To say Izuku's day was anything stellar would be a huge lie. He failed. He knew that the second he woke up in the nurse office of UA. He sat there, staring at his once broken arm and legs for the longest time. Even with the breathing technique boosting his body beyond its limits, he scratched only around ten points, maybe twelve if he counted two assists he made but that's it, he blew it all on that Zero Pointer to save that nice girl from the entrance. But he didn't regret it, even if the feeling of failure sank in his stomach, dragging his heart with it.

"Ciana, I hope she did better than me," He smiled a little at that thought, "No, she definitely did, with Aura I know she'd pass, but... I guess I'm not so lucky," Disappointment filled his chest. "I'm sorry, All Might, I really did try..."

"Now-" Recovery Girl's voice resounded as the door opened to the right of Izuku. "-while your injuries are simple bruises and scratches, you've overused your quirk, so take these gummies and rest for a bit before moving, and consider yourself lucky no other symptoms of quirk overuse have appeared young lady,"

"Ye-yes, thank you, Miss," Izuku's head shot upright at the timid voice. Ciana was here, and injured!

"C-Ciana, are you okay!?" Izuku left the chair, his legs more than fine as he spotted her sitting on a chair herself.

Ciana looked over when she saw her friend, she was pretty sore and scratched up but she was quite surprised she was alive. Ciana was happy when Izuku came into her view but she could see that he was worried so she tried to put on her usual smile.

"Izuku! Y-yeah I'm okay, what about you? Are you alright?" Ciana noticed he looked worn out and was concerned for his own well-being as well.

Izuku did his best to hide how useless he felt now. "I-I'm alright too, I, uh, well... had some trouble but R-Recovery Girl helped me a lot," He smiled, then looked over the plasters and cotton balls held down with medical tape peppering her arms and even her right cheek. "You overused Aura, how'd that happen? Even accounting for time before the exam using Aura on yourself for that length of time should've have caused you any discomfort,"

"Well… let's just say I put it to some good use for everyone…" Ciana raised her arm to play with her long strand of hair awkwardly. "Everyone was having some trouble in the end and I… used most of it to help get them out of trouble they were in."

She admits with an awkward smile, hoping Izuku won't be upset with her after telling him this…

His eyes widened at her sheepish reply before he smiled brighter, "You really did? That's great! I can't imagine any of them aren't grateful, you saved them," She was already leagues ahead of him, acting the part of a real hero. Izuku hoped the girl he saved was okay, she seemed to throw up badly before he passed out from fatigue. "I knew you'd do well, Ciana!" His closed eyed smile was then interrupted by a loud cough.

"Right, if you both are fit enough to walk again, I suggest going home to rest now," Recovery Girl ushered them out with her cane. "You both did well so take care to recover and no strenuous activities for a few days, am I clear?"

"Yes Ma'am!" They replied quickly, earning a small nod from the short, elderly woman.

"Now, be on your way,"

Ciana was glad Izuku wasn't upset with her for being reckless, she blushed a bit shyly from being praised by him… before she could say anything the nurse stepped in. Ciana goes to try to take a stand now but might have gotten a bit wobbly as she started to lose her balance, Ciana quickly held onto her friend for support to stop herself from falling.

"I-I guess I'm still not ready to walk right…" she says as she tries to laugh her pain off with her usual smile.

"I-it's fine, here," Izuku, awkwardly, wrapped his right arm around Ciana's waist to help her stand while her left was over his shoulders. Of course, both felt heat rise to their faces at the close proximity but Izuku didn't want to risk her tripping and causing more injuries that Recovery Girl would more than likely berate them for. "A-at least until y-you have your strength back c-completely,"

Good thing they were outside the room when he did this, and that the halls were empty, for now. "Just remain calm, you're just helping your best friend, nothing weird about that," Izuku did his very best to ignore how warm he felt, basically hugging her as they walked.

Ciana might be blushing herself by their closeness… but she appreciated his kind help as always, smiling thankfully with a nod. "T-thanks Izuku." Now outside, Ciana was a bit quiet once they started moving. Looking away as her blush remained, but she didn't want to be silent the whole way… so she tried to make conversation.

"S-so… how did you do out there yourself? I can only imagine how great you were in that intense fight." Ciana expressed positively and cheerfully, she really wished she could have seen him in action.

He was afraid she'd ask, but it was inevitable, "I... uh, got some points, dunno how many I... I lost track, haha..." Izuku's flimsy reply, not to mention his inability to look Ciana in the eye, was a red flag to her. "I... also..." This was to be another inevitability but hopefully it worked as he and All Might intended it to be. "...have a quirk... apparently,"

Ciana's expression perked up when she suddenly heard he had a superpower, but surprisingly it wasn't too much of a surprise as her smile widened. "No way, you found your power? That's amazing!"

Ciana expressed excitingly for him. "I knew you had something special deep down within you, what kind is it? Is it one of your parents' powers you inherited?" Ciana asks as her eyes sparkled with interest.

"Good, she didn't catch on..." Izuku shook his head, smiling awkwardly as he looked around at the scenery. "N-no, it was a power enhancer t-type, I... only really found out when I... p-punched the Z-Zero Pointer... andbrokebothmylegsandrightarm!" He spat out in a flurry of words.

"Whoa whoa, calm down." Ciana giggled at his usual flustered side, but her expression suddenly turned into shock when she caught on he broke his leg and right arm. "Wait! Y-you broke your arm and leg?!" Ciana shouted shockingly and worriedly for her friend as she got out of his hold in a panic.

But the moment she did she began to wobble, forgetting she couldn't walk yet as her arms waved around in a panic to keep herself balanced. "W-whoa!"

"I got you," Izuku grabbed her arm and quickly helped her balance out again, then added meekly. "A-And it was... both legs," Even after catching Ciana and wrapping his arm around her waist again, she looked at him with a sharp glare. "I realize that doesn't help my case, huh?"

"No kidding!" Ciana responded pretty freaked, but also full of concern as she looked down at his body and wondered how he's still moving. "H-how are you still moving then? C-can you even still hold onto me if you're in pain?"

She asks as her expression looked very scared for her friend's health, not wanting to put any pressure on him.

"I'm fine - oh, right!" Izuku blinked widely before stopping, allowing Ciana to lean against a wall as he rolled up his right sleeve of his uniform to show not even a blemish left. "Recovery Girl's quirk is as it sounds, she can heal almost anything, broken bones and all, though it leaves the person drained of energy, she's the one I mentioned had a similar quirk to yours only on a much stronger and medical extent,"

Ciana was quite surprised to see and hear he was all healed due to that woman's superpower. While Ciana was relieved he was okay, it still must have been so painful for him as Ciana still held a concerning expression.

