"Ugh…maybe there's a reason why having a demon power engine was not considered safe?" Miko moans from slowly picking herself up while a bit zoozy from what happen.
"YOU!" Then Miko yelps as something approach from the smoke to her: it was Kaos followed by Glumshanks.
"Wow, you really are short?" Miko raise an eyebrow when upon close examination: Miko was fairly taller then Glumshanks and Kaos was no taller then when Raff stood beside her.
"Um miss, I wouldn't point out that fact if I was…" Glumshanks tries to warn Miko of what she said but too late as Kaos felt annoyed and angry to boot.
"Okay girly, I'll be nice and give you two choices. You can either serve me…Or get DESTROYED!" Kaos lectures Miko on giving her two choices, so she better pick the right one.
"Hugh?" Miko then noticed strange movement from the smoke clouds of other figures that appeared.
Then Miko finds herself surrounded by members of the Senseis but unlike the hero bunch, they gave off an evil mojo vibe.
"Seriously? The 10 Villain Senseis are under your control too?" Miko protest on seeing even the former villains turn good, and now back to evil.
"Oh you know them. Well allow me to introduce you?" Kaos smiled to prepare the intro of his crew…
"No need, I know them. Air Type Bad Juju. Light Type Blaster-Tron. Life Type Chompy Mage. Tech Type Dr. Krankcase. Earth Type Golden Queen. Water Type Grave Clobber. Dark Type Hood Sickle. Magic Type Pain-Yatta. Fire Type Tae Kwon Crow. Undead Type Wolfgang. But tell me if I'm wrong, mister know his villains?" Miko cuts Kaos off to explain each of the different villains from previous games before they turn over a new leaf: plus tease the short bald kid with a witty remark.
"Wow, you really know your stuff?" Glumshanks smiled from being impress by Miko's knowledge.
"Zip it Glumshanks! I'm trying to torment someone here!?" Kaos cuts the troll off to focus on Miko for being such a smarty-pants. "So, what's it gonna be? I'm good either way?" Kaos asked with a sly evil grin across his face; no matter the choice, he wins.
"Um, sir…" Glumshanks tap Kaos' shoulder to get his attention.
"Not now Glumshanks, I'm busy gloating here." Kaos brush the troll's hand away from having a moment.
"But Lord Kaos, the control tower, I think you'll wanna see the damage before…" Glumshanks tries to inform his master of the problem but…
Then the tower ?Afterwards the Skylanders began to act weirdly before falling into an unconscious state.
"What the?" Miko looked around very confused: all the Skylanders drop when the battle tower cease function…and that's when it hit her. "So that's what happen, you were using that tower thing to control all the Skylanders." Miko looked to Kaos from having exposed his little scheme on having control over the Skylanders.
"Grrr…" Kaos growls with grit teeth from seeing his careful plans fall apart.
"I tried to warn you sir…" Glumshanks shrug off his shoulders that he did try, but it was too late.
"It doesn't matter! Either without those sky losers listening to my orders, you're all alone." Kaos brushed off to remain calm and cocky when knowing the opponent is no match against him. "And I doubt a little girl like you can stop…THIS!" He used his dark powers emitted from the hands to wave forth up into the sky.
Suddenly at this moment a dark portal opened in the sky and a strange aircraft carrier battleship. But then it began to transform to then resemble golden skin robot with a red armor and wore a crown, mounted with battleship weaponry plus a crown helmet: and a silver metal face resembling Kaos.
"What the, is that…a robot version of the Arkeyan King but with battleship turrets and guns? And with your FACE!?" Miko yelps upon seeing a mechanical version she recalls from one of the Skylanders' game but yet so different.
"Pretty neat…Hugh? I gotta thank those MECH fellas for the plans on having constructive plans to make giant robots. They got data on some nasty fellas and I decided on one that was very good. Now I got my very Own! And it's powered by Petrified Darkness!" Kaos brags and boost about how he acquired such a mechanical giant robot from an evil organization.
That's when Kaos levitated before using his magic to enter the giant robot as the lights began to lit. And soon the robot emitted dark powers of energy that released a shockwave force. When it was over, everyone was overshadow by the powered up enemy.
"BEHOLD AS I, MEGA KAOS - Shall Rule Over ALL!" Khaos introduced himself under a new name while in the giant robot.
"Not so fast buddy!" Then appearing from out of nowhere was Sam and Max with their guns aim at the enemy bot.
