Speaking of Father Time, let me elaborate on his role. You see, counterparts, unlike Timecrest, are not born from Father Time. Rather, they are chosen by him, not by Alvin. Their noble duty is to protect the Timecrest and ensure their safety. Although power plays a role in their selection, it is not Father Time who chooses the counterparts. These special individuals possess natural time magic, which they employ for the greater good. They share a natural connection with their counterpart through the Timecrest and the mystical Watch. They can perceive their Timecrest through a magical veil or even with the aid of a device created by Father Time. Now, my dear friends, let's set aside the topic of counterparts for a moment and focus on our main character, Caroline, the counterpart.

As I mentioned earlier, her situation differs from that of Lily, who instantly knew of her princess status and her role as a counterpart.