"Thank goodness, but… healed or not, it sounded like you acted out recklessly, don't do anything like that again if you're going to be that hurt in the process! Last thing I want is to lose you." Ciana tells him with a serious and worried tone, sighing… what Ciana surprisingly does next… she leaned up to kiss his forehead… once again feeling the warm sensation, wanting to replenish any stamina he might have lost.

His cheeks burned at the intimate contact with his skin, and Izuku realized what she was doing, "I-I'm okay, really! Y-you shouldn't overuse your quirk either!" Then he inwardly winced at his panicked tone. "Sorry, I guess y-you're right, I... don't r-really have the grounds so say that when I used mine at full power," Still very much embarrassed that she kissed his forehead, Izuku just moved to help her walk again, his heart racing. "...she did that to help me recover, but... it really is nice - ah, stop it, stop thinking like that!"

Ciana might of felt a bit weaker using her power on Izuku like that as she wasn't completely recovered… but she didn't care as long as he was okay, Ciana leaned on Izuku more due to feeling tired, Ciana perked up a little smile towards him due to his bashfulness but still held some concern in her eyes. "I don't really care how my power will affect me, as long as I can help you feel stronger again it's worth it." She tells him, her head now drifting onto his shoulder tiredly.

"Just don't scare me like that again… I don't know what I do if I end up losing you too…" Ciana expressed sadly as her gaze looked down to the ground, remembering back to her mom's bold move that cost her her own life…

Hearing this made Izuku's heart skip, that's right, she had lost someone dear to her, and now Izuku was a part of that same connection. One For All was destructively powerful, and all Izuku knew was to throw a punch at 100%, he needed to control it somehow, otherwise... he wouldn't be able to protect the things he cared about most. His arm tightened around her waist, not bothered by her head resting on his shoulder. "I'll control my new quirk, I don't know how, but I will... and I'll protect you too,"

Ciana perked up a bit in surprise by not only his grip but how he said he protect her, her cheeks reddening a little more as well as her own heart skipping a beat. Ciana didn't expect to hear how dedicated he is to protect her, his words ended up making her feel so warm inside. Cianas gaze looked up to Izuku as soon as he finished, almost speechless but his words were enough to bring back her warm smile towards him.

"You'll figure it out, you're the smartest person I know in this world. And while I'm here I'll do my best to protect you too." She softly tells him as her head gently laid back onto his shoulder.

Eventually, the pair had made it back to Ciana's apartment, primarily because Izuku had avoided or neglected to bring Ciana over to finally meet his mother, something Ciana has mentioned a few times. Once their battle to make it up two flights of stairs was fought valiantly, the two made it into her abode and promptly collapsed. Ciana onto the sofa, and Izuku onto the armchair as both sighed heavily. "Even with that boost you gave me I feel tired..."

"I can't say I'm feeling too great myself." Ciana perked her head up in concern towards him again, wondering if she didn't give him enough energy. "Are you still feeling that exhausted? Do you want me to try giving you another boost?" She asks him with a tilt of her head.

The idea of her kissing his cheek or forehead again made Izuku bright red as he sat up straight with a smile. "Nope, just a little winded, nothing to worry about!" But his smile faltered at his own words, holding a small, toothy grin that his eyes couldn't match, simply looking down at his lap. "I... have more important stuff to worry about, I guess."

Ciana guessed he would reject but she would make sure to keep an eye on him… now noticing his expression looked down, Ciana was surprised to see that as she sat up more to listen. "What do you mean? I thought you would be really happy, especially that you discovered your superpower you always wanted and made it through the test."

Ciana responds sounding concerned again, wondering why he isn't looking so perky like he was before they started.

"It's not that... I'm glad, really-really glad I had a dormant quirk this whole time but..." This time, his eyes looked empty for a time, lost in thought. "I failed..." His words were barely above a whisper. "...ten... maybe twelve, I... I didn't even scratch by before I broke my body," Izuku's voice trembled slightly. "All of Mr Yagi's... All Might's... your effort, I completely wasted it... I'm... I'm a failure," His hands dug into his trousers, trying to maintain control over his swelling emotions.

Ciana was pretty shocked to hear that he failed, her expression was pretty clear on that. That's impossible… in her vision… she saw he made it into the school, is it possible she messed it up somehow? Or did he make it in another way? Ciana looked sad for her friend, hardly believing what he said "Izuku…"

Ciana says softly, getting up to sit closer to him as she places her hand on his. "No you're not, you were never a failure in my eyes. From what you told me it really sounded like you gave it everything you could, I'm sure your efforts didn't go to waste." Ciana tried to comfort him softly, smiling as comforting as she could towards him.

"How can you be sure of that?" He asked - begged her to find whatever silver lining he couldn't see. What could good words do now, in all reality he had failed, completely.

Ciana wasn't sure if she should tell him her vision, but she could see how much this is eating him up… Ciana wasn't sure if it's enough, but she went to hug him. Staying like this as long as he needs it as her smile stays. "I'm sure because I watched how much you grew, how hard you worked… how much potential you have, how dedicated you are to help others, your everything a hero is supposed to be." Ciana tightened her hug around him.

"I know your hero and mentor will not see anything different about you, I'm sure they will be really proud of you. That's what heroes like them expect out of you, not just winning a battle. Even if there's a chance you failed I'm sure all your efforts will pay off… don't let this stop you from achieving your goals." Ciana tells him in a soft gentle tone, keeping her arms around him as she tells him all this…

Why didn't she just forget about him? At times like these, Izuku was certain someone like Ciana would simply grow bored of being around him, what could he do? Izuku was a nobody who got lucky, he wasn't anything. And yet, she stayed, she offered advice, optimism, friendship. She had every right to be anything, and she chose to befriend him.

His tears welled up, but he didn't let them fall. Instead, Izuku placed his face against her shoulder, enjoying the embrace that shut out every bad omen in his head. He didn't deserve her, but he wasn't going to let it disappear either. "I have to keep fighting, even if not at UA, I'll keep trying," He promised that to all the people that pushed him this far. Nothing was going to stop him from moving forward.

Ciana smiled more sad but comforting for her friend as she saw how much he needed this, Ciana let him stay on his shoulder as her own head leaned on his while keeping her tight embrace around him. "I always believed in you, Izuku, even the day we first met. I know you will still make it in the school no matter what happens, I don't know if I passed myself or not but even if I did I wouldn't go without you." Ciana honestly tells him, still not letting go.