"You maybe big, but the bigger you are…" Max was about to make a witty remark at the villain when…
"POW!" Mega Kaos suddenly unleashed a massive beam from his right hand. "BOOM!" The attack exploded precisely where the Freelance Police stood. "CRASH!" And then we spot Sam and Max blown across the field and crashed through the arena walls leaving imprints of their bodies as holes.
"The harder I BLAST you FOOLS!" Mega Kaos taunts at the gullible duo that didn't see that one coming. "Hah, hahahaha…" He lets off an evil laughter mix with his heavy robotic voice emitter.
"Uh oh…?" Miko steps back from looking a tad bit worried, they are seriously out class.
"STOMP!" Then before Miko could run, Mega Kaos stomp his right foot to block her escape. "Alright girly, ready to call it quits?!" Mega Kaos stood towering over Miko, forcing the human girl to give up or else…face the music.
Miko ? Just then a twinkle was seen in the sky, and it started to get brighter. And Miko narrow her eyes, and then realized what it was.
"Actually, if you think we're done. Then you don't realize when I'm in a pinch…" Miko showed a sly smile of confidence to tell this to the villain. "I can count on my friends to get me out of a jam!" She declared this with upmost confidence on knowing who's got her back.
"YEAAAAAAaAaAhhhhhhh!" Then a loud battle cry from Coop was heard as everyone saw Megas flying fist downwards to the site when…
"PUNCH!/Ooooohhhhh!?" Mega Kaos was smack hard by the rushing robot tackle across the field. "CRASH!" And the villain crashed through the arena walls to leave a huge hole resembling a broken Roman coliseum.
"Lord Kaos!?" Glumshanks yelps upon seeing what happen to his master.
Then we see Megas did a back flip after the tackle to land on the ground while striking an action heroic pose. At the same time the robot hand reach down to pick up Miko to gently drop her into the car head with the roof down before closing it up.
"Coop, boy am I glad you made it." Miko smiled with relief on who came to save her.
"Told you I make it, those guys that were distracting us suddenly drop out, what gives?" Coop issue to say while uncertain what was even going on.
"I crashed into some control tower someone used to control the Skylanders." Miko explain what she did that possibly help them out of a tough jam.
"Nice!" Coop smiled to praise Miko on her part.
"Fortunately that action gave us time to make the nessessary repairs. We're backup to 70 percent." Kiva explained the results of Megas' condition after having endured the battle with the mind control Skylanders.
"I'm just glad you made it in time, Kaos has got a giant robot body and I have no idea how we can fight him?" Miko explain what was going on and how the enemy was now fighting with a new power different from how it was done in the game.
"Hey, I may not be the best guy, but I always find a way through things. Besides, I never leave my pals hanging when they need me the most." Coop spoke with upmost confiudence and pride on being a good guy to be there when it counts: then a record scratching sound was heard afterwards….
"Except when there's an all you can eat buffet…" Jamie remarks to say precisely what would be a countermeasure to what Coop said on being there when friends need him while eating.
"That was one time?" Coop protest from trying to defend his fault.
"Guys, maybe focus on the enemy ahead of us?" Kiva cuts in on the debate and redirects the attention to someone getting up again.
"WHO DARED TO STRIKE ME?" Mega Kaos roared with rage on those that had struck him without warning.
"That be me!" Coop firmly spoke with pride on bashing a bad guy.
"Yeah, now the odds are fair!" Miko cheered on having even the plain field now.
"And how were they not fair before?" Jamie remotely ask on seeing what's happen that they had troubles before and then have to deal with the last aftermath.
"Hey, he's no bigger then a kid in elementary school, sure he's got dark magical powers and such, but he didn't seem to mind towering over me just cause I called him short?" Miko issue on explaining just what sort of villain they are dealing with is not that much of a big deal on a regular measure.
"Hah! He's THAT short in real life?" Coop laughs at hearing the bad guy today is not so big and scary, but is just a kid.
"Hey! Stop badmouthing me when I'm near! Or else I'll destroy you!" Mega Kaos protest to stomp his giant metal feet, acting out from losing his temper and powering up his dark aura.
"Better be careful Coop, I'm detecting high energy outputs from him. He's not bluffing on being able to destroy us." Kiva forewarns the group on using the system to check, and Mega Kaos was not one to pull punches against.
"No sweat! Me and Megas can take this chump on!" Coop brags from knowing this enemy can't be that bad.
"Hah! what can a fool with a car for a head do against my awesomeness…which has become all the more awesome!" Mega Kaos boast forth on making him sound incredible to brag on. "I'll tell you how, you all fail because you pitted ME against a silly dumb robot with an old junkheap car for a head." The guy taunts and teases what the Megas crew has as their best weapon which Kaos finds laughable.
