Kaito had taken flight on his black, white, and blue wings. Flying in the sky under the moonlit night.

When Furuya had spotted the magpie flying, he felt the need to chase… to hunt him down. Eventually, he just couldn't hold back his instincts any more… so he took flight on his brown speckled wings, going on the hunt.

"!?" Kaito had noticed the sparrowhawk on his tail, and did evasive maneuvers. 'Just my luck…' Kaito muses, a bit excited about the chase. According to lore, magpies are said to be an omen of luck, good or bad depending on the country, as well as being associated with magic. In Japan, magpies are an omen of good luck… but Kaito definitely doesn't feel that right now.

As the chase continues, both magpie and sparrowhawk are actually having fun with the chase. However, the sparrowhawk's warrior spirit has been ignited… so it's only a matter of time until the magpie's caught.

Furuya looks at the beautiful wings of the magpie he's caught, and smiles, happy about his hunt being successful. While Kaito's pinned by the sparrowhawk, it could be worse. At least it's not Meitantei with his black as night raven wings… or the FBI agent with his brown and red red-tailed hawk wings. Being caught by either of them is scary… but a sparrowhawk, especially this one… he can handle.

"You give up, Kaito-kun?" Furuya asks, pinning him to the clocktower roof.

"Hai hai. You got me," Kaito cheekily replies.

Furuya leans in and pecks him on the lips, Kaito's eyes half lowering as Kaito hums. Slowly getting off of him, Furuya pulls Kaito into his arms, hugging him, their wings folding up.

Kaito sighs, relaxing in his hold.

After a few minutes, Furuya asks, "You got it, right?"

Kaito smiles as he puts a USB drive in Furuya's pocket, "Who do you think I am?"

Furuya smiles, lightly ruffling Kaito's hair, "Good boy."

Then they give each other tips on how to improve their flight capabilities, mostly how to catch a target/escape from being a target.

Furuya gifts Kaito a small box of chocolate as a reward for indulging him in a mock hunt. Of course, Kaito happily accepts it without question, "It was fun!"

"Yeah, it was. We should do it again some time," Furuya smiles genuinely.

"As long as I get a chocolate treat afterwards."

Furuya rolls his eyes, "Hai hai."

After a short rest, Furuya escorts Kaito home, holding hands.

A black, white, and blue feather flutters in the wind with a brown speckled one not far behind. The feathers dance around each other before a strong breeze pushes them off into the distant sky, never to be seen again.