"I'm really happy to have met you… because you gave me a lot of hope, before I met you… I didn't believe there was any justice anywhere anymore, but until we met… you not only saved me from believing that but also from being alone… no one ever shown me as much kindness as you, and because of that I never felt so happy… something I hadn't felt in a long time since I lost my mom…" Ciana honestly expresses with all her heart, her grip tightening a little more as she tells him this.

"...when I was first diagnosed as quirkless, b-before it was realized mine just wasn't suitable for my body, I was devastated to say the least," Izuku leaned back so she could hear him properly, looking down still. "I just kept watching that old video of All Might saving people, over and over, I asked... my Mom, if I could still be a hero, she... just apologized," Izuku expressed an empty sigh. "She wished things were different, and... I just... felt alone, that no one actually believed I could be a hero,"

"...then All Might... Yagi... you, suddenly, after years of being stuck in the same mindset that no one had hope for me, I met all of you and I... I felt that my dream was achievable again, that even if it hurt so much, it would be worth it," His smile grew back, wiping his eyes. "You said I gave you your faith in justice back, but... you gave me a friend, a real, genuine person I can rely on, and... I want to rely on," Maybe he could talk to All Might at some point... and see if Ciana could know the truth too.

Ciana listened as her gaze stayed on him while he spoke, his story was sad but hearing that his hope was brought back by his mentor and her made her feel so warm and happy inside, Ciana perked up a smile toward him as she suddenly placed her hand on his cheek in another comforting manner but also to be ready to wipe any more tears that could fall even if he wiped most of them away.

"No one ever starts out their story perfectly, it's what makes us human. Even if your power hasn't shown yet back then it just meant you were meant for something greater, you had something special within you all along just waiting to get out. I don't mean your power but your heart." Ciana smiled more with a happy giggle.

"Even if you hadn't met me Izuku, I know you would of been fine without me… I'm sure you're even already starting to make friends you haven't realized yet." Ciana's smile turned a little sad but it didn't fade. "I know this because of the impact you have on others… will have you meet more people who will support you just as well as me."

In the midst of this, he chuckled a little, feeling much better in her presence, "Same goes for you, I think we both could use more people, if I - no... when I attend UA with you," He nodded firmly. Until the day he saw the result, he'd keep his chin held high. "B-but thank you... for that, and for listening, I'm... not sure how to handle all these thoughts swirling around my head sometimes."

"It's understandable how you might feel, it's not good to keep this all bottled up inside. I'm just happy to be here and listen for you." She responds cheerfully.

"Now about that new power of yours… what can you exactly do now?" She now asks as her expression looked very interested to hear more about his superpower.

"Well, uh, that part... I'm not sure of," Izuku shrugged, opening and closing his right hand. "My body got really hot all of a sudden, then I leapt as high as the Zero Pointer and struck it down with one punch, but as I said, broke both legs and my arm in the process, so I'm a glass cannon," Izuku elaborated further. "It's like all this energy I've had stored up just came bursting forth full-throttle and my body can only handle it completely at zero or use 100% and bust my joints which really isn't all that practical."

"Hm… interesting…" Ciana's hand went to her chin as she processed this new info he gave her about his power. "Well I'm still not very thrilled you used your new power so recklessly like that… but now that you discovered it you just have to train to use it like me." Ciana smiled again but also gave him a look to not try that again.

"Maybe Mr Yagi can help you use it more safely without breaking any of your bones in the process… but you have to promise me you'll never do something like that again without learning to use it better." Ciana's expression now turned serious again, clearly very concerned for his well-being.

"W-well, I can only promise to t-try," He raised his hand quickly at her firm expression. For all her kindness, she was scary to argue with. "B-but I'll see if he has any advice, I'm not really sure what else I can do, but, at least I can keep up with the breathing technique,"

Ciana sighs, now crossing her arms. "Well that's a start, if you still have any contact with that All Might guy then maybe he could even give you some pointers, after all I can still remember his own bazaar punch he did. Sounds pretty similar to what he displayed."

She suggests, there's no way Ciana could ever forget witnessing a punch as crazy as that.

"A-ah, yeah m-maybe but he's really busy being the Number One hero and a-all," Izuku smiled a little more. The lines of his and All Might's lies were going to start showing at this rate. "S-so, we should probably get something to eat, it's been a long day,"

"Oh right, I guess it is about dinner time. Since you're here I can cook up something for the both of us." Ciana goes to stand up now. "Though unless you prefer to head home to eat with your mom then I understand, say… how come all this time I known you that I haven't ever met her?" Ciana now asks as her brow raised in a bit of suspicion.

Izuku turned in his seat to see Ciana move to the kitchen, albeit, sluggishly. "To answer your first question, I-if you don't mind, you're a good cook. And my second... well uh, she knows I have a best friend that I've been training with, but..." He went mute after that.

It didn't take a genius to realize what was missing as Ciana blinked at him. "She doesn't know I'm a girl, does she?"

The greenette shyly shook his head. "B-but that's not the only... okay, it's the only reason, her reaction would be too much to handle, i-if she doesn't flood the downstairs neighbour with her tears of joy it'll be the endless questions that will leave both of us embarrassed beyond measure," Proof of this was how his face was a little pinker.

"Oooh so you're saying you're embarrassed to be seen with me now…?" She asks in a bit of a teasing tone as she has already begun cooking. "I get it, you probably would rather save that kind of introduction when you get a real girlfriend." She responds kinda bothered by that… keeping her eyes forward as she cooks.

"I noticed that girl who helped you out was in your test area… did you both end up talking again?" Ciana asks as she can probably guess something happened with them then…

The slight edge to her tone put Izuku on the spot as he followed her movements. "N-not really, I saw she was nervous and tried to talk to her but that same g-guy from the lecture hall berated me, a-accusing me of trying to distract her," Then he gulped, feeling he was walking on eggshells. "...she was also the p-person I saved, her leg was trapped under debris in the Zero Pointer's way s-so I jumped into save her,"

"A-as for your comment about being seen with you, I-I don't mind that, but m-my Mom, well it's... um, t-think of it like if it were you a-and your Dad," He tried to rationalize.

Ciana kinda froze when she heard he tried to talk to her as well as save her when she was in danger… she's the reason he got so hurt like that? Not that she was upset as she was glad Izuku was there for her and even happy she's okay, but it kinda sounded to her like in the movies the hero always hits it off with them when they rescue a damsel in distress… "I guess their relationship is already starting off well…" Ciana thought to herself sadly.

She didn't want to be obvious as she tried to put her smile back on. "I see… Thank goodness you were there for her then, already you're becoming a hero. I'm sure she greatly appreciates what you did for her…" Not even looking at him as she says this, but is grateful the girl is okay as she seemed really nice.

