(Jane, Maura, Angela, Korsak)
Jane and Maura's house
Angela and her husband Vince Korsak were chatting with Jane about their respective days before dinner and for once, Jane's day had been calm. Since getting together with Maura, Jane had started to like calm days because it allowed her to spend more time with Maura and Angela appreciated that her daughter had become less of a daredevil since her engagement to Maura even if she knew that Jane was still a woman who liked action more than rest
At one point, Vince looked at a clock and asked Jane
"Maura is late, that's not like her"
Jane said
"She's at Hope's, she warned me that it could last a while. I think it's good that they spend time together but if you want, I'll call her"
Jane went to get her cell phone and at the same time, Maura arrived and Jane saw that something had happened and she said
"Honey, are you okay?"
Maura said
Jane sits on the bench next to Maura and says taking her hand:
"You know, it was almost time for dinner and since you knew that Ma was going to make your favorite dish, we were starting to worry even though we are all very happy that you and Hope are spending time together
I should have warned but I had to stay with Hope and her boyfriend while his doctor came to treat him
Jane says
"Oh I'm sorry"
Maura says
"He's fine...he just had tachycardia due to stress but actually the worst...

Angela asked
"Why?"
Maura started playing with her engagement ring and Jane says
"Oh you, you saw something you didn't expect to see

Vince says

Angela says smiling

Jane says

Vince said
"Please Angela, I don't want to know more"
Angela gave Vince a light slap on the arm in a friendly way and said
"What happened happened but it's you that I remarried" then Angela placed a light kiss on her husband's lips and Maura said
"The problem is that I know the person who was with Hope very well, I mean we know her very well."
Jane a little panicked said
"Is that Tommy? I know he had a crush on you and he always fantasized about the nurse or the female doctor so it would make sense that he would hit on your biological mother, I…"
Maura cut her off and said
"No, it's not Tommy. In absolute terms I would have preferred it to be Tommy
So who is it? I don't think it's Frost
No, it's not Frost"
Vince said laughing slightly
"If I may Maura, who is the lucky one?"
Maura played with her engagement ring again then she inhaled then exhaled and said:
"It's... Lieutenant Cavanaugh!"
Vince said
"Sean? "
Then Vince started laughing as well as Angela
Jane horrified got up quickly from the bench said
"Oh my God! It's happening again! No! No! Maura amore mio! We're going to take a week no, we're going to take two weeks off to forget about this! I swear we're taking a vacation! We'll go anywhere you want even to New York but I don't want to see Cavanaugh right now"
Jane got up and went to her room and said
«I'm going to pack my bags!»
Vince told her
"You have to see Sean for the papers for your vacation
Take them for me or I'll ask Frankie and one of you will give them to him but I don't want to have in my head this image of Cavanaugh in his underwear and Hope topless and in a thong and if I see Cavanaugh I will have this image in my mind and my God, I feel that it will take almost two more years for it to disappear"
Maura said
"There was nothing illegal it's just that..."
Jane from the top of the stairs said
"Maura darling, if you keep talking about it, I swear I'll put any shoe in any shoe box and mix up the boxes"
Maura quickly got up from the bench and said a little annoyed while heading quickly towards their room:
"Jane Clementine Rizzoli, don't you dare do that!"
Angela laughing said
"Jane threatening Maura to mix up her shoes and Maura calling Jane, Jane Clementine. Our two girls are really going to need a vacation"
Vince laughing said
"Indeed, but after hearing that, I'll give Sean the papers myself"
Angela and Vince heard Jane and Maura arguing then after five minutes, they heard nothing more and Angela said smiling
"Vince, I think it's time for us to leave"
Vince smiling said
"They're making up and I don't want to hear that."
Angela said smiling too:
"Me neither" then the couple left laughing softly leaving Jane and Maura to make up tenderly
