captain urban holland is furious, not only did the damned storm covenant attack his ship they threw some portal bomb at him which threw him to the galactic rim the damage was easily repaired but how they would return home was the problem yes the new slipspace tech could take them farther distances in one piece but holland was a cautious
man and he was unsure how fare it could take them ''where the hell are we andrew" he asks the ships resident smart a AI instantly on the holotable
the image of a young man wearing a military uniform appeared "no idea sir aside from the fact that we are near the edge of the galaxy" andrew said concerned with an even greater amount of concern forming when a slipspace rupture suddenly formed in front of the ship "what is this andrew" urban asked "some sort of rupture no idea whats causing it and its field is pulling us in" "brace" urban shouted and the ship was sucked in

"these cruisers are persistent ill give them that"
she said getting only snorts from ezra and zeb
kanan did not respond too busy manning the dorsal blaster cannon it was a pickle of a situation indeed they had been cornered by 3 arquitens class cruisers fairly lightly armed but more than enough to take on the modified light freighter
they had launched 12 tie fighters total not much but quite enough to be very annoying they had been dodging them for quite some time and the shields were nearly down if they didnt get out fast the would be down but with the ties attacking getting a proper jump was near impossible
"kanan, sabine get those ties of my back" hera shouted "dont you think if i could i would these pilots are damn good" sabine retorted "i agree with sabine" Kanan said in agreement "you know i think i would do a better job than you 2 at this stuff" ezra said clearly making fun of the 2 "then why dont you do it then genius" said sabine "no no ill let you have a try " ezra escaped out of view and into the cockpit with that then suddenly warning alarms blared "whats happening hera" ezra asked "sudden build up of unknown energy" hera replied and suddenly a portal like thing opened it looked like a rupture in space time itself and from it a ship appeared it was blocky about 600 meteres long with words UNSC Thunder emblazoned on it
and was covered in guns this shocked hera guns as in slugthrowers they hadnt been used in millenia they are quite primitive she thought but she did notice one thing the ship was built for war no elegant curves or lines only what was needed inwardly she hopes that they help her but her thoughts are interrupted when sabine speaks up "well thats big its almost twice as long as the imperial cruisers though armed with slugs i think" " i think the imps are hailing them" ezra said at the sudden increase in holo chatter they hoped that the ship would help

"these emperor damned rebels wont get away this time i will catch them and my glory will be known throught the navy as the one who caught the ghost" the man was an arrogant person but now it looked like he may actually catch them despite his own supreme incompetence
But he was interrupted as the sensors officer reported "unknown energy spike detected a massive portal like object is forming" the captain watched as through the rupture a single ship appeared nearly twice as long as his own arquitens
"is it armed" he asks "yes sir heavily so but it seems they are using primitive slugthrowers sir"
slugthrowers in space keab thought "hail these primitives they may be allies to the rebels"

and there ends chapter 1 the next chapter will be a timeline on events and explain why holland is still alive. a few more known characters will make an apperance