"What about you, did you talk to anyone?" Izuku asked, not realizing how deep his words dug into Ciana emotionally.

"Huh? Oh, uh… yeah, actually I did." She responds, perking up when she remembers the spiky red haired boy. "Before I started the test I met this really nice guy who helped give me some confidence, I think his name is Kirishima…" she tells him so far while chopping some vegetables.

"He was kinda funny too and had this superpower that made him look so fierce and spiky… it's kinda hard to explain but I admit he looked terrifyingly powerful… but despite that he was very kind and quickly was there for me when I suddenly gave out, I hope next time I see him I can thank him for giving me the push I needed." Ciana smiles more thinking that she might have made a new friend herself.

"I think there was also this other guy but I didn't really stop to make much conversation with him when I helped him out when he got distracted, he was staring at me a lot strangely…" She mentions with her head tilted in wonder why he was so perky, thinking maybe he just found her superpower interesting like Izuku was when he first found out her power.

"An enhancer quirk like me..." Izuku murmured, but for a moment he was stuck on the last guy who seemed to have been giving her a strange look, hopefully it wasn't anything bad. "Well, you definitely had the better experience out of the two of us."

Ciana chuckles sheepishly as she rubs her neck. "I-I don't know about that, I might have violated some rules… I'm not sure but in your situation you sounded pretty heroic, who knows. Maybe that boosted up your points more, after all being a hero is about helping those in need." She expresses cheerfully, knowing that is what being a hero is about.

"Maybe..." That was one hope at least.

After that, Izuku sat patiently while Ciana cooked, switching his gaze between his phone or her to watch her cook over the counter. He had eaten meals prepped by her a handful of times, and she was pretty good at it, then again, most of her meals weren't typical Japanese dishes for obvious reasons, but it just added a new mix to Izuku's favourite meals.

"So." She suddenly says as she pops something in the oven, bending down to watch it cook up. "What did you think of that girl anyways? Did you think she was cute…?" Ciana asks shyly, kinda dreading what his response is strangely.

Ciana noticed Izuku was looking at his phone, thinking he was texting his mom or focusing on other things. Sometimes it's hard for her to predict what he's up to, she even feels he might be keeping secrets from her at times…

"Eh?" Izuku's brain caught up with what Ciana asked, and he instantly went rigid with a small red pigment on his face. "W-why does that m-matter?"

She didn't reply, waiting for his answer.

Sighing, he scratched his head. "...I-I guess so... b-but that's not really what I w-was focused on when she caught me," Izuku collected himself, mindlessly scrolling on his phone as a distraction. "I-I was more curious about her q-quirk, though now I have a better understanding a-as she slapped me with it to catch me a-again after I saved her. A-and I was more worried she might've frozen up b-before the exam so I wanted to make s-sure she was okay, but she seemed to handle h-herself fine,"

Ciana glanced over at him when she noticed he not only blushed a little but agreed with what she asked, feeling a clench in her heart as her expression looked almost hurt… Ciana looked forward to the oven in front of her to not only keep an eye on it but hide her expression.

"She sure sounds pretty interesting… I'm sure you had quite the impact on her after that…" Ciana responds kinda sadly, though now she recalled she never learned her name. "What's her name anyways? Did you both ever introduce yourselves?" She asks curiously now.

"No, I don't think we did," Izuku realized, shaking his head. "I'll have to thank her if I see her again, I really didn't want to use another punch to break my fall... and probably the city block." He sweatdropped. Then he asked. "But why do you ask?"

"Hm? I'm just curious is all… she seemed like she would be a good friend to us." She responds, not looking at him when she did. despite feeling a bit jealous of her… the girl seemed like she would be a good friend. Hearing the buzzer now go off, she takes out what she was cooking while putting on oven mitts of course. Making way to the table to set down what she had made.

"I admit I wasn't really sure if you were interested in my kind of food from home, but I'm happy that I got to share some of my culture with you." She responds happily, and it turns out she whipped up a pizza for them.

"I mean, it's not like we don't have it here, but it's not often I eat stuff outside of our training diet, but... I mean, there's nothing wrong with this every now and then," Izuku replied, moving to sit by the dining table with her. He then put his hands together. "Thank you for the food,"

Ciana remembers back when he often did that while eating and thought it was a interesting way to thank people just for cooking for them, she giggled at this gesture knowing there's a lot of things about Japanese culture she has yet to know more about, now slicing up the pizza to serve it more properly.

"Back at home my dad would cook up his special homemade pizza whenever we stress out from our days at work, it's kinda a fun way for us to perk up so we can look forward to something positive to eat for dinner." She shares while taking a bite of her food.

Izuku did the same, sighing at the flavours hitting his tongue, "You're really good at making them too..." He praised. "Much better than stuff ordered, its cooked perfectly without very much cremation, and the mixture of cheeses gives it a unique texture and taste too,"

Ciana already started to feel flustered by his praise as her eyes looked away and used her free hand to peck at her cheek shyly. "I-it's alright… my dad makes this better than me, I just picked up some pointers from him is all." Blushing a tiny bit, but is happy he likes her cooking.

"Whenever we ate somewhere I remember how much of a hard time I had using the chopsticks, I think it took me a couple of weeks to even use them properly without slipping up." She giggles at the funny memory of that, though still not sure why they use sticks to eat their meals as it was hard.

He nodded in agreement, swallowing again. "For a lot of people who weren't accustomed to most meals using chopsticks it can be tricky to use, but you picked it up pretty easily from what I've seen - oh, and while I haven't tried your Dad's version of this pizza, it's still really good," The sincerity in his voice matching his glowing expression.

Just seeing his perky expression from her meal really just added more to her flustered expression, moving around in her seat pretty shyly. "W-well I'm just happy you like it, I bet your parents' food is really good too." She comments with her own smile, she might have never tried it but they must have their own specialty.

"Did you by any chance tell Bakugo about your new superpower? I can't imagine how shocked he look knowing you actually have one." She comments with a giggle, knowing the guy would blow a fuse hearing Izuku really isn't useless after all.

"My Mom can cook almost anything, she adapted to my meal plan really quickly which was a life saver, but I'd say her best dish, and my favourite, is Katsudon," He supplied that nugget of information to ravenette before continuing with a nervous shake of his head. "No, I never saw him after the lecture hall, but, well... I'm pretty sure I can expect the reaction to involve 'Deku' and 'Die' a lot, maybe a sprinkle of cursing too," He pinched his fingers close together, the rare time he displayed any form of sarcasm.

"If I had to predict that guy's reaction… I'm sure he wants to face you in action to see how powerful you really are compared to him." She shrugs, getting a pretty good idea of the hotheads reaction maybe.

