Clay never would have guessed that anyone saw potential in him. His Quirk couldn't have been that good. But someone saw something, and now he's going to the best hero school in the world. Japan is a long ways from Kentucky, but perhaps all Clay needed was a change in scenery to make some friends and do something with his Quirk.

Chapter 0, Introduction

Hello! Thank you for stopping by! I've been out of practice for a while. I don't think I've written a fanfiction since high school. Well… Here I am again!

So, what are you reading here? Well, I've gotten back into My Hero Academia, and I'm between novels, so I figured 'why not?'. I had an OC on my mind for a while, so I figured that some people out there would like to read about them. I know, I know, yet another no-name fanfiction writer coming in with their OC, boring and unoriginal….

BUT!

Well, I am a published author, and you can see that I at least know what grammar and punctuation is. My editor usually catches the present and past tense oopsies, so I'm sorry if I miss one or two. All that to say, I hope that counts for something. I'm not perfect, but given some of the stuff I see on here, I hope that I would be better than average.

Secondly, I know what you're thinking. Some shy, no personality OC that has nothing special about them. Yeah, we're not doing that here. If a character isn't unique, there's no point in writing them. So, you can safely count that out.

Now that I've finished my begging, there are some things that I need to say before we actually move on to the story.

First, we're making U.A. a college and aging up all the characters. Given the fact that all the students in the show are minors, we can safely say that the show has a few sus moments. Given that romance will exist within my story, they're all eighteen to nineteen. If that bothers you, well, I have nothing more to say than you're looking pretty sus. I don't care what Japan's laws are.

Secondly, my OC is replacing Rikido, better known as Sugar Rush. He never does anything, and his character design makes me uncomfortable for some reason. So, I'm sorry to all three Sugar Rush fans in existence out there.

With that, onto the story.