"What!" Coop raised an eyebrow with a firmly upset expression.
"Ohh, he shouldn't have done that." Miko cringed a bit from realizing that started a fire.
"Listen up you bald headed metal mouth! First, you controlled a bunch of heroes to perform in your little sideshow entertain, then had them scratch, dent, drill my ride, ganging up on a girl with your giant metal robot, and making me miss out on Australian Food…along with Insulting MY Robot…" Coop went into his famous long monologue speeches on giving it straight to the villain on what he's gone and done while revving up his robot's engine. "You wanna tussle, then let's tussle outback style!" Coop declared on deciding they are gonna have a brawl like nobody's seen before.
Then both Megas and Mega Kaos went into a grip lock before the villain overpowered and thrown the blue robot across the field. Megas got up to fire shoulder rockets but Mega Kaos knocked them away with just his bare hands. Then as Mega Kaos began to fire his arsenal of long range weaponry, Megas started to breakdance without warning. And by some lucky shot, knock the villain off balance to smash down another wall. But then Mega Kaos transform into it's battleship and open a barrage that knocked Megas clear across to destroy what seem to be a gift shop full of merchidise. And stranbgely in the audience stands, were Sam and Max watching this with popcorn and soda?
"Wow Sam, this fight really gets me excited." Max smiled from loving how the violent action was getting good.
"You do realize that our friends are fighting for their lives and ours too, right?" Sam firmly shook his head to remind the rabbit of what's happening as they are kicking back.
"I know, that's why I bet them to kick cube-ball down. The odds are 99 to 1, we win, we'll be rich!" Max smiled from using this chance to bet on who wins this fight.
"Given our current alary and your position as president, one wonders how we always keep getting so much money and spend so much afterwards." Sam stated on thinking on a topic on how they always gain money yet never have much left to keep around.
"Hey, if we're worth it, then who can say we don't use the extra money even if it's burning to light a cigar or use as toilet paper. Who's gonna complain when you're rich." Max remarks that when you're loaded, you can do whatever and however you want with the money without a care.
"You crack me up, little buddy." Sam shook his head at the usual antics of the crazy rabbit.
The battle still was continuing but right now Mega Kaos seem to be having the upperhand as a dark barrier prevented Megas from penetrating his defense. With a now invincible armor field, Mega Kaos walks as Megas tried to jump to deal a heavy pound and a spin kick, but was knock away.
"Hah! Give up and stop this act fool!" Mega Kaos boast from knowing he was unstoppable, and nothing could stop him. "I am clearly too much for you to handle." The guy was loving to rub salt in the faces of those defeated.
"Oh I'll stop when I bust that metal cranium head of yours!" Coop remarked from refusing to give in.
"Then face the Wrath of your Ultimate DOOM!" Mega Kaos declared as he was seen charging a large sphere of darkness.
"And face the wrath of my…" Coop was about to retort back until he paused to think. "Ugh, Ultimate…Something Weapon!" He issued on trying to make this sound cool but was off…
That's when was seen reaching for a button that reads 'Ultimate Weapon Or Something Close' to press. And soon the robot hands converge to develop a large satellite cannon as it was charging before firing. The attack came into contact as Kaos threw his dark sphere but it was slowly approaching Megas' who's attack was barely keeping it at bay.
"Coop, not to complain, but couldn't your ultimate something or other be a bit more something else?" Jamie asked dryly but worried from seeing the situation was not good.
"Hey, I never got around to testing its power level?" Coop protest on having had things that were not work out yet. "That and the naming still needed more work?" He issued on another problem he was still trying to deal with.
"At this rate Megas' power levels won't hold out much longer? We need another boost!?" Kiva warns the group from watching the robot's power drop from continuing to fire the satellite cannon.
"Wait, what about…this!?" Miko presents the Red Chaos Emerald as it glimmer brightly before everyone.
"That emerald everyone is fussing over with? I admit we can cash it in, but I think we need to be alive first?" Jamie questions on how one jewel can even save their lives.
"No, Chaos Emeralds hold great power. Plus one can power a robot beyond it's measures, trust me." Miko smiled on knowing her stuff, and this could be a game changer.
"Oh course!" Kiva replied as she ran a digital playout of putting the emerald into Megas. "If the info is right, the emerald should increase the power output needed to defeat the other force powering Kaos' robot." Kiva explain the science and logic on what they can do to turn the tide.
"Okay, Miko….plug her in!" Coop smiled as he pops out a strange core device located in the main steering wheel center.
"You got it!" Miko cheered from being ready and raring to go.