"It's funny… all this time I went to school with him, he hasn't been acting as aggressive as he normally would be around me when we first met. I mean he still says some pretty harsh things but it's almost like he lightened up on his own explosives little by little." She wondered this as she looked up to the ceiling to process his behavior around her.

"Kacchan's pride wouldn't allow me to be in the same court, so to speak, so he'll likely lash out then, but you're right, his biggest reaction is when you first showed up, after that, it went back to those passive-aggressive comments since the Sludge Villain incident," Izuku pondered, perhaps the blonde was lighting up a bit? Then he slumped as he ate. "Or he's like a dormant volcano waiting to burst."

"He did say he wanted to blow us up before… maybe he is waiting for an opportunity to hit me at the right moment…" she sunk in her seat, a little bit afraid of the idea of fighting him.

"But I just try not to get on his nerves unless he is picking on you again, or anyone for that matter… I know he's just trying to be tough and it's just his way of wanting to succeed." She responds, but knows he isn't heartless so there's no reason for her to show any real fear of him.

"I'm sure he's showing some progress though even if it's just a little, I noticed he tries to avoid me whenever I soften up around him a little." Ciana giggles, remembering when she last spoke to him, appreciating his words about not shaking up.

"Really?" Izuku was surprised by this, no one, not even girls ever got under Katsuki's skin like Ciana did. Maybe he was missing something? But again, he wasn't the expert on how people think, and over the years, Katsuki had become more and more of an enigma. But a small part of him felt... worried about that, "Strange..."

She shrugs while still smiling confusingly. "I think he's just not used to a girl like me going soft on him even after showing him up before, who knows. I might have just impressed him by how tough I can be myself." She playfully says with her hands on her hips, giggling after that.

Though she took notice Izuku looked a bit worried as her expression softened up in concern. "You alright? Did I say something to have you concerned…?"

"No, sorry, just overthinking again," Though Izuku didn't know if he believed that himself. He shifted slightly in his seat like his chest felt sore. "Let's eat before the rest gets cold, I'm certain my texts won't hold my Mom's curiosity at bay forever."

"Oh, well… alright." Ciana still held some concern and wondered what he felt uncomfortable about, picking up another slice as she eats. "Oh… I get it… he must be sad at the idea that he's going a little soft on me and not him, they were friends before…" Ciana glances up at him in worry, hoping he's not upset with her.

"I should have kept my mouth shut…" Now Ciana was afraid herself that he is upset with her, she should try changing the subject. "Does your mom know you're here with me?" She now asks, the topic back to his mother.

He perked up again, "Hm? Yeah, like I said, she knows I have a 'best friend', I just left out the, 'who is also a girl' part in your backstory," The nervous smile of his only made it clear how much he avoided any mention that Ciana was in fact a girl to his Mom.

"You know you can't hide the truth from your mom forever…" she responds as she still ate. "One of these days I'll have to meet her, if you don't she will probably start thinking you're hanging out with the wrong crowd in a big city like this." She chuckled after that remark, glad to have perked him up with the new topic.

"Then... how about after we're into high-school?" He suggested, although reluctantly. "Just... if that's okay with you?"

She sighs, but nods at his suggestion. "Alright… but no longer than that." She says, though felt a little sad, he was kinda hiding their relationship. It made her feel like he was uncomfortable to be seen with her. "Speaking of parents… I can't imagine how my dad is doing now, everyday I can't help but worry how he is without me…" she now responds sadly, picking her hand in her pocket as she takes out a wrinkled photo of her and her parents, staring down at it sadly.

This automatically drew Izuku's gaze. "That's your parents?" Staring at the image in awe, he now saw exactly where Ciana got her looks from. The woman to the left of Ciana was beautiful and shared her daughter's long hair. As for Ciana's Dad, he had this cool, calm, and confident vibe to him, though from what Ciana mentioned about being protective of her, he was probably a softy at heart. "Your Mom looks really pretty, and your Dad's cool looking too."

Ciana glanced up at him when he commented about her parents, appreciating his praise of them as she smiled thankfully but still a bit sadly. "Thanks, they are really great." Now glancing back down at the photo as she stares at it a bit longer. "A lot of people say I had my mom's eyes, though now that she's gone my dad's all alone now… he's probably worried sick, at this point he probably thinks I'm dead..."

She says sadly and worriedly, hoping her father is doing alright. "I wish I could write to him to at least tell him I'm okay…"

There wasn't much Izuku could do in this case, he couldn't just create a way between worlds, so instead, he opted to just reach over and place his hand over hers on the table. She flinched in surprise but didn't move her hand. "I can't imagine what you're feeling right now, and while we're not certain, there is a possibility there is a way back, all you can do is have faith your Dad's strong enough to handle this too, but I think he will," He offered a comforting look. "Because you definitely have his tenacity, that's the look I get when I see him in this picture, the same you've shown me countless times in the last five months,"

As always, Ciana appreciates all he says to her, her smile perking up happily as her fingers lock around Izuku's hand in a tight grip. "Thank you Izuku, I may miss my dad but I'm really happy to be given this heroic experience with you." She responds gratefully and happily, the light glow admitting from her hand comes back as the warm sensation starts back up, this time even she could feel it as well.

Noticing this, Izuku cocked his head. "Did you trigger your quirk?"

Her expression now looked confused. "Huh?" She looks down at her hand, seeing that it is glowing. "Oh… I guess I did without realizing…" She smiles sheepishly while using her free hand to rub her neck.

"Am I making you feel strong again?" She asked, not letting his hand go just yet.

"Yeah... but the energy feels different..." It was subtle, but there was a small shift in coloration to his hand, the ghostly outline of the purple streaks that appeared when he threw a punch with One For All. Slowly, his eyes grew wider than dinner plates. "I think... your quirk's resonating with mine? Or is it the reverse? Do... Do you feel energized yourself?"

Ciana looks down at their locked hands again as she processes what she heard, she does feel more warm and less sore. "Now that you mention it… I don't feel as sore as I was before…" She looks back up at him a little confused. "Wait, I-I'm not draining you or anything am I?"

Mirroring her perplexed expression, Izuku squeezed her hand. "No... I think you are but... it's like I'm barely feeling the result of which, like you're only taking a small fraction of a larger mass." But then his face buzzed with questions. "This is completely new territory, if you can resonate with my quirk, does that mean others can too? Or is it my quirk specifically? Will you gain strength comparable to mine or something smaller...?" He muttered constantly under his breath.

