Curious, and not wanting to kick up a fuss right now, Cobra obliged and sat down, but about as far away from Jellal personally as he could around their camp seatings. The man almost rolled his eyes, but Cobra was pretty sure if he actually ever did they'd roll up into the back of his head and knock him unconscious, or at least that's what he hoped.

"Sorano, can you give us a run-down on what you saw today?"

"Yeah, yeah, give me a minute." Sorano reached for a sip of water before leaning back and launching into her day. "That place you mentioned is shady, but I'm not sure it's really all that bad. If it's a front, whoever's running it has some half-decent people doing the actual 'business' side…not that it is a business. They only accept tips." She shrugged. "I think you may be overreacting a bit, Jellal."

Cobra grasped his clammy hands together to keep them from shaking. "Place he mentioned? Where's that at? What's it got to do with me?"

Jellal's face morphed into a classic "let me explain" mode that always reminded him too much of Brain. "I know you've been rather generous these past few days, Erik, so I didn't want to overstep, but you haven't exactly been available at convenient times, so I had Sorano investigate a bit. Do you know in-between the two shopping districts, some of the back alleys? There's an odd establishment that appeared just a few days ago. Some sort of, er," he coughed a bit, lowering his voice, "love doctor…place. Where they give advice, strictly. Some of the residents are finding it suspicious, and apparently, there's been a strange magical energy reading over there. You didn't mention anything about it, but I wanted to see if anything sinister was attached to it, given how quickly it sprang up and the rumors surrounding it."
