Ch. 44

Ch. 44

After Naoki and Wantanabe came out of the house all the kids were sitting around a big table eating while Karin and the other parents making their own plates or already sitting down with their own food. Some of their friends seemed to be talking while they are eating.

"So what do you two think of the food?" Karin asked Kinnosuke and Chris.

"This is some quality stuff I will admit," stated Kinnosuke.

"Yeah and I think the baby is enjoying it as well," said Chris with a smile.

"But not as much as its going to like daddy's cooking," Kinnosuke beamed with a proud smile.

Kotoko smiled at how much at how all her friends had changed. She hadn't realized how much everything had changed since she left. If someone told her that class A and F would be hanging together in the future she would have told them they were out of their minds, but looking at everyone she could tell that people could change for the better.

"You know Karin as much as I'm surprised that Yuko and Sudo got together, how did you and Wantanabe get this big of a house?" raising an eye brow.

"Well my husband won a huge case a couple of years ago, and ever since then he has won multiple cases," Karin remarked. "I've also started to really taken off in my fashion business thanks to Yuko's and Satomi's help."

"Yuko and Satomi?" Koko looked at them with surprise.

"I told you I was helping with a big client," Satomi said with a wink.

Everyone laughed at how Kotoko frustrated, but then joined in with everyone.

"Looks we are having a great time," remarked Watanabe as he and Naoki finally tool their seats with their friends.

"Well we were until you brought him over," quipped Kinnosuke. That just earned him a slap to the back of his head. "Ow!"

"Be nice, remember that the kids are watching," remarked his wife.

"Chris is right Kinn-chan," replied Kotoko. "Naoki and the kids are getting along and I've already fully forgiven him."

"Seriously?!" Kinnosuke was both shocked and surprised.

"Yes so let's just enjoy the party with everyone," looking at his old crush he could see that she fully meant what she said.

Letting out a sigh he held a big thumbs up Kinnosuke let out a big "O.K.!"

Masaki looked over at Sogen as he had the same stupid look as his father. "It amazes me how you are in our class with a father like that."

"What's that supposed to mean!" Sogen about screamed as he glared at the boy sitting across from him. "Yours is supper scary crazy when he gets a tennis racket in his hands."

"Will you two be quite at least both your moms are smart, you both are balanced out," stated Kasumi.

"Like you," both boys remarked.

"What was that?" the little girl remarked with a dark ora around her.

Both boys gulped as they said "nothing."

"Wow, I've never seen Kasumi like that," Ayu said in surprise.

"Yeah she only gets like that when those to get in each other's faces," said Ayumi like it was nothing.

The rest of the day went without any incidents with everyone enjoying the rest of party. Not too long after it started to get late and everyone started to leave.

"I think we should be headed home ourselves," said Naoki looking at his watch.

Kotoko looked at hers to and noticed it was getting late as well. "Yeah I think your right. Can you get up all our stuff while I get the kids?"

"Sure," said Naoki as he started to do so.

Everyone watched them as they though in the back of their heads, 'it's like they were already married.'

"Naoki…"

"Kotoko…"

Before their friends could say anything else Naoki and Kotoko gave their thanks and left.

"What was that?"