Now we see Miko inserts the Chaos Emerald, and then without warning the lights of the system light up with the power meter going pass it's limit range. And suddenly Megas' satellite cannon emits a charge before reelasing a more powerful beam that completely implodes the dark sphere and impacts Mega Kaos. The destructive explosion caught the enemy by surprise to skid backwards while the smoke clears…
"Ehhh!? What happened?!" Mega Kaos yelps from the sudden and unexpected backfire. "Why did my Ultimate Doom not work?" He was in confusion, that attack should have finished off the heroes.
"Hiyyaaaahhhh!" Coop was heard making a loud battle cry with the roaring rev engines in the background.
Then in that instant, Megas charged in blurring speed to deliver a fast fist pounding that was cracking through Mega Kaos' dark energy armor protection. The villain was suffering a heavy pounding until at that moment the dark armor shatter and he was exposed. Then Megas did a double arm chop right on Mega Kaos shoulders, completely breaking them off.
"Uh oh!?" Mega Kaos yelps upon seeing he was disarm, literally…
"Miko, care to do the honors?" Coop grins to have their new friend have the honor of a final finishing touch.
"Oh, you have no idea how long I wanted to do this!" Miko issued as he sat on Coop's lap to pilot the controls of Megas.
That's when Megas reach down to grab one of the severed robot arms and looked to the enemy. Mega Khaos looked stump at first, and then Megas went on the attack. Miko did the old 'why you hitting yourself' gig before the next upward severed arm swing completely sent Mega Khaos' head flying.
"Gaaaaahhhhhhhh!" Mega Khaos screamed as the severed robot head was sent flying. "You haven't seen the last of me, I'll be back and I'll destroy…" The villain was in the middle of his revenge speech when…
The robot head crashed onto Ayers Rock followed by an explosion. That was a sign of the heroes having obtained victory in their fight.
LATER AFTER THE FIGHT
After a while when things were finally settle down with Kaos defeat, everyone gathered at the abandon arena to check on the freed Skylanders. After explaining what had happen to the current situation, Miko and her team's mission was a success. With that said and done, Megas took off with the new allies following the heroes back towards Nevada. Miko smiled at her reflection in the emerald, seeing how far she has come. Bet the Autobots be pretty amazed by what she did, especially Bulkhead and the Wreckers.
"Guys, this has been the best day I've had in a long while. Thanks a bunch!" Miko thanked her team mates for having her be apart on this adventure.
"All in a days work miss." Sam fix his tie to be thankful they could play a part.
"Yeah, and just wait till you get our bill." Max remarks on wanting to charge people for their helpful freelance service.
"Well Miko, not many normal people would do what you did." Kiva smiled to pat Miko on the back on having done something no normal person could perform.
"Yeah, they rather stay out of danger. Unless you're like Coop." Jamie stated on how there's a fine line of being normal or being crazy and reckless.
"So I gotta ask, all these Skylanders, they're from a game series where you collect the toy figures to summon them?" Coop asked from being a bit fascinated on how so many heroes are part of a collection set to play a game.
"Yep, looks like we've seen just about everyone I know from the game." Miko smiled from seeing all the known Skylanders that were encounter today. "Except…maybe one type?" The girl stated from scratching her head with a puzzled expression.
"Really, which ones?" Coop asked from not sure which type was missed.
"Yeah, you got the giant guys, the mix match bunch, the crystal trapper guys, the racer crew, maybe some odd and end ones? Personally, I think we seen enough weird characters to say it's all of them." Jamie shrug off with a slightly excited motion on how many Skylanders were seen during this whole thing.
Right, we even came face to face with those Sensei guys! Not to mention one of those Imaginator types after Mega Kaos blasted us through a wall on the other side." Sam pointed out another group or two that was present during the battle.
"My favorite was the one with the banana for a head." Max stated on what sort of character he found was perfect to drive one bananas.
"Why a banana head?" Kiva raise an eyebrow from not understanding such a fascination.
"Duh, in case I go bananas." Max happily stated his point of view on the subject.
"You crack me up little buddy." Sam smiled to praise Max for his witty comebacks.
"Actually guys, I was referring to the dragon types." Miko revealed the truth of the only type of Skylanders not present, were the dragon species.
"Wait, dragons as in fairy tale ones? Ones that have horns, scales, claws and breath fire?" Coop raise an eyebrow from finding this hard to swallow.
"Maybe it's a good thing we didn't encounter any?" Jamie dryly remark from thinking it's best they didn't meet with something that dangerous.