Ciana began to blush a little when she felt Izuku's squeeze, though when he began to do his habit of muttering had her stare at him for a few moments, blinking her eyes to process what he was even saying. But like always the way he mutters just causes her to chuckle, though… a new thought suddenly came to her, using her free hand to hold her face up.

Ciana could tell how much Izuku wanted to learn more about what she had, recalling how he hurt himself before had her concerned and wondered if her power would be enough to help him in his time of need. "He sure seems fascinated by what I can do… is there a way my power can help him further?"

Glancing back down to their hands, Ciana thought back to when they first discovered her power and how he felt when she kissed his cheek. "If doing that helped him feel stronger… would the other method help do more for him?" Her cheeks became incredibly red. It might be too awkward, but… Izuku could help analyze what she can do more and if it's possible that it will help him more…

Glancing up at her friend while he was distracted, Ciana gulped as she began to ask him to do a possible test. "Hey, Izuku? Do you… remember back when we first discovered my power and… you felt stronger whenever I kissed your cheek…?" Ciana looks away shyly, almost afraid how he's going to react to what she suggests…

Snapping free from his thoughts, Izuku's ears registered what Ciana asked before his face tinged slightly, unlike her scarlet face. "I-It was a surprise at first, a-and yeah, I suppose... the m-more physical the contact the stronger y-your quirk is," Those thoughts were quickly banished time and again as Izuku didn't dare tread in those waters about Ciana. That wasn't something you could openly discuss. "W-w-what about them?"

Ciana became pretty red, debating in her head if she should even ask, but it might be a good cause for them. "Um… I couldn't help but wonder if there's more I could do with… the other method…" Ciana shut her eyes tightly in a very nervous manner.

"S-since you're so interested in learning more about what I can do, w-what if we… test it…?" Ciana was too afraid to look at him after what she is implying…

Izuku's brain shut itself behind closed doors as his face went completely red. "Okay, let's rationalize this. Ciana's suggesting we try a different approach to her quirk, I.E. a direct kiss. The results could be that her quirk gives me energy equivalent to several expressos at once without the drawbacks for hours, she could potentially unlock over secrets to Aura in the process," All in all, it was a logical conclusion. Then he exhaled. The downside? "I can't seriously ask her to do that!? This is unknown grounds, I can't even begin to contemplate how that would work or feel or-or-or...!"

Izuku shook his head rapidly, "I-I-I can't expect y-you to d-d-do that! N-Not if it's t-too embarrassing!" Either he was saying that to help her or himself calm down, probably both.

"I-I know it sounds crazy!" Cianas face felt so hot right now she felt steam was coming out of her head. "B-but…" her expression began to soften as it now began to look concerned. "If that… you're ever in a position where you hurt yourself like that again…" Already she felt frightened as she rubs her arm.

"I… I-I like to do more to help you if it's possible that method will do that, e-even if it might be embarrassing for you…" Her eyes finally went back to her friend, her smile perking up just a little to try and ease the awkwardness from the topic.

In any circumstance, why wouldn't any guy like this? A girl was offering to kiss him, and it's not as if they were strangers anymore. But Izuku would feel bad if the reason her first kiss was down to an experiment, even he wouldn't do this for the sake of research. But then, she was sincere on her reason; to see him safe from harm. It was inevitable he'd be injured again, perhaps even break more bones in the pursuit of controlling One For All, not to mention the still looming threat of Meru Zena if Aura had 'matured' enough.

Izuku's throat felt dry trying to ask, his heart was filled with butterflies and his body was tingly all over. "...w-why would you risk doing s-something that intimate f-for me? W-with Recovery Girl's power even, I-I'm completely fine!"

Ciana was a little confused by his question, though she could tell how weird this is sounding… she smiled more sheepishly as she now started to play with her long hair shyly. "B-because… there's going to be a time she won't always be around, and… I'm afraid next time that happens again it'll be worse…"

Ciana glances away again, feeling her heart racing just discussing this. "You're very important to me after all… so I just want to be there for you the best I can…" Ciana was afraid that sounded too weird for him…

Was this really happening? He had to pinch himself to try and see if he was about to wake up in his bed or even back in UA's nurse office. But here he was, a table apart from the ravenette offering to test the limits of her quirk, of their relationship right now. That was why he was apprehensive. Izuku was afraid of this ruining everything. "I-If we... did this," His words drew her eyes as he tried to steady his orbs to her. "...w-will... c-can we still b-be friends?" Rather, would they remain 'friends' or 'something more than friends'?

Ciana was very surprised by the question, looking at him in a very confused and almost dumbfounded expression. "What? Of course we would!" Ciana now began to look serious. "I wouldn't let something like this get in the way of our friendship, I never just drop you like that no matter how weird it is afterwards. I care about you after all!"

She gasped a little realizing how straight forward she was being, looking down at her lap now in a very flustered manner. "But… if this is something you are too uncomfortable to do to not be around me anymore…" Ciana looked almost sad now, thinking this is too much for him after all…

The lump in his throat was tight and heavy. The brief fierceness behind her eyes was unlike anything Izuku had seen in her gaze before, and it made him speak without really thinking at all on the weight his words carried. "T-that's not it! I... I'm just... afraid... I guess," He lowered his head, biting his cheek while his hands clenched against his trousers. "You're the first friend I've had in years, Ciana, I... I don't know what's the right thing to do, or what my actions will do to us half the time. I... I'm scared that if I made a serious choice about us then... you'd disappear, but, I also understand why you want to know everything you can do with Aura. You have to know all its secrets if Meru Zena were to ever come for it,"

He pushed himself up from his seat, bringing it around to now sit down in front of her, the pair only a handful of inches away. By now, his heart threatened to burst from his chest.

Ciana was surprised to see him just get up as she eyed him as he sat down in front of her, her cheeks were becoming red again and her heart was racing in her chest. Staring at Izuku for a few moments as she was not only processing his words but his action, despite how flustered she was feeling… Cianas eyes softened towards Izuku as her smile became warm again. "Why would I just leave you like that so easily? You were there for me all this time and I couldn't be anymore grateful to you for what you done for me."

Ciana was still worried if this is too much for him but will make sure to stop if it is. "You make me feel so safe whenever I'm around you and I just want to protect you too in any way possible…"

"...you're the one w-who always lifted my spirits when I felt there w-was no real reason to," He added, his face softening but his cheeks retaining a heated tone. Seeing it now, Izuku wasn't sure why his heartbeat increased its tempo. Her face was almost completely redefined to him, the subtle gradient of her emerald eyes, her silky long hair, how her facial features were an equilibrium of soft and sharp. "Cute..."

