After going to a hotel in Playa del Carmen, Mexico to talk to Kimura and get chased around the hotel by Marcy's soldiers, have an argument on a yacht, chase after the M9 assassin in Venice, Italy and get attacked by Killian, Lance and Walter manage to escape from him in a submarine. Walter put a tracker on Killian and he made more biodynamic concealment for Lance to drink and turn back into a human, but right about when he was about to drink the concealment, they hear something fly by their submarine.

"What was that?" Walter asked.

Lance ran to the window and sees a missile fly by the submarine and jumped back and exclaimed, "Someone's firing at us! Speed this thing up!"

Walter put the submarine on maximum overdrive to drive away from whatever's firing at them, behind them were two M9 assassin drones firing the missiles at them, but they keep missing.

The drones suddenly charge up and fire multiple missiles at the submarine and Lance saw them flying to them out the window and jumped left and behind Walter to block him and yelled, "Walter, look out!"

The missiles hit the submarine and it exploded as Lance and Walter fly out of it as they black out and float on the ocean, lost at sea.

"Ugh, what happened?" Lance groggily groaned as he woke up as he looked around to see that he is on a beach.

Lance suddenly realized that Walter is not with him and looked around the beach again and called, "Walter? Walter?!"

He got up and ran from the beach, climbed up the back of a fruit truck, and jumped into it as it drove to a fruit market.

When it arrived, Lance jumped off the truck and ran around the market, calling out, "Walter! Walter, where are you?!"

Lance suddenly slipped on some mango juice and fell onto a piece of chewing gum, he tried to get up, but the gum pulled him back as he tried to struggle to get off the gum and questioned, "Why can't I get off this stupid gum?!"

"Oh, Buddy," A voice said, Lance looked up and saw Pedro looking at him.

"You got stuck pretty good, huh, Man? Hey, Nico! Come here, check this out, this pigeon's stuck," Pedro said as Nico flew over.

"Yep, that is one stuck pigeon," Nico agreed.

Lance continues to struggle to get off the gum and Nico said, "Buddy, take it easy, slow down."

"I will not take it easy, Tweety Bird! I'm missing my partner!" Lance snapped as he continued to struggle.

"Hey, Buddy, relax, we'll pull you off. Nico, help me out," Pedro said as he walked behind Lance as Nico followed him.

Pedro grabbed Lance's back and Nico grabbed Pedro's back and they pull Lance so hard that the gum beneath him came off and they fall to the ground.

Lance got up and saw that the gum was off him and turned to Nico and Pedro and said, "Thanks."

"No problem, I think," Nico replied.

Lance cleared his throat and asked, "Alright, you two, that gum must've had Robohand written all over it, have you seen a man with a robot claw?"

Nico and Pedro turn confused and Nico asked, "Have we seen a what?"

"Listen, there's a man with a robot hand who framed me For stealing a drone that he stole and also stole the agent database from Venice and nearly killed me, tell me what you know, Birds," Lance explained.

"That sounds a little Scooby-Doo," Nico said.

"Oh, a hundred percent Scooby-Doo," Pedro replied.

"Oh, come on, a man with a robot hand, tell me what you know," Lance demanded.

Nico and Pedro start thinking, but Nico said, "Nah, I got nothing."

Lance sighed and said, "You birds are just useless, I need someone close to Robohand."

He thought of something and he said, "A baddie."

"A baddie? Like a villain?" Pedro asked.

Lance nodded and said, "Yes, a villain, when I find him or her, I tell you both, when I find him or her, I'm gonna make him or her wish he/she was never born."

Nico and Pedro think of a villain and then realize as they smirk and Nico said, "I think we know just the villain."

Nigel the cockatoo was lying on a crate in an alleyway, waiting for some food. It had been years since he wanted to get revenge on Blu for causing his misery of losing his ability of fly, but it did not go well as he decided to give up, escape from a tree frog named Gabi, and live in the outskirts of the city.

"Right on time, come on in," Nigel said as a green-winged macaw flew in with a piece of a chocolate donut and it gave it to him.

"Thanks, make sure to find sprinkles next time," Nigel said.

"Yes, Nigel, thank you," The Macaw replied as it flew off.

A roseate spoonbill flew to Nigel and gave him a watermelon and he said, "Wow, a whole watermelon! Attabird."

"Good day, Nigel," The spoonbill replied as it flew off.

A blue honeycreeper flew in and gave a crumb to Nigel, as it was about to fly away, Nigel stopped it and asked, "Um, what is this?"

"It was a slow week, that's half of what I got," The honeycreeper answered.

Nigel's stomach growled and he said, "Hear that? I'm starving here and when the old stomach starts talking, it's not talking to me, it's talking to...the talons."

Nigel got his talons out and pointed them at the honeycreeper as it said in fear, "Not the talons, please!"

"I'm holding these bad boys the best I can, but thing is, it's not up to me, my stomach's got a direct line to these babies and I'm picking up a lot of chatter, so I'll talk to the talons, but in exchange, next week, all of your food comes to me," Nigel explained.

"But that's not our deal, I bring you half, you give me protection, that's our deal," The honeycreeper replied.

"Sorry, but the deal just expired, now get lost," Nigel said.

The honeycreeper bravely glared at Nigel and said, "Mark my words, Nigel, one day, someone, besides Blu, is gonna stand up to you! Someone, again, besides Blu, is gonna teach you a lesson!"

The honeycreeper flew away as Nigel snorted and he sarcastically said, "Yeah, I'm really scared now."

Suddenly, Lance tackled Nigel and yelled, "You should be!"

Nigel struggled to get Lance off him as he snapped, "What are you doing?! Let go of me!"

"Where is he?" Lance asked.

Nigel turned confused and questioned, "Who?"

"You know why I'm here! Where is he?!" Lance yelled at Nigel.

"Okay, look, Buddy, I don't know what you're getting at, but-"

Nigel was cut off as he heard Pedro laughing and Nico said, "Come on, "Bob", just tell the guy where he is, tell the pigeon, make him happy."

"That's right, come on, Nigel, tell him," Pedro replied.

Nigel looked at Nico and Pedro and said, "Hey, the judges from the auditions, would you tell the crazy rat-with-wings that he's got the wrong cockatoo?!"

"You got him, Pal," Nico said.

"Yeah, that's him, he's the one," Pedro replied.

"That is definitely the right cockatoo," Nico agreed.

Nigel looked at Lance and chuckled nervously.

"Looks like we're gonna do this the hard way," Lance said in a dark tone.

Lance suddenly grabbed Nigel by the collar of his vest, dragged him to a bridge, and held him over the traffic as he screamed and said, "You're mental, Winged Vermin!"

Nico and Pedro stand on a lamp post, watching the scene with their eyes wide as Nico asked, "Hey, Pedro? Did we go too far on this?"

"Are you kidding? This is the best day of my life," Pedro replied.

"You work for a man with a robot hand, who stole the M9 assassin, and framed me for stealing it, where is he?!" Lance yelled at the flightless cockatoo.

"What are you talking about?!" Nigel asked.

"You're becoming heavy, Cockatoo! In fact, I feel like letting go of you right now," Lance sneered.

"Okay, I'll talk! I know where this guy is, he lives in the Amazon rainforest in a lab in a cave, if you let go of me, I'll take you to him, deal?" Nigel explained as he panicked.

Lance sighed and answered, "Deal."
