"Aaaand here's where the real magic happens!" Mirajane opened the door to the building directly behind the place they were just at. It appeared to be quite normal as opposed to the shady counterpart out in front, although Cobra noted that unlike the ones on either side, this building didn't appear to have a storefront name. Nonetheless, they crossed a few more doors leading deeper into the building, until finally…
The room on the other side of the last door was spare but well lit. Two chairs and a table with a crystal lacrima sat in the middle of the room. An open notepad and several pens also lay on the rather plain-looking table. Other than the table and chairs, no other furniture or notable objects existed in the space.
"Sorry about the lack of decor, but I thought it might be too distracting…also I'm on a bit of a budget for this place. " Mirajane laughed in a way that implied she was only half-joking about the latter statement. She motioned for them to sit in the chairs. Cobra stubbornly stood next to Lucy as she sat down, eyeing the crystal lacrima with interest.
"Is this what we'll use to communicate with the people asking for advice?"
"Yep, there's one on the other side as well. This and the front part are a part of the same building, just divided by a wall. The clients will be just on the other side from you. The whole building is owned by one person, and I merely rented out this room and the other. No one else is using the rest of it now though, so there won't be anyone else around to distract you."