Ciana blushed a little more by his praise, but it brought more to her smile. "And you did the same for me, and because of that… I can't help but feel so happy whenever I'm around you." That almost sounded weird and hoped Izuku didn't think that… Cianas eyes continued to stare into Izukus as her heart rate began to increase, after a few seconds Ciana began to inch closer… her hand delicately placed onto his own cheek… Ciana eyed his expression carefully to make sure to back out if this was making him too overwhelmed and uncomfortable…

The tender touch of her hand against his cheek froze Izuku in his chair, she... she really was about to... His earlier abashment and genuine uneasiness gradually sank into his stomach, whatever possessed him now, Izuku wasn't certain if it was right or wrong. His hand moved up to cup the same hand on his face. His breath felt hotter as he inched closer to Ciana's face.

Ciana felt so warm by the feeling of his own hand on hers, the way his expression looked so calm had her see he was okay. Ciana stared into his eyes for a few more seconds as her eyes began to slowly close half way, slowly she inched closer as well… Ciana felt so warm inside and her heart continued to race, as soon as her face was close enough to his lips, her eyes closed fully as she finally connected her mouth to his…

Her breath tickled his lips, and for a split second, Izuku felt his nerves almost recoil for multiple reasons. All of which were completely silenced in a heartbeat as his eyelids grew heavy on instinct. It was just a test after all, right? So really... it wouldn't be so bad to enjoy this...

Warmth. Not a flurry of fireworks or some explosive feeling. It was a tender fire set ablaze that expanded from their lips down their whole bodies as they connected. It wasn't anything lewd or heated, just them pressing their lips together, giving a slight push. But for them, it was perfect.

Ciana felt an explosion of emotions she never felt before… she thought this would be a test for her but instead she couldn't help but feel so happy… she actually enjoyed this amazing feeling, Ciana could feel his arm around her as it made her feel so safe and warmer…

Their lips soon separated, but neither attempted to move, by now, Izuku had his arms lightly around her back, hers having moved to his shoulders as their eyes met once more in complete silence. "...Ciana... we..." Nothing could hide the tiny smile stuck to his face, nor the streak of red across his cheeks.

As soon as their mouths separated Ciana didn't dare move back as she still enjoyed being so close… she stared up into his eyes in complete silence. Her cheeks were very pink but she didn't feel embarrassed, her own smile couldn't help but show in a very warm and happy manner as her focus stayed on his face and eyes. Already she felt lost in this trance, almost debating if she wanted to lean in and do it again.

At that moment, Izuku had completely forgotten why they did that in the first place. "I just kissed a girl," He realized, looking at her, then himself in a mixture of bewilderment and joy.

Ciana felt her cheeks reddening in a bit of embarrassment the way he was now looking so flushed, her gaze now looking very flustered as she realized she got a bit lost in the moment again but she didn't pull away, though she noticed Izuku looked almost lost in thought as her head tilted in a curious manner what he's thinking. "Izuku?" She says his name in a way to ask if he is alright and to possibly get him out of his thoughts.

"I just kissed a girl... and it was amazing," He whispered the last part like he was having a mini freak-out. The reaction of which made Ciana giggle at his analytical side cropping up again.

Ciana couldn't help but feel pretty flattered by the way he's dazing and commenting on his experience, wondering if she should even try to take him out of his thoughts or leave it to see more of his cute side. "I take it that meant you felt more energized?" She asks in a whisper as her amusing smile grew a little wider, not even sure if he heard her or not.

"I'm not sure..." He replied honestly, moving his right hand between them. "My quirk feels fine, and... maybe it's being stored? I mean, I haven't got any injuries so perhaps that's the reason I feel as peppy as when you use your quirk normally?" Then his blush darkened at the idea of doing it again to see if the outcome changed, but he fought against those inappropriate thoughts, even if they were tantalizing. "Wh-what about y-you?"

Ciana wasn't sure what to say as she definitely felt pretty warm inside… she smiled shyly as her gaze looked down. "W-well it was hard for me to tell, I guess I might of… felt a sudden warmth building up, though it was hard to guess if I felt any changes to myself as I was more focused on how it made you feel." She tells him a bit flusteredly, but glances back up pretty quick.

"So… you didn't feel much change in yourself? I thought it somehow would be more effective or unless i'm just not doing it right…" she says a bit confused, wondering if she got too distracted not to notice anything.

"I-I don't think I have any charisma left i-in me to a-ask again," Izuku replied meekly, his confidence was swaying on a thread by now. "B-but maybe when w-we're training until we h-hear from UA we could... t-test to see if my theory i-is correct," Just what were the limits and potentials of Aura? Why was a support quirk so important to a mystery that is Meru Zena? "Wh-what now?" He gulped nervously.

Ciana might have chuckled a little just from how shy and flustered he's being, despite how flustered she was feeling herself Ciana smiled as she nodded her head, her blush staying on her face. "I-I don't know… I-I guess we could try again then…" she started to scratch at her cheek again as her focus stayed on Izuku.

"Unless we could try again the second time for more results even if it's just a little?" Ciana didn't think Izuku wanted to try again but that was all up to him if he wanted to write more into that book of his.

"I have to be dreaming..." No, he didn't mishear her, she... wanted to kiss again? Is this why his heart was rampant around her lately... was... something already changing about them? Izuku was up river without a paddle, but he guessed fighting it wouldn't solve his problems. Ciana was important to him, what that meant, well, he wasn't sure yet, but this feeling was getting closer to the answer. "I-I mean, i-if it helps a-a-any information would be paramount to our investi-"

Her lips cut him off this time, and with his wide eyes, Izuku saw the gold shimmer pulse and fade into his skin as her lips broke away slowly. And again, his body felt just as energized as always, maybe nothing would happen while he was unharmed or maybe because his quirk wasn't active? But what came out of his mouth was more of a stupid chuckle, "Wow..." Then he promptly fell backward off his chair, slowly bringing his hands up to cover his face as he once more had his world view shattered by one girl's actions.

Ciana was startled when she saw him fall back off his chair like that, she gasped as she leaned over to see if he was okay. "Izuku! A-are you okay?" Ciana asks as her expression now looks worried and concerned for her friend if he was hurt.

Though unknowing to her, her eyes began to glow a little… maybe even sparkling, like her power was active or used in another way…

"Yeah, just... having my world flipped upside down," Removing his hands, Izuku stared up at Ciana's eyes... glowing like shooting stars captured in her irises. The pale yellow shimmers were just like her quirk but on a condensed scale. He leaned up from the floor as his mouth remained in a small 'O' shape. "Your eyes... I... think it worked..." They were beautiful. She was beautiful.

Ciana became confused now by what he now said as she blinked a few times to process what he's saying. "Huh?" What do you mean? "What about my eyes?" Ciana didn't understand what he meant but she took out her compact mirror from her pocket and gasped from what she is now seeing.

