Right after noon, the day started for real, and once again a fair number of people stopped in. Nowhere near the crazy line of yesterday, but enough to keep them busy the next couple hours. Everyone who entered still got on Cobra's nerves one way or another, but he kept more of his snarky comments to himself. Berating them mentally would have to do for now. It was towards the end of their time, right before he suggested they stop for the day, that he felt a heavy magical presence from the other side of the wall.

A chill ran down his spine as his nerves snapped to attention. The figure didn't appear hostile, but Cobra could easily see them having enough raw magic to demolish the building. So far, no one else who came in had come even close to this level of strength. Lucy also frowned and shivered. He immediately attuned himself to the soul to see who exactly this person was.

The soul hummed as he explored. The person was a woman, one whose soul seemed calm and collected on the surface, but diving deeper into her psyche uncovered a hidden, violent maelstrom of thoughts. They swirled and screeched–and while not immediately accessible–were intense enough that eventually, Cobra had to pull away from the chaotic whirlpool to focus on the individual herself.

She was definitely part of a guild, although not Fairy Tail, thank Zeref. She thought of her guild in terms of strength and prided herself on that fact. Due to her high magic, he figured she must be somewhat high up the chain of command–otherwise, perhaps everyone at her guild were just pure monsters. His final conclusion landed on the former as he briefly delved deeper and saw that she recognized her status as someone highly respected within the guild. For some reason, there was also fear attached to those thoughts, a fear that drove him further into the maelstrom.

The woman on the other side still hadn't spoken by the time he snapped out of her head. He looked down at Lucy, who nodded expectedly. "Well?" she asked, barely a whisper.

"Dunno...she'll be rough though." He answered as quietly as he could. "It's a woman, she belongs to a mage guild, and her name's Minerva."