"Maybe, but…one never knows?" Miko shrug off her shoulders from thinking that maybe…the dragons from Skylanders might be somewhere else and they may encounter them someday…
Soon Megas was seen zip across the skies with the Skylanders not far behind. As the scene slowly fads out on the heroic exit of champions…

AT AYERS ROCK
The scene reopens to the famous Ayvers Rock, where we spot a huge hole in the center. And there we spot a lot of scatter debris as if something crashed there. And on the scene was Glumshanks digging through the rocky rubble, searching for something underneath…or rather someone.
"Lord Kaos, are you around?" Glumshanks called out to see if his master was here. "Say something? Anything at all?" The loyal troll asked from not knowing what to do if he can't find Kaos.
"Ohhhh, my aching head?!" Then a voice was heard nearby, as Glumshanks removes the little debris in that location: and found a slightly messed up Kaos.
"Oh thank goodness, you're alright sir." Glumshanks signs with relief that he found Kaos.
"I be more alright if I won! Those pesky heroes ruined everything Glumshanks! I finally had those Skylanders in my grasp!" Kaos snaps to remark and moans as he complains how everything fell apart.
"Oh, um…Sir?" Glumshanks yelps from an iphone device he carried going off while Kaos was ranting.
"If was perfectly planned. I join with the villains from other dimensions so we can slowly control this new world. And afterwards, RULE with Absolute Supreme!" Kaos revealed the big plan thatwas so carefully laid out of what happen.
"Lord Kaos, about the group…" Glumshanks was about to mention something…
"Ugh, what am I gonna do when they found out I lost?" Kaos grip his lips down, worried about how this will make him look.
"Sir, they are on the line calling for you." Glumshanks interrupts to finally tell Kaos that the group mention, is on the line.
"What! Why didn't you say something sooner? Give me that!" Kaos yelps before snatching the iphone device from Glumshanks. "Hello friends, um…when did you call?" He replied from trying to sound innocent like everything was alright.
"Save it Kaos, we know you failed." Handsome Jack was heard as the picture monitor displayed him with a firm expression.
"But it's not my fault!" Kaos protest from trying to not be blame for this failure. "Some teen girl along with her dog, a rabbit and some giant robot with a car head crashed in, stole the emerald, and freed the Skylanders!?" The short bald kid tried to pin the blame on the pesky interruption that ruin everything.
"Never mind that, there's been a change in plans." Handsome Jack cuts Kaos off to give this new update. "We're moving the schedule ahead." When he said this, it was very firm and not a joke.
"Hugh, what schedule?" Glumshanks asked from not certain what the man meant by that.
"Just return and all will be clear." Handsome Jack instructs the two on what they need do.
"Oh, um…okay. BTS!?" Kaos smiled a bit while waving goodbye before hanging up.
"BTS?" Glumshanks raise an eyebrow, uncertain what that meant.
"Be There Soon, duh? Do I have to spell everything out to you Glumshanks." Kaos explains this while sounding annoyed how the troll didn't know this. "Come on, let's go!" He waved for the troll to stop bothering him and to follow where he goes.
"Go where?" Glumshanks asked from not certain what's happening.
"Back to MECH's little hideaway, apparently something evil is being prepared. And we get to take part in it." Kaos grins to lightly explain to the troll of something big about to happen. "Soon I will have my revenge, and everyone will know my name! KAOS!" The short bald kid declared with a prideful of ego after shouting this part.
With that Khaos summoned a dark portal as he laughs very evilly in his cackles. And Glumshanks nervously followed his master into the portal as it closed afterwards. Whatever diabolical evil is being done, no one will know what it is until it's too late…
NOTES: This chapter focuses on the most members from the Skylanders series to appear. (Usually I put in character description appearance, but due to the overwhelming numbers all in one chapter would take even longer. So I had to make some cutbacks to help work things in as best I could.)
*Course while there were no Dragon types, they will appear in a future chapter later on…

Well this one had a lot of major stuff going down, rather one could say it was more then one can handle. But it isn't over, not by a long shot. In the next chapter stars Vogal and his team of oddballs: Jak & Daxter, the Mario Brothers, and Kirby. They are looking for a Chaos Emerald on an island that shouldn't exist yet it's somewhat clashed of other islands around it. There are Bananas, Apes, Bandicoots and…RABBIDS!? But then there is a threat of opposing evil forces on the island of turtles and reptiles band to work to conquer, and they are aided by a mad scientist and his mutant army. And there's even a hostage crisis of innocent people with mushroom heads and their princes. How can anyone hope to save the day with these overwhelming odds, well…that may take some crazy and unexpected planning to pull off something like this to be no short of a miracle?