"Wha…? W-what's happening right now?" She asks in a bit of a panic tone as her hand goes up to her cheek in a very shocked manner.

"Another aspect of your quirk," Izuku picked himself up off the ground, his face back to its regular pigment as he stared at her eyes curiously with a knit brow. "It could be one of the unknown effects of your quirk at its peak? Or maybe it resonated with my quirk again and this was the result? I'm not entirely sure but if you can see me perfectly then it isn't harmful to you," That begged the question, would other things change if she brought her quirk to new heights?

Ciana looked back at her friend as she processed this new information, looking back to the mirror as she kept staring at her own eyes. "I-I just thought maybe I glow more but I-I didn't expect my eyes would light up like this…" it felt so strange seeing her own eyes light up, she almost felt like a night light.

"I wonder if I would look creepy in the dark like this…" she says in a little nervous tone, Ciana wasn't even sure how to get her eyes to dim down.

"Well, you do emit a glow when using your quirk, so maybe... though I doubt being a living torch is really what it's meant to do," Izuku sighed, scratching his head before grabbing her right hand. "Just like before, take a deep breath and relax your body until your quirk dissipates,"

Ciana felt her cheeks heat up again when she felt his hand in hers once again, glancing up at her friend, Ciana nodded. "O-okay." Following his advice, Ciana closed her and took a deep breath to relax her body. Ciana squeezed Izuku's hand during this, as soon as she opened her eyes back up the light was gone.

Now glancing back at Izuku to see if any change happened. "A-are my eyes fine now?" She asks him.

He smiled, nodding. Just as things had calmed down, Izuku's phone vibrated across the table, startling the teens apart. Moving to grab it, he answered. "Hello? Ye-yes, I'm at my friend's house - yeah, we had dinner so I'm fine," He answered as he started to pace, Ciana following his movements as he looked exasperated but smiled still. "No, no they're fine too - I am, the exams went... well, I guess?" He held his hand up in defence at Ciana's eye roll at skimming the details that he broke his bones. "N-nothing, I swear! I-I'll be home soon to tell you - ye-yes, I know, bye,"

He hung up afterward, exhaling loudly.

Ciana could tell she took up too much of his time here, it was a bummer for her but she didn't want to make his mom worried more. Her arms now went behind her back as she gave Izuku apologetic smile. "I'm guessing that's your cue to go home?" She asks with a bit of a playful smile.

"Sorry to have kept you here long enough to make your mom worry…" Ciana apologized as her free hand went up to her neck to rub it awkwardly.

"It's okay, she's just really anxious to hear how the exams went - but uh, probably leave out the breaking bones part, hehe..." He smiled sheepishly as she raised a brow at him. So he held up his arms. "I-If she knew I think that'll only make things more awkward,"

Izuku moved to grab his belongings, still feeling his heart race after all that's happened. Between sharing a nice meal and... the not one, but Two kisses with a pretty girl, he was on cloud nine.

Ciana was feeling pretty flushed herself after experiencing her first kiss with Izuku, even when it was supposed to be a test she really came to like it… Ciana watched as Izuku was starting to collect his things, a bit sad that he was leaving but he probably wanted time to cool off.

"Probably the best idea…" she responds as she continues rubbing her neck and smiling sheepishly. "Um… so… I guess I'll see you tomorrow still?" Ciana hoped he wouldn't feel too awkward with her now but had no intentions of shutting him out after that still.

"O-of course, same meet-up point on our way to school, right?" There was a corner store they'd join their routes at to grab a hot drink for the morning, so it was go-to stop. Izuku slung his bag onto his shoulders as he headed for the door with Ciana.

Ciana nodded her head in a cheerful manner, always enjoying her time with her friend. "As always." She responds as she now stood by to see him off.

"Remember now that you discovered your power that you don't act out so recklessly like that again, otherwise you have to deal with me too." Ciana responds playfully but still was serious about him not getting himself hurt.

"I understand, I guess that'll be my next step, figuring out how to harness my new power without destroying my body," Then he slumped with a flat stare. "It'll probably be so simple I'm overlooking it..."

"Well I'm sure your mentor will advise you how to be careful and your hero All Might. Superpowers are never easy to control at first but with the right practice you'll get the hang of it, you're the smartest person I ever knew so I know you'll figure it out."

Ciana expresses encouragingly and cheerfully. "Plus now that we saw the new thing I can do, you can add more details to your notes." She smiled more, but also felt warm again at the quick memory.

"Ah, haha... y-yeah, I'll do that," He answered bashfully, again, feeling warm and tingly at the vivid memory and sensation of her lips against his. "S-so uh, g-guess I'll see you... tomorrow, yep, ah, t-thank you for dinner," He did a curt bow of his head to her like a plank of wood.

Ciana giggled at his bashfulness and the way Izuku bowed, her smile became brighter at that. "It's no problem, I hope you have a good night and stay safe out there." She tells him as her eyes stay on him. The memory made her heart pick up again but it wasn't in any way bad, Ciana actually felt very giddy inside.

"And you too, goodnight," He waved as he made his way down the steps again into the cool night air, his smile never once leaving him. The feeling in his chest was burning continuously, he had always liked Ciana, but now, it was a lot more than admiration that dug into his chest. He really liked her. Everything about her captivated him as much as heroes did, perhaps even more-so.

Ciana waved back and then closed the door behind him, as soon as he left… The moment she closed it Cianas back met with the door as she pressed herself against it, becoming very red in the face. "I… I-I can't believe I just did that!" Cianas hand went to her heart as it began to race from the memory of their kiss and the feeling of his lips… her face became so bright red as she ended up sinking her back down to the floor.

She sat there for a few moments as her eyes slowly closed to process her sudden feelings for Izuku, a smile slowly rising back on her face. "Maybe… there's more to how I feel for him after all…" Cianas eyes opened back up, she let out a squeal as she shot back up on her feet. Her smile stayed as she made way to her room to get ready for bed, forgetting about her fear of the monster that plagued her dreams at the moment.

As soon as Ciana covered herself into her bed her eyes now met with the ceiling, her fingers pressed to her lips as she could still remember the feeling of his own lips on hers. "I wonder… if that felt more than a test towards him too? Though… there's also that girl…" her expression now became sad as she remembered the girl in her vision. "If I never came here… would he fall for her? Will Izuku still like her that way…?" She shook her head now to try and get rid of the negative thought as she turned to her side. "Maybe I'm just overthinking it…" Ciana tried to convince herself, her eyes slowly closing as her thoughts continued to drift to Izuku…
